Had a really great brunch that included a really good complementary amuse bouche that had yogurt, jello and berry jam. It also included a latte in the price. Good quality ingredients, great flavors and solid service at a good value.

Everything was great - service, atmosphere, food, drinks. Had the freshest most tasteful oysters in my life here. Cod was more on a classic side in terms of flavor combinations, but cooked perfectly which is always pleasant. Venison main dish is just one of a kind. Would recommend this place to anyone without slightest hesitation!)

Highly recommend this cozy spot. The food was phenomenal. My wife and I had the fish of the day and beef dish along with a couple appetizers, a take on arancini and smoked pork belly. The Service was amazing and very accommodating to make a special dish for my picky kids. I'll be sure to come back when I visit Quebec City again.

Cost: This restaurant provides an affordable fixed 3-course lunch menu starting at $17. It costs between 1-3 dollars extra if you change any of the items. Atmosphere: Almost upscale mood with cool contemporary paintings on the wall. Food: if you're on a 1 day visit to Quebec City, this restaurant is a must visit during lunchtime. I rarely say "must". That's how good it is. All of the food items are delicately placed and taste divine. Nothing is overdone. It tastes just right and perfect. My parents loved it as well.

I've heard lots of great things about this place, I decided to try them out when I got in town. I can honestly say it is just as great as what everyone has said. I'll start by saying the service was great, they accommodated my family and I as we do not speak French. They do take online reservations, and we were able to get seated even when we arrived early. The food tasted fresh and delicious, the Benedict was my favourite as well as the duck confit with cranberries. All in all , I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great brunch place!!

Came here for breakfast. It was delicious. I do recommend getting reservations although I did not have them, the host found room for my group of 4. The staff were fun, knowledgeable and very attentive.

Super delicious place to grab brunch. Ingredients are clearly fresh and high quality, the staff are very capable in both English and French, and their coffee wasn’t too bad either. There didn’t seem to be many tourists here at all which is perfect if you are looking to escape those particular crowds.

Exceptional experience - start to finish. Initially, the menu was a little tricky to navigate due to the language barrier - but our server, Louis-Charles did the best menu walk thru I've ever had. The food that followed was perfect in its presentation, flavour, local roots, and portion.

This is our first stop in the Quebec City, French style restaurant, Le Clocher Penché, 25 mins from the airport. We went there on Friday, so didn’t get chance to try there brunch menu (in my research, lots of ppl recommend that). But, the lunch menu also surprises me a lot! Always comes with 17 dollar pre fixed menu, and you can customized with your preference. We tried the fish of the day and classic of the day. Really delicious food and kind service! Will come back again.

Cute French bistro with limited seating (make dinner reservations ahead of time!) Cheese appetizer was delicious. Fettuccine and beef cut entrees were just ok. All entrees priced mid $20s, portion sizes were on the smaller side.

Went there for lunch and ordered the classic menu. It was delicious!! Ambience is wonderful. The tables are a little too close to one another. The food is spectacular and will definitely go back next time I visit Quebec city.

This was one of my best meals in all of quebec. The timing of when they brought out each item was perfect. We got two appetizers and a main and that was the perfect amount for 2 people. The atmosphere was lively and the food was perfect portions and was extremely tasty.

Excellent service, awesome showcase of a wide array of cooking techniques (highly skilled chefs) while using local products and making them shine, which is much apreciated. Not counting the Impeccable service, everything was "on the dot" point Not the friendliest budget wise but well WORTH that budget (noting what I previously mentionned) I can guarantee, if you are a tourist looking for good food, the quality and service is definitely there ????

Very delicious meal! We had the lunch, which included a starter, main and coffee or tea for $17 and then if you got certain options you had to had a few $. We had corn creamy soup (cold) and a ricotta tomato salad for the starters. For the mains we had the chicken and duck confit. Very good sized portions leaving us too stuffed for dessert! Service was excellent and we walked in without a reservation and were sat right away (although it was a Tuesday)!

Brunch is a great deal as it comes with coffee, a little appetizer and your main dish. Wasn’t a huge fan of my dish, felt the sauce was a bit bland. But service is excellent.

Great place. It would really help if menu was available online. Limited but somewhat nice choices of a local cuisine. Main courses are around $30. Food was really good. It was a pity they didnt have fish of the day though. Staff was exceptional and we had a great time.

Would give this place 4.5 stars...nice atmosphere and friendly service all around. Reminds me of some French restaurants in Paris. Quebecois wine was quite good though a bit young. Ordered the duck heart salad with foie gras shavings...duck was pan-seared perfectly and not chewy at all...very good salad. Also got the smoked tuna with sea urchin celeriac...tuna was in a deep fried fritter ball...texture was very good but lacked the smokey flavour. The sea urchin was a mousse and it tasted very good...nicely put together. Ordered the salted beef...best dish we had and was tender and well-balanced without being too salty. Very satisfying meal.

Such a chic place with so much personality in the vibe and the food! The decor and vibe are cute, and the food was awesome. The main courses range from CAD30 to CAD35, and entrees are under CAD20. Bread is not free. You need to order it for CAD5. Good selection of wine. Attentive service.

Our experience at Le Clocher Penche was unbelievable. The cocktails we ordered were incredible, as was the pork belly appetizer. Our entrees were some of the best food we've had. Staff were friendly, efficient and super helpful (our server described the entire menu to us). Definitely check this place out if you're in Quebec!

Small menu and simple too, nothing much choice but because of this the food is so good. Recommend the Chicken liver mousse, looks and taste so good. Please have some space for the dessert, you will enjoy it. Their servers is very friendly, explain what i need to know and explain very detail and well.

Very tasty! A bit pricey but worth it. What we ordered: - appetizer: lobster salad and cold tomato soup (both amazing!) - main: boarfish (amazing!) and beef shoulder (good) - dessert: frozen nougat (the only thing I did not like as much...)
