REVIEWS OF Betulla Burning IN Prince George

Joel Buhiire

Love the patio with all the fresh vegtables and herbs. Service was excellent includING the complimentary birthday drink. Will be back

Kyle Cameron

Prince George is a stop-over for us and we had no expectations for dinner. How happy we were to find this restaurant. Delicious and imaginative pizza, excellent service and great wine list. Saw some poor and, in our opinion unjustified reviews that had nothing to do with the food and service A pleasant surprise and seeing that it is packed on a Tuesday night, clearly a local favourite!

Lily Beigi

Loved the wood fired pizza. Moved from the island a few years ago and it is the first time I have been able to fulfill my craving for a true Margherita pizza!

Adel Tabibz

Tried pepperoni, spicy shrimp, and deluxe pizzas - all delicious!

Luke Blair

Trying too hard, service weak. Just because it's trendy doesn't mean it's good. Staff should have more appreciation for the food, style, customers and ambiance...

Sean Kelly

Incredible food, atmosphere and service. Best Italian around!

El B

They have great coffee!! We've been 5 or 6 times now and overall had a great experience. The pizza can be hit or miss but the good ones are *really* good.

Marieke de Jonge

Amazing food! Great service! The Pizza is second to none. Highly recommend!!!

Freya Berg

Pretty great place overall! We stumbled in for lunch service and were seated right away. Menu was great, and they have an extensive drinks list. Got us a tea and single espresso, which were served pretty classily. The wait for food wasn't long at all, and oh my god: the pizza is the most delicious I've ever had. That's not hyperbole, either! We had the Margherita, and it was so, so good. Light, salty cheese; a swirl of olive oil; sweet tomato sauce; wonderfully fresh basil; all on a crispy crust. That pizza oven really makes a difference!! I am not a pizza expert by any means, but even if you're as pizza casual as me, it feels so elevated here... Aside from food, the servers were super friendly and accomodating! You can see all the chefs at the very front of the restaurant, too, which is super cool!!

Austin Berkhoven

Amazing service, great atmosphere. Amazing food, very fast. The decor is almost formal for a casual pizza place, in a very good way! Will definitely eat here again.

James

Great atmosphere and fantastic (gluten-free) crust. But...we ordered two pizzas and although delicious, the toppings were sparse. We had slices without any cheese or meat on them. Inexcusable for the price.

Natalie Theessen

We where intending on going in for wagyu steak, that we heard so much about . Unfortunately we came in late and was informed there was no steaks left . A little sad till it was explained how the whole cow is purchased and there is 0 wast????.happy to come in early next time because we had a wagyu burger that we chose after all .Oh boy are we glad we did . Drinks and patiant staff was excellent as well . Bbs The Wilson's ????

Nyla Scotia68

I like the food. The pizza is a safe choice but the sandwiches are also pretty good. I didn't like the ice cream desert with coffee on it... that was kind of weird.

Mike Dalrymple

$$ and TASTY pizza. Lattés come with airplane cookies, coffee is good. Patio is warm, and the environment is my favourite so far in PG, with cool wooden interior, upstairs patio (no view, but nice place to be).

Carla Sabyan

Had a wonderful experience at Betulla Burning. The drinks were awesome and food was delicious. I had the margherita pizza. The crust was amazing and the sauce was so flavourful. Really good quality food. Would definitely recommend!

Diana Espenhain

I feel compelled to leave a review because 1) The place is amazingly awesome, and 2) they had 666 reviews, which I didn't like. Happy 667th review, Betulla Burning!

Chris Richet

Amazing food and nice staff , wagyu burger was awesome

Erika Colebank

I usually order take-out to enjoy their amazing pizzas but today I decided to eat-out on their popular upstair patio. Almost at the end of my dinner, I witnessed a mouse running up and down the dinning table and roaming around the floor looking for food. I reported the mouse to the server and was offered to move the table indoor. However, I already lost my appetite from the mouse and we asked for the bill. I was just really concern because the mouse has direct access to the kitchen as the door is always opened. I spoke with the manager and all response I got from was "IT IS OUTDOOR and IT HAPPENS. Nothing wrong with the kitchen and yea." Well.. My experience is completely ruined by unsanitary management of the patio. Would you consider your apartment patio area an outdoor? Imagine seeing a mouse at your apartment patio. Can you still say it is outdoor and therefore it is safe? I was deeply disappointed by the response of the manager. I am in contact with local health authority to confirm if the health/safety guideline is being met as the store manager claims.

Shanara Perry

Definitely my favorite and now new go to place for some well flavored, well balanced and mouth watering pizza.

Dean Jones

Awesome appetizers! Delicious pizza and pasta! Great drinks ????

Dave Tamblyn

Just moved to Prince George from Vancouver and this was the first place we are at on recommendation. It'll be my first recommendation when someone asks me where to eat.

Neil Boutilier

Amazing pizza! Quick to be seated and receive your order! Awesome patio seating to enjoy a sangria in the sun!

Shyanne Summer

Everything about Betulla is special, the food, the atmosphere, the staff. This is a definite must for anyone looking for a great experience!

Mike Hassard

loved the space but i had the halibut and i could smell the fish before it was set down in front of me, the crispy cakes were a soggy mess and everything was floating in a sea of oil. not exactly what i had seen on the TV commercials

Gail Taylor

Hands down the best pizza I've ever had. Atmosphere is great, the waitresses are amazing and the food is beyond words.

František Novotný

The waitress was top notch. She was very pleasant and polite which is rare these days. She made sure all tables were immediately cleaned after people left. The brunch was so delicious; I will go back for more but would really have liked to see a pizza menu as well.

Chris Harris

Amazing food and environment, very friendly and attentive staff. My favourite place in PG to eat!

Daniel

The decor is nice and all, and I like the concept, but I'd rather have a thin crust pizza from the frozen aisle. The main reason for my disappointment was the sucky pizza crust. It was rubbery and difficult to slice with the pizza cutter, yet so floppy my toppings rolled to the floor. The sweetness of honey on the pizza was unique and nice, but it didn't really do much to balance out the char. I wanted more flavour in the sauce and meats. On the plus side the service was super quick and friendly, and I love the 4 Oaks olive oils that accompany the pizza. I wanted to love the affogato dessert too, but for me the expresso and ice cream didn't do a thing for each other. I might give the restaurant another chance because I see all the 5 star reviews, and good potential because the atmosphere, service, and price for the portions are fine. Just not in the near future.

Rayanna Smith

Betulla burning should be in the top places to eat in Prince George for sure! They have rotating seasonal food and high quality ingredients. I literally crave the food here sometimes, especially the pizzas. Their cocktails are unique, fun and delicious and they have never failed on a visit to make spectacular food. I will always recommend Betulla burning to everyone who visits and lives here!

