The service was wonderful, the server Richelle was attentive and gave us what us what we wanted and needed at the right time. Just wished my sirlion steak was bigger to fill me up. That is my only complaint. My husband and were in to celebrate our anniversary so the billy miner pie dessert was a wonderful gesture on their part.

Very disappointed 2nd time there in the past 5 weeks. Steak was dry and over cooked. The twice baked potatoe was served with a hard crust overcooked and soggy inside. The vegetables were tasteless and also served with a spoonful of mushroom peices. The waiter insisted 3 times of putting a desert menu down as i said no thankyou for both of us the first time. This place when it first opened was delicious but unfortunately the standard has declined. The most unfortunate was my guest it was his first time going to a keg and he even commented that his steaks on the barbecue at home are nicer and would never go back.

Tonight was awesome! The front end staff managed to squeak us in on a late reservation at the end of Agribition week and our waiter Keifer did an outstanding job! Every body treated us and our kids fantastic and the food was top shelf. Great job by Keifer and his team mates!

Food - Our steaks were overcooked and tuff, or veggies were cold and overcooked. Like really for $40 cook me a new steak and mic my veggies! Service existed but wasn't exceptional. The atmosphere is trendy, but extremely loud and open, who doesn't allow a reservation, Regina Restaurants wake up! Ultimately this is a place to go for drinks with friends not a great meal! I don't mind dropping $100 for two people if you're a 5 star, this was a two star at best. Our food at a Mexican buffet was better than the Keg!

Food has always been consistently great here. Nice atmosphere and the service is excellent. Great selection of entrees and drinks. My only complaint is I am not a fan of some of the table locations. Some of the tables are tucked a way in a corner which I personally do not like. Other than that The Keg is a great place to have a great meal. My preference is the South Albert St location.

Price is going up but quality is going down. Used to be the best place for steak but not any more. Sirloin steak is tough and getting smaller. Now if I go I have a hamburger which is really good but also not worth the price.

Sat at the bar for over 10 minutes waiting for service that never arrived. I left after letting the Manager know that their bar is unattended. Too bad for me since I drove over an hour to get there. Last week was at The Keg in Newmarket enjoyed steak and Caymus with my wife. Service was terrific in Newmarket. Not all Keg's are the same.

Been here about 4 times now with my girlfriend. Absolutely amazing every time. The staff always goes above and beyond. The environment is amazing and so far I’ve never had a issue here. Atmosphere: The keg has a very well made atmosphere. Everything from the lamps, the wood and the seating. And even the smaller stuff like Cups and plates, are all well balanced and look like they belong. Staff: The staff are absolutely amazing. They are great at understanding and interpreting what you say. Even though you are a complete stranger they seem easy to have a conversation with and are not too invasive when you’re having your meal. And they excel at the little things. Food: the food is simply delightful. Every time I eat here the food meets and often times goes beyond my expectations! Cons. The only cons I see of eating here is the price and really the only other thing that to others could be a slight issue is the lighting. It is pretty dark, However to me that is something I personally enjoy.

My husband and I went here on a Wednesday evening(November 13), thank goodness we called ahead and made reservations as it was already a 45 minute wait. Totally ok, we sat at the bar and had a drink. Once at the table we were greeted by our Male server. He was very inattentive. Didnt tell us the specials, husband asked for another beer that never came even with the empty glass sitting at the edge of the table and him passing by us multiple times. People have bad days, ok. But then my husband's prime rib came out cold. Not cool, cold. The manager apologized saying its cool because it's rare...no, not ok. It was cold. She took it and brought out another even after being repeatedly told he did NOT want another. They did remove the meal off the bill but we will not be back. Not a great Birthday meal unfortunately.

We had our daughters wedding reception there last Saturday. Darcy [ the GM] and Aaron [ the kitchen manager] could not have been more professional and helpful. The service and food were out of this world. Keifer, Chantel, Bree and Amber were all 5 star servers. They took great care of all 54 members of our wedding party. I will always eat there every chance I get to be in Regina. We're from Denver and can't wait for our travels again to the great province of Saskatchewan.

Disappointing when you go out for a nice dinner with a friend and leave hungry, frustrated and deflated. Steak not cooked, lamb not cooked, wrong salad dressing, drink refills didn’t come, add-on salad portion is a rip off. Aaron the kitchen manager offered changes but when your plate is full of blood, your appetite is gone. Routinely meet clients and friends here but will strike it from the list. Too expensive and embarrassing when hosting.

