Back here again to try this restaurant! This time orders a Mojito QUEBEC style with actual maple syrup. Well let’s start by saying I found it way to sweet for my overall taste but would probably have one around the summer BBQ! Btw the drink had enough mint in it to make most likely 3 drinks check the picture out. Next I ordered the “Boeuf Braise Bourguignon” the presentation was much better than the drink as one can see! The overall taste was excellent melt in your mouth excellent! I highly recommend this dish! Previous review was 4 stars Food was good and also the service but the table d’hôte was not fully explained so it ended up costing more which was fine if I had understood exactly what I was getting! When you order the table d’hôte it is only the items listed on that page that you can have so no expresso even though it says at the top of the menu hot beverage and I am sitting across an expresso machine! I will come back as it is a great place to simply relax before heading up to your room if you are staying at the Hampton which is attached!

This really is worth 5 stars. Great food, great service, extremely accommodating of kids, or just a couple out for dinner. We were a relatively large group, at a busy time and a full restaurant. Service was attentive and quick, food was surprisingly consistent for as many plates and as quick as it arrived. The kitchen really did a great job. It almost makes staying at the attached hotel worth it. Almost..... Even if I tried to nitpick..... can't. Great experience all round.

Service was absolutely diabolical! Not sure if it's because we are not French speaking but the waitress checked on Every table around us (french speaking) several timeswhile, laughing, smiling and very attentive, while we sat there waiting to at least make eye contact to order another drink. Our food came out 1.5 hrs after we Sat down, the plate was hotter than the food! People were sat after us and served before us. The food was good albeit not fresh/hot after sitting under the hot lights. We had French onion soup, lobster ravioli and crispy chicken. Had it not been dried out this would have been a higher rating. The manager said this was because they had a new menu, not sure why that should have affected us the way or extent that it did. We were compensated for the horrible experience with no bill, so at least that was handled properly. The waitress I am sure was very pleasant if your French. Over all good food but not a great experience.

The service was so slow that 45 minutes later, I had to walk back to pick up the car to avoid idle fees... And they still had not taken our order. This is a real gem. We had 3 dinners here and the food was all amazing. The service was excellent too and some of the staff does not speak English but they do their best. The decor is really nice and unique as well. Our first meal we ordered one of the $30 menus. We had as apps Corn chowder w bacon/shrimp cakes, main we ordered Cod with coconut curry and rice noodles. Deser was Carrot cake and chocolate cake. We sat at the bar as there were no available tables but we got the opportunity to watch the bartender make amazing drinks. Our 3 meals are pictured here...

Pour une facture totale de 80$ pour un petit entré de fondu fromage et 2 plats dont un spaghetti et un pot en pot de fruits de mer qui manque vraiment de contenus je suis resté sur mon appétit! Our server was awesome.. really friendly, though we had a little bit of language gap, she still managed to provide a great service. This restuarant was just next to the hotel we were staying in Levi hence, we went here. we were 5 of us and we did manage to order a lot of food. They offer French/American style of food here and every dish (that we had) had a French flair to it. We stayed at the attached Hampton Inn and had some reservations about eating at this restaurant since most hotel restaurants are not very good. We were wrong. This restaurant is not part of the Hilton group but is a chain with a name that translates to "Crazy Pig" - an interesting name! Our first meal was a delicious and very tender pork chop accompanied by fresh vegetables and the usual french fries. We chose to eat breakfast here for two mornings which were probably some of the best breakfasts we've had. We tried the "Country Special" and a savory crepe another day and both were delicious. If you're staying nearby give this one a try.

This place is part of a small local chain in the Quebec City area. I had dinner a couple of times at a different location. I got a fair service and reasonable food at reasonable pricing. This is a beautiful large, new location, connected to the hotel I am staying at. Very convenient. It's Tuesday evening, 7:00 pm, and the place is about 30% full. Going in, I am placed to a table immediately. 10 minutes later a young male server is asking me if I order a drink. I get a juice. I get it reasonably fast. No straw in the glass. Another 10 minutes, the server shows up. I am excited, I order fish, I remember too late about the straw, and he disappears - forever. About 10 more minutes later, an other server wants to place a large order of "steak frites" on my table. He tries the next table and the next, then returns with the order to the kitchen. Maybe another customer got fed up withe waiting, and left. Another server brings wine to a group sitting beside my table. Nothing seems to be what was ordered, and the ladies are rolling their eyes in disgust. Wine goes back to the bar. I decide to leave at at the 50 minutes mark, and I do. Left my untouched juice on the table, and go to the hostess's desk, to let her know why I am leaving. Wait, look around, and around and around, and nobody comes to ask me what I want.
