One word: Amazing! From booking for a large groupie of 25 for a surprise birthday, Milton was very kind and gave a great customer experience! Responded to any questions and confirmed the reservation 24hrs before and even took the time to call and ask how I wanted the table to be set up. He personally took the time to intruce himself the night of! The service was great, our waitress introduced herself, she (Gabrielle) was amazing! Took the time to explain the menu, and had a good connection with her customers. Never showed any attitude and even made sure everything was to our liking. Food was amazing! Drinks were great! But what made everything even better was the ambiance of the restaurant itself and the great service we got! I definitely would go back for any future events/get together!

The chicken breast arrived black, the waiter returned it to the kitchen and came back with a new one that looked okay and not the other side was burnt and dry. Then one of the two sides tasted the burnt the server went back with to the kitchen and came back with it saying the boss doesn't want to make a new one just saying they're all the same. I told the waiter to bring me a dish to bring it because my son will not eat there, I will bring it for my dogs. Because paying $ 32 plus taxes and services when you are not eating, it hurts a lot ???? and also my shrimp was undercooked but I have eaten the same even if they were hard because not enough cooked, it did not me too bothered, but it sounds a bit beep beep when it's $ 14 for four shrimp. I told my son you're going to see Alex, you're going to eat the best ribs of your life. We are regular customers at the Lachenaie restaurant and have always been very satisfied with me and my boyfriend. The ribs are always very tender and come apart on their own from the bone and the chicken breast is always juicy and the service is great on top of that. I can't say that about Laval ???????????????????? I can tell you that I won't stop there, I'm going to make a complaint to the head office for sure! ???? A client who is really not satisfied ???? Nous avons pris deux assiettes de côtes-levées, une avec poitrine de poulet et l'autre avec des crevettes tigrées. Et j'ai bien dit en commandant au serveur pas trop cuit svp. La poitrine de poulet est arrivée noir, le serveur l'a retourné à la cuisine et est revenue avec une nouvelle qui avait l'air d'être correct et non l'autre côté était brûlé et sec. Ensuite une des deux côtés-levées goûtait le brûlées le serveur à retourné avec à la cuisine et est revenue avec en disant que le patron ne veux pas en faire une nouvelle sois disant qu'elles sont toutes pareils. J'ai dit au serveur apporter moi un plat pour l'apporter car mon fils là mangerai pas, je vais l'apporter pour mes chiens. Car payer 32$ plus taxes et services quand tu manges pas, ça fait pas mal chère ???? et aussi mes crevettes etait pas assez cuite mais je l'ai est manger pareils même si elles étaient dur car pas assez cuite, ça m'a pas trop dérangé, mais ça fait un peu bip bip quand c'est 14$ pour quatre crevettes.???? J'avais dit à mon fils tu vas voir Alex, tu vas manger les meilleurs côte-levées de ta vie. Nous sommes des clients réguliers au restaurant de Lachenaie et ont à toujours été très satisfaits moi et mon chum. Les côtes-levées sont toujours très tendres et se défonts tout seul de l'os et la poitrine de poulet est toujours bien juteuse et le service est super en plus. Je ne peux pas dire ça de Laval ???????????????????? Je peux vous dire que je n'en resterai pas là, je vais faire une plainte au bureau chef c'est sûr! ???? Une cliente vraiment pas satisfaite ????

My family and I find Madisons to be a staple restaurant when it comes to our outings, and the one in Saint-Bruno never disappoints! The restaurant itself is very beautiful and cozy. There are different seating areas and the restaurant is never really full, so you'll never have to wait for long! The service is great, the waiters know their menu and can easily suggest a plate for you depending on what you're craving! The plates arrive pretty quickly and The food itself is also excellent. The ribs are definitely the best thing you could eat, but the burgers are also insanely good! They have very special combos in the burger menu that will definitely fill your cravings. The prices are also reasonable for the portion and quality you are getting. I recommend this restaurant no matter what your occasion is

