On Sept 6, 2020 I called in to order a take-out of: 1) 3 beef patties 2) some avocado 3) sauteed washrooms. the bill was for 16 bucks, and I gave them a 15% tip.. As I walked out the door I opened the bag and there was no forks and knives. I got back and they supplied them BUT when I got to my hotel room and opened the plastic container with the food, I found: 1) 3 beef patties 2) some avocado 3) no sautéed mushrooms. Instead of mushrooms, I got sautéed ONIONS. I don't think mine was a very COMPLICATED ORDER, was it? These guys deserve ZERO TIP.

I ordered from Door Dash a chicken quesadilla and milkshake June 15th 2021 and they accepted my order no problem. An hour later the order was cancelled with no explanation and was forced to order from elsewhere wasting another 45 minutes. This poor poor service is absurd and white spot has lost myself and family forever.

Walked in Sunday at 12:45 and was able to get a seat in this busy place with no issues. Service was excellent, server was attentive but not annoying, food was spot on (pardon the non intended pun) and we enjoyed our food and family conversation. Excellent Simpson, Excellent!

Service was good, food was good, didn't notice there were sunflower seeds in the coleslaw. Who puts sunflower seeds in coleslaw? Almost landed in the hospital due to severe allergic reaction.

Went there last week and had this Bc Chicken Burger ????...... Nothing but delicious ???? The Chargrilled fresh chicken breast burger was one the best burgers I ever had in town.

Had the Eggs Benedict for breakfast here it was really good. Only complaint was that they sprinkled cilantro on it. Restaurants all seem to do that thinking it looks nice but it's such a strong flavor either you like it or you don't. I just wish if they were going to do that it would say so on the menu. Both of the ladies I dealt with we're super friendly.

Our server Emma was an absolute gem! She made sure to double check ingredients for my friends gluten allergy and was the nicest server you could ask for. Drinks and food were amazing but the highlight was Emma.

They obviously have management issues that affect the employee to customer language contact that in turn affects the order of food outcome. Sad it's the low man or woman on the totem pole and the customers that suffer for it! Order was a mess and food was cold for the third time in a years time. This last time was the only time we received a gift certificate in apology! Really disappointed!

This White Spot is a great restaurant. Have you ever been to a restaurant and felt like it was a disco with loud blaring horrible music? You won't find that here at all. Just a nice quiet place to have dinner. White Spot is continually changing their menu and they often try to utilize tastes of BC. Great food, and a nice quiet environment.

Bring a 4x4 and enjoy the terrain park that is the parking lot (a couple deep potholes). Enter and notice customers not respecting signage or social distancing. The food was okay. Service was slow and unresponsive. Probably wasn't worth the risk

My last experience was abysmal. From the time we were seated for breakfast to when we got our food (and we ordered right away, we knew what we wanted) was 40+ minutes. Coffee refills were slow. I was brought a side of sausage that I did not order. I told the waitress this and she said "well you should have it anyway" so I did. Service was so slow that by the time I was looking for a second helping of smashbrowns, they'd switched to lunch and even if they were available, I wasn't prepared to wait for them. When a different waitress brought us our bills, they were wrong. I was charged for the sausage I didn't ask for. I took them under the suggestion that they wouldn't be charged. I think that was a reasonable assumption. But I did eat them, so I paid. But I was thoroughly unhappy and I won't be back any time soon. Which is a shame, I frequented this restaurant. I was trying to be forgiving. Servers have bad days and it's not their fault if the kitchen isn't putting food out quickly. But at some point, probably when I was billed incorrectly after all this, my patience ran out.

We have a child with a severe egg allergy, so we rarely take our kids out to restaurants to eat. After being assured by the manager over the phone that the egg free options would be safe for her, we came in. The server and the manager were amazing. They both visited our table multiple times to check and make sure everything was okay, and helped make the experience significantly less stressful.

???? Sadly, over the last few years, they have really gone downhill. The quality has gone down, they mess up orders, and sadly, they've changed their gravy, which was our fav. Prices are much higher, too. I get that restaurants are having trouble through this pandemic, and we regularly support our local establishments. But, come on White Spot...Step it up!! This is what I USED to say about Prince George White Spot- posted in 2019... [We love going to White Spot in PG! With so many restaurants making errors, or bad service lately, it's always guaranteed that The Spot will come through with flying colors, and tastes!! Friendly servers that have been there for years, that we know well, makes the experience that much better, as well! Always a good experience!] I hope to be able to say this about the Spot again sometime. But for now, we'll order from elsewhere. ????

