Great establishment and quick service even though it was lunchtime on a busy ski day. We only shared the Yam Fries, Ceaser Salad and the Szechuan beef. They were all really well presented, tasty and decently priced. We were attended to very promptly by a very attentive young lady, thank you!!! Stopped here for lunch while waiting to ride the pipe roller coaster and we arrived pretty much as it opened so service was prompt. Not feeling too hungry and worried about eating too much before the coaster, my boyfriend and I just shared the top sirloin and prawns and the warm espresso brownie for dessert. The steak itself was actually really disappointing because it was really thin so it overcooked a little, and it was bland. Just a bit of salt would’ve helped a lot. But the other parts of the main were fantastic. The prawns were big and perfectly cooked, and the mashed potatoes themselves I could’ve eaten another helping of. As well the brownie was huge and my only critique with that one is I wish there was more ice cream to go with the brownie. Overall if we were to come by this way again I would probably give it another go, but I wouldn’t say I’d go out of my way to visit

0 star for cooking, 5 stars for service. Service is ok but: - water glasses had lipstick prints (returned back and asked for clean and glass ones instead of plastic dirty) - food not great. Full rack baby ribs : one half is warm, lower half really cold in the middle and slightly warm onside (looks like was heated by upper half of ribs and fries in the bottom), Have to return back to be redone. Second version was better and warm evenly. - kids menu have no healthy options for drinks (only sugary juices and carbonated sugary drinks) Not coming back for sure

I would have eaten here more nights if I had been in Revelstoke longer. The salads were some of the best restaurant salads I've had, and the pork lettuce wraps were also great. The banana xango is amazing also - you can't go wrong with this place. Large portions, reasonable prices, and delicious food, with some healthy options if you desire.

TLDR: Unmet Expectations, Good Food & Service My family and I have been here three times, each time on a different visit to Revelstoke. The first time, we were blown away by the environment, service, and most of all, the exceptional food. The asian themed menu items were a welcome sight after days of endless burgers and pasta. We left that night with a full and happy belly. Second time we came, same experience, although we noticed they had removed a few asian items off the menu and replaced them with the typical steaks and burgers. This time, also the third time, we entered and sat down eager to scan the menu. Alas, our expressions turned a little disappointed when we realized that there was one and only one entree left on the menu that was asian themed, and that was the Kimchi Ramen. The other entrees were the typical chicken, salmon, and three different styles of steak. I mean seriously, three different steaks and only a ramen to substitute for the asian elements. We ended up ordering the Ramen, the Chicken with Orzo, and the Salmon with Orzo. The orzo was well cooked and buttery. The chicken was lightly fried yet tender and juicy on the inside, smothered in a cheese paste of some sort. The salmon was cooked to a beautifully orange medium and was tender. The ramen was a giant let-down. The broth resembled NOTHING like a ramen broth. It was watery and tasted faintly of the pickling involved in the making of kimchi. The noodles were okay, and the pork served with it was one dry slab that was fried, not typical ramen pork. For dessert, we had the delectable Salted Toffee Cake, which we recognized from our last visit. It was quite sweet but very, very delicious. Our server was attentive and continuously checked in on us, asking if our food was good. She was very nice and totally welcoming. So in the end, our expectations for an asian-inspired menu went unanswered. The only asian entree available was largely unsatisfactory. We will likely not be returning to Rockford in the foreseeable future. It was great while it was great, and now it’s simply just another bar. They should consider removing “wok” from their description. Would give it a 3.5 if I could, but since not, a 4 will suffice.

The service here is sketchy, they had many "technical difficulties" ,which left us at the table waiting for minutes upon minutes. We were considering leaving. But on the other hand we had some bomb lettuce wraps then left. It was alright.

Although the service was great the food was a terrible let down. Two of the three meals were overcooked. The steak, ordered medium rare was closer to well done and dry. The salmon, made gluten free by not adding teriyaki sauce was also overcooked and so dry that it couldn't be eaten. The rice was also too dry to eat. We will not be going back.

The locals don't hang out here very much, especially in the early season...BUT... it is the best place on hill, and it's a party often enough. Some day the grumpy local from Revelstoke will realise what they are missing out on because places like this don't even exist in the city. Go here, support it, and have no regrets. It's awesome, and the staff are top notch.