Jessica Brady

The Best most creative pizza’s in town. They regularly change their menu so always be down to try a new type of pizza every time you come.

Meghan Hunter-Gauthier

Halee was a super nice engaging and fun waitress. The pizza was great and the place has a great vibe!

Jason Hamborg

Great pizzas, nice variety of toppings. Been said by others that it's the best pizza they've ever had. Not sure I'd go that far, but was great!

Rose Schmidt

11/10 the roof top patio is amazing!! The pizza is to die for. The ingredients are local and fresh. Plus their cocktails and drinks are soo delicious. The prices are great for the fresh good quality ingredients. It's amazing. Definetly reccomend trying betulla

Jonathan Tyton

The food is delicious and unique, although a bit pricey. This is our second time here. We were hesitant to come a second time as the service was very slow our first time here. Once again, service was incredibly slow and unorganized. It took 45 mins for our appetizer to arrive and over an hour and a halfs wait for the main course. We saw tables around us arrive after us and leave before we even received food. We were asked by three different servers for our initial drink orders and no one seemed to know what was going on. Would not reccomend as disapointj g service is not worth the food. For the prices they charge I would expect better service.

Kayla Redpath

Great restaurant with nice decor and rooftop patio. Open concept pizza oven, and delicious home made pizza

Shanaia Meyer

Loved this restaurant! Cant have meat or dairy and they had some amazing choices. Crust was superb and I highly recommend! Great ambiance and decor.

Alexandra Beler

We got the charcuterie board and it was to die for. The selection on it were pungent and unique and it makes my mouth water thinking back on it. They have a fire pizza oven, which, according to my wife, makes great pizza. A little treasure of the north.

Mark Trottier

Brunch is $17.50 + tax. Add ons are $5 each.

Brian Misko

I hears sooo many raving reviews about this place. I decided to treat my friend and spouse to dinner ( this was two years ago ). I've never been more disappointed! We each ordered a pizza ( 3 different types ) in order to try each. the potato one was pretty much raw potatoes - hopefully they took it off the menu, the other two really had no flavor. Not one of us ate even half of the pizzas, and we certainly didn't take any home with us. Service was mediocre. Have not returned since, and don't plan on ever returning. Prince George, this is not what genuine Neapolitan pizza is like. It's not like they didn't try, but sooo off the mark.

Very lovely balcony seating arrangement and delicious food. Drinks were tasty and staff were very kind.

Marius Serban

TLDR: door dash order, restaurant messed up bad, manager didn’t care, food we did receive was subpar. I made an order through DoorDash, I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and the burger with dirty fries. The restaurant called to tell us they were out of the dirty fries and I said the regular fries would be fine. They decided to just cancel the entire burger which I didn’t find out about until DoorDash notified me. I called the restaurant to ask what happened and the manager answered the phone and she could not care less, and she all but told me as such. She said she didn’t know what happened and she wouldn’t be helping me because someone else already cancelled the burger on their end. I told her I paid for 2 items and I expect 2 items to show up. She said no because she’d already put through a refund for the burger so I said if the entire order isn’t there I don’t want it. She said I could send the whole order back but I would not be getting a refund. I kept the food because it would go in the trash if I didn’t. Since I kept the food I can remark on that as well. The “wagyu” meatballs were over salted, the bucatini pasta was mildly over cooked, enough that I could feel it, the sauce was pretty good but there was barely enough. That being said it was only 24 dollars so I wasn’t expecting a world class meal, but even a child could have done better. The doughnuts were hit and miss. The size was all over the map and as a result the bigger ones were still doughy in the center, and the smaller ones were too crispy to taste nice, the sauce was the saving grace. The side of olives were great and a much larger portion then I expected for the price, I’m still snacking on them. Overall my experience with the manager was horrendous and the hit and miss food left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be returning or recommending this to anyone who mentions trying it out.

Jake Henkie

Nice place bit pricy for their food. Patio is nice except for the smoke from the exhaust fan from the restaurant next door.

Kristen Marini

I wouldn't go anywhere else for supper if that were possible. The smell of the birch wood oven cooking classic Neapolitan pizzas in a mere 90 seconds, coupled with warm atmosphere, makes this the best restaurant to have popped up in Prince George in a long time.

Mike K

The food is excellent, service was attentive not overbearing, we sat on the patio it reminded me of being in Vancouver

Hailey Bickle

Great food and atmosphere. Officially the best pizza I've ever had, 10/10 would go again!

Natalia Moe

Atmosphere was nice, really beautiful patio. The pizza was different and we found it rather bland and not much for toppings. Tried a couple cocktails too and they were... different. We enjoyed the experience but it wouldn't be our first pick in town.

Danie Beaubien

Great atmosphere and service Food.............mm .............you can tell they are using good ingredients but in my humble opinion everything needs a little more seasoning. A little bland, that's all.

Brent Freborg

Delicious pizza! I wasn't sure about this place but it was awesome! Very cool feeling atmosphere! Service was good and friendly! Would definitely go back! Overall experience was excellent!

Dane Clarke

I absolutely loved it there, and the pizza tastes amazing!

Terence Fung

Excellent service! Atmosphere was perfect, absolutely loved the playlist. The staff fully accommodated my keto diet and was so wonderfully generous! Love this place and will be back for sure!

Kartikeya Shankar

Amazing gourmet pizza, appies and dessert. Try the fried chicken app, your pizza of choice and the Affogato dessert to share. The pizza menu changes periodically but make sure you get the Betulla ranch dip for your crust, you will not regret it. If possible try to get a seat on the upstairs patio. This locally owned restaurant that sits beside its sister, Nancy O's restaurant, is located on 3rd avenue. Its a great spot for date nights, girls night, or appie sharing. Will always love these guys.

David Entwistle

This place is the best pizza in town. By far. What an amazing new place. Been coming to PG for years now, and by far this place is unmatchable. It’s like having a piece if Italy in your mouth. Must try for sure.

The Mukeinator

Absolutely amazing great food..my favorite goto for something sweet will always be the Italian donuts hands down..my little secret ????????

Raine Gould

curated drink menu ( non and alcoholic) and fabulous pizza. happy hour is decent too

Cam Roberts

Amazing neopolitan pizza. Their fried chicken is incredible too!

Kenny Clark

Great rooftop patio, great service and awesome pizzas! Would definitely recommend and plan to return.

caleb mueller

Well priced quality pizza. Service was also very good. The restaurant was modern and clean.