I have never experienced customer service so horrible. Mary-lou was our server, and I shouldn't even call her a server. 20 Min's to get water, an hour and a half for a cold supper. The waitress never came to ask how the food was, so half was wasted as it was freezing cold. Seafood should not be served half frozen in the middle. For a $50 meal I am disappointed and all never recommend or return to this establishment. Absolutely horrendous.

My parents and I went here last night (August 24) and my dad ordered the steak. It was not cooked to his liking at all and the staff was absolutely amazing about it. We aren't the type to make a big deal about mistakes as we realize everyone is human, but the way the staff went over and above to ensure that we were happy was incredible. I was absolutely blown away and I will be returning here for any special occasion.

I went to my best friend’s wedding reception there last Saturday. Darcy and Aaron, the GM and kitchen manager, were amazing and professional with our big group! The service and food were too amazing for words! Our servers, Keifer, Chantel, Bree and Amber were all amazing and did an incredible job. This is definitely a restaurant we will stop at every time we make it up to Regina! I’m glad we had the chance to stop there!

We stopped by here yesterday around 1:30pm to use a gift card. The service was fantastic! The food was awful! My boyfriend ordered the keg burger, it had clearly been cooked on a dirty grill as all my boyfriend could taste were the burnt bits of food caked all over the patty. I ordered the halibut and chips, and it was overcooked.

When the waitress handed us the machine to pay the second half she reminded us, when entering the gratuity as a percentage, the amount showing wouldn't include the amount paid with gift cards. I was SO disappointed with our meal last nite. My friend ordered 6oz sirloin and I said I'll have what she ordered but with the shrimp and scallops. I eat some potatoes and then into the shrimp when I realized the streak was this ball. The manager came over and told him what I ordered.....i waited and waited, my friend finished her meal so into the bread I got. By the time my meal came I was full. my next plate was the 12oz sirlon, I'm thinking nice I got an up grade. The shrimp and scallops were over cooked so didn't eat them and my steak was good but hardly eat anything for I waited so long with the bread. Well my upgrade it was not ....I paid full price. The disappointment was my friend and i eat seperatly, plus the food. I love the keg but not this one. I always go to the one in Hamilton for I live close. Best one. Last nite we were looking for a place to have a birthday party of 40 guess. They blew it here over a lousy steak

How can you beat the service! The girls are incredible in the bar area. I have been four times in the last month with family and friends and haven’t been disappointed. Love the Cajon shrimp and steak - with cauliflower mash and a nice bottle of wine - yummy ! Expect a bit of a wait on the weekend but they get you in pretty fast. The dining area is clean and cozy although I prefer to be on the bar side. Can’t say enough great things! Don’t pay the same price at a road house for a steak dinner - not worth it - go to the keg, you won’t be disappointed!

Great steaks as usual. The Ahi tuna dish wasn't quite up to same standard as previous visits tho. Still quite good however. Service was good. We were a very curious & confused by the young women constantly passing our table with iPads, laboriously entering data. It was like we were being audited or observed in some sort of new experiment. Very distracting, and when we were talking about a sensitive matter with friends we surely didn't need the extra ears (or perception thereof). When we asked what's up we were told it's a method they now use to improve their table service. We just found it kinda annoying and I hope they figure that out real soon. The Keg is not an inexpensive restaurant so when you want to have a nice dinner and visit - you don't need to have someone (who isn't serving you) walking past and looking at you and typing into their iPad every 15 minutes. They came across as aloof and arrogant. The experience was definitely diminished by this and instead of remembering my great steak I'm only remembering the bizarre auditing they were doing. C'mon- you're better than this. We can spend $300 somewhere else next time.

Used to always be a go to for a night out...but not anymore. Food is always normally fresh and tasty but the prices are ridiculous. We went for our anniversary and had happy hour drinks & appies in the lounge just to be able to afford it. The nachos are bland with no creativity in the toppings at all! Bland salsa, flavorless guacamole & jalapenos. The stuffed mushroom caps were wonderful tho! Our waitress was excellent...just a really sweet girl. Calamari was good but nothing special. Had the cawliflower appy once before this and it was wonderful. Steaks are always great...just expensive! Count on spending $100 or more for 2 people...easy! If I'm spending that...i will always choose the best restaurant in town...The Creek in Cathedral Bistro. Willow on Wascana is 2nd behind the Creek and they at least offer a beautiful view with your meal.

