I've never been unhappy with Edo, especially at this location. Always what I want and how I want it. Pleasant staff are welcoming and courteous. Wish there were more locations in St Albert.

We come here every week. Same day. Same time. Thursday evening at 6:30/7 pm. And every week the amount of chicken is different… When asking the employee if this was extra chicken. She snuffed me off with a “yup” Definitely disappointed with the customer service and the food amount.

This is great place for fast food, but definitely not your traditional fast food. The food here is healthy, full of fresh veggies and is prepared to order. The staff are very friendly and the whole restaurant was kept neat and clean. Highly recommended that you eat here if you haven't, this is great food, fast or otherwise.

Edo is one of my favorite stops. I always go for the beef. Both the noodles and the rice are worth it! The gyoza dumplings are tops as well. Can't go wrong with the spring rolls. My son has loved the gyozas and spring rolls forever. Staff are always 100% polite here. I'm not one for reviewing fast food but Edo is a favorite spot for me.

Brand new restaurant in a brand new mall. If you've been to an Edo before, then you know what to expect. It is fast food but fresh. This particular restaurant was no exception. Young staff (probably high school age) but very polite and helpful. I've always gone to Edo for lunch but assume that a supper would offer the same menu choices. I'm a noodle person myself and I prefer a beef and shrimp yakisoba. Totally recommend.

Definitely will be choosing a different Edo Japan. Waited 20 mins for one simple order, it wasn't busy as expected. There shouldn't be a reason why I had to wait 20 mins. Poor customer service.

What can I say it's Edo, super good when you're craving it and conveniently quick. I work down the street from this place and it's always been pretty consistent and the staff are friendly. Here's a tip you can order on your Edo app and have your food ready for pickup when you get there and you also get free food after you purchase a certain amount of meals as well.

I LOVE Edo's but this restaurant has kinda turned me off for awhile. Sushi was good, washrooms were CLEAN but the Sukiyaki beef was NOT. Beef was tough, couldn't barely chew it, sauce didn't taste right, veggies were not cooked long enough nor were the mushrooms ????

Come to this EDO a lot, and they ALWAYS have good food. The staff are so friendly when you come in, always greeting you when you enter (even the kitchen staff!). Definitely recommend coming to this location

Been there many times, food was always great and service was the same. Now the last time I was there about a week ago was another issue, I ordered mine to take with me and while I was waiting a middle aged couple walked in and ordered and they were asked if it was for take out or dine in? They said dine in, and here's the issue! They were then asked for their QR proof of vaccinations in which they both had but had NO I.d to prove who they were, the lady at the till then told them as per the bylaw they could not then dine in (which was correct) but for some reason she went and asked the manager if it would be ok for them to dine in and he said yes! Not Cool!!! so all the other customers were then eating with people who were possibly not vacinated. I did ask to speak to the manager and let him know this was wrong and I would make sure people would here about it. Maybe just maybe if everyone followed the rules we could just ALL live a normal life again!

The food was decent but the service and people were great. They said hello to me as soon as I walked through the door even though they were busy. The girl at the front counter, who took my order and brought my food to me, came back and asked how I was and if I needed anything. That's usually not how fast food restaurants work so I was impressed

Comparing this edo to good ones like the one in spruce grove it’s not even the same restaurant. Beef tasted like my dogs breath here last time and now I different meal that I’ve had at other Edos again tastes nothing like it did elsewhere.
