I've gone here many times since they opened a few years ago and it's the only restaurant I've ever had consistently amazing service. The wings and poutine are a particular favourite of mine for food items. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and in particular a couple of the bartenders, Jenna and Maeve, and one of the managers/bartenders Eric, have made me feel right at home. I can't think of a place in Red Deer that I enjoy more, and I've introduced other people to it who have said the same thing.

There was a problem with the verification of my proof of vaccination and the lady at the door wouldn't let me in, despite seeing me download my barcode online. Surely she could have at least checked my record and ID. This later turned put to be a technical issue with Alberta Covid Records.

MOST DISGUSTING DISPLAY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. I was a witness of the manager "wood" and two doormen embarass and degraded a young couple who came into the establishment. They walked in and the staff instantly started harassing the couple. The couple were seemingly causing no harm and just looked like they were in love and having a good night. I overheard the young woman being asked not to order a double drink and the manger told the young lady that they seemed too happy to be here. ( this i thought was very odd) I seen they approached the gentleman and he followed them to the washroom to talk. Next thing I know their whole table freely got up and left in shock that they were treated so terribly. OUR TABLE LEFT SHORTLY AFTER! After being a witness to this I will never grace this establishment with my presence again.

This is usually my go to spot, I like the pub food, the drinks and the service is consistently good. Unfortunately that was not the case tonight. In the hour and a half I was there I received very slow service. Drinks and appetizers took unbelievably long to come out and eventually we got tired of waiting to order our entrees and decided to cut our losses. Even getting the cheque after pushing the fast service button took quite a while. No sorry, no how was everything, I guess this was an acceptable level of service from the servers point of view. We ended up going across the street to Brown's as we were still hungry. Brewhouse is usually great but our waitress left us annoyed and still hungry.

Spent an afternoon At the Canadian Brewhouse watching playoff hockey. Experience was good and felt very safe for a covid world. Staff was friendly and service was great. But your wings suck! Skip hot wings completely. Parmesan Caesar wings only marginally better. Should’ve went with my guy and had nachos. Pretty hard to screw that up.

Food was decent but the service was terrible. Ordered a starter of onion rings and asked for ketchup for them. 10 minutes later I had to ask the bartender because our waitress had not come back. Finally got the ketchup after 15 minutes. After eating our meal my girlfriend had finished but I was still eating and the waitress came to grab my girlfriend's plate. I had just taken a fry and she grabbed my plate from in front of me and started to take it away. After noticing the confused look on my face she asked if I was done. The most helpful person in there is the bartender.

Thought I would try a Canadian Brewhouse. My man is working out here and a friend recommended this place. Went for supper with my man and the bartender that has a stupid deer tattoo on her arm (Is that an Alberta thing because it is gross) started hitting on my man before I arrived in that trashy red mini skirt, which was very entertaining when I arrived. Maybe that is Alberta women's service... phone number, trashy mini skirt, a "tanker" and some nasty bar food. The food was gross and cold, the servers looked like ho's. The only good thing was leaving. #stayclassyalberta.

Tonight we ordered take out from the brewhouse. To break the monotony everyone is feeling these days. Had a small issue with the order. I called and talked to Dillon. He was more than willing to correct things and went out of his way to deal with it. It's great to know there are people out there, and businesses that are treating customers with pride. We will definitely order from them again. The food was excellent, and so was the service.

The mushrooms were cooked with too much soy sauce and super salty, so not good. The spinach dip was good and loved the little garlic toasts that it came with. Drinks were good but really iced down and expensive. Overall good experience. Update: went in November with my husband for the 40oz steak night. Amazing deal! 40oz steak with sides and a starter Ceasar salad, plus a beer all for the ticket price of $40. The service and food was awesome ????!

Stopped by on a Saturday night and it was one of the busiest places in Red Deer. Staff was friendly and there are dozens of tvs around the venue to watch all types of sports. Food and drinks were delicious as well. Not a fine dining establishment, but good pub/bar type food.

Such a good experience, even in busy times the waiters and waitresses made sure you got your food fast and that it tasted good. They were around when you needed them and very personable. Derek was my tables waiter and he was absolutely amazing, that man deserves a raise like seriously. He was so good to talk to and made me so many good drinks. Definitely the best way to celebrate my birthday was at brew house. Thank you to the chefs for the amazing food and to Derek!!!

Great service! Waitress always knew when to come by and top drinks up, was patient with all 17 of us when taking orders, never mixed our dishes or bills up. Food was amazing!(I had the Chicken Parm). Plenty of TVs set up in many directions, so you could watch from pretty much any seat as well!

