To be frank, I was very disappointed with the Pasta Factory. For a place that states they specialize in pasta it seemed like the chefs had no idea what they were doing back there. Took 1 hour to get the food and much longer to actually stomach eating it. Please see my picture of my frighteningly oily 'pasta' dish.

Some delicious Italian dishes. Pasta was fantastic and great service. I did the build your own pasta choice, it was really tasty, except i found the price for a half size portion a bit steep. I'd definitely pay 20 bucks for a full size, not half size.

Pasta factory is a great and cozy restaurant. Our server was incredible and the food was good. I think the price of the food is a little high for its level of quality and quantity, but our overall experience was excellent. They also have a large number of gluten free options for people with Celiac disease.

I get they were busy, estimate to be seated was 10 minutes, took almost 45 to seat us. Server took our drink order fairly quickly. Ordered our food, which took over 2 HOURS to get to us. Every time we asked, we were told our order was up next, so 10 minutes at most. My carbonara that was supposed to have bacon in it had none, and oddly tasted like shrimp. First and last time we eat here.

We used to eat at past factory all the time was good food and service unfortunately they have completely gone down hill prices have gone up quality has gone down they charge a lot for little extras like some spice in the baked Mac and cheese and the last 3 times we have been in it has taken forever to get our food and they have made mistakes with our order sadly we won’t be going back. I would however highly recommend la villa rosa higher prices but the food and service is always excellent

Service was a tad slow, but they were also busy. Food was fantastic. I had the 10oz ribeye with mash & mixed veg., wife had the spaghetti & meatballs. Cocktails were great too. This place is now on our hit list when in Penticton.

We came with a large group (hockey team) and were a bit early but there accommodated us. We all had the buffet which was a seemingly never ending parade of different pasta dishes. All of the serving staff was great but weren't up in keeping the drinks going. The food was great. We'd definitely go back

When here with a big group everyone loved their meals. The pre dinner bread is to die for! Also a+ Bellini's. Definitely got to stop in here!

AMAZING SPAGHETTI! But!! Choose the build your own dish and put it with the tomato basil sauce! This is my second time trying this restaurant ever and the first time wasn’t so good cause I got the meat sauce spaghetti and that wasn’t good at all, it was very bland and had no flavour. But THIS time! This time I tried with the tomato basil sauce *with extra sauce* and I can’t even!!!!???? very delicious would get it again for sure!

I wish I had discovered PF sooner. One of the best dining experiences I have had lately. The room is cozy, shabby, comfy, somewhat quirky, in a good way. Server was great. Brought tasters of wine, and the bartender comped us Appletini samplers because they're not on the menu but I asked for one. My Sicilian Penne was perfect and my friend loved her beer braised pork chop. Pasta perfectly cooked. Love the jar of parmesan left on the table-who does that anymore? Prices are great. Will definitely be back.

Place is pricey for pretty basic fare. Ambience is nice. I would expect a $14.00 ceasar salad to come with at least a piece of garlic toast, or a couple strips of chicken. Not even a lemon wedge jeez. I would call that a $7.00 caesar. One of the make your own pasta/tortellini came to $34.00 before tax! I tasted it and it was pretty basic stuff from the local grocer.

We've been here many times and typically have a good experience. Today we walked in at 6pm with no reservation and the hostess informed us it would be a long wait until 7:30pm. We had some errands to run so we agreed and put our names down and she said she would call us. Typically places would over quote time and call early so we started walking back around 7:15pm. I'm aware that I was taking my chances being a walk in. When we returned the hostess seemed surprised that I returned. She says that there is no table. I ask how much longer and she goes "I don't know". I try to work with her and say "maybe 20 or 30 minutes?" She says "no, honestly I have no idea and I would be lying to you if I said a time. Have a good night". The added insult was both times we showed up there was empty tables outside. I think she has the right intentions and was probably overwhelmed. Management needs to improve training and/or set better expectations with customers. Waiting 1.5 hours to be told we can't seat you is no good.

First I will say the food was delicious. Pasta cooked perfectly and generous portions. 3 stars for poor service. We were seated within 10 minutes, despite being it being very busy. We then sat and waited and waited... 15 minutes before we were served. No water. Nothing. Another 15 minutes to get cocktails. She forgot the water. Another 10 minutes for water. We orded a bottle of wine. She delivered the bottle of wine and 2 glasses and left . Bottle not opened. No tasting. We looked at each other, laughed and said, well, I guess we open and pour ourselves! We will be back as the food was yummy. Hopefully, we have a different server. She was very polite and apologetic. I think she was just overwhelmed, as it was very busy. Perhaps more training is needed. Sorry Zoey.

I ordered their “famous” ribs with a side of rose pasta. That’s all you get when you order it. The pasta and the ribs. There are NO extras here not even a sprig of parsley to green it up. I’ve never seen baby back ribs with that much fat on them which I cut off (pic attached). The underside of the ribs were gelatinous and unappetizing. Don’t order! The pasta wasn’t any better. The service was terrible as well. The wait staff expected those at the table to know what everyone else ordered and who gets things like garlic bread. We didn’t even get Parmesan or salt and pepper until half way through the meal. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else.

Had a bit of a wait to be after being seated for anyone to come take drink or food orders, but the waiter was awesome and apologetic, things happen. Food was really good. Service ended up being fantastic and the waiter was also great with my daughter having conversations with him. Would defintely eat here again....was 100% worth the wait after being seated.

