Visited PG’s location many time, very good selections in food but not so much with kids. My son is only 3, he doesn’t like it, he prefers the grown up menu. To see how picky eater he is, good adult food. Friendly staff and great customer service. Recommended

Ordered calamari and wings to start. Calamari was bland and didn't really look like calamari. The wings were essentially just chicken bones with skin on them. They were so pathetic they weren't even worth the good deal of 4 bucks on wing night. The meals were ok. Nothing amazing. Our server as attentive. Overall though it was not worth the money spent and we won't return to Moxie's.

Over the years Moxies has become a favourite. Wings at Moxies are .49cents per wing after 4pm, so a pound is less than 6$. The service and food is great. Try the Beef dip or Loaded Burger or the Broccoli soup. The atmosphere is cozy.

May 27, 18, Well decided to give Moxie's another try, was again throughly disappointed, ordered Med Bread it came out pretty crispy, not good at all. Wife's meal was greasy not worth eating. Won't be back anytime soon. Dropped to 1 Star. 3months go, Nice atmosphere, good service from the servers, we were having brunch and the cheese was not melted in our omelets, that's why only 2 stars.

Covid safety regulations are in place. Food presentation was good. Visibly smaller portions aka before covid. Husband got quite sick from his food (Vegan Power Bowl). A night in the washroom for him.

Lettuce wrap was over sauced was not good at all. Server did discount food and service was good. My wife's meal a cheddar eggs Benedict came with hash browns from frozen potatoes and they were over salted. Eggs were cooked as ordered and were tasty.

This is the third time that my girlfriend and I had came to Moxies and each and every time the service was FANTASTIC. Last night our waitress named Paige was absolutely amazing, she came to our table promptly with every request that we did have. These waitresses by far are THE BEST waitresses ever. Not only that but the chef last night was AMAZING. I have never tasted such amazing food from a restaurant before. All in all the whole staff from Moxies is great and I will def be coming back for sure. Keep up the great work. ????

Quality of food... not that great! Service was horrendous! The manager ‘Jamie’ was disrespectful, unprofessional and lazy! I was disgusted by her behaviour. Didn’t apologize for the waitress or cooks getting my order wrong THREE times! 10/10 would not recommend! Get better staff!

The servers and other staff were wonderful. The food, however, although not too bad, was mediocre, in my opinion. The plating of the meal was uninteresting and the use of salt excessive for my taste. Things like toilet seats falling off, unclean walls and carpets indicate that the maintenance of the physical space, leaves something to be desired. I'll not be returning.

Service was ok, the waiter tried his best but the food was terrible. All the food tasted like reheated microwave frozen dinners and was lukewarm at best. Nothing like paying $20 for half a reheated chicken breast... Even the salad was warm and had wilted bits in it from being stored to long. No wonder the place was empty. Won't be going there again.

Poor food. Spend $50 on drinks then ordered another $50 in entrees. Entrees weren’t cooked properly, one steak, one chicken. Vegetables were undercooked, bit into the beets and it literally left an impression of my teeth and had to spit it out. Tried to bite into the broccoli, it was raw and hard. Steak was raw. Ate two bites of each and sent it back. They offered 40% off one entree. I have countless stories from this place. So many times with the same experiences. I don’t recommend this restaurant. Go to Earls. It’s 100x better with people who actually care about your meal. By the way, I am literally writing this from Earls right now where we both went and had their steak and lobster entree, cooked properly, with servers who care and appreciate you spending your money there.

My wife and I went to moxie's last night to celebrate valentines day. We did not have a reservation (I know, not very smart), yet they were able to seat us immediately. Despite a rather full dining room. The server greeted us warmly with a smile and provided excellent service all evening. Our food came out fast and tasted excellent. Overall a wonderful evening at a classy restaurant. Thank you again kyndra, with a Y, for such lovely service, we will be asking for you next time we come by.

