Was very impressed with the food here, just happened to stop in on our way home from humberstone race track, we tried a variety of items off the menu and everything was excellent. Service was on point as well.

TL;DR: Terrible service, overcharged for drinks Worst service I have ever had in my life. We went tonight (June 27th, 2018) at around 6-730pm. When we ordered initially we made clear the bill was seperate. When the order came one of our friends just didn't get any of his order and two of our friends were missing their celery and blue cheese. I asked for drink refills and we waited. And waited. The waitress was busy, she was the only one on staff and I understand that completely. Coming from food service I am very understanding about this. However, she would not look at us and was giving us no updates or apologies for forgetting our items. When the refills came finally we asked about the celery and blue cheese that was had ordered at the beginning, and she told us it was extra, and acted as if we hadn't already ordered it and mentioned we didn't have it. My friend asked twice for a takeout order but shes must not have heard. I spoke up and got it ordered. When we were done the bill was brought all on one and we went up to correct the issue. We were met with "they ordered so sporadically". If our order was placed properly the first time (maybe writing it down?????) we wouldn't have had to ask for our items multiple times. It was a disaster trying to split the bill and two of us were charged for an extra drink, which we tried to explain but it didn't work out so we just paid and left so we could get out of there. I have never seen a waitress have such little customer service. I'm still in shock.

Mediocre food. I've been here multiple times over the years. The bar staff is always unpredictable, there's times where I've had to wait 5 minutes for a drink because they were too busy texting.

I hadn't been here for a while, but it's nice to see the food is still great and a really good value. The portions are large. It's definitely worth a stop if you're in the area and hungry. Their garlic bread is one of my favourites in the region.

Went in tonight (Oct 1) and sat ourselves at a booth. The bar tender (and I assume waitress) never acknowledged us. We waited for 5 minutes to be acknowledged by someone and it never happened. Instead she was behind the bar eating her dinner. We left and spent our money somewhere else.

Horrible service. The waitress was sour with me for no reason and then brought my food out wrong twice. She then proceeded to go behind the bar and cuss me out to the other staff while there were customers sitting at the bar. The other waitress was very kind and tried to make up for it but we definitely will not be back.

The bartender was very unprofessional. She caused a fight and decided it was a good idea to hit a man that would NEVER hit a female. She Handeled thing very unprofessionally... she need to do her job and not get drunk and into arguments and first fights.

took a group here and we had a reservation but they didn't have a table for us. a group had come in and we had to sit on the patio ... it wasn't the best day for doing that. The food was ok. I found the Chowder too salty and was a bit upset that they brought the soup and my main at the same time. The waitress did all that she could to make the best of everything. The service was good, the food was a bit greasy for me. Everyone in the group agreed that it was a 3 start place.

typical bar food..once ok another 2nd time poor... not predictable...wings tiny..coffee terrible ran out of packets relied on individual . ..stir fry was a bowl of wet mushy vegs and fish very wet ..cooked but not what I'm used to... .wont go again.

Terrible service, when I complained I was told it's fine if I don't come back. Also waited an hour and a half for nachos was not asked how the meal was and was not given a take out box when asked for one. We're were checked on once by our waitress other wise she was too busy on her phone.

Food was terrible, We paid $11.00 for a Reuben Sandwich and it came with two tiny pieces of Rye Bread and nothing else, And then they wanted a extra $3 for fries..There was 4 of us eating there obviously doesn't know how too cook and it cost us over $75.00 and we all walked out hungry..Very disappointed..

Amazing! Food is fantastic for pub fare, the portions are generous and the prices are very good. Everything came quickly and all our orders were correct. Clean plates from everyone in our group of 8! (Kids & parents) Not a huge place so you'd have a hard time fitting a big crowd in. Will definitely return if we're in the area again

Large and spacious dining room, and good amount of televisions. They have a stage for live music, service can be slow, and the food selection keeps this restaurant from being more impressive.

I like it here, great atmosphere, clean, nice set up, good service and parking. They have comfortable seating, food is good. It is a bit pricy though and I do find the music is too loud to carry on much of a conversation, I was there for lunch, there was no band and i loved the music they played...it's just too loud.

Great service. Good pints; My Guinness was poured to perfection. Excellent food. My family had the fish & chips, the Moe's burger, & the seafood platter between the four of us. The fish and chips were great. Cooked very well; the perfect blend of crispy, yet soft and fluffy on the inside. Moe's burger was juicy and delicious, & the fries were good. Also, the prices were surprisingly good for the quality and quantity of food provided. We will definitely be back.

The attractive exterior belied a sad and dated interior decor, though I was only there for takeout. Roadside sign said something about the place being voted for best wings - by whom? Moe needs to take a short field trip to Buffalo to see how wings are done right. Until that happens, I’m staying away.

After a day at Crystal Beach you have to stop here to eat. Great customer service, excellent food portions, good environment, and the food is amazing. Definitely I will come back. Don't miss it.

Was over charged for drinks I never bought the waitress did not keep track of our orders and blamed it on us, meanwhile the waitress practically ignored us, it was a busier time and I understand that but just over all it was a bad experience, this has been the second time service wasnt good at all.

Thanks for overcharging the entire party. Upon being asked why, changed the pricing to correct levels but then added more items to compensate and keep the bill 20% higher then what was ordered!

Horrible slow service. My coffee was colder than my water. One of th waitresses looked like we were bothering her. My boyfriend's steak came out over cooked with fries. Then the second time the steak was raw. Fries instead of backed potato. We had a bad experience before. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Very friendly staff and delicious wings. The chicken could do with a little pre-brining or parboiling to really make the meat really fall off the bone, but otherwise a great resto experience not worthy of some of these poor reviews.

Not impressed at all. Word to the wise don't get take out, they don't care. Pricier without any extras and poorly cooked. Of course when you complain then you have to drive back to get your food replaced. Check it before you leave!!! Over priced for poor quality. Next time I'll get PC wings and make my own garlic bread!

Hey. Was there for a hockey tournament and was looking for a nice place to get some grub. The waiter was very nice and served us in a matter of minutes. Once we ordered, we waited for some time but were presented with free garlic bread for the wait, which was worth it. I’m not sure if they were Port Colborne fans trying to fatten us up or just being generous but it worked for sure. The food was good but would have preferred the Dallas stars game on instead of Washington and Detroit. Dust teams. Overall the bar was flowing and we have nothing to complain about. Thanks.
