Absolutely terrible customer service. Cooks purposely mess up my order cause I ask for snap peas to be added they refuse everytime....even though every other location has done this no problem. This location clearly doesn't want business so don't bother.

First time Edo customers. Pre ordered online and live 3 mins away. Food was hot, fresh, and ready when we arrived. Ordered two bento boxes and a beef noodle bowl that were delicious! Great first experience at Edo Japan! PS the spicy teriyaki is really spicy! Lol We definitely will order again

Got a beef noodle bowl and there were large chunks of fully raw meat in it. Absolutely disgusting. Very disappointing because this chain is usually good but this time was awful. Don't go here.

The food is good and consistent with other EDO Japan restaurants. I also appreciate the good customer service that I receive when I visit this location and I would recommend anyone wanting Japanese Teppanyaki cuisine (on a budget) to come here. On a side note, I personally do not enjoy anything Sushi related from any EDO Japan; therefore, I am only reviewing their Teppanyaki dishes served with rice or noodles.

So gross. We ordered over $40 in sushi and 1 order of teriyaki shrimp and beef noodles. They put the noodles on the bottom of the bag and the sushi on top of it. By the time the food got here the sushi was warm and falling apart. I literally ate 2 pieces and threw the rest out. Im pretty pissed I wasted my money on this. Could have gotten better quality at a gas station.

Always good food, I've tried a lot but the Beef Teriyaki with chow mein noodles is absolutely delicious. My girlfriend enjoys the sushi and the Salmon rolls are a favourite. The service is always good and the staff are polite and courteous.

High quality fast service food at great prices. I didnt know what to expect when I went for dinner but I really enjoyed the Chop Chop Bowl, Gyoza, and the sushi roll that a ordered. All the items were very fresh and tasty

Asked for cucumber instead of avocado rolls and still got avocado. The dynamite rolls I got were basically just avocado and a touch of crab. Less than a quarter of what is usually in them.

Used to be a huge fan of this little resturant... it has really went down hill ..... made an hour trip to get thier food and was told no more sushi.... the whole reason of the visiting red deer.... thanks for turning your customers down

Absolutely love Edo and this location does not disappoint! So many amazing meals to choose from, my personal favorite is the Hawaiian Chicken... SO GOOD! And even when this location gets busy, the staff handle it like champs and get you your meal asap! Can't wait for my next Edo meal!

Watch out if you go to EDO at Taylor north Just by the co-op. The girl at the till will add her own tip and then pass you the debit machine. I asked why there was a price difference and she tried to tell me that I touched a button. I told her I never touched the machine. She then corrected it to the proper amount. I asked her if she gave herself a tip and she told me I shouldn’t say that. I said you did didn’t you and she said it was only a couple bucks so what. Well she never got a tip.. So beware of your total in the cash register and the debit machine. She was quick at punching it in.. Food is always good there

One of my favourite places to get food in Red Deer, we have been coming here for years and have never had a meal that wasn't excellent. The staff are always super friendly and service has been exceptional, definitely a step above the rest! We had a small miscommunication about the spicy mayo on my sushi meal (my fault for not knowing what it was called) and they were super quick to fix it. Thanks for all of the great meals, you folks are the best :)