Adrian Dayrit

Had a great pizza on the heated patio. A little chilly despite the heat lamps, but it was still quite nice. The pizza we got had figs on it and they were very accommodating about a substitution on the pizza. The service was quick, friendly and attentive. I was very surprised by how good the pizza was. The crust was well made and the toppings were balanced and delicious. Definitely would like to come back here!

Roelof Tjerkstra

Just one word - AMAZING. Best place in town for me. I vote with all my hands for...

c cc

pizzas and a kimchi cauliflower dish.-All were very satisfying.excellent atmosphere. My favourite was the Thai Tofu Vegan pizza. Delicious!!

Corey Hawkins

Went here on a whim and was not disappointed at all. The atmosphere was great and high class without being stuffy. The staff were very friendly and had a good sense of humour. From our seat on the upper level you could see everything being lovingly made from scratch, watching the level of care the kitchen staff was very satisfying. lots of different options to suit your palate. Perfect place for a casual dinner or a date!

Angela Nagra

Great food and atmosphere. Some of the servers are a bit odd, but the food is fantastic and actually great value for the quality you get.

Krishna Srinivasan

Nice trendy little place, had a quick bite before hitting Sonar, place is super clean, staff is great. Will definitely come back.

RYAN NORQUAY

Some of the best pizza I’ve had yet. Great friendly service and good relax vibe

Jessica Burroughs

when you burn a pizza, you should make a new one....when you put a pizza on a cold spot in the oven and it doesn't cook properly, you should make a new one....a 10" lunch pizza should not have a 4" crust on it....the pizza is just so inconsistent, for the prices they charge they should take more pride in their work....

Crystal-Rayne Tomma

This is absolutely unacceptable! A mouse was running around when we were eating. We brought this issue to the manager immediately and she said that we don't have any problems with that. I am very disappointed how she answered and this is a serious health and safety issue.

Sarah White

Best pizza i ever had, loved the crust! Service and atmosphere was awesome!

Corey Timms

Delicious food.. great service.. very comfortable patio

Scott Smith

I was visiting from Vanocuver and took my family here. The restaurant had nice decor and plesant atmosphere and I would definitely come back to visit. That being said, I did have a negative experience where the kitchen took a very long time to serve our last dish and it was getting late and my family was getting antsy. Luckily for me, and also for the restaurant, I had a server name Macaulay who was very astute and attention to detail. She was proactive in making sure my family was doing ok and took extra steps to compensate for the kitchens error. It is because of Macaulay I am leaving a 5-star review. It is also because of her I will be back to the restaurant again on my next visit. Thank you Macaulay.

RealCanadianGaming

This place is truly a gem in Prince George. The quality of the food is equivalent to what you get in fancy places in bigger cities like Vancouver.

Christine Blair

Great pizzas, yummy meals, good desserts. Very good service. Thanks.

CS Moore

The meal was good, service was good. Half order seemed to be asking a remarkable request and served on a plate that was chipped and wobbled around as I was eating. My husband had no bacon on his plate and the chef stated he did put bacon on his plate insinuating my husband was mistaken which offended us. Room for improvement necessary at this venue.

Benjamin Stewart

A DO NOT MISS when in Prince George. Great food made with local produce/meats. Fantastic friendly service, even coming In late near closing we were not rushed through or made to feel we were keeping the staff waiting. An amazing time we will keep Betulla Burning on our favourites list.

MSSupport PrinceGeorge

Wait time a tad long. The food is good. A bit over priced for the small quantity. Clean and nice atmosphere.

Michelle Gaudet

The service was good. Love that the pizzas are so creative; they taste amazing.

Nathan Johnson

A place with a great atmosphere. The gourmet pizzas are bit on the higher priced side. The fried chicken with cauliflower is a must try menu item. Overall great place for a date or meet-up.

Dan Kensley

Outstanding pizza place. The atmosphere was open and modern, with great music playing. Service was friendly and fast, drinks were inventive and delicious, pizza was unique and was cooked perfectly. If I lived in Prince George, I'd be here all the time.

Paul Wood

Not impressed. Service was good but pizza was disappointing. How can you cut prosciutto with a pair of dull scissors? Very noisy. Won't be back.

Aaron Marwood

Great, fresh pizza! The funghi is my favourite, but I haven't been disappointed by anything else I have ordered either!

Rob Thwaites

Very good restaurant, surprisingly cultured menu for such a small town, excellent, attentive, service, well thought out charcuterie, excellent pâté and mustard, wonderful braised kimchi cauliflower, great open space feels very comfortable and it's fun to watch the cooks in the wood fired pizza oven and hand stretching the dough.

Randy Roy

Unique option for Prince George. Love the viarety of different pizzas and their food in general. I constantly crave their smoked olives.. Always good service and hospitality

Aimis Marion

Fantastic dining experience. Six of us were totally satisfied with meals - steak, salad, shortrib papardelle(sp?), pizzas. Minor quibble - Craft beer should have a price list. If I lived here, I'd return repeatedly.

Kate King

I want to like this place but I feel like they really didn’t pull it off. It is quite expensive. The cheapest beers are $8.50. We watched our $22 burgers sit on the counter for at least 10 minutes right beside us while our pizza was being made. And then the pizza came out so small it barely covered half the plate and the dough was very thick since it should have been spread almost twice the size. ????????‍♀️????????‍♀️????????‍♀️ Service was also very slow.

Michael Stanyer

I enjoyed it as it was to go. But staff not as happy as say.... Any other one on that street. But... I know it was an off night because everyone I know loves this place

Robert Chadwick

Soggy limp pizza. It was most cold in the middle. The atmosphere is great but cook your pizza longer.

Sue Ovington

Amazing place in Prince George. The food and craft cocktails were very well made and the service was excellent.

JP Nacif Drah

We had a great dinner. I had the truffle pizza and the salumi board. My daughter had the bacon and clam pasta, we also had the Italian donuts for dessert, all excellent. The food was great the atmosphere was nice with an open kitchen. The waitstaff was so nice and friendly. It is a great find in Prince George and we will be back.

Marc Posselt

Great food and atmosphere. Amazing deck. I wish we had something like this in Red Deer. The cauliflower appie was amazing.

Diana Schermer-Gerdenits

Very friendly staff, good drink menu. The pizza ingredients overall were fresh and delicious but I wasn't a big fan of the crust. I'm used to it being softer and more flavorful. But I'll be back to try more of it again.

Natasha Buchi

Get the Carne Amore it's fantastic.