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to the Peterborough location. Quickly seated, with an attentive server. Drinks and appetizers came to the table in good time. A great menu selection. Entrees were well presented and all 4 steaks were perfectly cooked. The only reason not a 5 star experience was because of behaviour of the patrons in the booth next to us.

We arrived a half hour edite our reservation and took a seat at the bar for a cocktail. The service was friendly but slow. Promptly after receiving our drinks, two females who were clearly well over served, sat down and ordered drinks (which, for some reason, the bartender didnt deny). They were loud and obnoxious and to us sitting directly next to them, overpowered our experience. Once seated at our table in the dining area, the experience turned around. Service was really good, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was what you would expect. Besides the lounge, I would have no problem returning.

Absolutely Disappointing! This place sells itself on being a steakhouse. There are family fast food restaurants that serve better quality for half the price. My 12 oz, medium well-done came out well undercooked and cold. It looked like it came from a truck stop. I did not eat it as it went wasted. I feel that management could have done more to rectify this issue, cause I sure had no intentions on paying for it anyway.

Went to the patio on a date. The staff was very thorough as my date had allergies to egg and nuts. The bar manager - Paul - was amazing and friendly and gave us our options around the allergies. Our server was also great as she made sure to alert Paul immediately of the allergy and worked with him to ensure everything was perfect. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic.

Felt comfortable and safe and enjoyed the food as usual. One member of our group had the calamari appetizer and found it tough a small amount of over cooking is all it takes so she mentioned it to the server to explain why she didn't eat it and didn't want to box it. It was crowded when we attended. Our party of 6 spoke loudly just to be heard in the midst of the noisey open floor plan. My little granddaughter ordered mini hamburgers from the kid's menu, which arrived too crispy and thick for her liking. I cut off the crispy parts and she was happy. I enjoyed the filet mignon. I usually order "medium rare" but our waitress recommended "medium," and it was perfect. I chose the small filet with baked potatoe and there was plenty for a 2nd meal at home. I dislike open floor plans as my wheelchair usually gets bumped, as it did a couple of times here. Next time, we will request a table near a wall.

When we called they realized the error and sent us a gift certificate to be used at another time at any Keg. Also send something for this family member. They won't take a reservation so it was a 45 minute wait for a table. Ate in the bar. Prime rib was basically raw. A server dropped something near our table that splattered all over the clothing of 2 of our guests. The bar manager was very obliging though

We have been to many Keg Restaurants over the years and can honestly say, this one’s at the top of the list! Considering Covid protocols, they run a very efficient and safe place. Our orders ( 5 of us) were taken quickly by Christine, a very charming and lovely woman, who kept us supplied with drinks, the orders were correct and the other wait staff stepped up to bring all of our appetizers and meals at the same time so everything was piping hot and no one was left waiting. We were really impressed by the efficiency, considering that restaurant seating was opened up to include more patrons. I needed to sit somewhat farther away from others, so they placed us at a table that accommodated us well. Can’t say enough good about the Keg in general, but this one’s especially great! Highly recommended!! Good job Great job, staff and management!

The Food was great but the waitress was absolutely terrible. She had an attitude the entire time. Charged us for extra veggies when we thought they just came with the meal. After payment she was not happy with her tip so she slammed the receipt on the table and walked away. I still gave her a 10 tip on a 130 bill when she didn't deserve 1 dollar. I would not go back again with service like that.

Very good. A little pricey but the baseball top sirloin and baked potato I got were stellar, and so was the waiter. It is a little bit dim in the dining area but understandably so as it makes the area feel warm and comforting, for me anyways...just be sure of your footing is all. Overall, I would definitely go back! This location gave me a good experience overall.

Went there for a wedding and keifer was hands down the best server we could have asked for! Aaron was excellent too, he explained the menu beautifully and answered any questions we had with a happy smiling face and a positive attitude. The food did not take long at all and it was perfectly cooked when it came out! I have never had lobster cooked so perfectly before and my entree was hands down the best steak I have ever had. They were excellent with the large group of people but still have each table attentive service! Thank you thank you for the staff that served us on the 18th of August, you all are amazing and I look forward to my next visit to Regina because I want to go back to your establishment!!

