We ordered the NYE special and asked for delivery for 7pm. By 7:20 we had to call to find out if our order was coming and was informed it was going to be 8pm instead, but they did offer 10% off for the inconvenience. The food was pretty good - they missed the tzatziki for our pita (which is what I was most looking forward to!). Overall, decent food but the service and missing bits made it less than ideal.

Greasy soggy pizza. Delivery was fast, but the pizza was awful. One was supposed to be butter chicken. It didn’t taste like butter chicken... all it tasted like was greasy spinach. I called and asked about it and they said that that’s how they always make it. Not impressed. Definitely will not be ordering again.

Ordered pizza from this place because it won "Best in Regina for 12 years". The pizza wasn't bad, but I expected lot more for being the best in the city, and for the fairly high end price tag. Crust was good, sauce was a bit bland, cheese was watery, had no stretch, and the top of the pizza wasn't browned at all in the oven. The toppings were canned/pre-frozen, and the majority of the pizza was just a pile of soggy spinach. It met my expectations if we ordered from Dominos or Pizza Hut, but far from what I was expecting for "Best in Regina for 12 years".

My birthday review of the Copper Kettle. One star for the drinks, one star for Aman, the manager. My steak was a flank steak, not nearly worth the $25 price. Service was horrendous, except for Aman, he was a gem. Stick with what the Kettle does best; pizza and Greek food. Hopefully the next visit will be better.

Steak was way over cooked i orderd a medium rare but got a medwell steak. possibly because they left it in the hot window for long enough for the plate to be scalding which further cooked my food. veggies were either old or over boiled. It tasted ok but for a 25$ not at all worth the amount i payed. Definetly won't be back

A nice cozy restaurant with a great history! They opened this restaurant on 1964 with a humble menu and still the same people running this restaurant! What is a must try in this restaurant? Any item that has eggplant is a must try! Their pizza and wine selection is impressive as well!

Server was fantastic, and the food and drinks were great! My husband loved the burger and fries, and I would recommend the scallops and shrimp pasta. My mojito was a little on the boozy side, but that certainly beats a watery drink. The rest of our party enjoyed the food, although one person commented that the chicken was a little dry. But overall everyone left full and happy.

It's been a few years' since we ordered from here, and we won't order again. I placed the order over the phone after looking at the online menu, after telling the person what we wanted I was told the online menu was out-of-date. So update it. We ended up ordering the appetizer Greek back ribs and the all meat pizza. This took a bit of time with processing the order and it shouldn't have. As for the food, the ribs, must have been cooked 3 days ago, they were not fresh and cold. The pizza was sloppy and cold. Not worth the $54.

I went here today for a late lunch. Food was very yummy. The waitress who was looking after us was very friendly. I ordered the chicken fingers and fries, and everything was crispy. The breading on the chicken fingers was very yummy, and not like normal breading. It came with garlic toast and a delicious dip.

Nothing beats the bellfast burger and the fries that come with it when they wrap the burger uo separatey in the package are amazing. I usually do not get the mayo sauce or whatever nor the bacon and i add bbq sauce but the burgers, are amazing! And the fries are like dredged in a batter that is so good, this place is unforgettable. Just remember to remind them to bring your drinks

Been here a few times and it's dependably solid. The lunch buffet is great. Nothing too extravagant but your base foods Saskatchewan likes, prepared nicely. I jokingly mentioned to a coworker that the cobbler just needs some ice cream, and a worker who overheard me brought out a spoon or so of ice cream... The perfect amount for the dessert. It was an extremely nice touch and a small gesture that spoke volumes about how they saw their business. I really respect and admire that.

Mi wife and I are on a cross country trip from Nanaimo BC and we stopped in Regina. We saw this place in the hotel pamphlet and decided to try it. We were not disappointed. We halved a 13 inch pizza, half all dressed and butter chicken. It was just great. Very tasty. So we sat outside facing a park sipping wine and savouring our meal. Highly recommended.

My friend and I came from Ottawa and the first thing we did is try this pizza. It was so deliciously unique and flavour! We ordered the pizza for takeout at 11:30 pm and the quality was still very good, the owner served us the pizza and he was very nice and welcoming. Great service!!

The Copper Kettle has a varied menu that can accommodate all people--pasta, seafood, salads, and more. The menu has a Greek influence, but there foods from different parts of the world as well. The location is great, just a step from Victoria Park and they have nice outdoor seating. The interior decor left a bit to be desired and the wait for food was longer than we anticipated; then again, maybe we were just really hungry.