Really good place for single ladies and gents to meet in groups, food is good, management and staff are attentive (safe for the oddball occasion) and the facility has always been well kept from my experiences. Over all, I really like the parking lot and how the stalls are appropriately spaced for people getting in and out of vehicles, the good potential for singles, and yes the sports nights. 7/10 for me.

And the girls working there are amazing. Two of them stand out the most. Karly knows us by name and already knows what we want before we even have to ask. I attended this evening for a date night, we both had prime rib as it is our favorite. This was the first time eating prime rib here. Unfortunately the meat was tough and really took away from the experience. Also we ordered a rare prime rib and a mid rare. The rare came out mid and the mid rate was almost mid well. Other than that the service was so amazing that I still tiped 20% but I may never go back for prime rib.

I was at the Brewhouse on Friday evening with some girl friends, and while the service wasn’t bad, my friend had a terrible experience when the busboy accidentally dropped a whole tray of dishes onto the table! Because the patio tables have holes, a bunch of food, water, and glass went all over my friend! There was even glass shards in her shoes! Her purse was soaked and soiled with food. While we all understood that accidents like these happen, my friend wasn’t even offered a discount! She left the restaurant soaked with water, having to triple-check her clothes for glass pieces! The situation was made light of by everyone we came in contact with and we felt like we should have been better cared for. I am extremely disappointed.

We had an amazing time at the brewhouse and the biggest reason was Stephanie. She was amazing the entire night. She was very attentive and was so amazing when I inquired about buying the silverware. We used skip the dishes to place an order for pick up. My wife has a dairy allergy. I started in the instructions "NO CHEESE PLEASE, DAIRY ALLERGY". Well after standing in an awkward line with skip drivers for 15 min longer than I was expecting to, I got my food and checked in the car. They did not follow instructions. The food had to be thrown out. We were not going to stand in line again to wait for them to make another... very upsetting.

Really love eating here. They recently started to allow kids here which is awesome, but the only bad thing with that is that kids are only allowed here in a certain area and all the chairs are tall chairs. Kinda makes it hard with kids to sit so high

The beer and cheese bread with donair sauce is out of this world, but that is about it. The food is has been seriously sub par on my most recent visits & with so many other good establishments to choose in Red Deer (Hudsons, Bo's, ect..) They really need to step up the there food game asap. I will definitely be back as despite the short comings with the food, the service, staff and atmosohere are good.

I used to go to the Brewhouse regularly before COVID hit. I hadn't been to the Brewhouse since COVID hit back in March of 2020. After finally going I was greeted by the best server I have EVER had there. Kaedyn greeted us with a smile, joked with us, was able to handle the antics of the table, took our drink order, delivered it in record time, and made sure we were never low on drinks. After we got our food, she was promptly there to ensure that everything was correct (it was) and as soon as we were ready for more, was there to take the order. If you are going to Brewhouse, I hope you are lucky enough to get Kaedyn as a server. Thank you Kaedyn and we will be back!

I don't have much negativity about the brew house except that construction on 30 ave makes getting there a little painful. Access from 67 st is a breeze. There is plenty of parking. Inside I like the atmosphere and the way it's laid out. Occasionally it is hard to find a table. I like the food and the service is always right on. Last night Ashley served me. She greeted me with a smile and was very amiable. The only complaint I have is that sometimes too many smokers congregate at the front entrance. One night I turned around and left because the crowd of smokers was just too big.

This place is extremely popular so don't be surprised if there are wait lines if you don't call ahead to book a reservation. The bar staff is amazing but I find the waitresses can be slow and inexperienced. Was the most disgusting beef dip I've ever been served. There were 3 small pieces of beef with so much grizzle in it you couldn't chew it the rest was chunks of fat. I paid extra for onion mushrooms and cheese and the whole sandwich had 2 mushroom pieces no onions or cheese in sight. The mash potatoes looked great but were cold and hard. I will never eat here ever again .

I Ordered buffalo chicken wrap with a side of Mac and cheese and was very disappointed. The “Mac and cheese” was undercooked pasta with shredded cheese thrown on top, no sauce just a solid rectangular prism of disappointment. The wrap was heavily sauced to the point it was just a soggy mess that I could not enjoy, I can not begin to describe how much was in there. You could have water boarded government secrets out of a CIA agent with how much sauce was in that wrap.

Watching Hockey here can be a blast just don't expect to hear the people sitting across from you during a game because it gets loud. We were seated very quickly after arriving and were approached by our server Courtney within minutes. She was an absolute delight. Personable, friendly, not too in your face chatty but just the perfect amount of chatty, she was attentive and read the table perfectly. Our food was delicious and made just as we requested it. The steak sandwich was yummy! Our drinks were fantastic and brought to us promptly after ordering. Dessert was so delicious too. All in all a great evening! Courtney also gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you! Was also impressed that the they wrapped the business end of the silverware (not the handles) and a guy was walking around cleaning the whole time! Fantastic evening.

