This place is no Denny's or iHop but the food is good if you're looking to eat breakfast foods. 1 thing I absolutely cannot stand is this plate I order comes with a slice of ham, and I ask to switch the ham for 1 pancake and apparently you can only switch meats with meats and bread items with like items. This makes sense but you're losing money, a slice of ham costs more than a pancake does. I can see if you're trying to get meat for a pancake how that won't work. Please change your views on this. I've ordered the Huevos Rancheros three times and I haven't had a consistent plate. The first one was great the other two I've had weren't gross, they just didn't have any flavor and was like eating mush. I find you guys like seating everyone really close together, which is uncomfortable for customers and probably annoying for the servers (if people keep asking them for things as they go by).

guy who is at front door seems to favor certain races because when me and my grandma went there he accepted 3 people before us to be seated when we were there before them.. like common already stop treating people like they are not worthy of your time just because we are native, we went there a couple of times and we always tipped great but still never got acknowledged as an individual we were treated like street rats coming to warm up but i never been homeless or ever did drugs and yeah we never went back not until they get a better manager, one that who doesn't promote racism!!!!!

I had a bad experience once, but overall the breakfast menus are pretty good. They charge .99 to add green onions to hashbrowns or eggs, and I definitely disagree that it was .99 worth of green onions

I love going to Grainfields for the breakfast menu. The staff are fast, efficient and the food tastes excellent. The dining area is clean and well maintained. The breakfast menu is large and the prices are decent. They offer a wide array of substitutes to choose from. I was able to eat a low carb breakfast and substitute the toast for cottage cheese. If you are looking for a good breakfast nook, this is the place.

Just like every Grainfields I have been too....excellent. The food was amazing, and the service was very friendly and very fast. We could have been in and out in 30 minutes or less had we wanted to. On top of all that, the prices are very reasonable, and the menu selection is huge. Loved it

Possibly the slowest place to recieve an order placed. My wife kids and I waited one hour and a half for breakfast. The resteraunt was not full. We gave it a second chance, same service. Food was cold, lots of apologies. I'm never eating here. Don't mean to sound like I hate the chain but 2 strikes is mote than enough for me for a strike out.

Under old management, they had good food and service. Under new management, I've never been so disappointed in customer service. They are slow, can't get orders right. Waiter seemed like he was unfunctionally stoned. Asked for drinks, he wrote them down, only got one drink. We had our meals, before we had to ask again to get the apple juice. He wasn't even sure that we ordered it.

Service was ok food was undercooked and way disproportioned. Men’s bathroom was one of the most disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever bin in. Feet stick to the floor everywhere and toilets had no water in them and were not clean at all. Would not recommend to anyone very disappointing.

Hostess sat us at a dirty table which is concerning now with covid. Then had to send my order back 3 times since they continued to be a problem with my order. I went there this morning. The lady at the front desk went and proceeded to sat us down at a table. 20 minutes past by, other clients where placed in the same area as us. They instantly got seen by the waitress. No one showed up at our table to take our order. I understand it can be busy sometimes, but no reason to be able to serve people that came in after us, on the same section but not us. Not the first time I go there and the service is not that great. Keep hoping for the best when I go there but always get disappointed by their service.

Ordered 2 fairly simple to make sandwiches, waited 50+ minutes with no food in sight. Coffee cup sat empty for at least 45 of those minutes. Went across the road to another business and received out order in under 10 minutes!

Had breakfast, again, and this time around, food was fresh and hot, (as it should always be). The bathrooms were cleaner and didn't reek of urine and feet didn't stick to the floor. Much better than last time I ventured into the restaurant. Loved eating at grainfields but today was nasty. Food was crisp, eggs aren't supposed to be crisp, especially if their done over easy. Bathrooms were filthy and stunk really bad. Service was poor, what happened to fast, expedious service.

Always the WORST servce , not enough waiters to service the customers. Waited an hour to be told that the kitchen lost our order and when I complained to the manager I was told they were busy and there was nothing he could do about it. I will not waste my time and money going there again.

The only problem with this restaurant is slow service we waited 40 mins just for our food for breakfast. You can tell our plates were sitting under a heat lamp made our food dry. We only got 2 dollar discount on our food. This place serves the best food but the only problem is how long it takes to get the food. If it's more then 30 mins just walk out.