This is a great steakhouse. They specialize in steak and definitely know what they are doing. It is usually busy here in the evening, so I suggest calling ahead for reservations. First time visiting this location and my first time ever having filet mignon. What an absolutely amazing experience! The steak was so incredibly juicy and tender, I couldn't imagine it being cooked any more perfect. The service was excellent and the manager came out to us to ensure our experience was pleasant for our anniversary. Our latest visit here was to celebrate my sister's birthday and we were both eager to see the summer menu. As usual, we were not disappointed. I like the Keg for several reasons; the staff are always friendly, professional and attentive, the food is always prepared to your liking, and the restaurant itself is always clean and tidy. Yes, there is a cost associated with this but in this case you get what you pay for. On this visit I had the iceberg salad with blue cheese dressing and though I am not a huge fan of blue cheese, it does work amazingly on this salad. Steak and seafood selections were delicious and wine pairings matched perfectly. I'll be back!

We went to the Keg this evening with our family. Our server was friendly and efficient, although a few things got missed (but were quickly corrected). We all enjoyed our food, but the Sirloin Oscar wasn't quite as good as we're used to having elsewhere. The staff were all quite friendly and welcoming. We had received a couple gift cards for our wedding so we went for the first time and we were amazed at the service. Our waitress was so professional, so polite and was actually interested in why we received gift cards so we proceeded to tell her that we had just got married the day before and about to leave for our honeymoon she was so happy for us and brought her manager over to introduce us and bought our drinks. I came here for the first time with my boyfriend back in June. I was so excited. The appetizers were delicious. The customer service was great. As I was eating my meal; steak, mushrooms, mashed potatoes, asparagus... I noticed something fell off my fork onto my plate. I immediately looked down to see what it was and it was moving! I was in shock and so was my bf. I ran to ask someone to come and see this “worm” on my plate! This server also looked shocked after she saw it, she grabbed the plate and took it to the back saying she’d get someone to come talk to me. Shortly after a manager came out. She told us that these meals were free and our first set of drinks were going to be free, she also said this has never happened and it could be because they had construction people working inside. Which doesn’t add up. As we waited for our server to give us the bill, everything was completely free. So did they find more? I also never experienced anything like this before and so I wasn’t sure what to do about it. They didn’t ask me for any information to let me know if they would or actually do do anything about these kinds of things. I later searched on the internet about what sort of worm this could have been. It was dark brown and small just like a maggot in its last 130 hr stage. I wasn’t able to eat properly for a few days and I see so many of The Keg commercials I get this eerie feeling. I still have the receipt. I haven’t went back. I just think it’s important people know you don’t always get what you pay for.

If you are looking for a place to bring a potential new client and talk business in a quiet setting with minimal staff interuptions, then this your place. Arrived with reservation. Water 20 minutes later. Bread at end of meal. Asked for wine with meal, which never came. No "How's your meal" Disappointing Caesar (for 9 bucks you'd think they'd include an olive or pickle) Why does this establishment continue to disappoint. Because they are the Keg? Will never go back, and will not include as an option for our business functions, of which this was one.

We pre ordered a Take out 2020-21New Year's Eve dinner for Pickup. It was DELICIOUS and hot. The steak and filet were cooked to perfection. The Lobster tail was delicious and not overcooked!The vegetables were still crunchy and the presentation for a take out was very good! We waited a long time for our food. In our case was not entirely bad, my wife and I were out alone and rarely get an opportunity like this so we were in no rush to be anywhere, however when we got our food (over an hour after ordering) my prime rib was cold and the lobster was over cooked and cold as well. I appreciated not feeling rushed to be out though. I do hate going out and spending that type of money and feeling you are on a timer to turn that next table.

We didn't get to eat here. We were told we couldn't get in because they were booked and yet an entire side of the dining room had no one in it. We were told we weren't allowed to sit in there. Disappointing because I usually love The Keg. Update: the restaurant contacted me and I emailed them my phone number as per their request. That was the last I heard from them. Great service and even on a Saturday night seated within a half hour. Food is awesome as always! I gave 4 stars because I had ordered prime rib medium rare and it came out quite obviously rare, almost blue. It was red all over. Now as much as I don't mind rare, that was not what I ordered. I was not going to send back my plate in the middle of Saturday rush hour waiting for new food while my husband has his and would be waiting for mine to return.

