I used to like a1 pizza in Pictou... But with the past orders being completely messed up the food sizes being ridiculously small and being charged extra and not even getting the things I was charged for is just pathetic.. I will never order from them ever again... You want to try to have a restauran didn't you should at least try to get the orders right and not rip people off with incredibly small portions..

Really interesting walk-up take out service from outside. Quick and friendly too! Pizza offers something different to pictou county- lots of different toppings on their works slice and red sauce. Thin crust, so not very filling but tastey!

We had an order wrong for the 2nd time. And we were over charged. Probably will not order from there again. Told us that it was a cursed order which was strange. Too bad really.

Donair was amazing! We were passing by Pictou for the Sunday night. One of the few places that were open past 7pm Sunday. Server was very kind! Excellent service! Excellent value for food!

Bought a pizza donair with fries Was awesome And another pizza it was great good prices I give them 5 stars fast delivery as well Monday the 1th of November

Definitely best bang for your dollar out of all the restaurants in the area. Great choices and the food was delicious, except the pasta, which was quite bland. The pizza is one of the best I've ever had and the fish and chips are really good, better than the other place across the parking lot and better value. The service is good, mostly, as well. My negative point aside from the bland pasta, the door on the stall in the women's bathroom keeps swinging open and hitting one in the back while trying to wash your hands. I said something but the response was indifference stating there's nothing that can be done about it. Good example of small town thinking. Wow.

Whenever we go to Halifax from Cape Breton,A1 pizza our stop. We crave for their Bubba Pizza which you can find nowhere. Stuff are very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend this place! You also have to try their Shawarma wrap which is really good. You always get more than what you pay in here!

We arrived right at closing time and the owners, very nicely, let us in for a wonderful pizza. The crust was nicely crisp, toppings were excellent. Owners and staff were very friendly and we had a great conversation. We highly recommend eating there.

They forgot to punch our order, we received our food 45 min-1h after orderring (We had a little baby who needed to eat fast as it was late). The pizza was good, not the lasagna. No ambiance at all inside. But the waitress was very gentle, couldn’t stop apologing on the fact they forgot us!

Great atmosphere, great service, and great food at great prices! Love the red sauce pizza which the most amazing yummy crust. The burgers and donairs are delicious too. I cannot wait for the patio to open soon. Come on warmer weather.

Great service and great food at very reasonable prices! Love the red sauce and the crust is the best part. The chicken ceaser pitas and garlic fingers are very delicious as well. Will be back again for sure!!!

If you're looking for a Pizza joint around in Pictou that uses Red Sauce, I highly recommend this place. I also recommend the Fish and Chips, best one I have tasted in for a long while

Trying for the first time, although there was no answer when I called to order, finally decided to drive down, went to the takeout window and after placing the order was told wait time of 40 mins, I gotta say the food was absolutely DELICIOUS and I received the order in just 20 mins. It was still hot when I got home 10 mins later which tells me the food was not just sitting and was prepared fresh off the stove. Donair, Fish and Chips and Chicken Shawarma platter with fries is a MUST try. 2 Staff members I dealt with were friendly and professional. Thank you Team!! ...... now THAT'S what I call ...... A1 food A1 service from A1 Pizza!! KUDOS!! ????

The Hawaiian pizza was great. The Donaire was ok. The Donaire meat was very good but the pita bread was extremely thin and tough so we were disappointed to a degree with the donaire.

A1 pizza Pictou makes the best bubba pizza and bubba sub. you won't be disappointed with either choice. It's donair meat with garlic spread mmmm yum highly recommended ????

Pizza had top quality home made crust, fresh and generous toppings. Excellent fresh caesar salad. Good beervselection on tap. A gem!

A1 was recommended to us while in vacation in Pictou. Service was excellent. Ordering fish and chips at a pizza place seemed odd, but we were told it would be good and it was excellent and good value for the money. We also ordered a pizza (yes, an odd combo) but it was also good. Would highly recommend.
