The good: Fresh, local ingredients in a homey, hole-in-the-wall atmosphere. A simple menu of items they do very well. Friendly, engaging staff make waiting for the food fun, and the novelty of watching them cut fresh herbs right off the counter is so cute! You can tell they have a great passion for food and ingredients. They’re in this for the love of it, not just for the money, which is fabtastic! The bad: I can’t afford to eat there daily! Honestly, the only snags are that with a limited, changed-daily menu it’s hard to get your favourites. People who like to order “the usual” might not enjoy that, but I was excited about it. The prices are a bit high for locally sourced brunch food, but with such an elevated palette you quickly forget what you just paid ($20 for one plate of breakfast food and a drink, though...so date night prices for lunch break fare) Allergy friendly fare isn’t available here yet. Nothing is gluten free and it would be hard to eat vegetarian. The awesome: The price of a full brunch is high, but they have considered the neighborhood and do offer menu items like baked goods and juices that are affordable. They’re passionate about food and refuse to cut corners just to cut costs, and I respect that. The owner gave us the whole story of his business and why he creates the food he does with such love and passion that I can see why the restaurant is doing so well. Everyone behind the counter seems to really get along and they’re so cute together. It’s like going home for the holidays and hanging out with your younger cousins. It’s just the kind of place that makes you feel included and like you belong even if you’re eating alone. Highly, highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to see brunch meet its full potential, meet some of the best people in St Catharines...and maybe feed their inner hipster, just a little bit.

Speechless - the only word that can describe how perfect the dining experience I had at Incoho. I just returned home from the best lunch I’ve ever eaten. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was very quaint and relaxing yet upscale. Most importantly, the locally sourced ingredients created a well balanced dish that were fresh and bursting of flavour. The open concept restaurant showcases the unique dining experience offered by Incoho. One where the chef is not only preparing your stunning dish but bringing it to you table-side and explaining the inspiration behind the dish. I highly recommend everyone try the best up and coming restaurant in St. Catharines.

One of our highlights of our trip to NOTL. It was raining so we went to the outlet and was looking for a place to eat. Saw the amazing reviews and the photos and decided we need to come over to try. We are so glad we did! The staff/owners were super amazing. They were very friendly and explained how the food was in house and local and you could tell the care they take with the food. They gave us both breakfast and lunch menu and the four of us got different items and drinks. All the food was amazing, I got the classic breakfast and it was so good! My friends loved their meals. The tea, lemonade and ice coffee were all awesome. We wanted to come back for their dinner but weren’t able to fit it in on the trip!

#alphabetdinnerclub was such a unique experience tonight. Early on in our start, a friend said " When you get to the letter I, you have to keep #Incoho Restaurant in mind. We were so grateful for the recommendation!! From the moment we walked in we felt at home as if we were attending a dinner party. They offer a single dinner seating at 7 p.m. where all three chefs provided a very interactive dining experience for all their guests. They explained each course as it was served and invited us to watch as each course was plated. Each course was so unique and visually stunning...not to mention packed with so much flavour. It was nice to know that they source their ingredients locally too! An excellent experience in downtown St. Catharines....do yourself a favour and make a reservation... you won't be sorry. Another great night with the family!

Modern setting. Clean. Patio. Convenient downtown location. Friendly staff. Eager for feedback. When we went they were still working on their menu. The sit down breakfast was tasty and competitively priced. EDIT: I've since found out more. The breakfast menu doesn't change much, but lunch changes frequently. For dinner, you must book in advance. You are then served by the chefs, each preparing a different course. All the guests eat the same meal but the menu changes regularly. It's a neat concept.

A delightful and unique dining experience bound to please any palate. Incoho is an outstanding addition to the Niagara dining scene. Their one-seating dinner time allows for top tier service as they guide you through 4-6 courses. Each course complemented the next and the pork belly appetizer was remarkable. While there aren't any servers persay, the service was phenomenal as the team of three artfully guided us through our meal.

The chefs have hit a home run with their flavours and how they compliment each dish. Portions were great! Had some of the crispy chicken to take home! The staff were very friendly and you could tell they stood behind what this establishment is trying to do with food and community. There is definite value here due to the quality of food, flavours and the dining experience as a whole. If you have not frequented this establishment then do so! Our journey through an amazing experience was 2 weeks ago (June 21st) on our anniversary. My husband learned about Incoho and knew right away I would absolutely LOVE it and he wasn't wrong! Every taste was better than the last. Every course was so fresh and delicious. Beautifully plated and served with a smile and a wonderful explanation to go with. One of my favourite parts of the evening (besides all of it) was watching the plating of our main dish-like being on the Food Network! If I could award this fabulous team Michelin Stars, I WOULD!! It was certainly a dining experience I will never forget and I am so looking forward to our next journey! To Selah, Nick and Ray-THANK YOU for making our anniversary extra amazing! You are all fantastic chefs in your own right and I wish you all the success you rightfully deserve. Well done!! Oh, I must add that the 3 bottles of sparkling wine we had were fabulous too :)

We never leave reviews but wanted to reflect on an amazing experience at Incoho for our anniversary. We were greeted with warmth and well accommodated in the shade on the patio. We started with a shared salad with a lemon poppyseed dressing that I would love to bottle and use on every single salad I make going forward. We opened some lovely wine with some help and moved into our main course after our ginger inspired palate cleanser. This blew our minds! We have never tasted beef so perfectly full of flavour. My gf even tried and loved the marrow bone done with a green goddess dressing, which was an incredible combination of flavours and cooked perfectly. The heirloom carrots, potato and bread on the plate were all delicious and tied in perfectly. We finished with a house made ice cream and a specially made lactose free option for this guy. A huge thank you goes out to the staff at Incoho for making our anniversary an incredibly memorable and DELICIOUS experience. We recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves food and flavour with warm, friendly staff always smiling behind their masks.

