Hey all, I was up this past weekend and we decided to go into town to get a pizza this story is not about my service in fact but what I saw go on in the store. The guy ahead of me was ordering 4 pizzas and the price was fairly high, the guy serving mention that is the order was changed to a medium size the person ordering would save about 40$ on the order. I was floored at the honesty, the guy ordering was happy as can get and ended up ordering more food. When it was my turn to get my order i brought this up, it turns out the guy working was the person running the place. I forgot the keep my receipt to send this info into head office, so will share here instead. GREAT JOB!!!

OK is all it is. The place was literally freezing. Their thermostat said it was 16c. The pizza was ok. Service was ok.

I ordered a pan pizza, and when I got back to my cottage, it was a paper thin HARD as a rock pizza. It was not pan pizza. I called to question why I was not given a pan pizza, and he said I didn't order that. I have been getting pan pizza since 1989 and would know how to order it, thank you. It was inedible, and hard... the cookie I got was pretty decent.

There was a group of us that included 3 adults and 7 kids. The service we got was ridiculous, everyone finally got their meals except for 2 of the kids and we had to ask for their meals and they finally received them once everyone else was just about finished eating and to top it off their meals were luke warm and watery. We then waited for about half an hour to be able to pay and leave. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut if you are wanting proper service and hot food

Worst customer service I have ever seen. The women behind the counter refused to give me more then 10 napkins with my pick up order while driving through Parry Sound. I was travelling with 2 small children and 2 adults and had spent $40. I had ordered a large pepperoni EXTRA cheese and EXTRA sauce and was given a medium cheese only pizza with NO SAUCE and when I brought the pizza back in the same older short women told me that's what I ordered.

Took 20 minutes to get drink. 45 mins to get pizza. Asked waitress about order and she straight up lied to make us pay more. Awful service, food was fine but not worth it at all. Don't eat here. Ps. It was hot and stuffy and smelt wierd. Stay away.

I visited this location yesterday around 3:30pm, experienced worst service. No greeting when we entered, no friendliness, took forever to bring food, got fries without ketchup( until got up and ask for it) Meditarrian pasta was just dumped in pasta sauce, no cheese and I can count toppings top of the pasta, 2 small onion pieces, 3 green pepper, few olives. When the guy came to ask me how was it ?, I told him about the pasta. He didn`t even apologize, just walked away. Got me the box I asked for and left the bill on my table to pay. Didn`t even ask if I need machine to pay or paying cash. I waited 5 min, then paid cash and left by saying Thank you. He needs customer service training and should know how to attend the customer. He was not in any mood to serve, it wasnt busy only me and 1 more customer. But the service I have recieved was terrible. I dont have high hopes but common courtesy required. I will never visit or refer to anyone. Worst service ever, DISSATISFIED. I will be also writing to Pizza Hut Head office in detail.

$5.00 regular Caesar is a great deal except the manager won't give it to you. Instead substitutes the side salad which is only $4.99 on the menu. Says lettuce is too expensive.

I use this location once a week. Great quick service. I drive big rig . I do online order and pizza is fresh waiting for me when I arrive! Never a problem and their 10 dollar pizza of the day is a great deal

I don't order from Pizza Hut often but when I do I always get the triple box deal. 2 medium pizzas, some wings (8?), garlic bread and a giant cookie for 38-40$ after tax. It usually lasts for two dinners and a lunch or two. Hard the beat the price. The staff at the front are always friendly and the quality of food is what you'd expect from Pizza Hut. (Greasy spoon)

Waiting is too long even to get some attention from the ordering person. They mostly work with the phone or online orders or sit-in clients. If you just step in to order and get lucky, you would have to spend at least 10-15 minutes to order and then you would have to wait around at least another 40 minutes to get your order.

Ordered 2 pizzas both were suspose to have double pepperoni. Both had very little, yet I was charged for double.

