You must have seen that the average score it has is practically the highest, and it's based on a very high number of feddbacks, so we can conclude that the assessment is very credible. If there are many people who bothered to leave their feddback when they are pleased, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually stop to give evaluations when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Restaurant is included in the category of Cafe.
Stopped on our way to west lake.Loved the cafe, the latte and croissants were amazing
Great coffee, great baked goods.
Decent service. Coffee's not perfect but better than the franchises'.
Amazing staff and great coffee and nibbles - absolutely get a chewy ginger cookie!!
Great coffee, treats and atmosphere
Worst service and I git ripped off. We ordered a large and small salad. They forgit about our order. After 10 minutes when I asked about it, every worker looked each other, confused. Then looks like they had only enough for one large small, they separated it to 2 small bowls, put slightly more to one of the bowls and claimed that one is large
Sweet little shop. Perfect spot to stop in for morning hot beverage. The Americano was delicious. As was the blueberry ginger scone...it was an added bonus you could really taste the ginger. They have a good selection of gluten free and few vegan items as well. The server was great at double checking ingredients for my friend with allergies. Thumbs up!????
Smoked salmon bagel was great but things seemed a little pricey. Great atmosphere though and it's attached to a very nice bookstore.
Delicious London Fog and ginger molasses cookie!
Coffee was ok and the treats were good. Not great but good. Would have received a 4 star if it wasn't for the worst service in Picton. No smiles no greetings, nothing to make you want to buy anything there. After a couple of minutes in this shop you want to run screaming from the joint. However the desire for coffee outweighed my fear of the staff. "No Soup for you"
The croissants were melt in mouth Coffee was nice and flavorful
Great coffee ☕️, cozy place with lots of variety. This is next to the bookstore and very open and lots of place to sit and enjoy your coffee and read some books ????
Great coffee, great LaMarzocco machine. Good variety and options to drink in or to go. Attached to bookstore. Opened before 10am on Saturday.
Barista with the bright hair lifts our day, every time we come in. Makes my baby smile and laugh too. Priceless. Plus it’s the best chai latte I’ve ever had. Love it here.
Great cafe to refresh and wind down with a book from adjacent bookstore. There are different coffee types to choose from. The free one mug refill makes the higher price justifiable. The selection of sandwiches and baked goods are large enough to satisfy any taste. The staff is friendly and the cafe clean and well maintained.
Good coffee. Excellent peanut butter cookie. Worth checking oi5
Great place to get some work done!
Great coffee and pastries! They have also put in place strong covid precautions, including separating the entrance and exit
A lovely place to dine situated next door to Books and Company book store.
charming people, really nice vibe, AND a bookstore! worth a trip to Picton just to experience it
Excellent coffee shop! Lots of space to sit and enjoy with friends or alone. Great menu options for coffee lovers.
Dropped in for a quick lunch and coffee. Pleasant, cool, attached to a book store. Couldn't be better.
Way over priced. Over 8$ for an egg sandwich? They might be able to get away with this with tourists in the summer, but it's ridiculous to charge what they charge all year and don't even have a lunch special.
Bright and cheerful with with a good selection of coffee and teas along with other baked goods.
Always a great place to have coffee and work
Pros: Decor and fantastic music create the perfect relaxing atmosphere for any occasion. The food and coffee are delicious. Cons: Relatively small selection of food choices. Worth trying? Definitely.
Cute spot. That said, unfortunately, the man with the moustache at the cash is a curmudgeon with a rotten attitude. God help you if you have a question for him. Honestly, he’s even more bitter than the coffee.
Did not enjoy the americano coffee
Lovely. Delicious snacks & perfect carrot cake.
Very welcoming. One of the best chilled chai(soy) latte I've ever had. Can taste the spices. Very accommodating. Gluten free snacks served also.
Cute and cozy coffee shop attached to a book store. Had a few different baked goods - all were delicious. The ladies behind the counter were really friendly.
Delicious soup and well-made cortado, thank you!