Ryan Todd

Great cocktails and of course the pizza

Richard Yuen

My Boss and I travel all over BC a lot for business. As we debated where to go for dinner on a recent trip to PG, we tried out this restaurant for dinner. We walked over from the Coast hotel, and sat down. Nice place was our first impression. Well we left thinking damn that was a great dinner... and the waitress was awesome! Already plan to return on our next trip to PG.

Daniel Egli

One of the best patios in Town! Drinks and menu are fabulous.

Graeme Stevens

Good food. Good service. Very nice artisan pizza place with a few other pasta items on the menu.

Sarah M

If there's only one restaurant I could recommend in Prince George, this is the place! Beautifully hand-made pizzas, with prime ingredients that are just bursting with flavour. There's a fun ambience to the whole place and I always take my friends here when I get the chance.

Amish Rebel

Where does one go in Prince George for outstanding food? Look no further than Betulla Burning. I've been here a few times now and every single time the food, beverage and service has been a beauty unfathomable. Perfectly mixed cocktails, the greatest music play list and atmosphere, amazing food that's all pumped out of an incredibly clean open concept kitchen line and a stellar bar. The forno station has to be the cleanest I've come across in years! Order off of the fresh sheet or from the restaurant menu and you will not be disappointed. Very much looking forward to my next visit!

D'arcy Hodge

Second visit! Had the same pizza, just because it's my favourite but I felt the one in September was better. Base was too crispy and cooked, hard to cut with the pizza cutter.

john stratton

Very tasty pizza, good appies. A bit expensive, but a good place for a nice night! Service was great.

Alivia Cavallin

Amazing. Enough said. Go now and see for yourself. Update: 3.11.17 - third time here this week. Every time I eat pizza I say it is the best pizza I've had. This time....I mean it.....????

Mo Hamilton

As always the food was amazing. Love this place, best pizza in pg by far

James QP

Amazing food! I had the gluten free mushroom pizza, it was to die for! Cocktails were great too! Will be back!

Sean McKenzie

This was a welcome dining experience unique to Betulla Burning. The charcuterie was generous and the flavours were well recieved by my guests from over seas. The pizzas were also simple and flavourful. The service too was elegant and timely; prompt with drinks and service, absent when we lingered over our meals enjoying the ambiance. That's a hard balance to strike and I appreciate the professionalism. My only wish is that the restaurant was busier! We need to support our local businesses, especially when they are doing exemplary work!

Katy Fairley

Excellent atmosphere, friendly staff, and amazing pizza! I would definitely recommend eating here!

B B

Never had a bad meal here. Everything from the appies to the pizza and pasta are fantastic. Staff is always very good too.

Samy Elsisi

Kelly Beveridge

Started out sketchy, I ordered an old fashion and our waitress asked if I wanted that with Coke. The pie was redeeming. The food was excellent and when its busy in there the place has a really nice vibe. Thank you, will definitely be back.

Garth Ivana B'Alone Toovey

Always happy with the food and service here.

Dean Birks

Tried the new menu last night. Had the Marinated grilled beef tenderloin! It was absolutely amazing! A fine cut of their own beef their own black garlic crust and vegetables! The tenderloin cut was so tender you don't need a knife and the vegetables were cooked to perfection.

Ben Berland

Typical higher end eatery, limited menu but friendly staff. Downtown location (which can be a bit troublesome at times) but highlight is beautiful rooftop patio and overall aesthetic. Food quality is typical of type of establishment, prices are a bit high but expected.

S O (Shadestar)

Been here twice and had a fantastic experience both times. The servers are friendly, the food is delicious, and the restaruant always has a good atmosphere. It is a bit more on the expensive side though so don't go in expecting chain restaruant prices, but you are getting quality food for what you pay for.

Dustin Hudyma

The building smells so good once you enter and the pizza was worth it.

Marc Craig

Amazing experience....The food quality, service and vibes are very nice. Had a positive experience on the second floor with our nice server Ashley....will definetly come again

Dan Watt

High end pizza ???? some of the options I didn't thought I would like but my husband forced me to try something new. ????????

Bryce Clark

Great food & atmosphere Pizza & tostada was exceptional, Calamari batter was a bit different ( some will like it and some won't), and the ricotta desert was amazing

Chelsea Bergeron

Nice atmosphere, great staff, and really amazing pizza. Definitely would recommend!

Devon King

Incredible food prepared by a great chef and served by an excellent staff. Try the Montenegro Sour for a great pre-dinner drink. I highly suggest the smoked olives to start, followed by the prosciutto pizza. Great flavours! Follow it up with a double espresso and the spruce tip ice cream (trust me, it is good). Give this place a try. If you have kids ask for a table on the upper floor as the kids can watch the chefs in action.

Franziska Taylor

Had such a perfect dinner here this weekend. Service, food and drinks were just right. We started with two cocktails: a margarita and mule, nicely balanced drinks. We decided to an impromptu wine pairing with our dinner - splitting 3, 9oz pours for each course. First was the smoked tuna and a Riesling. Second, Chicken and Pear Pizza with such a delicious orange wine, recommendation from the chef, was incredible. Entree course we split an 8oz Wagyu Steak and wonderful full flavor Cab Sav. Steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Lastly we had macrons and a glass of port for dessert. The food was timed perfectly and the recommendations were spot on. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice night out. I haven’t been so happy leaving a restaurant in a while, thank you to all the staff!

Hilda Burbee

This place lives up to the hype! The patio is very cute and ideal for a date or girls night. Would recommend to make reso though! Was quite busy with limited seating/covid rules.

Louise Dormaar

Great hand crafted authentic style pizza! The patio was great with a nice little garden that the restaurant gets many fresh ingredients from.

Juliet Goveia

Great non-traditional pizza. Highly recommended.

Rob Long

pizza was pretty good but it can use more toppings. Shared with a friend so I recommend getting your own. Server overly attentive which can be a bit interruptive and that depends on the person. Vibes inside the restaurant are cool but can be less dim. Good wine.

xHunT POSEIDON

Went for Father's day brunch. Got attitude for not having a reservation, even though resteraunt was empty. Got ignored by our server despite being one of 2 tables she had. (No drink refills, no napkins, long wait for to go boxes and bill, no check-in on how the food was) reach out to the owner via Facebook to be receive prewritten "sorry about your experience" reply.

Mike

A fantastic experience courtesy of Chef Warren and staff. We were treated to a six course family style meal. Each dish was unique and each was explained to us. He's truly a master.

Tharindu F.

On Saturday and Sunday nights I suggest you call and make a reservation. This is definitely the best restaurant in town. There's a hidden patio upstairs that's amazing when the weather is decent. The $100 charcuterie board is worth it if you have 4 people but that's likely all your need for dinner.

