Tasty food. Unusual takes on comfort foods, but good. Apparently their kitchen is peanut free, which is nice ( the PB&J burger uses Almond butter). The summer linguine was superb. Can't wait for the rootbeer ribs to come back!

This place was awesome! A very laid back atmosphere and our server Nick was extremely personable, engaging in conversation about the area and the food. We ordered the "Stuffed Yorkies" to start, the my partner got the "Beef Dip", and I ordered the "PB&J Burger" (Nick told us that was his favorite and suggested adding the locally made bacon to it, so I did.) All the food was phenomenal! My burger was a little messy but so delicious, the bacon was definitely worth adding as it was a nice thick cut and cooked well! (Not too crispy, but not too chewy either) I would come back to Revelstoke just to eat here again! Definitely worth checking out if you are in Revelstoke!

This was an unexpected find in downtown Revelstoke. After a full day, we were looking for a cold drink and appies and we found it here. Friendly staff in an inviting and interesting atmosphere. Good snacks with a menu that included full meals. Also had sidewalk seating.

I ordered from there tonight (Jan. 21, 2022). I heard the food was good and never ordered from there before tonight. What a disppointment. I ordered the 1/2 chicken with potatoes and the Chubby burger with goat cheese, cheese curds and ba double smoked bacon. These add one were $3.75 each. Got one small piece of bacon, no cheese curds and no goat cheese. The burger itself was more like a child's size burger. There was a lot of chicken (it was 1/2 a chicken after all), but the rub they used was so salty I had to peel it all off. Needless to say we won't be ordering from there again.

Excellent customer service and one of the best Bison burgers ever. Vegans will love the scrumptious signature salads. Plenty of seating outdoors with a mountain view and a funky romantic vibe inside with an eye-catching interior. Definitely a must stop eatery.

Great atmosphere and quality food. Their apple pie ???? with ice cream ???? is delicious. Burgers are pretty decent and their bacon potato house made soup is delicious. They have a great variety of local beers on tap! Great IPAs. Staff are friendly and very fit! ????

Awesome food!! Oddest thing, they have a watermelon steak. It doesn't taste like watermelon or steak, but it is super good. Would absolutely have that again. Any time I'm in town, will likely be stopping here.

The food is so good here! There's craft beer on tap not your typical domestic draft and a huge TV to watch the game on! If you like cocktails its hands down the place to go. I would recommend that this place to anyone new to town.

Nice place in Revy. Food and drinks where A++ Give these folks some patience. Seek to understand the situation most mountain tourist destinations are dealing with at the moment. Considering they lost a majority of the international staff that work at these establishments, the existing staff and owners are doing their best. Relax it may take a few minutes more to get your food and drink. I will be back next time we are through.

Had a great beef dip here. Fresh sourdough , side salad and some cold craft beers. Only reason for a 5 star is sitting at the bar as a solo traveller this trip. There was non of the usual friendly chit chat you normal get from the bar staff. Covid related not sure, but a some friendly interaction with the staff would have made it 5 star.....

Really good food. We had the two vegetarian dishes. Man they were good. Beet lasagna is amazing. It's light and flavorful dish that really pleased the palate of our tongue!! Second dish was stuffed Tomatoes with mushrooms. Another amazing dish. Definitely something to try if you are a vegetarian person. Good choices of Beers too!!!

Ordered the beef and tomato soup and pulled chicken wrap. Soup was a bland, better than from a soup can, but not by much. Chicken wrap was good and the fries were pretty good. I think the best fries do not need ketchup but these did. The fireplace was great after a day on the slopes. I like the decor and very high ceilings.

The name is misleading, when you enter you experience a fun 'canadian' atmosphere (hudaons Bay blankets as window coverings as an example) fun trendy pub in downtown Revy. If you get the beef dip it comes with a gratuitous portion of roasted beef. The fries are extra crispy and malt vinegar is on point. Friendly welcoming staff with quite the attention to your needs.

Chubby's has a great garden patio out back. The menu is pretty wide with lots of variety but they still manage to do it all very well. We've always enjoyed whatever we've ordered. They have a decent number of good vegetarian options beyond plain old salads. If you're a meat eater try the bison burger, it's awesome. The deep fried pickles are top notch too. Don't let the name throw you off, the restaurant is worth a try.

I love this place! There are many delicious options of vegan and gluten-free food. They also have draft craft beer. The crowd is young and fun and the location is ideal.I had a Buddha bowl (not the official name, which I have forgotten now, sorry) and it was delicious! My friend had the stuffed tomatoes and she said that they were fantastic. Its a fun place to go with friends right in the center of the fun part of town, especially in summer on a Saturday night when there is live music right outside. My other companions had the tuna tartar cessation which was wonderful. My hubby had the ribs and said that they were just okay.

