This pizza was surprisingly good. I'm trying to think if I've ever eaten a better pizza. I don't think I have, so that makes this the best pizza I've ever eaten!
Amazing. Found this place off of google. Had the best reviews so we decided to try it. And we were not disappointed. The pepperoni was strips that would be the only thing i would ask about next time . But still tasted great
Coming from out of town, Pie Guys was recommended to us and we are so glad we came! We had the pleasure of chatting with Jeff, the owner, who made a special pizza for a friend celebrating her birthday! Would highly recommend for lunch, dinner or a late night bite!
Take out or delivery (for $40 or more), great menu and lots of options for vegetarians or gluten free pizza too! Excellent pizza, the wings are delicious and you get so much food with their daily special! For $40 you get a medium pizza with 3 toppings, huge Caesar salad (croutons were delicious and crispy) wings (ordered honey garlic) were fresh and breaded, came with veggies and a blue cheese dip, as well as a 2L pop, they only had Pepsi or Diet Pepsi as their options but the food was so delicious I forgot about the pop ☺️ Amazing service, very friendly and helpful staff, will be ordering again soon for sure ????????
Really delicious pizza and nice staff. Came in from Waupoos and I'm glad we chose this place! Would visit again ☺️
Really good. Good toppings, cheese and service. Covid times so had to eat in the parking lot.
Great pizza! Friendly staff & quality meats & cheese. Definitely recommend Pie Guys as someone who moved here 3 years ago To PEC. ☆☆☆☆☆
Pizza made with care by a former maitre d' at a Toronto music venue.
We are Toronto-nians who own a vacation property near Picton in Prince Edward County. Being foodies from the city, we didn’t expect to find much locally in terms of gourmet pizza. Pie Guy’s was an awesome and unexpected surprise! Hands-down this is the BEST pizza and pasta joint in town. Awesome pizzas, homemade wings and Cesar salad to rival any steakhouse; all made with real ingredients and prepared on-par or better than the best joints in Toronto. Super friendly service can be expected very time! PS don’t come to this place if your worried about your waste line but definitely come if you want awesome food!
They have amazing Gluten free and Veggie pizza. Cooperative staff, decent price. If you are in Picton you MUST try there pizza.
Great little location. It's take out only, but you'll get quality pizza. Very delicious! The way I understood, you have up to 5 toppings included, any more than that, you pay extra. We loved our pizza.
I absolutely love this business! Very well run, unlike other Pizza places in town. They alway go above and beyond to make your experience a positive one. VERY friendly, which the world needs more of & their food is scrumptious! The hot wings are HOT beware!
Arrived late in Wellington and nothing was open. Decided to drive to Picton to get a pizza. Was extremely surprised at the quality of the pizza. Highly recommend. Be sure to get the wings too, they were massive.
Fantastic pizza quality food made well !!! :)
I had a bad experience at this place, I do not recommend it. We ordered a pizza for takeout by phone and right off the bat the guy on the phone was incredibly rude. He talked over me and didn’t let me ask any questions, sounded like he was in a rush and he even made fun of the way I placed my order. We were in town on vacation and couldn’t find seats at any other restaurant so this was the only option left for us for dinner and why we proceeded with the order at Pie Guy’s. Once the order was placed, he told me to come pick it up in 30 minutes. We arrived after 20 minutes and ended up waiting over an hour. Even got a phone call from the same rude man asking to confirm one of the toppings of my pizza again and told me to wait another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes we checked with him at the door and it was still not ready. It took well over 1 hour for our order to be ready. It was clear that they were busy and running behind on orders. From outside we could hear that the same rude guy was talking in a disrespectful tone to other customers. I think that if you’re in the service industry, you have to manage the stress of a busy night better. The way you treat customers matters! I’m never going back to this place.
Great pizza! Not cheap but certainly worth it.. Will go back next time I am in Prince Edward County
Poor customer service but good food. We ordered from Pie Guy’s and arrived on time to pick it up. It wasn’t ready on time, which we were fine with, as we could tell they were understaffed and busy. But, the way it was communicated to us was very rude. We were also very rudely told to wait outside for our food, which again, we understood because we are living in a pandemic, but the way we were told to wait outside was unacceptable. I will say though, to be fair, the pizza and wings were delicious, but I would prefer to support small businesses in these tough times who are kind to their customers. This experience, from other reviews, does not seem like it was a one-off.
