Food was meh. Waitress drug her feet and wore sandles. Manager just stood and talk to his friends and ignored the rest of the restaurant. Cursing and yelling from bar. Kids running wild and loud banging coming from the upstairs. Used to love this place but after this I will never be back.

I had another great meal at outriders today .Today was a little different than my previous visits. I have to follow a special diet for a few weeks that requires restrictions .I took my own special ingredients that I have to substitute while following this diet because of a health issue. I asked if the chef could accommodate my probably annoying request(especially at lunchtime) to mix spices to my specifications using my directions . Outriders chef and staff accommodated to my needs and my meal was very enjoyable. Great job!!! .I am always happy with the food and service here and the prices are great. Joyce Moore

I've had their Burger love twice now, it's awesome! Definitely need 4/5 napkins. Hubby and I eat here every Friday night. He always gets the fish and chips and loves it. I get their burger of the month and have never been disappointed! The kitchen staff are great at putting flavors together and our servers are always friendly!

First visit to this restaurant. Greeted by an enthusiastic and very helpful waitress. Steak sandwich was a tender Sirloin on open bread with finally in PEI, non coated french Fries. I had the burger of the month with Bacon and onion rings with a nice aioli and homemade relish. Kudos to the Chef for serving non coated fries. It takes nothing to throw lactose coated fries in the well and have them come out crisp, it is an art to cook a fry to perfection with only oil temp and the eye. It amazes me that the self declared potatoe capital of Canada has a large portion of establishments serving "coated fries" and not more handcut or non coated. Great Job Gang !!!

Really solid food. Went there for Valentine's day with my girlfriend and daughter. Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. I'm pretty critical when it comes to restaurants because I enjoy cooking and I'm alright at it. So I look for a place that can cook better then me which isn't too hard but surprisingly I've eaten at a handful of restaurants that really didn't make good food for me. But my meal at outriders was great! Everything was on point except my burger was a bit dry but the taste was excellent I got the burger of the day which had a nice sweet honey mustard sauce I believe it was and the bacon wrapped potato skin was awesome! and my girlfriend's meal was great and my daughter loved her food. I'll definitely be going back I should've taken pictures but the presentation was very nice as well. Also very helpful waitress though it looked like she could use some help as she was on her own

Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and lovely staff. Food is above average quantity and fresh. Not always the quickest kitchen but it's worth the slight wait for freshness. Popular with locals and has its share of regulars. Lots of parking and has a Robin's coffee drive-thru.

I was very skeptical that a steak and fry special for $8 would be good. Well they proved me wrong. My steak was a good cut of meat, appropriately seasoned, well charred and cooked rare like I asked. I very much enjoyed it. The rest of my party enjoyed their meals also. I'll be visiting again for the generous happy hour.

I have given 5 starts many times before. Unfortunately our experience this time at our favorite restaurant was a huge disappointment. Waited over an hr for our food. 30 min for our dessert that we ended up leaving without being served it. 2 hrs was way to long from start to finish at a restaurant with 75% of our time sitting there waiting with hungry children. Very disappointed to say the least.

Double bacon cheeseburger, Philly steak sandwich, and chicken quesadilla. After not eating for 7+ hours and being on the road for 3, this was the perfect stop before Charlottetown. Food was good, but the restaurant needs a good cleaning. Dirt here is likely to it being extremely busy.

Food was really dry, my burger could have been cooked provably 5 minutes less, the appatisers tasted like they came out the box, and the waitress was really rude, she got annoyed when we asked what the special of the month was. Her response? "I have no idea, it's my first shift" then proceeded to tell us she had been working there for years. We never found out what the special was. I would not recommend going here

Been going to this place for a number of years and never any real issues , till the last 3 visits. With the new owner(s) the portion sizes have been cut back the prices have went up and lots of menu changes at once. The staff is and always has been awesome and super friendly , but the food , which is why we go there and spend our hard earned money , should be top notch! Today we order take out , we work in the area 20 second drive to and from restaurant. Clubhouse was basically a BLT cut once and only 2 pieces of bread, not your normal clubhouse and asked for separated dish for side and didn’t get that so my. What I thought was clubhouse was now soggy and soaked with gravy from the heat and steam from the poutine ! Wish them luck in there future but I don’t think I’ll be back.

2 staff on the floor at supper time on a Sunday. Quick to take our order Food arrived quickly Ordered newfie poutine the cheese was froze they took it made another where it was still froze. The turkey was so dry and the piece were what should have been on a turkey dinner meal. Never ate my meal and wasn't checked back on till they came around to ask If anyone wanted dessert.
