Bring Back the Saturday Lunch Buffets PLEASE!!!!! - Yes, oh yes, I am a pizze guy to the core and must say that I've likely eaten more than my fair share of pizzas in all corners of the country and DEFINITELY this place KNOWS how to make real pizzas that do have real and tasty cheese on them- sure some of you guys got the right name of the restaurant here?!?!?!?!? Great place for Italian or Greek cuisine in a warm atmosphere (gotta adore the great fish tank as you walk in the door and nostalgic gas pump from days gone by) and they KNOW how to put GARLIC in a dish. My only neutral comment is that the lasagna has a touch too much "sweetness" to it, but I'm no chef here. Prices creeping up a bit but hey, its getting like that no matter where you eat these days....but the food is home made by some caring and warm people and my goodness you have to love the proprietor - cheerful, happy, all smiles and likes to see people well fed!!! This is right down my gastronomic alley and sure will be to you as well. Hope they do bring back a fantastic buffet that once was - my only request right now...... BUON APPETITO.....people, you can't decide wrongly gong here!!!

I wanted to say good things about the Pizza Factory, but it just dissapointed me. The decor is dated and seems poorly maintained, and the food is unsatisfying, and expensive. I expected better from this place. I went once for lunch and will not go back. It's not that its entirely terrible, I just found the food boring and the prices a little too high. Boston Pizza is better food for roughly the same price.

We booked ahead for our out of town soccer team. Arrived after 9pm for supper. Wait staff were friendly and organized. Had a bit of a wait but the ravioli was delicious. My daughter liked her pizza. Atmosphere is quirky. My brother recommended we go here and he's a local. I would return if again if visiting Peterborough.

This is our second time going and we have not been disappointed yet. This time we had the Rolls Royce pizza, which has an alfredo sauce base, the cheesy garlic bread and the ceasar salad - all were delicious! We had the same server as we did the previous visit and both times we were pleased with the service - he is welcoming, friendly and attentive. I really would like to write a good review for this place, but I just can't bring myself to do it. My wife and I ordered caeser salads with our Pizza and the salads had too much garlic. The garlic was so extreme that my wife was unable to finish hers. The pizza was OK, but I felt like I could have bought a frozen pizza from the grocery store, added some toppings and made something of similar quality. I am hoping that this was just one of their off nights and am willing to give this place a second chance.

Our regular fave is the boneless wings, honey garlic sauce, and Greek salad. The salad is amazingly fresh and crispy every time. We're seniors and order one of each—and split them. My brother-in-law usually takes home a doggy bag for a dinner the next night. Delicious! Servers are pleasant and cheerful.

The food is very tasty the portions are incredibly large. The only thing I don't truly love is what they call their famous caesar salad it's incredibly garlicky there's just way too much garlic for me and I love garlic. Go hungry you will not be disappointed

Fall From Grace The Pizza Factory (though a local icon years ago) has become nothing more than a shadow of its former self. Years ago I would have recommended this establishment in a heartbeat, but it's not what it used to be. The buffet is nothing more than a cramped corner full of cafeteria quality food that the establishment charges 20$ a head for. I've heard from the one of the employees that the all the desserts are purchased from local grocery stores. Perhaps the greatest travesty of all though is that their namesake pizza has been relegated to a soggy mess on two lonely trays. After asking some of the other customers how they felt I received a lot of the same feedback with one of the waitstaff commenting on a "failure in operations and management" being the main reason for its decline. The only positive I can say is that their Caesar salad still has that potent snap of flavour. Unfortunately this restaurants best days are behind it and in many ways I think thats for the best. For all you foodies out there Peterborough is still rife with great little diners and restaurants for the discerning pallet! One's that are far more worthy of your hard earned dollars. The pizza is delicious, but this time my family ordered entrees. For my meal I was not impressed. I had the baked penne and was disappointed that the meal was a mixture of different pasta, not just penne. The hot peppers on top look like they're from a pickled pepper jar, not freshly chopped, while the garlic bread is a hot dog bun cut in half. For the price of the meal I would expect better.

Whoever said that their caesar salad is amazing is sadly mistaken. The salad was over dressed and had enough garlic to kill Dracula. It was inedible. The lasagna had a weird taste, either it was old/ freezer burn or simply an awful recipe. Very disappointed with our meal, I will not be ordering from them again.

Great little place if your travelling into the Peterborough area. It's on the main drag so it is accessable if your just passing by even on the highway for a quick stop in. They have an excellent menu that will suit just about every taste. Reasonably priced and clean and bright.

We visited this place a few times, and once with our grand kids. The food in general is a small cut above fast food, tends to be overcooked, and Italian dishes, such as lasagna have a distinctly Greek character, which may not be to everyones taste. Our grand fids will not go there! Decor is very much outdated. Service is very good, extremely friendly.

Reasonably priced, great decor, Greek music playing in background. Booth seats are not as "soft" as you may think when you first sit down ... But that didn't affect the meal nor the ambiance.

We had a family dinner here. The staff was accommodating of the toddler in our party and had things to entertain him. The food was good. Our party had pizza, pasta and Caesar salad. I had been craving spaghetti and theirs hit the spot. Their famous Ceasar salad has a kick from the amount of garlic. We didn't have dessert but the cake fridge looked delicious. I just ordered a pizza and lasagna from here and it was not good. The lasagna smells weird and taste terrible, I took one bite and it taste like it was freezer burnt, I hope it won't make us sick. The pizza is not cooked all of the way through either, the bottom is doughy and raw in the middle. Such a disappointment because I really wanted to like this place.

This place is too expensive. The cheapest item on the menu is $14 plus additional charge for meat balls and our “garlic bread” was a half a hot dog bun each. Not to mention my boyfriend got food poisoning. I definitely do not recommend this place, go to east side Mario’s instead.

Been coming here for years and always loved it! Today the Greek salad tasteless and all lettuce 1 olive 1 slice of tomato. Garlic cheese bread had no garlic flavor at all. No seeds on buns either. Service not as good as usual. Sorry Peter i have enjoyed your restaurant for years never have I ever been disappointed. Hopefully it's different next time.

It was barely ok. My grandson's meal was not very good. He ordered the kids pizza meal. There was just 5 pepperonis on a pepperoni pizza and the cheese was barely melted and he almost choked on the cheese. His fries were the only thing good about his meal. By the time he got his food he was almost passed eating anything. I think when there is large party you could make sure that the kids meals come out first.

Just passed through Peterborough and decided to stop in for a late lunch. The food is reasonably priced for the quality. We ordered a pizza for 3 of us and it was delicious. I have not been to The Pizza Factory in years but was in town this past weekend for a hockey tournament and it was as good as ever! I brought a group of parents and teenagers for lunch then again for dinner and everyone raved about the food. The service is outstanding, warm and friendly and the quality and taste of the food is as good as I remember from many years ago. So superior to the big chains like ESM or BP - it's no comparison in quality, taste or price. I highly recommend The Pizza Factory and will definitely be back on my next trip to Peterborough.

WONDERFUL Experience!!! My mom and I went to the pizza factory for dinner on Saturday, Feb 25th. We arrived around 5:30 and we were told there would be about a 15 minute wait. The wait ended up being longer but we were provided amazing customer service during our wait. The owner came out with free bruschetta and drinks for all of the people waiting. Once we were seated the very friendly waitress took our order right away and the delicious food came in not time at all. Both the owner and his wife took time to stop by our table and ask how our meal was. To top off our great experience the owner also served us with complimentary cheesecake. I would definitely return here for dinner again. The best customer service I have experienced in a long time.