Waited 30 mins in a line outside to get an Americano, wasn’t bad but definitely not worth the wait. It wasn’t even that busy, they should get a couple more staff to handle the weekend coffee rush.
With free wifi, ample seating, a gracious staff and a wonderful variety of soups, salads and sandwiches, Miss Lily's is a great place to meet friends, get some work done or just people watch. The cafe and its sister bookstore are the beating heart of downtown Picton.
First time staying in Picton. Miss Lilly's cafe was suggested to us. Good coffee, grumpy staff. Down right rude. I try my best to support local stores, next time we will go to Tim Horton for our coffee.
A comfortable and pleasant cafe. Very much enjoyed the caramel latte! ????????
This is my go to place. Second home. I don't even make coffee at home. Chocolate chip cookies here are the best.
Favourite place for coffee in town, great selection and good sweets too.
Espresso, sandwiches and wonderful sweets, on top of friendly service. Only takeout at the moment, but not to worry there are four or five table and chairs outside for your convenience. It is a great place to have lunch and very reasonably priced, $$.
Great coffee selection, welcoming service, and good space to sit and catch up with friends, work on a laptop, etc!
Not impressed. Prices are kind of high for plain cold sandwiches.
Very tasty blueberry scones! Great , well spaced seating area with comfy sofas and armchairs in the back. Great place to relax while spouse browses in nearby shops
Lovely coffee with lots of spots to relax. It is attached to the bookstore for added browsing.
Excellent service and exceptional covid protocols in place. This shop gets fresh beans from Cherry Bome and Pilot roasteries in Toronto every week, keep it fresh, at the shop or at home. Didn't have everything we wanted in stock (out of ????, ????) and the coffee tasted a bit acidic. Asked for another. The staff was happy to oblige, tasted better but still a bit off. Worth a stop if you need caffeine.
A wonderful cafe, great coffee, nibbles and friendly staff.
Best coffee in picton! Great service and connected to a great bookstore!
Very friendly service and excellent coffee... and steamed children's milk that brought a smile to my little ones face.
The atmosphere was fantastic as was the coffee, sandwiches and desserts. If you are in Picton, you should add it to your places to visit.
Recommend trying their hot apple cider.. very good.
Great coffee. Freindly staff!!
Very good coffee. Excellent sandwich and the butter tarts are fantastic!
Been here a few times and I love it. Great service and atmosphere. The bagel with smoked salmon and capers is too die for as in the almond milk latte.
It is great they have PILIOT coffee here. Simply the best. The customer service here is always a bit grumpy. Not sure why. Smile? Hello? Nope. To be honest, Picton really needs a good coffee place. The coffee here is good but if someone opened a cool hang out, I'd be there.
Great coffee. If not the best in the county, top five at the very least. Delicious treats, sandwiches, salads. They sell Pilot beans as well. Pleasant ambiance, friendly service. Attached to a great bookstore. What more could you ask for?
Very nice, delicious, reasonable and clean. We had breakfast there and later in the day went back for coffee and a treat
Awesome and attached to a book store. It's like a Starbucks/Chapters scenario except not giant mega corporations and actually good coffee. Busy for a reason, worth a stop
I am generally a Starbucks kind of person when back home in Toronto, but when in the county, Lily's is my go to caffeine stop. Lovely atmosphere, lovely people, excellent food, fabulous coffee.
Great food, well made drinks, wonderful cozy atmosphere, child friendly with a high chair and change table.
Excellent coffee and pastries. Only two people allowed in the giant store, which seems pretty aggressive and can make for long seeming lines.
Nice and friendly ambiance. The coffee is really good!
Excellent food on their limited menu, excellent coffee with a bottomless cup
Great coffee and good books next door, worked there without buying something and they were very kind, I will be back!
Excellent Coffee! Highly recommended for people visiting Picton...will visit again for sure...
Nearly always make a stop at Miss Lily’s (and Books & Co) whenever we go to Picton. They make a great latte using Pilot coffee as well as having a good selection of baked goods, sandwiches, and salads.