Epic food. Ate here on Friday when it was super busy and we got a table on the back patio because the front was super full because of the free music. But as soon as a table opened up for us they moved us out front so we could watch the music. There were two of us and we shared a starter (Seafood biscuits and gravy) then I had prawn tacos and my friend had the PB&J burger. The portion sizes are huge (we could have shared a main course) Great value for money and the fries are brilliant. Cocktails are amazing my favourite was the one night stand with a boy band. Service was awesome all the girls are super friendly. We returned the second night for dessert and pop because we were a little hungover and still had a great time.

The food and drink selection is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly, but I have to admit that the portion sizes are rather small for what you're paying. Also, can the chef here please throw out the existing Cesar Salad recipe. It's REALLY bad. Perhaps the dressing on the salad is made here and they stand by it, but don't order the Cesar. Stick with the fries or soup.

My wife and I went for a quick lunch in late March. Joel, the owner, happily took our initial orders as the waitress was busy elsewhere and was very pleasant and friendly. The high top table we sat at might have been the most comfortable one I've ever seen - plush, clean cushions with a metal pipe at foot level so your feet aren't dangling in space, and a natural wood table with live edges. Good selection of draft beer of all stripes and several original cocktails were available. Several unique menu items - not your typical cut and paste bar food you could find anywhere else. I highly recommend the PB&J burger - sounds outlandish but it definitely works - and the Caesar salad, which featured fresh croutons and fried pork belly, and wasn't chock full of Iceberg lettuce ribs like I've half come to expect in them. Service was prompt, attentive and cheerful. Prices were reasonable, especially given the quality of the food. We'll definitely be visiting again next time we're passing through Revelstoke.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience. We are locals & eat here semi often. First few times were fantastic. The last 2 times were terrible. They charged extra for extra dressing even though the salad was dry without hardly any dressing. The chicken was undercooked. We shared brisket bites that were 6 pieces of fat with a few pieces of stale pita for $14. Tried a second chance after our first poor experience & was again disappointed. Too bad...

Great atmosphere, awesome patio and hip environment. However it wasn’t enough for my twin four year olds and oldest son to endure the one hour table wait for our meals to arrive. No update from our waiter until asked. No apology for the wait. Great beers, ok food.

We had the chef's special, pan-fried sockeye salmon with scallops and smoked bacon with white bean ragu which was absolutely delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. Topped off with cream ale from Mt Begbie's brewery, which is located just a few kilometers away. Food and drink were great value for the money. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Went here for supper on Thanksgiving Monday and it was quite busy, as many other restaurants in town weren’t open. We ordered the fried cheese curds (delish), I ordered the beef dip (also delish and MESSY) and my wife ordered the gumbo (huge portion and tasty). The food options were all excellent and the beer selection was good as well (mainly local/BC brews). I’d definitely visit again!

This place is just great! I went with my boyfriend during the summer and we had such a great time! The bartender was a Serbian guy who knows SOO MUCH about liquor and drinks! We would just drink whatever he recommended and it was always great! I loved the cheese curds and all the food we had. We asked them to watch the soccer game (Brazil and Argentina) prior to our arrival and they were watching it once we got there! We had such a great time! Such a lovely and fun place!

Update: July 2021: Many people (about 12) in line; the wait staff/host cannot seat people at open tables. They don't look like they know what they are doing. We saw a couple wait to get seated; over 30 minutes. Then after they sat down, 15-20 minutes and 2 wait staff later, they were finally asked what they wanted to drink.

The general manager could not care less about his establishment. The two drinks I choose were the worst I had in town. I ordered Cajun gumbo as my main. It was not like any gumbo I've ever had. A bit spicy, nice. The rest was too much flour, undercooked, tasted like spicy, flavorless paste. I bannocks we over cooked and tough. After mentioning it to staff, they could also care less. My wife like her meal. Far better restaurants in town, ship this one.

Found this place through Google and I was not disappointed. Friendly, helpful staff. I really liked the bison burger which had goat cheese, onions and blueberries in it, would definitely have it again if I was ever visiting. As a tourist, it was nice that they served Alberta steak on their menu to try, tasted better when you let it rest a few minutes before eating, it was juicy and beefy flavoured. Beef dip was moist and had a good amount of meat in it tho I did find it on the saltier side. Nice that they let us sub the fries for garlic mashed potatoes instead tho they weren't that done that well, still better than uneaten fries. Overall a good price and the menu was unique tho I wasn't adventurous enough to try their chocolate tomato soup of the day.