L Warville

Absolutely amazing! The staff and service was out of this world and the food was fantastic. Highly recommend if you live in Prince George or even passing through. Definitely worth the stop!!

Beth Brown

So happy there is a covered patio for my rainy birthday lunch! Service and drinks were awesome. The crust a little soggy, but delicious nonetheless.

Derek Kief

Amazing, I mean AMAZING food. You have got to eat here. Four stars because we asked for an item from the online menu that did not appear on the in-person menu, and were told we could not order the item. Consistency adds value.

kellymaroo

Great food, solid service, and love the atmosphere.

Chris Dias

Delicious artisan pizza made in the open. Expect unique toppings and combinations. Very nice decor, and multi level with a patio.

Johnathan Brower

I loved the pizza ! Great service also. Will definitely be back again.

Jon Grove

Pizza came out a bit cold... Odd cause I've always had amazing food here. Always a great place to visit for some food.

Kerry Anderson

This is a place that could only exist in Prince George. The food is mediocre and the staff is sweaty, awkward, and strange. I'm not sure who told them that fine dining consists of a flaccid tray of spam masquerading as a $100 charcuterie tray.

Quinn Millir

Food is bar-none, but service has been spotty somewhat recently. Two visits in a row have we been seated and waited up to 10 minutes for drinks while waiters are MIA.

Kaitlin Troy

The food was awesome Service was great too Got seated on the roof top was a bit muggy up there needs some fans up there

Cameron Short

We went with a group of ten friends. Well a group of six and group of four.(Covid and all) for their Sunday brunch. The food was fabulous. That is the least I can say. I had an omelet with fig, sausage, Gouda, caramelized onions. I am not one to try such things but oh my what a surprise for the taste buds.

Erik Fjellgaard

The fried chicken is insane! The roof top patio is an awesome spot for a drink ????

Clark Burbidge

Very friendly staff. Amazing food!! Highly recommended for a different experience on pizza and other foods.

Josh Dokuchie

First time visit and would love to come back. Very open kitchen to watch dishes get prepared. There's a huge stone pizza oven and in turn a number of artisanal pizza to eat. All fantastic. We started with an appetizer of smoked olives and a side of bread... So much that we left olives in the bowl. Nice selection of local craft brews, wines and an impressive execution of cocktails. With a high focus on local, thus indeed is a treasure for Prince George.

Ron Milligan

Amazing atmosphere, beautiful space, wonderful food! The super friendly waitress suggested a perch overlooking the cooking area where we could watch the chefs assembling the salads and pizzas from spectacular looking fresh ingredients, and indeed it was the best seat in the house. The funghi pizza was perhaps the best pizza I've had on this continent, and the tomatoes in the tomato salad were also so delicious as to be worth mentioning. Incredible place!

Really great pizza! The ingredients are fresh and tasty! Great combination of options to satisfy anyone.

Andrew Guerreiro

Excellent restaurant with an authentic Italian pizza. Actually, all items on their menu are delicious and always freshly made. Yes, it might not be the cheapest place to have a dinner but is well worth it. They also have kids menu, high chairs for your little one. Alcohol selection is reasonably broad and covers most of the classic dinner wine options. I definitely recommend this place!

We went for a corporate function. One of our lads broke those couches as they do not have any cross support and the legs wobble if you rock side to side. Throw a 2x4 under those couches and screw them into the legs darn it! Anywho, it was funny as all hell whe the couch broke with one 200 lb dude on it while we risked the other couch with two 200 lb dudes on them, and we tried to test the limits of the couch by ordering the $100 antipasto appetizer. It was frankly the best plank of food we've ever had, and we were a diverse group of people from all 6 corners of Canadaland. The blood orange marmalade still tasted amazing a few hours later after I caught a snippet of some that was caught in my beard. We demolished that plank of food in no time, so we ordered like 6 pizzas. They were amazing, so amazing I forgot to take photos. We are in Prince George 4 or 5 weeks a year and usually have a rotation with the White Goose setting the PG restaurant gold standard, but Betulla Burning is the nifty new player on the block and we'll definitely be back. Just hope the couches are sturdier next time. Their wood burning oven is also birchin' Ohh google is asking me to describe the atmosphere. I believe it was earth standard at . 78.09% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen, 0.93% argon, 0.04% carbon dioxide Amazing place, habitable atmosphere, delicious food.

Reyna Flack

Hands down one of the best meals I've had out in PG. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and did I mention amazing food. Definitely will be a return customer.

Ryan Beech

Went there for valentines day and everything was mouth watering. So good. Definitely do it again.

Oliver

God bless! Ordered porchetta roast for two after a long, challenging hike. So good! Thank you for your continued service during COVID-19. It's not just pizza you do right. Excellent restaurant overall!

BRANDON M

Tasty Neapolitan-style pizza, good service, good adherence to Covid restrictions.

Nate Siebert

Tha pizza!!! The atmosphere in this place is incredible. So open and classy, the view of their oven and process is for me a great addition. Being able to see them work at their passion and how they work together to create the delish meals they serve is for inviting. Dining for 2 is a hit.

Don Key

The peach pizza was great. It's a busy place.

Jehan Hadad

Great food and great service. First time for us

Paul s

Great appies, yummy cocktails, delicious pizza all in a exceptional atmosphere. What more can you ask for?

Stephanie Hurst

If you sit up at the bar and are lucky enough to have the amazing and talented Jessica as your bartender/server you are in for an unexpected treat! We like to try different drinks and enjoy chatting with the bartender and were not disappointed on both. Not only was it fun to watch her expertly make these “craft cocktails”, (which are on par with anything you’d get at a fancy lounge in Whistler), she was one of the most knowledgeable bartenders I’ve ever run into and was eager to talk about all the different ingredients that went into the drinks. Oh, and the pizza was pretty good too!

Priyanka Bagolia

Pizza tastes great an love the different flavour combos but literally half the pizza was crust. Their crust is good but I've never seen such an aggressive crust to pizza ratio before. Staff is all good and friendly but not sure if I'd return.

Ang Skittles

Amazing as always. What more to say? The only place to go for traditional style Italian pizza

Brandon D

Amazing food, great service! Absolutely love the atmosphere in here. The decor is very rustic. Love the open kitchen, watching these experts cook the food right in front of you is very cool. I will always come back here

Chris Cain

Nice atmosphere, but pizza lacked cheese (if any) at least for the price they charge per single pizza. I have had way better. Service was good

Fantastic pizza. Always so fresh tasting. Prince George is lucky to have such a gem.

Symphony Cook

Great atmosphere and even better food. Very unique menu with all sorts of local sources. There's something for everyone. Great to watch the chefs work the wood fired pizza oven too.

