I have eaten at the food truck a few times over the past summer. The food is delicious and beautifully presented with unique flavours! Service was super friendly and helpful with guiding decisions on what to choose. Definitely recommend trying them out!!

I hope this finds the owners, please don't put zucchini in your pad thai it makes everything mushy, also tamarind and fish sauce would help a lot. The chowmein was very very mushy and bland, no sesame oil, white pepper or even msg, the chicken breast was dry, why not use chicken thigh, it's cheaper, better flavor and more forgiving. The ginger beef had 8 slices of beef in it, with very mushy rice, I don't know how to fix this dish but there was 3x the amount of rice than beef and 2x the amount of vegetables than beef. Some people like this food but It could be way better with some minor changes.

Excellent food and service! The food is always fresh and tasty and the portion sizes are great value for the money :) I recommend the Fish and Chips (the wasabi tartar sauce is out of this world), the Chow Mein, and the Pogo Sticks! I'm drooling just writing this review LOL.

The Cod fish and chips are really good! Crispy batter that doesn't go soggy even if you don't eat it right away and a large serving of fries. However, the pad thai was disappointing. The noodles and chicken were cooked perfectly and the fresh sprouts and veggies were good, but the sauce ruined it for us. It tasted like the whole thing was doused in sweetened, slightly runny ketchup, and you couldn't taste anything else. Not even the lime I squirted on top cut through the ketchup flavour. We aren't picky eaters, but I had a hard time finishing my order, and my husband couldn't finish his. (He doesn't like ketchup.) Get the fish and chips, but skip the pad thai, unless you REALLY like ketchup.

In Pentiction? Naramata Valley sipping wine or doing lazy river, stop by this ah-mazing food truck for amazing Pad Thai and Chowmein and house hot sauce! Loved it! Ate twice.

Jojo and his team do an excellent job. Twisted Chopsticks is a great take-out option and a new favourite spot for my family. In the Summer we enjoyed the food truck with it’s excellent beach location. The food is always delicious, flavorful and fun. It didn’t feel heavy or greasy. There’s an excellent variety of food with some neat fusion options. I definitely recommend checking Twisted Chopsticks out for Friday night take out, or a beach day lunch option.

Unbelievably delicious foods here. We had the cod fish and chips, the chips were fantastic and the cod was delicious and not at the least bit greasy. The Pogo sticks were ridiculously delicious like out of this world delicious and they definitely make the best chow mein I’ve tasted in this whole region.

Incredible - wonderful array of flavours, fresh, light but filling, high quality ingredients. I ate at their food truck near the SS Sicamous. Had the chow mein - will be back for other dishes. It’s been a while since I had Asian food made this well.

Fantastic food! Such a great place! I loved it! The pogo sticks were insanely good, I also had the pad thai which was awesome! The gyoza was the best I've ever eaten! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Loved this place! It has unique and flavorful dishes. I had the Pogo Stick which turns out that is not a hot dog on a stick but a yam roll, deep fried with different sauces including corn salsa. It wasn't spicy but it was sure delicious! I would love to try some more of the fare soon. When I'm back on the beach!

Delicious fish and chips complete with cole slaw, tarter sauce, ketchup and lime for a reasonable price, very filling. Great service. I am so glad we stumbled on this truck.