The PB & J burger is great. The back patio was surrounded in green vines and had plenty of space for our toddlers to be themselves and run around. Our waitress was lovely and our food came quickly. Other reviewers said it was hard to choose as there is so much on the menu, and I found that to be very true. Good beer selection. Kids pasta was a bit undercooked and a small portion for $6. Next time I would just order more 'grown up' food for everyone to share.

Came here upon the suggestion from a local. Was not disappointed. The cocktails are very moderately priced and delicious. The service was on point. My favorite part about the experience was how casual the vibe inside the restaurant was, but the food was anything but casual. Very unique options, really something for everyone. 100% recommend, 100% will be back.

We came for all of the plant-based options! The hostesses were super friendly and accommodating for our family (kids 2,4,5). The server was amazing as well, always around to help or check in and had cold bevy on the table within minutes. I had the 2 quinoa cakes, my wife had the zucchini pasta, our plant-based 2 yr old had the Little Glory Bowl and the Omni kiddos had cheeseburgers. I went plant-based a few months ago and I swear this was the best food I have had so far. Can't wait to come back someday.

Ate here as a group of 5 and loved the food and service. The decor is, well as the name implies "Fun". This was however the loudest restraunt I've ever been to. Music overpowers the quieter voices and causes a lot of yelling in my opinion. But would go again cause the food is just that good.

We were only in revelstoke for a day, so we googled he best restaurants around, and saw that this one had good reviews. We walked down their little downtown, decided to stop in because it was packed! We sat outside in the back, and it was a quaint little gem. Sever was awesome. Food was amazing! And came out quick. We both had the cheese curds (deeps fried) and then the beef dip, one with fries and one with salad, and all I can say is amazing! Even though all the food was fantastic, I said I wanted to come back for more salad! Their house dressing is amazing. Great little restaurant for being in a small small town. I wish I could fly your food to Edmonton AB! Can't wait to visit again.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Between infestation of fruit flies, being asked to move at bar twice (with a meal might add) to “accommodate” group of unthankful men for pre dinner drinks; I haven’t even begun to describe disappointment in “veggie burger”. It had more pineapple then anything else, impossible to finish, let alone enjoy. Other critiques include: soup being overly spiced and bartender loud. I was not made to feel comfortable. Needless to say, I don’t recommend.

We came specifically for the vegan options and were very impressed. The glory bowl had lots of flavour and was a generous size. The veggie burger was also a hit and it was nice they had a gluten free option. Service wasn’t amazing but the food more than made up for it. Atmosphere was fun, inviting and clean. We sat on the patio at the back and really enjoyed the vibe.

Very nice place. Ava, our server is fabulous and made our dining experience enjoyable. Food was good. We ordered the Chubby burger and the vegan burger. Lovely, fresh and tasty. Fries were crispy and tasty as well. Good selection of beer. Prices reasonable. They have an outdoor patio in the back and a smaller one in the front of the building. Would definitely return.

The food was good, the burgers were decent and juicy. The chicken pita wrap was delicious and well made. But service was very very slow we waited more than 30-40 minutes for our food. Oh the view from the back patio is great! So try to sit outdoors :)

Gotta work on that a bit. Washrooms weren't very clean either. Our food wasn't super timely either and the waitress was fairly abrupt/ didn't want to be there.

Went for dinner tonight. It hit the spot! The atmosphere was good. The service was impeccable even though it was busy. The drinks and food were delicious. Deep-fried cheese curds with the yummiest gravy, pb+j burger, and the chicken pita! Recommend and we will return.

First time here, we accidentally stumbled upon it looking for a place eat and some beers. The patio outside is so lovely. Our service from Sarah was amazing, and the food we had was some of the best pub food we have ever had. My boyfriend had the lunch feature which was fried chicken, with corn on the cob and choice of side. Tons of food, and hands down the best fried chicken we’ve ever had. Unbelievable flavour all around. We couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it all was. We are in the industry, and eat out a lot. We aren’t picky, but have higher standards when we go out. And this place blew us away. Reasonable prices, great staff and atmosphere and unreal food. Thanks for the great experience guys!!

I am a simple man, and I love a good bacon cheese burger. The chubby burger with cheese and local bacon has to be in my top 5, and I have been to a lot of boutique burger joints. The fresh bacon was as thick as the patty! My wife had the pizza burger, which was also incredible. Great staff, reasonable prices, and a delightful vanilla shake made Chubby Funsters well worth the stop. Highly recommended if you find yourself passing by!