Derik Lord

Pizza was amazing. Was a little nervous as this is artisan pizza not you usual pizza hut garbage. Unique and exciting ingredients used to create fantastic fire baked pizzas. Highly recommend this place. As well they have a great BC local beer selection. Go here...!

Jo Mansfield

Was really good food, not the normal pizza place, great selection of wine and Beer, would have been better if they had off sale wine cause they have a great choice on the menu lol and it is PG wine from northern lights!! great selection ????

Susan Batchelor

We love this place. Original drinks, high quality ingredients and prompt service. I intend to try every single pizza as they can't seem to go wrong so far. The Betulla Boards are different every time with original mustards and the kind of meats that make me wish they also had an attached deli.

Food Fire

Their food is well curated and executed. Their cocktails as well. The only point of contention I have with their pizza is that it is a flop-fest. True Neapolitan style pizza is cooked longer (or hotter - could be their issue) and the crust is allowed to become darker and crispier. It's not a fork and knife affair and yet somehow Betulla's pizza is. Whenever I get their pizza to go, I always cook it for longer in my oven to dry out and crisp the crust. Always better. Flavor is great, ingredients are always fresh, and their recipes never miss Inside dining experience is always 10/10. But pizza is a flop-fest.

Travis Bergen

The service from start to finish was absolutely incredible! The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. My only issue was actually the pizza. The crust was great but both of the pizzas that we had, the toppings were so salty! We will definitely be back to give it another try - loved everything about this place and will try different pizzas next time!

Vanna Lawrence

Good pizza and italian donuts

This place is by far one of the best eating experience I have had in Prince George . Me and my husband went there for Valentine's Dinner (I am so glad we did !) and they had few special dishes that day that aren't part of the regular menu . We tried their pulled pork buns and venison pot pie they both were so well made the buns had pulled pork filling inside which was really flavourful and the pot pie was one of the best I have had so far , the pastry on the pot pie was fluffy and perfect texture . Apart from this we tried their Salumi - charcuterie board with inhouse meats and sauces along with bread ,it was really delicious as well . We also tried their wood fired Prosciutto pizza it was so good had fresh arugula and very well made . The drinks are also very good . Their ingredients are so fresh , food flavourful and preparation great . The service is very prompt and servers are really friendly , warm and hospitable . The place was packed when we got there so be sure to make reservations for special occasions before hand . I had a great time there and totally enjoyed my dining experience, I would highly recommend this place .

Atlin Braaten

Amazing food and service, was there for my mom and mine birthday. Had a Amazing time there this evening

James Brown

Great pizza, great service, great vibe! Tried the vegan pizza (I'm not a vegan) and it was VERY delicious! I will be returning!

Tessa Dargue

So nice here! Love the chef's menu and drink options. Great place to go in Prince George

Justen Westin

By far it's my first go to when going out to eat. Pizza is always delicious, and changing menu adds great flavours. Their manna cotta is very delicious with changing flavours. Their coctails menu is interesting and creates great flavours. Even getting take out pizza and going to the park is highly recommended.

Aly Burgar

Even though this place may not look kid friendly it certainly is. My kids love the pizza as do I. The prices on the kids menu are extremely affordable as well. This meal was not the usual I get here as it was a special and it was special. Super delicious lunch! Great spot for you, a meeting, or to bring the kids to see a pizza get made.

Chantal Peacock

The service was very good . And the food was all together way better than was expected in Prince George . Truly worth the price.

The Newbie Gardener

WOw - some of the best pizza I've had! Really can't say much more - I think this ties for Primastrada in Victoria as the best pizza I've had in BC. Better than any pizza in Vancouver. GIve this a try if you are in the area.

Spencer F

Great patio amazing food.

Katie Jones

Loved the food.. Waiters and staff awesome as well. Also very nice to sit and watch the chef's prepare your meals. Little expense but we had a wonderful experience.

Jo Borck

I forgot to take a picture of the food I ordered, but here's one of me eagerly awaiting my chance to dig into whatever was making those delicious aromas! It was a perfect afternoon out on the patio on this gorgeous spring day! I had a Porchetta Pineapple pizza i think it was called (Essentially a gourmet Hawaiian pizza), and it was phenomenal! I was dipping the crust in their Ranch dressing (which is definitely the best ranch dressing I've ever tried, do yourself a favor and order some when you go) as well as their homemade ketchup, which is more like a really good, applewood smoked BBQ sauce or something. This is only the 2nd time I've had the pleasure of eating here, but I will be reminding myself to go back much more often this summer, especially with such a great space to enjoy the food. I would 100% recommend Betulla Burning to anyone looking for food downtown!

Chris Reinhold

The ambience is nice, the servers are always good...but the pizza is just so inconsistent, sometimes it's cooked perfectly, sometimes the dough is uncooked in the middle and toppings are lukewarm while the crust is black and burnt...some of the pie recipes are just trying way too hard, keep it simple for the win, ie: cheese should be melted on a pizza!.....yes, the servers have been great about fixing issues, but that is always slow waiting for new food....when a pizza place cooks a wicked burger and fried chicken sandwich, but fails 50% of the time at the pies, maybe they need to change the recipes or retrain staff on quality control...sucks paying top dollar for sub par pizza

Damon Kernbach

Best pizza in town by far!!!! My go to when in Prince George. Staff are very nice and the chefs put out some of the best food in town.

Brandon Durrant

Beautiful building. Especially the patio. Food is excellent.

Amanda Long

Couple of pizzas a soup and a kimchi cauliflower dish. All were very satisfied excellent atmosphere. My favourite was the Thai Tofu Vegan pizza. Delicious!!

skye

Amazing space. Rooftop patio is fantastic with a living wall with hops and other plants growing along it and heaters in case the temperature goes down. The owners are great local guys who keep bringing life and food culture to downtown Prince George. Amazing coctail/drink list. Happy hour. Just great all around.

Michael Vatcher

Service was very good, the food (wagyu pastrami and raclette pizza), was one of the most flavourful and enjoyable meals I've eaten in years. Everything about that pizza complimented the other ingredients. We had affogato for dessert, which was amazing. And getting to watch the chefs prepare everything was great; the care and precision in their work was a treat to see. Thanks!

David

The best pizza I have ever eaten ( I am from Europe and live down on the coast). The crust is amazing. Very friendly staff, great service.

Lyliss Feniuk

Best Pizza my wife and I ever had. The smell of the wood burning pizza oven adds nice ambience.

Irene Tapp

I've had many pizzas here, always delicious. I had the mushroom pizza for the second time today and it is the best pizza I've EVER had!