Worst experience EVER!!! Visiting this location in Prince George, will NOT return here in the future. Ordered soup and it was not warm AT ALL! The manager confronted us saying "They temp'd it!" Extremely unprofessional. Why would you argue with a paying customer?! My Salmon and avocado salad came RAW. I didn't want to send that back too however my husband strongly suggested it. They returned with a piece if salmon half the size of the original piece. My Cesar did not taste like it was "Moxie-sized" it did not taste like there was any alcohol in it. I asked if we were actually paying for the whole bill because it was unsatisfactory and our waiter seemed like he was in shock. The Cesar salad my husband ate was okay and the penne dish was also good. I guess I'm they only one who happened to suffer through this meal. This location needs more training. You never know "Who" is coming though you're restaurant or whom they may be related to.

Just finished a fantastic meal at Moxies in Prince George. Our waitress Kendra was lovely, very friendly and kind! Despite the busy time and having to care for many tables, we felt very taken care of. All of the other waitresses were lovely as well. Give these wonderful ladies a raise!!! So we moved to Prince George 9 months ago, we love to eat out, and of course have eaten at many Moxies in BC as I travel for work often. That being said- I have to say the Moxies team in Prince George has always given 110%. From the quality of the food the kitchen puts out (like they actually care) to the service staff- this place is always a pleasure to come to. Consistency is key- and so far- it’s been very very good. 5 stars for you Moxies Prince George✔️

However given that I arrived after the person I was meeting had already eaten, it was a poor choice, as we all know wings are messy, and so here I am eating these delicious wings, while the other person was holding a conversation and had to watch me eat these things, haha. I ended up taking half the oder home, where my wife and I enjoyed them later that evening. ????

Went for dinner with my oldest for a date night. The cooks were amazing. They made everything exceeding my expectations. My one suggestion. For someone who has kids. Please don't place us in the back by the bathrooms or near the kitchen . My kids wont scream or cause a scene

My husband and I got to go out for our first date night in over a year, and the waitress we had was fantastic! Very friendly, super helpful in making sure everything was good for us. The food was good, too had! Ihad ordered the Chilli mango chicken and couldn't handle the amount of spice, so I ordered something else, which was delicious, and they made sure to take the chicken off our bill. We had a great time out and will be coming back!

The managers seem anxious and nervous and are so hard on new comers, with high exspections and vague directions, when something goes wrong it is always someone else's fualt. The managers need some help with organization, I went in one day and seen the serving manager yelling at a what looked like a new staff member, all fine and good because it's a restaurant and all....But this is everytime I come in so far. The manager does not seem to do well under pressure.

Ordered loaded burger, arrived without most of the toppings. Friend ordered salad with dressing on the side, waitress brought fries with dressing as a dip. Found multiple hairs in the buffalo chicken tenders. No drink refills offered. Waitress messed up the bills. Terrible experience, won't be back.

The service and food was so good. Especially impressive was the staff. There was a little hiccup in our meal but they more than made up for it in the exceptional service. Our family had such a good time here. As a addition, I felt very safe with the precautions taken by the servers. They were masks and kept a respectful distance while serving our table. Very nice! Moxie's is a great restaurant. I'm glad to see that they have improved the lighting and turned down the music. I find too many restaurants try to disguise themselves as a nightclub. Not good. The food is awesome and fairly priced. A little more higher priced than some places, but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend the Steak Salad!

I really can't justify leaving a two star review, the food has always been good at this location and the staff have always been friendly in my experience, but...the wife and I stopped by on Friday for a drink and some food for date night. One drink each (my beer was on special), and we opted to try three appetizers instead of entres, after tip it was more than $80, food was good, but some chips and dip and a few wings made me and my wallet feel some deep regret. I've had great full meals and a couple of drinks at a couple of our other favorite watering holes and they were in the same price range but felt I got more for my money.

I had the beef dip, and I'd say it's definitely one of the best I've ever had. The beef was super tender and cut nice and thin. The service was excellent, our drinks were filled regularly, and our food was brought out fairly quickly. Prices are a little bit higher than I'm used to, but the quality of the food matches it Update: This place seems to be really hit or miss. Came back a week later for lunch, ordered the beef dip again, and it was one of the worst I've ever had. The sandwich looked like it was thrown together rather quickly and without a care in the world, and the beef was super tough, I was unable to bite through most of it and I had the use a knife. Service was still held to a high standard, but the food was really disappointing

The Mango Chicken is actually die for. It's one of the best chicken dishes I have had, and I eat out a lot. Seems to be good everywhere, I have had it in Vancouver, Kelowna, and now Prince George and it's consistently delicious.