Tonight me and my friend placed an online order for vegetarian pizza (order no # 32098428). And the pizza be got, it had pepperoni, ham. We had few slices before we came to know that they had put meat on our pizza. So disappointed by there service. How they can be so careless regarding the orders. On the top of that the customer service is so poor, they don’t even answer the call. We are pure vegetarian and feel so bad after this incident. I wish i could give them zero star. I wish you guys call me back with explanation or you have answer for this.

Pizza and garlic bread were extremely disappointing. No love put into either. Tasteless and soggy. Drove into town to pick up order, too. Staff is decent. Helpful but distracted.

We ordered 3 pizzas for pick up. They said it would be 45 mins. When we arrived to pick up our pizza , she lied and said it'd be another 15 mins and that it was coming . but she didn't even start our pizzas and forgot to put our order through . in the 20mins that we waited in the parking lot. We watched at least 60 people walk in and then leave with no food . when we finally got our pizza, it was dry like it had been sitting awhile. Was not good at all. Save yourself the trouble . just go to KFC.

Waitress extremely rude. Place under construction, had people on patio and told us we couldn't come in without any apology and just kept walking away. Learn manners and maybe we would actually think about coming back.

There are several outcomes when your order from this Pizza Hut: 1) they forget to make your order entirely. 2) It's completely wrong. 3) the person making your food has never heard of pizza before/understands how it's made. Clearly this is a very poorly managed franchise.

There should be more then one waitress working. She was nice. The Ceasar salad had so much dressing. There was enough for 3 salads. Pizza was good.

We ordered pizza and waited 50 minutes until we could not wait any longer. We asked our server multiple times when our food was supposed to arrive and she lied and said it was coming out soon when in reality she forgot to place our order. We then went to the manager and complained. They gave us a bad attitude and said that they have too many orders and that this is how long it takes. It was a total waste of time and we left the restaurant. Don't come here unless you want to wait an hour for your food.

Unwelcomed by the waitress! We were a big party and the waitress looked at us, rolled her eyes and said "you guys are going to be here for a while, I won't be able to get to you for at least 20mins, and that doesn't include waiting for the good which would be another 1hr or so." Which was fine if she had just been alittle more polite about it! We left because we felt like a huge inconvenience for her! Worst service I had ever had! Great job pizza hut.

My wife ordered online from the store here in parry sound. She ordered boneless wing and a large pizza. The pizza box was pushed in the container for her wings looked like someone purposely squished the container there is barely any sauce on it. My wings didn't even taste like honey garlic. Our kids pizza was really greasy and the dough was chewy.. no wonder why there are rumors of this location closing down.. its a shame it use to be my favorite place for pizza and wings.....

Ohhh took for the first time a new pizza called kfc popcorn chicken pizza… and veggie Lover Large pizza.. worst pizzas I have ever tasted… Delivered hot but no taste at all…and no washrooms to be used… surprising and advised to visit timmie.. Not a good location to stop and have a hit on route to your destination… no shade to dine.. so carry and crunch in ur car

Typical Pizza Hut. Can be very busy in the summer. Last time waitress was very helpful and suggested a combination that saved us about $10.00. It is the only Pizza chain in Parry Sound.

They're always polite and talk to me like an acquaintance as oppose to a customer; it's welcoming. One time I slipped on ice and the manager called my phone within a minute to check on my well-being, estimated wait times given are always accurate. Take out orders are usually messed up in some way or its way over cooked. For dine in the service is usually good depending on who is working. Food orders can still be messed up sometimes but usually get corrected fairly quickly

So far we have been waiting for our pizza for 30mins past the delivery time. When I tried to call I was sent right to VM. Tried calling again and heard someone in the background before they hung up on me. The food is usually good but at this point, not worth the money or the incredibly long wait. Go elsewhere.

Understaffed...kitchen help had 2 and 1 was waiting tables. The first time I went, waited 8 minutes to be seated...no one in sight so I left and got my groceries. When I came back I only had to wait 5 minutes!
