Rotten veggies. Slimy chicken.. totally effed up breaded almond chicken. I found transparent peppers with mould on them and browning sprouts getting slimy with rot in my chow mein. I may have to go to hospital for staphylococcus or botulism poisoning tonight. Unfortunately I took bites before I tasted or saw the poisonous rot. I wish I could leave less than one star, but this system is poor.

Ordered *chicken chowmein- chicken was tasteless and SLIMY! *dry garlic spareribs- was all FAT and barely any meat! *wonton soup- again pork was all FAT! and no meat! *pork fried rice- was edible... *sushi- didn’t even try it because we lost our appetite after trying eat the other items we ordered! Called and asked for a refund, and they said they’d call me back with an answer.. waited 20mins.. called them and the manager said I had to come to the restaurant to return the food for a refund! I went to the restaurant and they tried to just refund charge for the food and not the tip I gave them! If could give it 0 stars I would!

Stood around for about 8 to 10 minutes before anyone noticed I was standing there. Just as I was about to search for another place the waitress saw me. Wasn't busy so jot sure where she was. However once seated I was looked after very well. Food came out quick and the servings are quite big. I'd go again happily

Really good food, and the prices are relatively low. Their ginger beef was great, with nice big hunks of ginger and onion, and their Cantonese chow mein was delicious. They are a little short on staff for the dinner hour, so there was some waiting, but the food made it worth the wait.

We have tried several Chinese restaurants in PG, liked them all, but we found the Mecca last night - delish food, great service, CLEAN restaurant, and there was staff sanitizing everything. The food was especially great, the fresh bright green crunchy vegetables in all the dishes and the taste, especially the special fried rice and perfect lemon chicken - can't say enough, we loved it! Keep up the great work!

Need better management zero accountability and terrible service. My old dry food came an hour + after estimated delivery time with no concern of my satisfaction when I specifically asked the supervisor to make fresh after it was an hour late. Also the chicken was like dry silicone hide yo kitties.

Had very good food before the rona. However 2x ordered food since and the chicken on the chowmein was slimy and the noodles had the texture of buffet food sadly and our rice was soggy like we got the sushi rice. Also our sweet and sour chicken balls were so crispy it was almost burnt. When we called there was no apology just rudeness. Also something we never experienced here before. All in all I will never come back here due to the huge fall in quality and the terrible customer service. Sad that it turned for the worse.

I love ordering from here, the best special rice I have had. It is well laid out with semi-private booths. The atmosphere is quiet, you won't have to shout to be heard. I recently had a Chirashi Don the sashimi was great and the rice was prepared perfectly. Their menu is huge offering both Chinese and Japanese cuisine. There is ample parking in their private parking lot. It is wheelchair accessible.

Went to dinner here for my birthday, had slow service from a rude waitress. My daughter who is 9 months old made a little mess which we apologized for and the waitress had the nerve to say "thanks for leaving a mess and not tipping". Would not recommend.

I have never posted a bad review, but this place was exceptionally disappointing. My fiance got the #6 and the food was super bland, no seasoning. My friend ordered a sushi roll and miso soup and never got her roll after reminding the waitress several times... I ordered the ramen, big mistake.. the noodles were extremely overcooked and mushy. In addition, the waitress tried to serve us the wrong order. It was clear she was unorganized and probably having an off day. Despite the sloppy service the food was not worth it!

Ordered #7 meal for 1. I truly enjoyed it. The only issue was with the Chicken Chow Mein , the chicken looked and tasted boiled, looked slimey but was ok.. I will go back , service was very good.

Ordered online big mistake too many inconveniences and no reward. Website didn't charge me for delivery took over an hour to accept the order then once it did , they called me to explain the delivery fee no problem I assumed it would be on the bill of sale. I requested cutlery as I do not have access at my work to any at all ( gas station ) no cutlery in the bag and it took almost 2 hours to recieve and went to the wrong store. Now I had to allow it to get cold and wait 2 hours to get home . Will probably not try that online bull again. Edited to add decided to try the tempura shrimp and it was so crispy I had to throw away that part and then when I got home because how gross it was cold the rest of the combo went along with it.

