I just finished my first pizza from here and it won’t be the last , I’m actually trying to figure out when I can go again ..... When you enter the restaurant is now divided in half for takeout waiting area and dine-in service. Everyone was wearing masks and hand sanitizer was available for use. The service was fast and friendly, and portions generous. Cannelloni wasn't available at the time I went so the cream puff/meringue combo was ordered instead. It was delicious, no regrets there.

Good food! Good service, some improvements that could be made are the cleanliness things were a bit dirty with crumbs on things and also the tables and chairs were all over the place we had to grab our own chairs from random empty tables. Also having to cut your own pizza is a pain in the butt they put the pizza on dishes that aren't really flat so when you get to the edge with the dull pizza cutter the pizza wants to be launched off the plate, just cut the pizza in the kitchen it would take 5 seconds and save people time and effort, I can't imagine an older person be able to cut the pizza properly and that will be your main clientèle. The pizzas were great with one note on the Messicana pizza you need to lay off the amount of jalapenos on it it makes the pizza soggy and also stress to people how spicy it is because it was very spicy. The burrata and prosciutto were very nice but the piece of burrata was so small like a regular piece had been cut into thirds if you have to charge a few more dollars offer a full size burrata people go nuts over that stuff and will pay. This may seem like a negative review but it's not the food was excellent some things just need tweeking!

Great Italian style pizza! Yummy charred thin crust with good ingredients. Very friendly service from the whole family. I called ahead if time to see if they had a baby seat and unfortunately they didn’t so I brought my own. However they are very family friendly and even offered some fruit to my 10m old before the pizza came. Best pizza in Penticton!

Awesome pizza, awesome homemade pasta (from what I hear). Better than Bad Tattoo and bigger and cheesier than Tratto. Similar tasting crust to Tratto, which is a bit on the sourdough side, and is so delicious, but maybe Gusto's is a tiny bit chewier? Which I also like. This is by far my favorite pizza place in town and I am grateful that they are here in Penticton!

I had the opportunity to visit Penticton again and after a first not-so-good experience, I wanted to give Gusto Ferrari a second try. That's why I am writing a new post. This is hands down the best pizza I have tried in BC so far. High quality ingredients and the most delicious dough ever. The carbonara, one of my family's favorite, is a little bit on the salty side (probably because of the pancetta?) but was WAY better than on our first visit. We also tried the caprese salad, which was spectacular. On the service side, it might be a little bit disorganized, but this family strive to give really authentic Italian dishes and flavors, and at the same time this place and their people make you feel as if you were at an Italian home... And that is something really hard to find around. Thank you for a great night and keep up the good work.

I dined here last night based on a recommendation from my Italian friend. I found the owner/server to be very personable and genuine. The atmosphere wasn't my favorite but that is personal taste. I prefer dimmer lighting in evening for dinner. Nice selection of festive Christmas music. I tried the Sangiovese vino with my pizza and it was delightful. The selection of wine by the glass could improve a tad more. The pizza .............. OMG really tasty. I had the snakebite pizza and it had very high quality topping and cheese. I eat slow so it got a bit soggy near the end but this is to be expected with this style of pizza with that many toppings. I will definitely return and feel I got good value for the quality. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

The food and menu were decent. It was busy when we were there. The pizza was decent, but a bit bland, and price seemed high for the amount of toppings. The pasta portions looked really good (large) and fresh made pasta. There is a fun atmosphere inside the restaurant, so I would recommend dining in.

A family run and operated Italian restaurant. Mom, dad, and kids all work together to ensure the customer gets the best dining experience. Enjoy traditional Italian dishes and brick oven ready pizza all with fresh ingredients. All home made. The house wine (white) from Italy was delicious. The Caesar salad was delicious. The stuff ravioli was delicious. The Vongole was a tad salty. The margarita pizza was delicious but I would have liked the crust cooked a bit crispier. Over all the atmosphere, staff and Italian owners made it the experience a terrific one. If you are in the area and looking for some good Italian casual dining this is the place. Would I come back? Owners share their Italian heritage serving up food that makes you feel like you have travelled to Italy to enjoy a meal. Food was super fresh and came out in quick order. We came back here again a year later and this place is still excellent as ever. I love the personal touch that the owners come out and talk to customers at every table. Best authentic italian pizza here. I lived in Italy for many years and this is the closest you get to traditional italian pizzas and pastas. I will definitely come back if I'm visiting again. Pasta was amazing we had a group of 20 people in here and can't say enough about the food. Talk about homemade Italian food, they do it all right from making the actual oven for the pizza, making the dough and sauce to making their own fresh pasta. It doesn't get any more authentic than this in north america. The owners are from Milan, and they really know what their doing. go try it out the sauces are incredible!

We had an excellent meal recently at Gusto Ferrari! The panzanella salad was extraordinary -- a large portion of tiny tomatoes, cucumber, onions and bread in a just-right dressing (not too sour, not too sweet, perfectly flavoured!). My carbonara pasta was also excellent and my husband enjoyed his pizza - no leftovers! The service was very good and our meals were delivered in good time, even though the restaurant was busy and full of diners. I highly recommend that you visit this restaurant if you pass through Penticton. And if you live there, lucky you!

We went for dinner on Saturday evening, we had the most amazing meal! We ordered the Greek Salad that was absolutely delicious!!! We tried the Capriciosa and a vegetarian pizza. The toppings were very generous and lots of cheese. The best pizza I’ve had in a long time. We were greeted by the owners Flaminio and Roberta. He’s the pizza maker and his wife is the chef. Wonderful service and hospitality! It was a wonderful evening. Definitely will be back!!

I've spent the better part of the last decade looking for an authentic Mediterranean style pizza place on the west coast of BC. This is it! The crust is amazing the toppings are generously proportioned. This is a place where knife and fork let you truly enjoy the whole pie. We ordered three pies between two of us and a couple of one year olds and the leftovers were fantastic a few hours later. Staff is welcoming. Italian family style. If i had a few more days to spend in Penticton i would have become a regular at this spot. Worth the drive out and then some. Enjoy!

Extremely authentic Neapolitan style pizza. Just as good as I had in Santa Margherita. This is the real deal. Do not let anyone else try to convince you otherwise. This is the best pizza in penticton and probably all of BC. Loads of quality toppings, crispy chewy crust. Cocktails were great, quirky, and fun - they bring you whatever the chef wants to at random (or you can request stuff too). Salad was great, cannoli was great, and the espresso with liqueur was bold and delightful. Wonderful family run restaurant, it's a bit out of the way but definitely worth the trip.

This truly Italian family produces the best Italian pizza and dishes anywhere and at the best prices! Everyone who I've introduced this place to, from Vancouver to Italy, wants to return when they visit me at my new home in Summerland.

This is the second time I’ve been here. Again the food was great, but the first time I’m sure we had complimentary homemade bread and limoncello shots, which wasn’t offered this time. The staff nice, but the service was quite disjointed and inefficient with different people taking orders and serving food that didn’t arrive at the same time. I understand that this is a casual setting, but to me, the lighting inside (too white, too bright) makes it feel like a cafeteria. I noticed a beverage fridge (like in a convenience store) sitting against the wall in the dining area and one table had these cheap folding chairs. We opted to sit on the patio which has a much nicer atmosphere. This Italian family-run restaurant has so much potential. With just a little effort, like placemats for the metal tables outside, better lighting and coordinated service, they could make this place a great, classy experience.