It was okay not the best pizza I had I’ll try something else on the menu next time the two topping pizza didn’t have pepperoni on it witch made the pizza taste funny with just the crust, sauce, cheese and pineapple is what I had on mine and not even gonna lie it kinda made me sick not sure why but I’ll definitely half to try something else
The pizza was pretty okay and was not worth waiting 2+ hours for delivery.
This pizza was truly a work of art. The shaved headed man with the substandard arithmetic skills outdid himself this time. Typically, cheese has a smooth melted texture and mouthfeel; however, this pizza’s cheese was much more like a flavourful blast of sand which may sound distasteful, but actually added quite a tantalizing depth to the magnificently salacious culinary adventure I had sojourned this evening. Also, for transparency’s sake, if you happen to stumble across Joey Sabatini’s review, please ignore it. Granted, I’ve never met the man, but I’m fairly confident Joey of Sabatini’s Pizzeria and Hot Tubs (TM) attempted a hostile takeover of the Pie Guy’a pizzeria back in 2009 and has been up to the dastardly machinations of bankrupting every pizza joint in the tri-county area for the past decade.
We waited over half an hour for our pizza, we just wanted something quick and easy which is why we didn't go to a restaurant, but it was actually worth the wait! It was overpriced when compared to the GTA, but pretty much everything in the area was. The place was just your basic pizza place so we weren't expecting to be as wowed as we were, def recommend!
Ordered for pickup, mentioned 45 minutes for prep time, but finally we waited for almost 1:30. Quite rude when we got there and we were overcharged for our order... I would not recommend this place!
Best pizza we’ve ever had by far! We got 1/2 one way and the other 1/2 another way, was expecting a big screw up but they nailed it! Excellent!
We ordered wings, ribs, sweet potato fries & onion rings ..... they were amazing .... lots of meat on ribs, big chicken wings & lots of fries and rings including dip for celery, carrots and the fries ... the very best we have ever had & it was delivered hot and on time (actually 5 mins early) ... will recommend this to our friends .... wonderful, wonderful ... thanks Pie Guys
Great pizza forsure great food alla round.. but customer service for there take out part can be absolutely horrible ..i phone ask if there is deliver they say no..i say okay will have to pick it up as I'm not from out of town i have to ask where located as I dident know..before could even get out of my mouth buddie tells me he does have time to waste time if I'm not ready habe a gd night..i said right to him ur brutal i was trying to ask ur location so I could order and never mind the pizza..just thought I would share there horrible mannerism...there was more words then that..but thats short or
Best pizza I have ever had, the crisp torch touch at the end was amazing and added so much more to the pie???? ????????????????????????
Pie Guys pizzas are da Bomb! Even the gluten free crust was good!
We are from Windsor ( pizza city) first time we tried Pie Guy’s pizza we ordered pizza and chicken parmasion sandwich best pizza we ever tried and sandwich is so delicious . Service is great.
We went to Pie Guy's Pizza based on their excellent reviews. We were not disappointed! The pizza was marvelous, with plenty of fresh ingredients and prepared with a secret touch that took our pizza to a different level. Very friendly staff and blues in the background made it a wonderful experience.
Customer service was great! Pizza crust too thin, pepperoni cut in pieces (not a fan) and very salty and spicy. The caesar salad was delicious however too much dressing and no bacon bits .
Tried to make small talk with the shaved headed guy but he didn’t seem interested. Pretty sure I was overcharged for the pizza at $57 bucks for a small and large and when I calculated it up it should have been only $44 according to the website. Didnt want this guys bad day to make mine bad so I left it. Overall not happy with the price, service and experience at Pie Guys.
We came from out of town, and we found this was horrible overpriced pizza. Surprised we had such a bad experience because all the reviews were great. You’re better off going down the street to 555 brewing for amazing wood oven pizza and a pint
Got this last night do a fair bit of work in Prince Edward County will definitely be going back very good pizza loved the topping
Horrible service unprofessional and rude and the owner himself yeld at me and refused to hand me my food I had to go across the counter to get my pizza and tasted horrible and wasnt fully cooked
2-3 stars from this experience. The food looked good on the website but a delivery so long that was measured in hours. Calzone alright even microwaved but not recommended. Contacted for delivery of order over $100. Pie Guy originally communicated approximately an hour wait for delivery, which was understandable and agreed for 10-15 rural delivery. Pie Guy followed approximately an hour later communicating a delay of the order to be another 45 min. 45 minutes later the order still had not arrived. The ordered arrived sometime later after. I am not exactly sure as a friend pickup up the order and put in the fridge. I ate the calzone the next day to use a microwave and was not bad. Perhaps better not to have to use a microwave. Communication with that friend seems over 3 hours for delivery. Regardless of the exact time the delay seems extraordinary. No reimbursement or responsibility from Pie Guy and the calzone, from this experience, was not worth the wait.