Went here with a few friends the other night. Started out great and ended great. Service was phenomenal, waitress was great with always topping off our beverages quick and food was amazing. My only concern is, when we ordered a large size nachos it came with two tiny sides of sour cream and salsa. We had to ask for extra and we were charged for them. When we pay $25 for nachos, you would think they would give out a little extra because I am sure the smaller half size comes with the same amount. That was my only issue with my visit to the Brewhouse and I definitely will be back !

Went for lunch on Canada Day.... totally ruined my day. I ordered the baby back ribs with mashed and gravy. An hour later I was vomiting. My stomach is cramping so bad and I have not been able to keep anything down since I ate there. It is now 9pm and I am still sick. The servers are rude and slow. I do not recommend this place. Was recently there for in house dining and had some excellent food. I used to work at a high end restaurant in high school and my job was to create Caesar Salads in front of the guests, all fresh and authentic. Based on my extensive experience, the salad I had here was the closest thing I have to the real thing in a very long time. I had one of the pizzas and really enjoyed it. Crust and sauce was quite tasty. Only negative about the experience was the very loud and profane rap music that was playing when we got there. I had my daughter with me and didn't feel it was appropriate - maybe something that should be played past 10 and after the dinner crowd. We asked for it to be turned down a notch and they were very accommodating and also changed the station.

The wings were either overcooked, too dry, over seasoned and or they came to the table in broken peices. Was there for Friends Trivia Night. Ordered the Montreal Smoked Meat Sandwich and Tempura appies along with a margarita. The sandwich was good, the fries were overcooked and hard, the appetizer was tasty. The margarita was the WORST I have ever had. It was sickeningly sweet and tasted of nothing but yucky premade mix. The food is really good. We have been here a few times and enjoyed each thing we have tried. The pizzas have generous toppings and are quite delicious. Just ordered off skip the dishes. Everything arrived and was delicious. Only thing missing was a small order of fries. Called the Brewhouse, they put a manager on the phone (willingly) and Breanne said someone would run some fries over. They sent over an entire care package with a sorry note. Clean restaurant with questionable staff and ignorant patrons. Upon arrival at the Canadian brewhouse, our server looked and us, muttered something to a co-worker and then came over to our table. She looked like she had been dumped by her boyfriend - she was sad, pathetic, lame sounding and did not make eye contact. Customers around were rude, loud, obnoxious and wouldn't stop staring at us. Caught the server saying 'she wasn't expecting a tip' and that 'she didn't want to serve us.' Food was good and the restaurant is nice. Servers were sub-par and unprofessional at best. Customers were very lame. This place would be way better if it had some heart and soul. I would recommend the Canadian brewhouse if you are an ignorant jerk. You will fit in with staff and customers alike.

Since the Brewhouse has opened in Red Deer my wife and I have eaten here a number of times. We always come here on new years day for lunch and had never been disappointed until today. My wife and I have never had such disgusting meals as we did today. I had a club that was basically a half loaf of bread with some wilted lettuce, dried out cheese and a little meat that was a scarce as the quality. My wife's wrap was very similar with mostly wilted lettuce and equally scarce meat. I am not sure if they cleaned up from the night before as our booth seats were not cleaned and neither were any of the seats from the other booths. The booths are worn out with torn fabric with paint pealing off the walls and ledges. Overall we are very disappointed and will not be coming here anymore. Its sad to see that this place has deteriorated so much and the quality of the food and the service has declined to where its become another chain restaurant dive.

Great food. The only bad point: I asked if they could make a martini. They said yes. I then recieved a martini glass with only gin in it. They then explained that they didn't keep vermouth. I went in for a Caesar before an appointment I had at a nearby spa. I ordered the spicy cucumber caesar while sitting at the bar. The server placed the drink in front of me and then said he forgot something. He then paced a bottle of Tabasco and a bottle Worcestershire sauce in front of me and said I could add what I wanted. My expensive spicy Caesar did not have any spice in it. I was really disappointed with the whole experience. I’ve been on a couple other occasions and have never been blown away, but certainly didn’t expect this.

First time coming back in a long time. There has definitely been an improvement since my last visit. They have a large beverage selection and the food is quite good to boot. Going with any of the relevant features of a feature night won't leave you disappointed. The food and drink in such a venue should facilitate good discourse, not interfere with it. In this case it will not fall short. The venue itself is very well done and has a very good atmosphere. Nice place to kick back. The servers were always polite and responsive. Being one of the more popular locales in Red Deer there will almost always be a crowd. When it gets busier expect some delay in delivery of food and drink. The have a button system to help with this but at times we still had a bit long of a wait. Will he making more visits here in the future.