I've always loved goin to White Spot and Nat Bailey stadium since I was a kid 40 years ago. I loved bringing my kids and now my grandchildren to White Spot in Prince George. I went tonight and sad to say service was so slow and my family witnessed people sitting right at the building doing drugs. Mr.Bailey would not approve. Hopefully they get back to the old school ways of doin things.

Always friendly serving staff that are casual but considerate. A clean, casual and comfortable restaurant environment. The menu is pretty standard Western cuisine that is flavorful and prepared well. There is free parking but the size of the lot is quite small so parking availability can be limited at times.

New breakfast menu very limited and overpriced. We ordered Eggs Benedict with the eggs medium. Had to send it back because the egg yolks were pure liquid. Coffee was more like flavoured water. Staff were friendly, but the food just isn't worth it.

Well tonight was not the greatest dining experience at the Prince George Whitespot. We arrived just before 8 pm and was informed by the greeter that it would be 45 min before food service as kitchen was catching up. A quick view of the restaurant showed that it was almost empty but a customer commented that just before we arrived it was packed. We decided to stay order some appetizers before our main course and visit. When asked the server said appetizers were on for $7.... remember this for later. Overall a mixed review of the food as the fries with burgers were undercooked and some seemed to be fresh cut and others frozen? One of the meals a dbl dbl burger had a bit of a funky taste to it. The service was poor as the waitress missed several requests for water...we will give her a break as I presume that she was at the end of a busy shift. No cutlery was provided nor side plates for appetizers. We ended up not having to wait 45 mins for our entrees as we did not have time to finish the appetizers and had to clear areas at the table for a food service person.... not a well timed meal service . Additionally we did not get all of the appetizers at the $7 rate for appetizers after 8 pm. We gave up , paid for meal and left.... we expect better from this franchise as when we dine down in lower mainland the food and service is much better regardless of which Whitespot one visits.

The menu is super small not many choices any choices that they do have are mostly chicken or fish. Ordered the Ceasar salad it was bitter and hardly any dressing. Service was not the best for a slow day. Restaurant was filthy ????

Paid $45 +tip for two lunches and the coleslaw still tastes sour, the burger was better, not fast food frozen, actually really enjoyed it, the baron of beef was too hard for my friend to eat (dentures), even for myself looked a little tough, and the dip didn't look too appealing, he said it was ok though, second visit in last year and better not great :/ very covid orientated though for seating and sanitation :)

Just arrived by train from jasper and asked at hotel where I could eat on sunday night... I arrived 5mins before closing but they were super nice, even if I was the only client. Fish and chips good, lavender lemonade nice and staff really welcoming and friendly.

I come to Prince George for work every 3 months and this White spot has the best cheesesteak hash. The service is excellent and will always visit this White Spot every time I’m in town.

Food was ok. Service was not. Server forgot the basics like cutlery... cream was curdled for my coffee. Edit mar 22 2019. Another visit... service was good this time but had about the worst steak dinner I have had in a long time... ordered medium rare and the steak came very rare and ordered mashed potatoes and what I got was a baked potato that the chef squished flat a few times. Some "fried" brocollini was an interesting side.

Overall was good, eggs were not over easy as requested. Candied salmon was missing but they brought it. Average preparation, should be brought up to lower mainland (Vancouver) standards at White Spot, Table Service was excellent but the Kitchen has room for significant improvement.

My a. Chowder was cold and riubbery.we ask for heat, but waitess declined as she said there was no more gas in the heater.few minutes later another older ladies came by, and the waitress was willi g to provide them with heat.i guess my skin tones says it all.i use to love the White spot, but not a more!

Went in here today for a quick meal and ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Burger with Endless fries. When I received the burger I noticed the piece of chicken was actually a 1/3 portion of a chicken Breast. Not to mention very bland and very dry; No flavour at all! And to make it worse the first serving of fries was stale and tasted like it had been siting around for a long time! I wasted $20 for a meal I could of got at McDonald’s for half the price and better quality! Won’t be coming back! This place is a joke! Overvalued!