Eric Schlott

Great pizza and lots of gluten free options. I particularly liked the cauliflower appetizer the flavor was amazing and the extra crunch added another dimension. The watermelon appetizer was great as well lots of flavor and comes with a pallet cleansing drink. Definitely one of the better restaurants in town. Highly recommend giving it a try

Bert Vandenbrink

Everything was great, as always. The $100 antipasto board is too much for 4 people, but we regret nothing. Our server even had the foresight to warn us that the icecream was cold. It's the extra steps like this you don't get elsewhere. 7 donkeys out of 5. Will be back.

Art Vark

I loved this place when I went there for lunch. The pizza was so good, as was the salad. Had amazing service, and look forward to coming back.

Taras Tereshchak

Great service. Great menu for pizza.

David Murphy

Food was great. Service was good. BUT here is a hot tip. If you're going to profusely apologize for coming to our table so long after we sat down and it's 2 minutes past happy hour, maybe give us the happy hour pricing on the beers. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

TLDR: The Mielle Amore pizza is probably the greatest thing you will ever put in and around your mouth. Looking at the menu is like being on a crazy reality TV show in which you get a chance to date one of your celebrity crushes; at first you are excited, but as you ponder it more, you are nearly paralyzed by having to decide. Once the choice is finally made, the results seem too good to be true as you fall madly in love with a partner who is not only beautiful and charismatic, but shows you a humbling depth of character that you never knew really existed: an outcome that transcends both hype and grounded expectations. Now imagine all that is a culinary experience. My crush has a name. It is Mielle Amore pizza and it costs a mere $16.

I had been to Betulla Burning twice by this point. I’ve loved many a local restaurant, having extoled the capabilities of a few as living up to the standards of the culinary hot spots of Calgary and Vancouver, but with Betulla Burning, the latest in line of new establishments, the naysayers can finally be silenced. And when I mean silenced, I mean like that episode of The Twilight Zone where that guy is marked by society and rendered outcast, with everyone around ignoring him. Like that—you’re given a forehead implant and the rest of civilization disregards you as a philistine until you learn better. This town deserved better, and the entrepreneurs that dropped anchor didn’t wait for someone else to do it; they didn’t pray for silent gods to intervene—they took matters in their own hands and built the culinary future of Prince George. They made The Copper Pig, Kask, Nancy O’s, and now they made Betulla Burning. I’ve often compared the exquisite platting of dishes to art, but here, it’s more a performance. There’s an audience, orchestration. The sous-chef Warren knows his craft, working his pizza peel like he was executing a play. I was hypnotized, watching a master play with his dough. Sorry, that didn’t intend to come out dirty. I mean it referenced play-doh, but then it got all weird. A few people may disregard my bind flattering praise given that I’d been a supporter of this business since before their opening. I followed head chef Brian Quarmby from closed Nechako Oyster Bar to here. It’s like going to see a Nolan movie—the odds are good you’re getting your money’s worth. But to my shock, this ended up being so much more. For one, this is probably the best-looking restaurant in town. Shielded in wood and tile, two floors of serving space, and that stunning oven against one wall that I named Klaus (it looks like a white German Pickelhaube). The menu for now is simple. Seven pizzas, with appetizers numbering ten and four desserts. Never have I looked at a menu and said, “I’m going to eventually eat everything here.” By the end of two visits, I’d already checked seven off my list. It won’t take many more, not that completing it would change anything. I’ve enjoyed the Salumi (charcuterie), buffalo mozzarella (with arugula and flatbread), tonno (smoked albacore tuna, peppernata, anchovy lime butter, pesto, and toasted almonds), and carrot & beet salad (with preserved lemon vinaigrette and goat cheese). As for pizzas, there was the classic margarita DOP (Denominazione di Origine Protetta), prosciutto, and Quattro formaggi. When ordered, a wad of dough is punched, pressed, and thrown. Ingredients are added, and the whole assembly is pulled carefully onto the peel. The chef expertly places the pie into the oven. It doesn’t stop there, as the pie is shifted to different areas with different temperatures. Finally, the pizza is scooped back onto the peel and brought closer to the top where high temperatures finish the meal. After a minute of rest, the dish is served, magnificently imperfect, with lumps and uneven curves. It isn’t cut like a pie—this is not a thick crust. You can tear it with your hands like I do—barbaric—or use a fork and knife. There are olive oils you can dab the crust into, but I honestly never required them. These are the best pizzas I’ve ever had, and I once had a traditional Italian pizza a stone’s throw from the Basilica of Santa Croce in Florence, so I don’t just have Dominos and Papa John’s to compare them to. These are pizzas you enjoy now, not ones you have cold the next day. They are light, delicious, and able to be downed in a single sitting (for me at least). Are they more expensive than the competition? Of course, with the average prize around $16. I’m not saying Betulla Burning replaces all pizza places in town. It just has for me—it’s has ruined all other pizzas. Forever onward will I look to Betulla Burning for my fix.

SteelHntr29

REALLY TERRIFIC PIZZA! It sounds presumptuous to say but I didn’t see this one coming. We ordered a Prosciutto pizza and a Porchetta Pineapple pizza with jalapeño aioli and garlic aioli dipping sauces. These pizzas were made in the Napoletana tradition and did not disappoint. I have only had this particular style of pizza on one occasion in Amsterdam. The staff there were all from Italy as was the oven and the pizza was terrific but in my opinion, this pizza was even better. The crust had the traditional slightly blackened blisters and the flavours were not too busy and got along very well. The Prosciutto pizza came with the prosciutto on the side (nice touch) as well as a plastic baggie with fresh arugula; the Porchetta Pineapple came with a baggie of pea shoots—what fine accompaniment in both instances. We were unable to dine-in due to a virus going around. Next time ...

This restaurant is nestled into a cozy, downtown street, right next door to Nancy O's - which is its sister company. Upon entering, the atmosphere is beautiful yet casual. Very high ceilings, with a small upstairs dining area that overlooks the kitchen. We were lucky enough to get a booth with direct view of this.

Kim Banman

Super classy, excellent service, and some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. Definitely a must.

Gary Taylor

Great food, best pizza and ribs in PG!

Crystal Thorpe

Unique dining experience that was well worth it. My son really liked looking at the kitchen and watching the food being prepared. The Honey Love pizza was delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Eileen Heo

Very cool experience. Fantastic food using highest quality ingredients and locally sourced items. 10/10 would stuff my face there again.