But otherwise they have a portobello mushroom burger which had me very good too. The service is also very good, the staff are attentive and efficient. Their espresso coffee is worth a try. Comme repas principal j'ai pris le burger Queens si j'me souviens bien, c'est un burger au steak de thon rouge, il était délicieux. Je sais pas si leur thon vient de pêche responsable... Mais sinon ils ont un burger au champignons portobello qui m'avait aussi très bon. Le service est aussi très bien, le personnel est attentionné et efficace. Leur café expresso vaut la peine d'être essayer. J'avais pas de grosses attentes mais c'était quand même impeccable.

I am usually very happy with the food and service but my last visit wasn't that great. I went in the afternoon for my friend birthday to enjoy the beautiful weather. We ordered the spinach dip and it was like soup very liquid. My friend mentioned it to the waiter and he added a bunch of cheese witch made it even worst. The tartare was tasteless and the vegetables were raw and not season at all. The service was good.the waiter looked like he enjoy working there. I'm really dissapointed cause i usually go at night and the food is awesome. Was it just a bad day or the food is really different during the day?

The 2 stars is only for the great calamry / cheesecake and the great service from the waitress... but I'm very sad to say that the rest of the food was horrible... We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) bought the menu of 2 x $65 plus a Club Sandwish and kid menu deal. The 2 full rack of rib was supposed to be the full size but it ended up being sooo small and sooooo dry and barely any sauce on it... and both of them were at best mildly warm (One of them was room temperature) meaning they were pre-made and barely heated again since they were super dry. My daughter's Club Sandwish bacon was Nasty... the weirdest taste ever... which we removed it from the sandwish for her to try to finish the sandwish ... she ate half and I couldn't handle the taste of the second half. My son's chicken sticks were the smallest I've ever seen in a plate they're supposed to be chicken strips and not nuggets but ended up looking smaller than McDonald's... we gave him some of our food for him to eat. The deserts (Cheesecake and ice cream ) were very good. I used to bring my family to Madison St-Bruno allll the time prior to Covid and was one of my favourite but alas ... things have went downhill big time... too bad...

The administration changed feu months ago. The decor inside changed but the menu too. The Madison rib steak with all dressed baked potato was, for me, the best in town. I just left Madison Promenades St-Bruno and I am disappointed. No more delicate and finesse taste of the ribs. Even the all dressed baked potato is't the same. Now is same like elsewhere....

I had a reservation for my family (8) and found out on our way in they didn't have it in the books. They were able to accommodate our party as long as we left by x time. We were all seated with the staff ignoring us as I had to ask for menus and to set the table. After seating 20 mins longer and not even a glass of water on the table, I had to ask once again for service... this time, I had to ask for a server to be assigned to our table. We finally had enough and walked out. We will never go back to that place... horribly operated!

That being said, I imagine that this is a method used to make new customers see that even if there are very big gaps or mistakes, that the restaurant will do everything to fix them! Unfortunately no. They DO NOTHING AT ALL! Have a lovely day everybody. Original message: Very very disappointed with my order. I order side up with fries. My order arrives by Uber eat. Very fast service. On the other hand my raised sides are as hard as a rock. Almost impossible to cut with a knife. Normal? I do not believe. I call the restaurant and speak with a gentleman to explain my problem and my dissatisfaction. He answers me oh it's not our responsibility. You must contact Uber eat for a refund. First, it’s not a refund I want but just a good edible meal that I have to pay for. Second, how is Uber responsible for cooking your uplifted odds ??? Food was good but the management experience was terrible. Came with a group of almost 30 people and reserved way in advance for them to shove a portion of the guests under the stairs and separate from the rest. The reservation was planned in advance and we were told that we would get a nice section reserved for us and be well taken care of. Not the case. My wife deeply regrets planning my surprise birthday there due to the overall manager experience. Won't be coming back and won't be referring this restaurant to anyone.

