Great Thai food and excellent service. Tried something off their Chinese menu last week and was equally impressed. Lovely atmosphere and soothing, unobtrusive music really add to the experience.

The food is sooo amazing, way better than I expected any “Asian fusion” restaurant to be. However, the service was a bit slow for us. Maybe it was because they had just opened, but we spent probably half an hour longer than expected.

Worst Chinese food I've ever had! Egg rolls were disgusting, Cantonese Chow Mein had 3 shrimps, pieces of 3 broccoli and fake chicken. Payed $20 for something that had maybe $6 worth of food in the smallest dish they could find! What a dissapointing over priced meal! We will NEVER eat there again or recommend it.

They should really work on their lunch experience. Unless you want soup there is nothing at a reasonable price point. The food was very fresh and well presented, though a little bland. Would have been nice to have some soya or hot sauce served with it or on the table. Overpriced for lunch.

Great Experience! My husband and I were in the area and thought we would give it a try. Great atmosphere for dining in and incredible authentic Vietnamese food. Service was awesome. Best kept secret in Perth. I was very surprised that the place was not packed. Definitely a MUST try if you are in the area. Prices were reasonable and the food portions were great!

Brutal food. No clue how they are still in business. Just schlepping out a very vague version of South Asian cuisine. Zero stars. Plus we did take out and...guess what? Not a spoon , fork or chopstick to be found. Save your cash, stay home and make some Ichiban noodles...you'll be way more satisfied.

We were very disappointed to discover today that this lovely restaurant no longer offers table service ☹. You can order at the front counter & still sit in the restaurant to eat at one the 4 or 5 remaining tables. The food is good, however they now serve it in plastic or styrofoam dishes. I understand that they're having difficulty with staffing & made the decision to be more of a take-out type place -- the sad thing for us is that we'll not likely ever order take-out here because we don't live in town, and it was our occasional "treat" to eat here. Oh well, our loss, I guess ????‍♀️

I am a gluten free person and the Hot Wok has not only absolutely delicious food, but I can be assured that it is gluten free. With this type of cuisine, soya sauce can be a hidden source of gluten and the Hot Wok is well aware. It is such a bonus that everything I have ever had from the Hot Wok has been amazing! They offer the very best Pad Thai!!!

This is one of our favourite places in Perth. We make a point of trying something different each time and have yet to be disappointed. Service is always great and most times the owner/chef comes out for a quick chat if he's got time. There's also traditional 'CanadianChinese' for the less adventurous palates.

On New Years Eve we decided to order Chinese food... We called Good Companion at 3:30 PM and were told pick-up was at 8:45 PM and when I called Hot Wok we were told 7 PM (very reasonable). We understand that it is a busy night for take-out so we were okay with waiting :) The food is "Asian Fusion" and it was delicious! We were very impressed with the portions, the quality and taste! We will definitely be ordering again in the future :)

Came with some of my family and we enjoyed a nice lunch. Summer shrimp rolls and a nice pad Thai were enjoyed by myself and my other family members enjoyed cashew chicken, shrimp phó and the classic General Tao' s chicken.

I recently had one bad experience for placing phone order for pick up. For pickup order Hot wok staff asked me details of credit card including CVV and I gave them details of my Visa gift card which was the only transaction on my visa gift card and within a week the remaining amount of my gift card was stolen thru miscellaneous transaction from US which was over $350. I never shared my gift card info with anyone except Hot wok staff over the phone during pandemic. I called to couple of banks and found that gift cards are usually with lower security but no one can get exact information of card unless card is lost or I shared information. I am going to report to police but meanwhile I would suggest to be aware of giving phone orders especially with restaurants they ask CVV number of your credit card.

It's a Vietnamese &Thai restaurant. The food is very fragrant, probably heavy on spices. We loved the food, but the service was kind of slow, and I was very thirsty after having pho, I suspect they add MSG in the soup. There's no changing table in the washroom, we asked the staff, she said there's no place for us to change diapers, so it is not the best choice for people with babies to dine here.

You really have to answer the phone when your open, or post other than the front door that your closed till Jan 22nd ... another time we were told my wife's drink won't be made for quite a while, cause there very busy and we should order another one... I can just imagine the phone ringing in the background while you ignore it because your already too busy... anywhere else, the phone is answered when it rings. Give my theory a try, and call Pizza Hut or anywhere else that serves food. If they're open they answer. Just makes me wonder... do you want to serve people?