New Year's Eve supper out - chose to come to the Copper Kettle for a change of pace. Very glad we did. Special menu for the evening, but the regular menu was also available - very nice. Ordered the sangria - it was excellent. Our party of four had the starter shared plate, with calamari, feta slices, veggies and tzatziki, spanikopita and olives - very tasty. The calamari was fantastic - I'd consider ordering it for a main after this. Speaking of mains, the mustard-crusted lamb chops with lemon roast potatoes were marvellous. My wife had the chicken souvlaki - spectacular. The service was spot-on - attentive when we needed something, but not overbearing, nor in a rush to get us out, even on New Year's Eve! We'll definitely be returning - the pizzas we saw being delivered to other tables looked and smelled marvelous.

Food quality has really gone down hill. Most definitely not worth the price - they are now just an average pizza place. I ordered once before and the Spinach and Feta we got was absolutely awful. A coworker ordered lunch again recently - a combo with pizza and a bunch of appetizers. Adding 4 souvlaki sticks was $20. The appetizers were so greasy they were nearly indeible. The pizza dough tasted like cardboard. I gave them a few tries to be fair to them, but it's just not what it used to be.

Great Food at the Copper Kettle I was in town for work and was staying at the Hotel Saskatchewan so I walked across the street to the Copper Kettle for dinner. I enjoyed the quick service from the staff and took their recommendation for the lamb chops. The food was tasty, hot, and worth ordering many times in the future. Big group had dinner there last week. Tip was already added to each bill but person accepting payment did not tell us. Even after I asked to see the bill she did not mention it. Due to many of us waiting to pay, l was not able to carefully check the bill. Almost the whole group ended up double tipping. They may end up with more tips this time but we will not go back again. In case it is not clear what "double tip' mean. We were ok to be charged 18% as a big group. But all of us paid another tip on top of the 18%. Eg . total of 18% × 18%. The cashier accepted the double tip from more than 10 payments without let us know tip is already included.

Ordered their Thanksgiving "Turkey Combo Platter" for my mom who lives alone in Regina and who unfortunately has to spend Thanksgiving alone this year due to Covid. The portion was a lot smaller than I was expecting based on the description and $25 price...(before tax, delivery fee, or tip) The menu said it includes cabbage rolls.. with than s... but there was only one included. Very little turkey as well... The order process was a bit of a mess too. First time I called the lady read my credit card number aloud in an occupied restaurant which made me uncomfortable (is it really necsessary to repeat every digit as I read it to you??) A few minutes later I got a call back from another employee to get my address again because I guess the first lady who took my call didnt' get it right... He also told me he couldn't honor my requested pick-up time (6PM) and the food will be made and delivered immediately... Had to call my and tell her go home and wait for her order... Overall the experience was disappointing, I'm not sure if I'll order from here again.

We got complementary starters (which were delicious) The staff knew the menu by heart and were very helpful if you had any questions. Great place to eat if you have a specific diet because the staff can help you out. Worth the price

Ordered two 10" pizzas, cost $50. Dry, no sauce, no flavour. Never go here. Delivery took over an hour. I can't believe I just paid $50 for the worst pizza I've ever had.

Thank you so much for such an incredible dinner. The staff was amazing and so on top of everything and the food blew me away. So many vegetarian options for all you vegetarian people and the portions are very large. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I have been a fond customer of copper kettle for MANY years. Prior to the pandemic, I frequently ordered while working nights at the hospital. The food was always excellent and the service was always amazing. I received a gift card and I was super excited to use it. I called ahead of time to ensure, I could use it for delivery, I was advised it was okay. I called today and placed an order with delivery and stated that I would like to pay with my GIFT CARD. The delivery driver was new and had not processed a gift card before. He told ME TO CALL COPPER KETTLE, and HE WOULD WAIT IN HIS CAR. When I called, the lady barked at me "I don't know what your issue is." She did not take time to understand my concerns, instead she rushed me off the phone. I told the driver that I did not believe it was my job to be calling the restaurant to sort out billing issue. He put the manager on the phone, who made me feel guilty for calling because "they were too busy." The food quality was disappointing and they did not even get the order right. Big disappointment.

We stopped at the Copper Kettle after a football game. Our friends were in from out of town. The restaurant wasnt busy at all. I've eaten there for years and it's always been good. They did not have the drink I ordered off of their menu. Two of their specialty drinks had no alcohol in it. After waiting over an hour for food, our guests pizza order was wrong. When told the waitress but she argued it wasnt wrong. Finally she offered a new pizza. Our guest cancelled his order. The manager, instead of coming over to discuss the problem, told us to meet him up front to pay. We had not finished our drinks. There was no offer to box up our food. They had also messed up the order at the table across from us. There was also a dirty dental flosser on the floor. Not a great impression for our out of town guests. We wont be back!