First off, this place serves mostly Italian food, specifically pasta. In my opinion, pasta should not cost as much as this place charges for their pasta. The image here, below posted almost $18, the cheapest one on their menu, however I'm unsure of the price for the create your pasta costs. Does not come with any sides, and the bread on the side costs extra. Services were ok. This has to be by far the most mediocre pasta restaurants I've ever been to.

My experience coming to the Penticton Pasta Factory is always a good one. Always love coming here with my lil angel for date night lols... My favourite meal here is the Sicilian Penne! The chorizo sausage is primo peferction & I just can't stop eating even tho I'm very satisfied already tho the remaining flavors in my mouth make me go back for more! My favourite beverage here is the Grilled Pineapple Daiquiri, a MUST TRY & 2nd is the Bellini as it is spot on & tastes like a fuzzy peach 5cent candy which in my opinion should be served with the beverage xxoo Just delicious and I highly recommend this place to you and your loved ones Don't forget the great service recieved. The portions are huge!! Loved the Italian salad!! Nice to see proper wine service. Went on Lasagna night and was happy with my choice. The server was knowledgeable and efficient, but not overly friendly. Gave off an "I don't want to be here vibe". The host (manager or owner maybe??) was rude with an attitude. Their music choice is not kid friendly, I'm no prude but when I'm having dinner with my kids, I'd rather not be listening to f-bombs every other song. Overall, would order take-out from them, but won't be coming back in for dine-in.

Very disappointed with service, we went there and we're told the house was full, ok totally understandable as COVID-19 still, but after ask if we could wait outside for a table the hostess not even though and told us nope our kitchen is busy and will take a more than one our to catch up, ok again despite the rude she told us that, we saw an old couple going inside and never came out so we thought they might have reservations, and that's when we decide to call and guess what they had our reservation for 30 min late. Of course we didn't show up as we don't want to spend our money in a place that treat their clients like that.

Atmosphere was nice.. Some dishes were good... however disappointed in there lasanga for a pasta place. Service was sooo slow and my water was poured into a dirt cup on table that didn't have water in previous. After eating the waitress came back and asked if still wanted ketchup and sour cream .. Lil late but couldn't get anyone's attention and needed to eat and get on road. Won't go back .. And be careful if have children as didn't get kids meal .. so ordered small portions they said had to be off kids menu .. gave one meal and one side and charged for 2 14$ kids meals.

Best Prime rib I have had in a long time in a restaurant. I honestly think Penticton is the dinning capital of B.C. My wife had the carbonara. It could use some improvement, maybe make it the old way .. Sevice was great... Great atmosphere... P.s. horse radish is tradion with prime rib lol.....

One of our favorite places in town! Most amazing service! Deb is fantastic! She owns the restaurant and works her butt off! Always positive and friendly! Her staff is equally just as amazing! We often go for lunch and have the privilege of having Glenda as our server! James and Taylor are definitely two of the most attentive servers we have ever had. The perfect place to be if your craving delicious pasta and the best drinks for flavor and price in town! Always feel welcome and taken care of.

Most disappointing experience ever in any restaurant in BC. Raw ribs, raw manicotti, waiter didn't even seem to care about the untouched food. Waiters response "oh man". Lol, was not even close to expecting this kind of experience. Didn't get the waiters name, 8:30pm on June 25. Bread and salad was delicious tho, but most expensive $90 ever haha. Waiter did not remotely care about left food. I laughed at his response of "oh man". Super disappointing experience considering the special event we planned for the night. Most shocking thing was the lack of regard from our waiter despite the obvious concerns.....horrible service by that gentleman.

Nice, friendly, efficient staff, the food came very quickly and the portions were large. Its a bit dark inside and I the flavours could do with just a little bit more something, but still highly recommended. There is also a nice patio outside that gets good sunshine.

Favorite restaurant in Penticton! Try the Insalata Italiano, best and most unique salad I've ever tasted. Great portions and everything we've tried is delish! Staff is super friendly.

Made a reservation for five people and when we got there place was less then half , server put us in back Conner of restaurant. I asked to be moved to the open part of the restaurant not stuck in the corner , she told me no! it was all reserved. Well unless I’m mistaken, I did reserved ! We were Less then an hour and when we were leaving all the tables still empty, and I mentioned it to her and she smugly said “well there all reserved for seven “ I think she judged us and stuck us in the back corner. Food was less than great, my son had tasteless Mac and cheese, sent it back and it was not removed from the bill. Bad attitude from staff and so so food! Wouldn’t recommend this place. Cozy atmosphere with an eclectic drink selection (including blended ice drinks). The Saturday rib special was excellent and a good price. Staff was very attentive and friendly.

The pasta dishes in this restaurant are amazing. We had a good time eating here. The restaurant was short staffed and we almost didn't get a table. We sat at the bar and everything was good. I highly recommend this restaurant but you better make a reservation.

Service was slow. They brought out the kids meals and the adults an half hour later. One of us had to leave to take care of the kids. It was 1and half hours from when we ordered to getting our food. The waiter said the delay was due to skip the dishes order. Will not go back

Walked in and was told to sit down outside. Waited for 20 minutes for service, nobody came out. Flagged the owner and she came over telling us they like people to let them know that they are there, not just sit at a table. You sat us down. Waited another 20 minutes and didn’t get any service. Left without even a water. Do not go here.

Great food and service. Ordered the seafood pasta and crab and spinach dip and it was delicious. The crab dip especially was amazing! The waitress did add on garlic bread without telling us it was an extra charge so something to watch for. Great ambiance but overall not my favourite culinary experience