Enjoyed by time at this location. Although I was disappointed they no longer offer nacho chips, as I always got them as a gluten-free option for some apps, I had a very pleasant experience nonetheless. The manager came up to me to ensure that my food would be handled with care which I really appreciated. I got the baseball sirloin which I normally get and I asked for it "chicago" style which is now my favourite way- I highly recommend getting your rib steak or sirloin Chicago style. I also really like that they offer mini desserts, it's the perfect end to a wonderful dinner!

One of our favorite places for supper. Food and service was excellent as usual. Did not give five stars for the following reasons. 1. The bread changed. No longer sourdough, now is some other kind. Not nearly as good. Bring back the sourdough or at least give us a choice. 2. The background music. Best I could tell it was neither music, nor in the background. This was very disappointing and made us seriously consider wether we would return. The music (best I could tell from looking around) was for the servers entertainment, not at all a reflection of what the patrons might enjoy. It was also VERY loud....so like an Earls experience. Could not have a conversation with my spouse. Even the server had trouble hearing our order...we had to point on the menu while ordering. This was on the dining side of the room. I think many patrons would understand it being louder in the lounge area, but when I sit in the dining room it is so I can enjoy a conversation. If this is the new normal, and if this is what other patrons want and enjoy, call me old and I will find another spot to enjoy a fine meal.

The food was amazing no issues or concerns there. My issue with the service. Took forever to get our food. Took forever to get our order in. My biggest annoyance is was waiting over 15 min to be seated when we had a reservation. Whole purpose of coming at 8 pm was for the reservation. We were told our table was still in use we have to wait until they leave. If I know we would have had to wait so long would have come sooner and take our chances. It was for my grandpa 92 birthday. It was suppose to be a surprise who was showing up. That didn’t play out well since we were still waiting to be seated. We were not the only ones who had to wait with a reservations. Even though the food was amazing will not be eating there again since we had to wait for the reservations.

This is my favourite restaurant in Peterborough! The food is amazing (as it is with all The Keg locations). The steak is cooked to perfection and if it isn't to your liking, they will bring you another one without question. My favourite menu items are the twice-baked potatoes and the Billy Miner Pie. The twice-baked potatoes have a filling of mashed potato, sour cream, onion, bacon and cheese and it's so creamy and delicious. The Billy Miner Pie isn't actually a pie but a mocha ice cream cake topped with slivered almonds and it is incredible! They give this free to anyone celebrating a birthday there. The staff is beyond courteous, efficient and helpful and the manager stops by each table during the meal to make sure everyone is happy with the food and service. The ambiance and decor is very cozy, intimate, modern and upscale. It's the perfect place to celebrate special events, to go for a nice dinner or to go on a date.

The food is great, the service excellent, the staff are friendly, fast and professional. The atmosphere is relaxing and the lighting well thought out. The layout and floor design work really well. The prices are high, but reasonable for what you receive. Certainly no higher than any other top end restaurant. The food is cooked to your order with some very good menu choices. My only complaint? The food is so well prepared and in such generous portions, it's hard to find room for dessert. All said I think I can say with confidence this is Peterborough's finest dining establishment by far.

Fairly new Keg. Visited for lunch and felt like we were the only ones in there. Servers were decent and friendly. Food was ok, but quite overpriced for the quantity and quality of what was received. Decor was trendy and new. There are lots of large tvs to watch if you want to watch any sporting events.

We came in from bc totally forgot the time change .I phoned the keg made a 515pm reservation and when to my hotel.my wife looked at the clock in the room it was 520pm.i phoned the keg and told them I forgot the time change and we missed the reservation they said come down we will save your table.thats more then any other restaurant would do and it was busy. Thank you to the keg and staff.

How can you beat the service! The girls are incredible in the bar area. I have been four times in the last month with family and friends and haven’t been disappointed. Love the Cajon shrimp and steak - with cauliflower mash and a nice bottle of wine - yummy ! Expect a bit of a wait on the weekend but they get you in pretty fast. The dining area is clean and cozy although I prefer to be on the bar side. Can’t say enough great things! Don’t pay the same price at a road house for a steak dinner - not worth it - go to the keg, you won’t be disappointed!

The Keg is my absolute favorite Canadian restaurant chain. Their standards are high and the quality of everything on the menu is best-in-class. The annual Lobster Summer promo was on during this visit. It's the best yet. I ordered a half lobster with prime rib combo and loved every bite. Cheers to the Peterborough Keg staff and management on making sure our party of 6 had a phenomenal meal and a super night.

