Also, I wasn't particularly interested in a lot of the items on the menu (nothing special or a bit odd choice that didn't seem to fit the theme of the restaurant). The interesting dishes are more expensive (30 ~ 35 $) and the cheaper ones are a bit trite (~ 20 $) The menu could have had more explanation on some culinary terms rather seldom used here. (On the other hand our server, although a little late, took the trouble to present the dishes to us) (Original) Bon service; courtois, efficace et plaisant. La repas que j'ai choisi était excellent. Je trouve par contre que (comme partout ailleurs) les entrées sont trop dispendieuses. De plus, je n’étais pas particulièrement intéressé par une bonne partie des plats dans le menu (rien de spécial ou choix un peu étrange qui ne semblait pas s'accorder avec le thème du restaurant). Les plats intéressants sont plus dispendieux (30~35$) et ceux moins cher sont un peu banal (~20$) Le menu aurait pu avoir de plus amples explications sur certains termes culinaires plutôt rarement utilisés ici. (Par contre notre serveur a, quoi qu'un peu tard, pris la peine de nous présenter les plats)

L'ambiance est parfaite pour profiter d'un excellent repas en couple dans la tranquillité, mais sans flafla inutiles, tel qu'on le voit dans 50 % des restaurant au Saguenay de style pub où le décor est extraordinaire, mais où les prix le sont aussi et la bouffe qui ne l'est pas du tout. C'est mon restaurant favori à Chicoutimi et lorsque j'y vais, j'ai toujours hâte à la prochaine fois pour goûter aux autres plats proposés et même de reprendre ceux que j'ai déjà expérimentés. J'aimerais manger à ce restaurant au moins une fois par mois si mes finances me le permettrait. Que du positif.