Bill Worthington

Betulla burning is a great place for a different food experience. The wood stove and open concept kitchen set the atmosphere. We started our meal with a cheese tray. The sauces served along with a cheese were exceptional! The cheese pieces are small, but it is an appetizer not a meal. The specialty is pizza, but don't expect typical pizza. The toppings are unusual and include unique local ingredients. For example, it was spring, and we had a pizza with fiddleheads on it. There are other entrees on the menu however every time I've eaten there we keep getting drawn back to the unique and delicious pizzas! We have always had good service, and have never felt rushed to leave. A great place to go and relax. I'm looking forward to eating there in the summer when their rooftop patio is open!

Gary Bratton

Great pizza, great local beer and wine, great atmosphere! Highly recommended.

Eldon Shelke

Good food, good atmosphere and good service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Especially pizza fans.

Jason Deane

Awesome food, super friendly staff. The menu can be a little intimidating seeing how I'm the type of guy that likes pineapples on his pizza... Trying new things is always good. Definitely will be back.

James Paterson

The server, didn't bring the drink I ordered. Brought dirty plates. Didn't bring napkins or check in. The food was amazing. Service was terrible.

mack shaw

Great food. Pizza is heavenly. The patio in the back is a hidden oasis on a sunny afternoon. Loved everything about the place from the relaxing vibe to the friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Kaitlin McGuire

Good service, and yummy pizzas! Little pricey but the deals can make it worth it!

Eli Malbeuf

VERY good pizza. The dough is way better than your regular pizza place, price is also a bit higher, but it's worth it. If you're looking for a gourmet pizza with a bit more class, this is the place to go! I had the mushroom and duck confit pizza. The pesto was a bit strong for my taste buds, but it was still good. Would definitely go here again

Ashlee

Awesome! Loved the atmosphere, watching the cooks make you meal, great energetic vibe. Smoked meat was great. Hip and urban, definitely recommend, can't wait to go back. Nice interior design to boot

Luis Porte

Steak was done perfectly and well seasoned. The puree carrot was amazingly good too didn't think I'd like it.

Jodi. Hoffman

Things were so different from my last visit :( Service was slow and unfriendly. My old fashion was from the same menu but had no flavour! Food was okay, but the menu had changed so much it didn’t have my favourites. Maybe the chef or owner has changed? I was disappointed to say the least

Teena Blake

Excellent pizza & salad!

Katrina Laramee

Their new fried chicken is so good, even better than the old recipe I might dare say. Delicious as always!

Haileigh Shanks

Nice atmosphere, the aroma coming from the kitchen as we stepped in the front door was amazing. The setup of the restaurant was very different as well check out the patio. Food was very good and different. We liked the fact they use fresh ingredients some actually grown right there. Price was good as well. Need to work on the sangria though.

Mitch Guitard

Great bar. They host their guests so well. Likely the freshest place to eat in the city.

Xavier Snchez

I don't get to Prince George very often, but this new restaurant has made it more bearable. A sister restaurant to Nancy O's, this pizza joint has an airy, yet cozy atmosphere. The staff is informative and attentive, and the food is A+++. I have to stop now, I am writing myself into a craving.

Duane Gauntlett

Great looking interior and good vibes eating here! Also did take out which took a little longer but understandable with only one pizza oven.

Gilbert Kim

Michael Maxz

Ordered the marinated grilled beef tenderloin, asked for medium well, came to the table medium rare, was not impressed, was a little pricey for this as well, will not return, was my first and last time

Literally the best pizza I have ever eaten!! And I have eaten alot of pizza from all over the place

K JK

Service

Chaim Farkas

Best pizza ever! Extremely clean and great service.

Myles Huble

The atmosphere is enjoyable and a nice addition to PG restaurant scene, however the ratio of food per $ is high. Nice place for a splurge, but you may want to pre-eat or bring a big budget. The pizza is just okay, I have eaten lots of pizza from Italian restaurants with pizza ovens and I find this one is dry and lacks flavour. Service could be more attentive, it'd be nice if someone could check in at least every 10-15 minutes to refill drinks, servers don't even need to make conversation, just ask the question, would you like another? Overall 3 stars because the atmosphere is nice, service could be better but definitely not the worse, and food is expensive for quantity.

Michael Rancourt

Really great food in a cool atmosphere. The pizza is delicious with some untraditional toppings, and it's definitely worth saving room for desert!

Alicia Bee

Literally the best burger (and fries!) I've ever had. Sous vide wagu, with jalapeño aioli, fried pickled onions, bacon jam, arugala, and smoked cheddar on a brioche bun. I don't know what they're doing to those fries, but keep on doing it. They're great!

Shaun Davis

The best and most flavourful pizza I have ever had and I love all the varieties to chose from. Everything we had on the menu was delicous, fresh, inovative and beautifully presented. The service was excellent and the setting was lovely.

greg leclercq

Came here the first time I was visiting Prince George and now it's a required part of every visit. The pazzo bread is god-tier and the pizzas are all 300% delicious

Eric Mortimer

Honestly - the crust cannot be matched in the city! (It comes from a carefully-crafted sourdough that they allow to "proof" for 48 hours before creating the gourmet-level pizzas and sourdough loafs consumed daily at the restaurant... try it - you will NOT be disappointed!)

Todd

Delicious pizza. Delicious beverages. A bit pricey but worth it for a treat. Serving sizes are a bit small for the salads. Family-friendly environment. Might also be nice for a casual date.

Stacy Zsombor

Who knew smoked olives could be so delicious! Lovely staff, delicious pizza and tasty beverages are all great reasons to stop in

T Russell

Wonderful pizza. Great toppings. Friendly waitress

Gloria Wahl

Super Classy very high end dining. A bit too technical for our party, but fun overall! A bit disappointed that they so flagrantly mixed food allergy items without notice on the menu.

D Suba

Restaurants need to be profitable, this restaurant really works that angle. Small servings, menu sounds high brow, but the food is a disappointment. So if you like cool ambience, with high prices, slow service, and poor food-- this is your place!

Matt Ollech

Unique pizzas that taste fantastic, try the olives as a starter you won't be disappointed

Tannyce Tremblay

Good pizza...smash burger was extremely salty... the latte is lowering the bar for a restaurant pretended to be italian.

Joseph Chubb

By far the Best pizza! Unique choices, loved it!

Tracy Hodgson

I am from out of town and was recommended this place and let me tell you, with its rustic ambiance and delicious pizza and oh so friendly staff, Prince George has a new precious commodity and it's not gold or jade. It's Pizza and service and they do it right! It is a must eat in Prince George, you owe it to your tummy.

William Truong

Great food and atmosphere. The upstairs outdoor patio is a great summer time location as well.

Corey Dajko

Some of the best food in town from an amazing and gorgeous restaurant! It is a classy and impressive place to eat with excellent service!