Our server was great, my beef is with kitchen and managment. We were a table of 10. I ordered a steak solely because they had peppercorn sauce. The one on the menu with peppercorn sauce was too big for me so I ordered a smaller steak with peppercorn sauce as an add on. Moments before being served I am informed that there is no peppercorn sauce by the manager. He apologized and walked away without another word. I went down to where our waitress was and explained that the only reason I ordered steak was because I love peppercorn sauce. She apologized and said they didn't know they were out. Asked if I wanted to order something else. Our food is now being served so I said no because everyone is already eating, but I am very disappointed that I didn't have the option to do that earlier. She said the manager would probably discount my meal. I get the bill and the peppercorn sauce is still on it as an extra charge before the discount is removed. So I am getting a discount on something I didn't even receive. Not impressed

What a wonderful diner for all the right reasons. The food was fantastic - calamari appetizer is a must - double order would make a full meal! Wings were great, with several tasty dip selections. The atmosphere and layout make it a place to hang out with your honey longer than expected, too! And, we want to personally thank Victoria for being our server during our visit. Like a hummingbird she checked on us at all the right times, instantly filling any request with a gracious demeanor and genuine care. If you are in Prince George, it's simple, try MOXIE'S!

Last night, we enjoyed a delicious meal here and had probably the best server in Prince George. I’m not sure of her name, but she was extremely friendly and helpful, so kind to my kids, and told us about how she just returned from a trip that Moxies had sent her on. Great to know that Moxies has such fantastic perks for their employees! I was sooo impressed by her! So, to the girl with long blonde hair and a beautiful red manicure, thank you for making our visit so great!

I am only giving 1 star because the food was infact very good however our service here was horrible. This was supposed to be the cherry on top of our road trip home but instead we ended up with a terrible waitress and our car smashed in a hit and run in the parking lot outside. I ordered take out The host was spectacular, super friendly and well dressed. It took him a few minutes to break a $50 but the get up made up for it. I ordered a cheeseburger with Mushroom and Bacon and a Poutine on the side. The bacon on the burger was tough and hard to eat, I wound up taking it off and not eating it. I'd blame it on the drive home, but it's not like a 10 minute drive home should turn it into jerky. The burger was charred in some spots and masked any flavor the patty may have had. Not inedible, just not worth what I paid. The poutine wasn't even a poutine. It had shredded marble cheese on it and to little gravy. A poor excuse of a poutine for whatever the upcharge was. The gravy didn't taste great either. If not for the sharp dressed man who took and served my order this would be a one star review. Give that man a raise and my best.

Slow kitchen again, nachos were terrible and overpriced. Sat in the lounge for comfort but loud drunk patrons ruined that as well. Definitely my last trip there. Sorry.

I got take out and asked for it to be ready in 20 minutes. It was 3 minutes longer and they gave me a coupon and the girls were very apologetic. The extra 3 minutes was no big deal to me but I was very impressed with how great the service was.

Nice decor inside. Nothing under $10 except soup and pop though. They also write their pricing with quarter or half symbols.. ex 34 1/4 or 23 1/2

Just have to say our server was excellent. Olivia was very friendly and worked very hard when we walked in with a very large group without a reservation. Would gladly sit in her section again.

A friend and I stopped in while passing through town last Monday around 5:30pm. We both had burgers and both patties were burned. I can see how easy it would be to overcook them as they were very thin (and certainly not worth the price), but how can the cook serve them knowing that they are burned to a crisp?! It was disappointing, but we were in a rush to get to where we were going, so we didn't bother waiting for a re-order. I don't mind paying high prices for good food, but this place seems to be missing half of that equation.

Steaks very undercooked (again), service slower than snails move, and dinner was barely room temperature. Second time dining here and I think it is our last.

The menu had me settling for what was available, could not get halibut? Pricey, top dollars for a middle of the road steak, mediocrity made pretty. Would rather have gone to earls!