So good was soo bad! I don't usually complain but for $73 what we got wasn't worth it. The sushi fell apart when we tried eating it. My children ordered the Chinese food and it had an off taste to it. I was pretty disappointed. Also for 4 ice tea it was $14! Insane! If I new that I would have had water because the waitress didn't ask us once to refil our drinks. I suggest that you go to somewhere like Wasabi downtown or sushi star. Don't waste your money at this place.

Made an order in advance for delivery at 5 showed up 5:25. They forgot to send 1/3 of the order when i called they said the driver forgot to drop it off and would have him come right back. 40 minutes later it showed up. Well at least ill habe a good lunch. I've eaten at 'So Good' and from the beginning it opened and was funny, because you left saying the meal was "So Good". The sushi is delicious and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very traditional feel. The customer service is very attentive. Almost too attentive, with multiple people trying to help you sometimes. I even order take out and in the comfort of my own home, sharing a meal from 'So Good' is very satisfying; and for the amount they provide is price very reasonable. They offer free home delivery on orders for 25$ or over and my favorite kind of delivery anyday. Thank you guys so much for the greatest service I've ever experienced before in Prince George.

It was an unplanned visit however it turned out to be decent have not been there in a long time, and honestly it seems the same. The smorgasbord still is NOT there, they ONLY HAVE ORDERED COMBO'S. Which I thought was different but we enjoyed the meals that were cooked and what we got was alot on our plate almost enough to feed two people. I would go the So Good again next time I am going to try something different.

I would give 5 stars for the great food! 2 stars is my overall rating though because the service was awful. Server got our food wrong twice, kept forgetting everything and no drink refills unless we asked for a 3rd time. I will just do take out next time.

Sunday last attended So Good to place take out about 1:30. Attended because no one answered phone. Ordered Large War One Ton minus squid and deep fried won tons with sweet and sour sauce. For soup received one l - 2 cup container with 3 prawns, 2 pc chicken, 2 pc Bar b q pork and 12 won tons, and of course broth to fill container. For deep fried won tons, received deep fried won ton WRAPPERS / no meat plus the sweet & sour sauce. Last time we ate in War won ton soup had lots of everything in it including bok choy. We took half of it home and it FILLED the container at that time. I called back and was told that that is just the way it is! Very disappointing

Just aweful. We order from here regularly and, for the most part its decent. Today was not one of those days. The food was unpalatable. The chicken in the chicken chow mein appeared to be boiled. It was chewey and gross. The veggies in the beef chop suey were mushy and cold. When I brought it to their attention, they were not helpful at all. We had it delivered, they expected me to get in my truck and bring it back for a exchange, or else they would have to charge me another delivery fee for them to deliver more unpalatable replacements. Suffice it to say, we won't be rushing back here.

I’ve been here with friends a number of times and it’s hit & miss, mostly miss. MSG is a problem with some dishes, and service can be scant to non-existent at times. Waiting to pay at the till for 5+ minutes is always annoying, but particularly so after an unfavourable meal l Initially it seemed worthy of returning, but there are better options in town.

Why is the service so terrible? The hostess was talking on the phone when we got in and then was sharp with us telling us to get our own table then the waitress seems so undertrained. She brought us lukewarm tap water twice. It's clearly a problem with the management but at least take more care with your employees because they represent the restaurant. The food is good but it's just not worth the experience anymore.

I had a very poor expierence there for my first time and I probably will not come back. We had three different waitresses for the evening and they would take over while serving us. One waitress left the table while we were ordering our food and another girl had to come back to finish our order. All the waitresses were wandering aimlessly around the whole restaurant because they were over staffed and it felt like we were being watched while eating our food. The food itself was alright, but their rolls had ALOT of cucumber in it. Booths are uncomfortable and the tables wobbled ALOT.

Ordered 3 different times from Sogood and 3 different times our order was completely wrong. Not just an item missing, but rather full entire wrong meals. Ordered dinner for 2B got dinner for 2A all 3 times. Lesson learned and I wouldn't suggest this place and besides the food is usually cold and we pick up. All 3 times the lady on the phone told me she heard me say dinner for 2A. Garbage service, garbage food! It took 3 times, but that's it for us. Sogood sucks and so do the rest of the Chinese food places in PG

The Sushi at So Good truly is delicious and fresh. I give it only 3 stars though because they’re HUGE pieces that a normal person couldn’t possible eat in one bite. So we’re forced to take multiple bites, which isn’t the nice, and it falls apart. Why do all sushi restaurant feel the need to make the pieces so big?!