Absolutely delicious pizza!! Visiting from Toronto and decided to grab a pie to go. We might just have to grab another before we head back! A must try!!!
By far the best pizza place in Picton. My pizza looked exactly like the posted pictures. I have gone to Prince Edward Pizza by the now gone video store for years and hated the cheap ingredients used. Finally a good pizza place. Excellent work guys!
The BEST pizza I've had in all of Ontario. There's a reason they're so busy. The people working there were very friendly, and evidently very hard working. I truly recommend this pizza place to anybody staying in PEC or Picton who wants pizza for takeout.
Pizza was great! Walked into the dude working using a torch lighter to blacken the top of the pizza, that was perfect! Super nice guy also. The wings were damn good too. I’ll come here again if I’m in town again.
Great pizza. Local place. Generous on topings. Their spaghetti plate is so good. Will go back for sure????????????️
LITERAL THIEVES. I would rate them negative stars. They over-charged us. It should have costs 48$ Max with tax according to their own menu. They charged 60.60 which didn’t seem off so we didn’t question it until we only got back 19$ in change for a $100. The man insisted very sternly and defensively he gave us the right change claiming that he’s never robbed anyone. However looking at the other reviews it’s apparent he has a history of over charging to make a buck! They refused to allow us to see our own bill. I’m sure he’s robbed plenty of people who simply don’t check their bills
Placed my order by walk-in. The female associate said she would call me when the pizza would be ready, about 25-30 mins after taking my name and number. I did not receive a call and returned back at 30 mins anyway and spoke to a man at the stove and gave my name. He said there is no "Jon" who placed an order. I am like what?? He spoke to the associate who took my order and she passed along my written order then while he friendly tapped her arm implying she should have given my order to him. She said it was her fault. I was puzzled, so she didn't give my order AT ALL?? I called out to them when they were in the back, "It is being made NOW?" He told me that it is going in the oven and will take 5 mins. I was disappointed and upset. We were hungry and in a hurry. This was an inconvenience. The simplest thing to do is when you place the order, it should go to the team who makes the order. Not forget! After 5 minutes I opened the door and he said it was in the oven and she said "2 minutes". Frustrated, I waited. After a few more minutes, I look and the pizza box is shoved in the front for my pick up with no one to give it to me. I open the door to pick it up, the associate has turned around not looking at me and I hear a "Thank You!" from the man from way in the back. Even he didn't come to the front. Are you kidding me? No one in person to close the order after horrible customer service of forgetting my order? So in total, it was about 45 minutes. Very inconvenient and bad service. I am never coming back.
Incredible crust, just the right amount of cheese and very fresh pepperoni and veggies. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had...seriously!
Best pizza in town!!! Hot and delicious pizza with generous toppings. Amazing wings. The guys were very kind and the service was quick. A must-try in Prince Edward County!
I spent 2 days on Quinte fishing, and last night decided to order Jerk Chicken with peas and rice.Great !!!!! meal with fresh ingredients. Will definately return to this resto whenever I visit Picton.Be forwarned that should you order this dish and not have a high tollerance to spice, ask them to tone it down.
Absolutely AMAZING pizza! Generous toppings and delicious crust. Very friendly and accomodating staff, helped me navigate an allergy to garlic, which I appreciate. Will order again. Thank you.
Love this pizzeria! Not only was the owner very kind, the pizza & cheesy bread were to die for!! I’d recommend anyone in Picton to give it a try. I’ll definitely be coming back for seconds ????????
Worst pizza I’ve ever had. First time I’ve seen pizza cooked with a blowtorch.
It's a Wednesday night...nothing open. Decided to call Pie Guys Pizza! Best decision ever! Amazing Pizza! Will definitely be a go to!
Can I be honest for a minute? Amazing pizza AND service! It was my first time here and they told me "you'll be back"; they were right! When in doubt, Pie Guy's Pizzaria!