Just ordered take out and won't order from here again. Wife has an allergy and asked for her burger without mayo and the burger gets here with extra mayo. Fries were cold and the gravy tasted like dirty water. When my wife called to see if they would change her burger they said they couldn't do anything about it.

We went here this evening after we went to Discovery Canyon before we headed back to Edmonton! There is only certain seating for people with minors and most of it was just high chairs very few benches. My husband and i were the first to show up with our son. There was a total of ten of us. Thankfully we got a bench because we have two 3 yearolds with us. My husband and i were each given a menu with our child menu. When everyone else showed up the waitress came over with more menus and we asked for a few minutes before we order our drinks because everyone just showed up. She said no problem and left with all the extra menus!!! So now with the ten of us we have two adult menus and two young ones fighting about who is going to colour. So we waited 15 min until the waitress comes back. No extra menus. We ordered drinks and asked for one more kid menu and another adult menu since we were already sharing and knew what to order. It took another 10 min for some of the drinks to come. Can only fill up one kids chocolate milk cup and then they were out . We asked if they could fill each cup half with chocolate milk then add more white milk. Looked at us and then agreed. 10 minutes later brought back most drinks except one water. We asked the waitress how long until the food would take. She said 20 min. Ordered food (out of dry ribs on special) reminded that we needed one more water. When you order off kids menu noted that you should get veggies and dip promptly. As per what menu said! Never got them. It took us over 45 minutes from first drink order to finally get missing water. Received plates and cutlerty. 20 min after that waitress came back and informed us that they were out of more than 50% of what we ordered. We informed them to cancel our order because we were leaving. We have been there for almost an hour and a half. The only one star item is they did not charge us for drinks! Thanks!!! If it was super busy i would kind of understand but it wasnt very busy! Found out another table in our area also had terrible service and food!! If your going there tonight Brewhouse is out of alot of food! Went across the street to McDonalds before heading home to Edmonton.

My girlfriend and I are probably not the target demographic the Brewhouse looks for on a Saturday night but when we arrived we were treated like the most important couple in the pub. I sincerely have never felt so important and special as a patron. I took some names because I feel that these employees should be recognized for their service. We love to dine in at the Brewhouse but becuz of covid we find ourselves ordering in mostly. We love the complimentary perogies with our order. The food is always hot and delicious. We highly recommend the Brewhouse to anyone who loves good service and Yummy food! Great job guys and ladies.

Had a surprise 2.5 hours without kids last weekend and was sad to have spent that entire time here, literally came for lunch and my fiance had one beer. Waited forever for service, was disappointed with my $23 dollar frozen patty burger. I honestly dont think that I would choose to return.

Had the very best birthday dinner there on LOBSTER FEST.... 2018, went back in 2019 and lobster was TERRIBLE. Mushy meat, couldn't eat it. Some received compensation, we didn't, and left two whole lobsters we couldn't eat as many others did. Management didn't handle the disaster well at all. That's what happens when you PrePay for the meal.

Stopped in to celebrate the first day of college for our youngest. Couldn’t resist the deep fried pickles, bacon wrapped jalapeños and spicy shrimp salad. Way too much food but too good not to finish. Way too full for desert but got the donut fingers thingy and was that ever good. Couldn’t resist licking out the bowl. Absolutely delicious. Definitely going to be back for more.

The kid friendly area is absolutely horrible the seats are way to high for kids to get up onto. Should have booths for the kids. My kid almost fell and hit his head because the chair was way to high, thankfully I caught him in time. Food was ok but not the best have had better at a different brew house, service was painfully slow. From the time we walked in to the time we left we were surrounded by dirty tables.

And well, you can't write a review about Reed Deer Brewhouse without mentioning their GM Ron, who makes it a point to visit and chat with everyone, and just might be one of the funniest guys I have had the pleasure of talking to! This location is doing it right, it is high on my recommendations and if you go, don't miss out on the Bulldog Mimosa ;)

Great experiences are always had at this establishment. They aren't lying with the amount of TV's they have on-site, it'd be hard to miss out on any sports action no matter where you are seated. Bar service is excellent, and is always a blast to have whenever a hockey or football game is on. The servers are nice, friendly, and are thorough in getting your orders done exactly as you have said. Foodwise, they have your standard pub fare. Their appetizers are above average compared to other places. It has always been a good time whenever I've come here with my buddies after work or to begin the night.

Staff was great, took my son for his birthday. Ordered the poutin which was a huge disappointed, we did not even eat it, we also got a pizza to share, was not impressed way to much sauce we only got out on special occasion and this was his special birthday lunch the only thing good was the waitress. We only picked off the toppings of the pizza to eat and did not touch anything else when spending 53 dollar on two people expected more will not be going back huge dissatisfaction
