Hy I’d like to say thank you to your guys who worked hard to get my house safe and working correctly. The young man who worked here all day needs a medal! (sorry I missed his name) Thank you to Matt who organised all the work - and help from the neighbours. Now we just wait for Western Power to reconnect us!!

???????????????????????? A destination spot! My boyfriend and I stopped in here for a late lunch one evening and sat on the patio. It felt like I was back home in Kelowna, so quaint and great views! The menu is so creative and beautifully executed. Such flavourful dishes and outstanding service! Family owned and operated which we always adore. 10/10 recommended!

Thankfully Tryst is finally open again! An absolute must to eat at. With a near perfect 5.0 star it doesn't take long to see they nail the 3 categories, servers are incredibly accommodating and know their stuff, drinks are crafted not just poured and the food is stunning. Rotating menu here is always on point and never the same. Stop in and see for your self, I'll be back soon!

Food and wine selections were very nice. Good value for the price. Great place to have a glass of wine and small plates. Menu has improved vegetarian options (still could use a few more). Service was good but could be stepped up.

My wife and I went to Tryst for our Anniversary. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgable about their food & drink menu which was unique & inspired! The dining room is modern & inviting. The custom mimosas we were served were easily the best I’ve ever had. I had the eggs Benedict which had an incredible flavour palette and was served exactly the way I ordered it. My wife had ordered the brussels sprouts which had an incredible flavour (and I’m not a Brussels sprout fan!) I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant from the staff to the atmosphere to the food. I strongly recommend this restaurant to anybody looking to support one of our local restaurants doing it right! Well done Tryst.

Nice little spot with really friendly atmosphere. Brussel sprouts and fried chicken were fantastic. My wife ate most of the maple Apple pie but it was delicious as well. Love that some local St Albert beer from Endeavor Brewing is available as well.

Alana Eaton

I absolutely loved this place. Everything we tried was delicious and unique. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff are wonderful. You have to try it!

Wow!!!!! My husband and I just had a date night here and it was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!!! Given how amazing the food was I cannot believe how quick our service was. The staff was so friendly and inviting and this little wine bar is small but cozy. I love how casual it is but the food is definitely upscale. Check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

The place is beautiful and cozy. Has plexiglass between the tables. The waitress was outstanding so polite so helpful so knowledgeable! The food was spectacular, homemade bread that made me feel like in a French boulangerie, kimchi pancake was delicious. Highly recommended

This restaurant is amazing! I have been here twice in the past two weeks. The food is so fresh and wonderfully prepared. The restaurant is so clean and well lit. I have to shout out the owner though. She is amazing, bussing and constantly checking on tables. Without asking she comped my beer when it didn't really do it for my taste buds. Ten points for customer service. This will definitely be a place that I visit often and I'm excited to try the items from the seasonally changing menu.

Tryst has been our go to since we discovered that hidden gem. The food is always delicious. The customer service is beyond expectations. Every week, they have a new special to try and it keeps it interesting for people that are regular customers like us. My favorite plates are the ricotta gnocchi and the Brussels sprouts, they are a must try, but everything on the menu is delicious, so you won’t be disappointed. We also order 1L of their soup that we take home and we just need to heat it up.

Dustin MacIlwain

This place was top notch everything we had was fantastic.Amazing place to grab a bottle of wine and a couple of tasting plates. The best food ive had in the Edmonton area by far. If your a foodie that loves trying stuff this is the place!

My wife and I used to try out different restaurants every week. So far, Tryst has been our number one in the greater Edmonton area. Since we first went there, we have pretty much found ourselves going back almost on a weekly basis. The food is absolutely delicious. They have a different special every week which keeps it fun for us and they change their food and cocktail menu every season based on locally available products and seasonal flavors. It is always such a pleasure to discover their new menu. They also keep some of the house favorites like their ricotta gnocchi (amazing!!). The service is impeccable and cordial. Their desserts are to die for as they are always so flavorful and well balanced. Their homemade sourdough bread is true state of the art and so tasty. The weekly soup is also a must to try. As much as we would like to keep this gem to ourselves, we believe you deserve to know to know about this place. If I could add a sixth star I would...

Another amazing meal! Love that they rotate some items out of their menu so it is always a new experience. Had the orange tart, lovely presentation (should have took a picture), great flavour, not too sweet. A lovely dinner.

Judging by everyone's reviews and how busy the place is we had our hopes up for a great night out. We have found the menu to be less than impressive. Ordered a bottle of wine, bison steak and pork shoulder, 2 different desserts. Dishes are small and the taste was ok, at best. Service was far from outstanding: we felt rushed as they allocate just 1.5 hrs per table on busy days and our food was brought separately (should one person be rude and ear while the other waits for their meal or should they wait and have their dish get cold? I've never had this happen at any other restaurant!) The server hasn't come to ask how things were (I know that some places get overwhelming visits from the server, but I havent been to one that hasn't checked in with guests once) We wont be back.

Love to see great little restaurants in the heart of St Albert. Amazing original creations, meant for sharing, casual and convenient. Will definitely return.

What a wonderful dining experience in the heart of St Albert. The food and drink menu was small but quite varied. Apparently the menu changes seasonally (love it) Our dinner was a taste sensation with a generous blend of flavours that complimented one another. The charcuterie and the Brussel sprouts were my favourites but my partner also had his favourites. Check out the dishes as they are beautiful - designed and made by a local artisan. The cost was totally reasonable. One of the best (if not the best) restaurants in St. Albert!!

Smurfy 999