First visit to a sit-down restaurant in a very very long time....due to Covid. Went to White Spot for lunch, after voting. They were very friendly, well organized, service fast and courteous. Food was good, my wife had her favourite: Halibut and chips, I had their burger . We'll be back.

Been here several times and the variety and quality of food is marvelous. The wait staff is incredibly patient and understanding. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus are all very tasty. Would recommend for any non formal occasion.

Service was slow and when the waitress ask how everything was, they did little to correct the things my family asked. When we asked for the bill at the end of the meal we received it and our waitress disappeared without taking payment. The last time we were at this restaurant our waitress disappeared without ever receiving a bill, we ended up have to recite our order at the till. Two strikes

Soggy fries, not wearing masks/ properly, very dry burger, shrimp sandwich is gross don’t ever get it, it’s a pile of tiny overcooked shrimp on bread. They didn’t give the right sauces with our order, and were rude when we came to pick up our order. The pumpkin pie was not cooked. Would avoid at all costs. TV dinners would do you better. Way overpriced for the poor service and gross food. For this price you could go to a nicer sit down restaurant.

Excellent food. Very friendly staff. We've only been twice to this location and both times we've had the same waitress. I've forgot her name. She's very kind. The menu options can be altered to tailor to your food sensitivity. All around wonderful experience. Oh the parking lot kinda sucks though

The restaurant was not busy but it took a long time to be seated and receive our food. Alot of menu items were unavailable because they were out of ingredients. Although the menu lists vegan options none were available because they were out of beyond meat. There were no options that had no meat component other than french fries; removing the meat did not reduce the cost so $18.99 for rice and vegetables or a salad is steep.

Not a very good experience. Waitress was pleasant but disappeared for long periods of time. Had to flag a different server down for coffee refills. Took forever for the food to arrive, table beside us also complained about the long wait. Food was mediocre at best, eggs were very VERY undercooked. Beef dip was dry and only barely warm. Didn't even get a bill, had to ask for it. Definitely would not go again and do not recommend.

Food was delicious but took over an hour for 4 of us to get burgers and fries. The server was nice and brought us a plate of fries (soup or salad, we chose fries) to snack on but it made it difficult to then finish our meals once we finally got them. Good effort though.

Service was good, wish I could say the same for the food. Good intentions but the execution didn't match. Fettuccine Alfredo came in lukewarm on a cold plate, and the sauce was watery. I sent it back, they were very nice about it and the next plate of pasta wasn't bad but the chicken seemed hard....... Looked like the same chicken from the first time around that sat in the warmer too long.

I go to White Spot for their "Chicken, Broccoli and Cheese" dish, and I am never disappointed. Their food is very consistent, which is a rarity in MANY restaurants I've frequented in Prince George. The hostess' and waitresses are very attentive and friendly, which is why I return time and time again.

The food was decent. The patron at the table beside ours had their server come to their table 3 times to ensure everything was to their satisfaction and ensure they had everything needed. Girl the service is trash and has me shook, they don’t care whatsoever about large groups! Now mama gotta eat and having a 50 minute wait is a big no no. They let about 10 smaller groups ahead of us and we were waiting longer I mean like no way hosé! The service was like molasses dripping on a hot day!

I've never had a bad meal at White Spot, and just this morning, Team Powerhouse held our weekly office meeting there and I tried their BC Sunny breakfast sandwich, and it was fantastic. Not to mention the endless smash potatoes were done perfectly. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Had reservations for 11 people for 5:15 for my grand daughters 6th birthday. Over one hour since we ordered dinner and no food yet. 2 tables that came after us are eating already. We are still waiting with a 4 and 6 year old. We have movie tickets for 7:15 and it’s now 6:40 and no food. Absolutely ridiculous. Food finally came and half of us couldn’t eat it because it was so hot and we had 5 minutes to eat.

Service was not what I'm use to for white spot. Received our beverages very promptly, 15 mins later our orders were taken. 3 breakfasts one club house with a soup to start. No soup was brought out and extra order of fries took 15 mins. In addition we had to ask for our bill twice. Will not return. I'll go to Red Robins next time for excellent service and food.