I've had a lot of burgers in my life, some might say a few too many, but I have to say that I had one of the best burgers in my life at The Copper Kettle in Regina. My partner and I went there on Tuesday November 10 and I believe it was called the bonanza burger. It was a double pattied monster so bring your appetite. My partner had the veggie burger and wasn't happy with it however, so I think stick to a salad if you're going for vegetarian options. Overall I would eat here again in a heartbeat!

Ordered the Greek feast for two on delivery to our hotel room .What a experience to the pallet enjoyed every diffrent taste especially the rolls on lemon dill sauce . So amazing . Cant wait to visit the restaurant on our next visit to Regina .

Copper Kettle has made our entering new years eve filled with excitement and joy because of their extra ordinary gesture. We couldnt believe when they gave us pizza with honey garlic wings and salad for free. Amidst of this pandemic with restaurants being the most hard hit, they went far and beyond. Well we did offer to pay but they declined. Surely we can't wait to go out there and dine. Thank you so much everyone at Copprr Kettle Restaurant.???? ????

I ordered the Thanksgiving dinner, let me start by saying I had no idea what to expect. Normally I cook my own, however with limited time on my hands I chose to try this when I seen it advertised. I for one do not like sage, I was worried about ordering it because of that, however I did not taste sage at all in my meal, so if it was in there... I never tasted it and that was a treat for me. When I ordered it was a very nice gentleman that took the order. I ordered it for 4 pm. I arrived at 345pm and was very warmly welcomed. In no time I was out the door with my order. I arrived home and opened the order. Now let me say I can put away food. However my first thoughts were omg this is huge. Salad, 2 scoops of mashed potatoes, cabbage roll, 3 perogies, vegetables, turkey, stuffing, and gravey. Then not to mention a slice of pumpkin pie. I grabbed my coffee and sat to eat feeling like I had won the lottery, not only was it delicious, I just couldn't stop eating it. Before I knew it, it was all gone and I was so stuffed I had to put off eating the dessert until later. To the copper kettle, thank you for providing for those that can't be bothered to make a meal. I live alone and this was a treat to enjoy and it was out of this world delicious! The portion was more than enough for one person. 25 dollars was a steel of a deal. For those that post negative reviews, I hope karma bites you in the keister, this was an incredible meal, remember there are people starving in this world that can't eat on a daily bases, poor people in our streets that never got to eat. BE THANKFUL! Thank you Copper kettle, I appreciate the meal you provided for 25.00 ????

Had lunch here today, will not go back, went 10 years ago and didn't like it then. The service was very poor and the restaurant was not even busy. Our meal finally came at 12:40 and was not good. Dark chicken meat in the wrap I ordered (normally a wrap comes with chicken breast) and the wrap was cooked. Then menu never said it was cooked so assumed I was getting a cold fresh veggie wrap, not so. There are too many good choices for restaurants downtown, stay clear of this one!

I was a little disappointed. We ordered the pizza and finger food combo for 4 for take out. They put the ribs on paper which then stuck to the pizza. I think they should put the pizza in a separate box. We also did not get sour cream for our potato skins. The ceasar salad could have used more dressing as well. Disappointing for the price we paid.

Great fresh food! I'm vegan which they didn't quite grok but they tried and were fantastic nonetheless. The pitas were fresh and fluffy goodness; the hummus delicious and full flavored, including lots of garlic and they seemed happy to provide extra hummus and some avocado in place of sauces I couldn't eat :-)

The food was good, our server was great amazing in every way! However I am very upset about an experience I had with a bar tender on Sunday, May 27th. I was at a dinner with work during the Congress. While walking to the washroom I realized the lady’s room was out of order. In a tight hallway I shifted right and bumped into a male caucacian bar tender (with a long black ponytail) that was holding a tray with drinks. The tray’s edge hit me right on the upper arm. I immediately apologized as he spilled his drinks and told him I didn’t see him coming (he was walking very fast and never said excuse me so I had no way of knowing). He did not apologize on his end, shook his head and gave me a very dirty look and left. My arm hurt right away so I knew it was going to leave a bruise. Another staff (young female Caucasian, dark hair) that witnessed the scene apologized to me and told me he had a long day and was tired. So I didn’t say anything else and went back to my table. I was bothered the rest of the night due to the pain my arm was in and the unprofessionalism I received from him. The next day my arm started to bruise (was very dark purple green by Tuesday) hurt and was swollen. I do not blame him for the accident as it was partially my fault and accidents happen. My huge discontempt was with his behaviour over some spilled drinks and I’m the one having to deal with the pain and discomfort of a bruised arm due to this encounter. I hope this restaurant reminds this employee of what customer service looks like. Very disappointed.