Visited today, had Steak and Crab legs. Steak was requested to be well done, was well done but tough, French onion soup was okay and Crab legs were mere two pieces with hardly no crab in them. I can't blame them as its not their fault for crab legs but they gladly replaced them with another side order of crab legs.

We waited a long time for the server to take our order. In our party of six, the kid's chicken and my halibut were overcooked. The steaks were very good, as usual. Certainly there's no denying that they know how to cook a steak. And the lobster was delicious, albeit somewhat small. Plating was unimpressive. Caesar salad was limp and loaded with croutons. Cheesecake topping was more like jam. We have gone to the Keg for years and years, and some things are the same because they're awesome, like the scallops and bacon. Tiny portions of the mushrooms Neptune and garlic shrimp were disappointing. There are some things they need to improve upon if they want to stay at their price point and keep customers.

Yet again steaks were not cooked properly. Medium well should not be cold & bleeding on the plate second bite in, when given to the server to clear plates ( with over 1/2 a steak left) she said oh you should have told me .. but we hadn't seen her since she came by less than a minute after food was presented. I've found last 3 times to be very poor. Servers are typically friendly enough but you go there to eat a good meal and just have not been satisfied. I really hope it improves.

We celebrated an anniversary dinner at this gorgeous location, which simply deserves a 12/10 rating. The host(s) were phenomenally accommodating, the drinks were stellar, the food was divine, and a huge (!) shout out to our girl "Queen Christine" - the server who you must inquire about when reserving for your next special occasion! Complimentary dessert was given to us by management (with the request from Christine) to celebrate our special evening, and we both left really having the best time. By far the most fantastic Keg experience we've had, without a doubt. Keep killin' it ladies and gents that make this location top notch! We will be back :)

Beautiful place to eat. The steak as you would guess, was amazing. Be prepared to spend $30+ on a meal, it's not a budget place. There's a burger for $19, which was good but not nearly as worth it for the price as their steak was. One of my favorite places in Peterborough now.

She was very accommodating with my allergies that even the manager came to the table to let me know that some of the items I am allergic to are in the keg spice. Had my very first martini here and our waitress was really wonderful! I'd never had one before so she asked me lots of questions to make sure she'd make the drink to my preference! 9/28/2020 7:15 dinner waitress gave gr8t overview of the nights special ..steak lobster shrimp choice of veg and potatoe. ordered special it arrived without lobster mentioned to waitress who got mgr and he came to our table he did find one piece of lobster on my plate (size of a pea) and none on my wifes after looking at it for a couple minutes..I find this as false advertising and was disappointed in the serving.. Other than that all was fine...Better fix this or yr good rep will fade quickly..

Ate here last night with my wife, last year we went my meal wasn't great, Sadly same thing this time, and we dropped a 180 dollars on the meal and tip.My steak was ordered mr, come out well-done and cold along with a chilly lobster and potato, They replaced the steak with a rare steak but I ended up eating the rest of the meal cold, I'm pissed cause I had been thinking about a good steak all day never got it here. The server was OK but busy, the apps and dessert where good but billy miner pie is no longer homemade its a DQ ice cream cake. I think next time it's apps and drinks if we go at all.

My experience at the Keg Peterborough was pleasant. Our waiter (I believe his name was Tyler) was amazing, he took great care of us. Food was a bit pricey, but I expected that in this type of establishment. I had Ceasar salad for my entre which was the same size as the ceasar salad side, which did disappointed me. The coffee chocolate mocha icecream cake was amazing and well portioned. Thank you Tyler for being an amazing server.

We went with a wedding party and everything was great from the moment we got there. The chef, Aaron, and our server, keifer, went out of their way to take extra good care of us and it showed! I had the peppercorn New York and it was perfectly cooked and ended up being either the best or the second best steak I have had in my life. Well worth it!

Disappointed that a restaurant (The Keg Peterborough) would not have a covering for their patio dining considering so many do based on the times we are in. The Peterborough Keg cancelled our reservation due to light rain an hour before which we had to actually call to find this out as we were about to travel 45 minutes to the restaurant. This reservation had been booked a week prior as they only take reservations one week in advance. This dinner was for our son’s grad and during the call to them they gave no other options or help. Seemed like they were glad to have the evening off. Very disappointed in their level of customer service.
