Went to The Dodo for the first time, and I will be going back. Great food at a great price, service was very good and pleasant. They do have vegetarian and custom options, just make sure to ask for them. Great experience, great food with great flavour! Below is the Udon, egg rolls with shrimp curry, and farafa!

The food was amazing. I ordered the fried egg noodles and the spring rolls. Highly recommend the restaurant if you are looking into trying and buying Mauritian food.

We got a nice selection of menu items to try here- They were all good but I think the lamb curry was the highlight for me! The staff was friendly, the prices are super reasonable and the wait time was just as indicated. ????

Crispy Chicken is to die for ! Highly recommend to try it and Fried rice also is very good. Authentic Mauritian Cuisine for you people ! Give it a try you will not regret ! ♥

i really am sorry, i usually never post a negative review but there is a first for everything, im from middle east and i know what Mauritian food should taste like, somehow the chef doesn't? the lamb curry that i ordered was defiantly not what it was suppose to be, no spices, no proper peaces of lamb, maybe 4 cubes of 1x1cm, it barely had salt knowing it has potatoes in it, im sorry but i understand your pricing are affordable but i dont see you grow within authentic restaurants if youre not fixing your quality. sure this would taste alright for someone who never tried a single dish from anywhere els but i think 2 stars are me being generous. we waited long for the restaurant to open, so much hype and advertisement and this much disappointment.

Visiting from Ottawa and saw this place on the news, it was the first stop we made when we landed! The food is absolutely delightful and the staff are soooo nice!! Highly recommend the lamb curry and the upon noodles!!