We loved our visit to this coffee shop!! It was good food & good service
Great food. Nice tea. Good service.
This little cafe is awesome, best place for coffee In Picton. I love how it's attached to the bookstore, so you can go browse for books after you pick up your drink. They offer light lunch and a variety of baked goods and salads. Try the famous carrot cake, you won't be dissapointed. This is a favorite place to go to everytime we visit Picton.
Incredible. Friendly staff and the best scones we’ve ever had!
Great coffee and treats.
This is a little gem attached to the bookstore which you can easily browse through. Espresso sandwiches delicious sweets. Great atmosphere windows by the street for people watching. Friendly staff.
Always a nice place to stop for a coffee and a snack.
Fantastic coffee, wonderful kind staff - my favourite place in town.
A great selection of coffee, espresso, and tea. Gluten free and vegan options. Cozy place to sit. Attached to a quaint book store as well.
I had a great chai latte. They have some board games to play in the back.
Cute cafe and love that it's attached to an independent books store! Great coffee too!
Decent coffee One of the staff was a bit of a cat They use good beans (Pilot) but totally burnt the milk
Amazing food. Friendly staff. My coffee shop.
I make a point to stop in here everytime I visit Picton, it's lovely and it's attached to a book store! What more could you want?
My favourite county spot for coffee and sweets!
Cute little cafe on the main street! Very accommodating for drink orders and coffee was delicious!
Great little cafe, friendly staff, great selection.
A wonderful little store where you can find just about anything you need for some household items. This includes kitchen gadgets coffees teas Etc. And what a wonderful Pleasant helpful staff.
Great coffee! And vegan and gluten free options!
Best lemon loaf I have ever had!! I always buy out the whole stock. So if they don't have any.... It's probably my fault!! ????
Miss Lily's offers a great atmosphere that's relaxed and laid back with your choice of coffees and refills. Highly recommended.
One of the cutest cafe. Small town produces most human environment, fresh food with calm harbor view. Staffs are equally helpful and friendly.
Delicious iced latte served in eco friendly takeaway cups with paper straws. Attached to a pretty neat book store which is worth a look around.
Was looking forward to trying this place while in town but the staff was extremely rude. Yelling out to stand by the door 20’ back when there was only 1 person being served at the counter. I waited over 10 mins without being spoken to and left. Went to another great coffee shop in town, The Bean Counter
Very good flavours and quality ...always stop in whenever I am in town!
Great place! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful ( and patient when you can’t decide hehe ). The maple pecan ( I believe ) cookies are TO DIE FOR. You can’t go wrong with anything you order.
On the way back to Ottawa from Toronto, we decided to stay in Picton downtown for a day. When we got home, I realized that I forgot my cell phone and charger in Miss Lily's café in Picton. This happed on Monday evening. I do not know if I can get them back. I called the shop on Tuesday Morning. Surprisingly, they still have them and they told me that they would mail them to Ottawa. I received my cell and charger on Wednesday afternoon. Thank you very much Miss Lily`s café! Dennis
Ms Lily’s is a great little cafe. The staff are friends and the food and coffee are great. I love being here. The food is always good. There is a rotating group of salads and soup. And there are Sandwiches. They also serve Montreal bagels. Yum!
Every time we're in the area this cafe is a must stop. One of the best lattes and Americanos I've had.
Great little place for coffee and desert. One of my picton favourites.
My family's favourite spot to have a unique coffee / sandwich / dessert experience. The pulled pork sandwich was unreal!
Excellent food and great customer service! The owners and staff take social distancing precautions seriously, so you can feel safe grabbing a coffee and a bite to eat!
Great service, the yoing lady with the beautiful eyes was super helpful, fast and efficient and most importantly she was cheerful
Coffee is great, no question but the staff is really grumpy and the guy shouts at you when your order is ready. Even when you're literally standing in front of him. Really ruins the atmosphere.