THIS PLACE IS SOOOO GOOD! We were in town visiting a friend who raved about this place! I'm so glad we visited! The food was incredibly delicious and FRESH! Ingredients are picked fresh from local farmers which is amazing! We went for brunch and I had the Autumn bowl which was a great medley of crisp veggies and shredded steak. I really enjoyed the pandesal and potato skins on the side!!! Their cookies are great as well! Very thin and you'd expect it to be sweet and crunchy, but it's quite light! Will definitely be back when we come back to visit. Would love to try their multi course meals!!!

A great place in downtown St. Catharines. The staff is great, the food is great, and the prices are great. Everything is made with fresh ingredients and it really shows in the quality of food. They are also constantly changing up the menu to serve up new and different things. They have windows that open up fully so eating inside is like eating outside. It is absolutely wonderful on a beautiful summer day. Incoho is a must visit if you live in or are traveling to St. Catharines.

I just came from our Christmas party and the final dessert was Christmas cookies. Easily one of the best cookies I have ever tasted. I heard about your cookies being priced at $15 for 3 dozen. For the quality and that price point it was truly amazing. (Other places are charging $30-$40 for 2 dozen) Only regret is I should have took my coworkers advice and bought some for my self. A must try for anyone going to Niagara Region. I lived in Toronto and me an my husband always spends a weekend in Niagara. We tried the two new restaurants that just opened Dispatch and Incoho. Dispatch is extremely great food but for us incoho takes the cake. The food they serve brings childhood memories for me. I have lived in st Catharines for 15 years and seeing all the new restaurants coming to town is very exciting. Incoho is a great casual fine dining restaurant. The dinner is basically a big dinner party with professional chefs cooking and serving us. Will be coming back.

Incoho restaurant what a masterpiece in the making. The food is simple and understandable but also crafted to perfection. What a unique dining experience. Being able to talk to the chef-servers is one of the highlights of incoho. The person who actually made the dish serves it and explains it to the guest They have potential to be a great restaurant one day. I am only saying this because they just opened and they would grow better with age but truly spectacular experience thank you! Will see you again soon

Phenomenal. Me and my fiancé are planning on having our rehearsal dinner here, so to try it out we had their fixed dinner menu. Everything about eating at Incoho makes you as the customer feel special and valued, while avoiding any pretentiousness. The food is elevated and well thought out with special attention paid to locally sourced ingredients. The value you get is also very good! Again, eating at Incoho feels special. It doesn’t just feel like another dinner out. Thank you to all the staff and we cannot wait to eat here again. UPDATE SEPT 2021: We had our rehearsal dinner here. Everyone was blown away by how creative the menu was, the quality of the food and the value the amazing staff here provide. Truly memorable!

I came here with my boyfriend the other day and the dinner is amazing. The experience, concept and the food are all top notch. I go to Niagara on the lake a lot to go for tasting menus. Let me tell you that what they have here is comparable or might even be better because of the personable atmosphere they have. The chefs are your servers so you actually get to talk to the people that make your food. Absolutely amazing!!!

Owners Selah and Ray have created something really special here. Self described as a “humble dining experience”, but I think that’s too modest of a description. Each plate was so thoughtfully prepared and meticulously executed. Every dish complemented the local terroir and season.

What an amazing little restaurant. I came to pick up my adorable Christmas cookies and had a chance to sit and eat and just spectacular restaurant and concept. My husband ordered 6 tins of cookies and practically ate 2 tins going back to Fort Erie should have ordered 8 tins. Cookies were to die for and the deal was just amazing $15 for 3 dozen. We will be back for sure.

After I left the restaurant, I had 4 words to say. This. Place. Is. AWESOME!!! I had the Shrimp and Lobster roll with the House-made lemonade ???? I would definitely recommend here! The daily special was a cinnamon bun and it was one of the best cinnamon I ever tried! Can’t wait to come for dinner next time!

I work in the building behind the restaurant. I got to say what a great addition to the city. They are all about freshness of ingredients I thought before subway and freshii are fresh but incoho takes it to a different level you can see the chef's bring in produce from the farmers market and the farm they partner with. The menu changes frequently which is amazing. Ray and Selah you guys are great keep doing what your doing.

Unpretentious atmosphere (unlike other high end restaurants) and what we loved most was the “chef-run” theme. One of the most local forward spots you will ever find in St Catharines. Limited menu but all quality based I have seen the chefs at the farmers market regularly and sometimes you can even see them walking with all the produce they got from the market to the restaurant. For me that says a lot on how they care about the ingredients that they give to the customers. Food is wonderful and you can actually taste the difference on how fresh there food are(Funny that they might have fresher ingredients than freshii beside them). All I can say is this place is a gem and a great addition to St Catharines.

I visited this place on my way to the Niagara Falls today. Wanted to try somewhere local. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was delicious. We had a 13 months old baby and they were flexible with the menu just for him. Definitely coming back!