Blandest mac and cheese I've ever had. Same with the burgers. The food in looks very pretty in the photo but very lacking in taste. Not worth the high prices at all. We went on a weekday and it was still fairly busy. The restaurant was about 3/4 full. The hostess looked miserable. She did not look happy to see us. I ordered the lobster mac and cheese. I got four dried out, shrivelled up, tasteless bites of lobster meat on top of my mac and cheese. The dish had no flavor and it was very dry. It was not cheesy at all and felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I was very disappointed because it looked amazing and tasted just awful. I've had better kraft dinner. My husband was very disappointed with his burger. The patty was very thin, overcooked and incredibly dry. It too was lacking in flavor. They overcompensated for the extremely thin 1/8th of an inch patty by stacking on 2 inches of greens. We were seated by the door and attacked by dozens of flies. We were re-seated and attacked again. The waitress moved us yet again to a third table and I still had flies swarming all over my food. It was disgusting and severely disrupted my meal as I was trying to eat while waving my hands in the air trying to stop insects from landing on me. I wasn't offered any discount for my inconvenience. They could have at least offered me a free drink or dessert for having flies crawling all over my food and having to change tables three times. The mac and cheese said it comes with focaccia crisp. Not sure what that is but I didn't get it. Just a plate of mac and cheese and nothing else. For 22 bucks they could have thrown in some garlic bread or a side salad. I was very displeased as was my husband. We will never be back.

Delicious food and great service. The scenery topped it off. We had the beef nachos to start which was a fantastic mix of flavour. I had the halibut fish tacos and my man had the crusted chicken sandwich, both were amazing! Not one complaint. Great selection of craft beers too. All around wonderful experience. The food has gone down hill. We live so close to the hill & this used to be our absolute favourite spot to dine in Revelstoke. The menu used to have so much selection & flavour. Now the menu is very bleak & the food has no flavour. Don't be fooled by the overpriced Ramen, the broth is weak! Very disappointing.

We enjoyed a delicious impromptu dinner at The Rockford Grill in Revelstoke, en route to Calgary. We were greeted and seated immediately, and served by a delightful lady, Sara, who excelled herself with her hospitable, and friendly manner. I’d recommend the calamari that we shared; my bun-less Maui Wowie Burger was excellent ( although a gluten free bun option would’ve been nice!) and I know my Wife’s Lobster Mac ‘N Cheese must’ve been extremely good as she ate the entire thing, which is a rarity. A nice relaxing, chilled place for an extremely delicious meal. Lots of development and building going on at the Mountain Resort, but nothing that distracts from the great views ( had we been able to see through the smoke!)

Great place for apres ski - only critique is the spacing inside may be a tad crowded for appropriate social distance table to table when it gets busy around 330 or 4 PM. We sat outside to avoid any issues. Other than that, great appies and beer selection.

Really enjoyed our meal here. The outdoor patio was great for Covid friendly dining, especially on a sunny day. Prices reasonable for a resort, and the meals were well presented and tasted hot and fresh! Always a bit of a captive audience at a resort, but nice to get friendly service and good food... Calamari appy was really tasty too, a bit different than the usual.

One thing that I am liking about COVID is all the food delivery services available. My husband and I used to go the Revelstoke Mountain Resort where the Rockford is located during the summer and take in the Gondola and hiking trails and then hit up the Rockford for their brunch smorg. It has also been a favorite place to go when company has been visiting from out of town, or for a lunch date with girlfriends. Thankfully we now have Revelstoke Delivery and this is one of the Restaurants that they deliver for. First off, I must say 10/10 for delivery and presentation. The takeout containers are reusable and quite sturdy so our food just looks amazing once it arrived to us. It was still quite warm considering we live on the opposite end of town from the Resort. All of our food was cooked to our liking and tasted so good!???? poutine was a decent size for our swap out side for our meal as well. We are thoroughly impressed with what we received tonight and we will definitely be reordering again soon. Great job Rockford????

As per a local's recommendation, we went to Rockford Grill and had the beef burger and yam fries. The fries were delicious. The burger had 2 patties which were on the small side but very juicy. My friend had the spicy crispy chicken sandwhich. It had a buffalo wing sause and was amazing. The service was quick and the atmosphere great. Exactly what I would expect in any mountain resort town.

We went here during happy hour and we were not disappointed! Not only was the place beautifully decorated, there was also a lovely patio with a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. The drinks we ordered (two local beers and a mocktail) were great. The food was an excellent Asian Fusion - we recommend the Tuna Stack. Overall, it’s a wonderful place with wonderful food :)

We had such a great experience at the Rockford Grill during our stay at the adjoining hotel. While the menu was small due to COVID, our drinks (beer and white sangria), and crispy chicken burgers were absolutely delicious. The burgers were so hot and fresh, the fries were crispy and hot as well. The breading on the chicken was so flavourful. Hands down the best chicken burger we’ve ever had. Oh and the service was top notch too. Thanks for making our evening so great!
