First time visiting, and I was blown away! Food was excellent. I had their Chicken Shawarma plate and everything from the salad, chicken, rice and hummus was outstanding! Lots of flavour, very authentic tasting and huge portions! I will definitely be back!

Came with my family here recently and was excited to try this spot as we are shawarma addicts. We eat shawarma in every city we go to (Montreal, toronto, calgary, vancouver, copenhagen, etc) and this place is by far the worst. Food was cold, meat was dry and bland and way over priced. My mother called the store to let them know of her experience and instead of an apology and offer to replace her meal, she was told that they own 60+ retaurants and that this is the best place in Saint John. She was simply told to come back and buy more food to see they were good. My brother also placed a review which was deleted. This place is taking advantage of small town people who dont know better. We will never come back here again.

The taste of the monster swarma was just okay. Coming from Toronto, this really doesn't compare to Ibrahim swarma and others. Almost no salt (probably we were just unlucky). Most importantly, no customization on swarma? I don't put pickles on mine but nothing was asked at the time of order.. They put everything ????‍♂️.. Probably won't go back there again..

I love a good falafel wrap and try them everywhere I go, every chance I get. This falafel wrap had almost no veggies inside, except for a lone slice of pickle, and there was very little lettuce. The falafels themselves where pretty good, but I would expect more in a wrap. Also, the restaurant itself is not very clean either.

Hummus: I’ve tried many different ones in Saint John and, according to my personal preferences, no doubt, this is the best: tasty, perfect texture & generous portion. Shish Taouk: I remember eating many Shish Taouk every summer back in MTL when I was young. This one tastes exactly the same! It’s pure joy in the mouth. Perfectly spiced & delicious. Falafels: Best in town. Garlic potatoes: Amazing little side! *Delivery: Order was processed fast and food was warm upon arrival. Waiting time was more than fair, quite quick actually. Overall, an easy 5/5, which is my only perfect rating in SJ so far, so definitely among the best restaurants in town. No doubt, my favourite!

Stopped in for bite, had a Beef Shawarma Monster Wrap Was very good at a average price also had side of potatoes instead of rice, for me excellent choice ???? but if your not a big fan of garlic like my wife stay away from them ha ha ???? We sat in to eat, small place but very cozy and there was someone there playing guitar and singing. Very nice and not very loud, just right ???? Thanks ????

Ordered for delivery and portion size was huge! The chicken shawarma platter had a nice hummus with whole chickpeas, and the rice was spiced very nicely. I only wish there was more garlic sauce, and that it was stronger. Overall good food and great prices!

One of the best Lebanese food I have had. Well worth the trip in to get some. Edit: will have to try again as loved it when was at their first location( have eaten there/ take out multiple times, but since moved to newest location (uptown) I have had a couple of times with family and it was greasy/ not as much much food as before, example: less potato wedges and the garlic sauce (which I love both together). It was during covid (summer 2020) so maybe it was different to save money, different ingredients…. With this said you might love it, so try it. I just not into greasy food. will try again before my family stops going.

Went with friends for my birthday lunch. They have a small dining room upstairs. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and cheerful and gracious service. They provided a free desert in honor of my birthday and carafes of tea and coffee included in meal (excellent tea). Very enjoyable.

Prices are ok. But my beef shawarma (reg not the big one ) was served to me barely warm (they're supposed to be hot pressed after filling ), had very little almost tasteless tahini sauce, and the amount of meat ... Laughable. Maybe an ounce. And that's for $6.99 wow. Sorry I may be white but I've had shawarma from east coast to turkey , abd this by far was the most disappointing. You gotta fix your price point / meat ratio And make it right, every time . Whether it's Sat late night or not. Also I am really not sure why there's underage child labor involved but it did rub me the wrong way.

We tried this restaurant on the opening weekend and enjoyed the food but poor rating because they forgot the potatoes in our wrap combos. When we called to ask about them, they said it was not included when the menu says it does. Very disappointing to have an item not included in both our meals and paid full price.