Yes , I have eaten better for baker potatoes for the same price, but I did like this one. If it was only for the potatoes , I would give it 3 stars out of 5. We went here for dinner. It was busy and the restaurant seemed understaffed. Between being seated and getting menus over drinks and ordering was quite a bit of time. We ordered baked potatoes and after some waiting got told that it will take another 20 min so we swapped to fries and got served after two minutes with cold food. Got it reheated. But overall not a great place to eat. I definitely will not go again.

This is the best Madison in laval. The service is excellent, the hostest is very friendly and helpful. I have been there numerous times and although i live closer to another location we prefer to make a detour to make sure we have a great experience. The food is excellent. This is the worst Madisons I have been to. Food was warm'ish. The waiter could not confirm if the pulled pork was also cooked with the Jack Daniels sauce (as a waiter, you should know your menu). But I would say the biggest distraction was this one servers from the bar, she was wearing a very untasteful skirt or dress, I could see her underwear as she walked to the bar, back and forth constantly. Where do I start? Primarily known for their burgers and now for their Meats, Salads, Fish, and lovely entrees. Food comes in large quantities. Menu very reasonably priced in comparison to other restaurants in the same category (Baton Rouge, The Keg, etc.) Friendly staff, always ready to answer any questions you may have. Not the best but not the worst. The food was fine. I had mussels and they were good, but my friend ordered a salmon tartare that was quite bland. The ambiance isn't that great and it can get loud. The staff was kind with the customers, but we could see them argue with each other in the dinning room. The tables were not particularly beautiful since they went for a minimalist (read cheap) way to dress the them. I suggest you look at the menu online and try to see if there's another place near you that has food in the same price region. I will not go back to this restaurant.

COVID19 review: Uber Eats experience. Ordered a few times lately and have to say everything was very good. Food is very well prepared, fresh, and I would say even the portions are fair. Value is also good relevant to what you pay. I would consider them a model for others to follow in terms of preparation and packaging as well. I recommend: Laguardia Burger, Manhattan Burger, Madison's Club Sandwich, Fish Tacos, Spicy Chicken Tacos, and even the Salmon Tartar with salad.

Food here is really good. Been a few times and anything I take, it always tastes delicious. Considering the quality, I'd say it's pretty affordable as well. It is a bit on the pricey side (depending what you take), but worth it.

Honest review Saturday night.. Waited 1.5 hours to get our food.. we ended up cancelling our order due to loss of appetite. The manager came to our table multiple times to tell us the food was on its way but never came. People arriving 30-45 minutes after us were finished eating and we still had bread on our table.. Very bad experience, the manager was rude with us and was swift to throw his waitresses under the buss saying they were all new. I would not come back to this restaurant, nor would I reccomend it to anyone.

It was decent. The other people with me ordered good food (ribs, chicken breast) but mine sucked. It wasn't mentioned anywhere that the chicken fillet was fried, it was disappointing. Staff was alright. Not overly friendly but there was nothing wrong. Oh, avoid going after 7pm, you might end up waiting 40 minutes to have a seat.

Tonight’s experience was epic. Surf and turf was well done. Ribs were coming off the bones and meat was warm and tender. Lobster tail was very generous and I switched to the sweet potato fries... a warm tea before dinner and both my fiancé and I were in gastronomic heaven. The food is amazing, the service is great. The best restaurant around and one of the best period. We took the fried calmars which was coming in a very generous portion with spicy mayo AND cocktail sauce and very crispy. The Haut de Surlonge was in-between rare and medium rare like asked! Everything was hot and the waitress asked us when to shoot the main course so we don’t feel full too fast. This restaurant deserves 5* Very good quality/price. Very similar than Baton Rouge but you will be more satisfied at the end of the course.

The mediterranean chicken is amazing!! The nachos are also amazing!! The ambiance is great, the food is great, the people are super friendly and always smiling. You can't find better service and better food!! I go out of my way to come to this Madison's for all the reasons mentioned above!!