I honestly don't understand the hype, ordered monster chicken shawarma wrap and was utterly disappointed. The taste is so plain that I had to add my own sauce to it at home, you'd expect an eastern flavor to be much richer in taste and spices. "The garlic sauce" doesn't taste anything like the real thing. The bread is too much around the meat, also Saw them put the foil wrapped sandwitch on the greasy grill that it actually made a mess and stained all over the brown bag they put it in. I come from the land of shawarma and this has nothing to do with it!!

This place is awesome! We frequently visit and have enjoyed everything that we have tried. It's great to see a family run operation like this and everyone looks like they are working hard to serve people their great food. Anytime I've been into the restaurant there is a steady flow of people getting takeout and there's always some people eating a dine in meal. I think they are doing well and hope they continue on so we can enjoy the great food they make!

So sorry,,,had the Chop Chop lunch and it was awful. The food was barely warm, terrible flavor, was not offered second course, had to specifically ask for it and still did not receive included coffee. Baklava has no flavor, tried 2 types and very under whelping. Do not recommend. Hummus was meh.

Excellent food! Always hot and fresh! Excellent selection of food with generous portions at good prices. Possibly the best spot in the city if you’re craving a fix for Middle Eastern food. One stop shop for a main and a delicious sweet dessert. Only down side is the size of the restaurant, but the food certainly makes up for it! Just heard that they recently opened up a spot out west. Can’t wait to visit that spot soon!

I was really looking forward to eating here because I love middle eastern food and cute, little restaurants. The place is adorable and the staff are great but the food was less then good. The salad was missing an important ingredient. The chicken shawarma was dry, over cooked, under seasoned and dry. Maybe it was just a bad day.

I ordered a beef shawarma and a falafel wrap with garlic potatos as the side to go. When I got home I they gave me a 1 beef and 1 chicken. Being a vegetarian I cant have either this was extremely dissapointing. I then called the resturant to let them know of the mixup, the person who i spoke to didnt really understand my complaint and after a few moments of uncomfortable silence another person answered the phone, again I explained my situation but with no luck. I will not be giving this place another chance.

It's always fun getting a meal here. I've been a bunch of times and every time it's like Lebanese takeout roulette; sometimes you get a sumptuous meal and sometimes you get the leftovers. The consistency is just not there any more. They were on fire when they first opened over on Main Street. Would happily change my review to 5 stars if they bring back that level of consistent quality.

My wife suggested we try the food here, it seems to be a popular location. We purchased an assortment of menu items and I have to say I found the flavour a little bland. I'm not saying any of it was bad, as it wasn't. Just there were no amazing flavours or spices. We were expecting Lebanese food to be spicy and full of exotic spices, perhaps its been toned down for western sensibilities.

Was hoping to find some great Shawarma, and I thought I had after reading all the positive reviews. Unfortunately this is probably the worst we've had in all of our travels across North America. The food probably would have been half decent if it weren't for the overwhelming amount of Sodium. No one could get through a quarter of their shawarma or take a second bite of their falafel. Even the rice was over seasoned. I have a funny feeling they're cooking to what the local populous likes as the majority of Saint John residents are obese. To be fair to Let's Hummus, we've tried a couple of other places including other Mediterranean spots and they also served over salted or over sugared food. If you're not from here, the Saint John culinary scene will most likely leave a bad taste in your mouth. You'd Be better served driving straight through New Brunswick, and heading to Charlottetown PEI, or Halifax NS, for good food.

THE BEST. It's not just a chance to try something different and support local. But it is truely delicious food. The plates are wonderful with fresh flavours and rich tase. With beautiful colors tied in with the wonderful options of sides !! And to finish with the range of Balaklava that isn't matched anywhere else in the city !! I'm from Ontario where I have a huge selection of ethnic cuisine. Now that I'm located in Saint John I have been deprived of such selection. I was overjoyed to find a great place for shawarma, out of the two places uptown this restaurant offers authentic tabouli which is totally necessary for a good shawarma. I am happy as hell that I found a place that meets my shawarma, needs highly recommend.

I still need to try some of the other dishes they offer, but I can say that I keep coming back for the chicken wraps and garlic potatoes. I also really enjoyed the grape leaves and the tabouli. Oh, and of course with the name you can expect a really good hummus! The place is clean and bright and has interesting decor and if you look for the signs there is a parking area just at the corner nearby, which they keep cleared of snow and well sanded. The staff is friendly and helpful.
