Normally have a good experience but today's sauce tasted better than normal. Delivery driver was delightful as always, I appreciate the small talk. Pizza was on point delivered hot and looked nicely cooked. You have awesome staff!

First. Visit to Domino’s pizza . Phoned in order. Explained. Was my first time and wasn’t familiar with their menu. So tell the person taking our order. What type of pizza. We usually order, so they recommend something similar from their menu. When arrive at store to pick up only to discover they had. Specials on for the same size pizza and never even mentioned that to me when I ordered. So when I asked. Cashier tells me oh those are only for walk in clients. So after some conversation. She says we will give you the deal. Only to find out on my receipt they charged me full price anyways. No where in the specials. Did it say for walk ins only. the cashier was. Very kind which. I appreciated. But not a very good experience. For a first time customer.

Hmm not 5 star because the crust was little cooked . I was able to reach out the Manager who listened to me calmly and offered me a free pizza. She promised to do better next time. Staff lacked diversity maybe dominos can do better overall in this area otherwise Professional service and Good food.

Food was ok, but after almost TWO HOURS of waiting it was not worth the time spent. Especially after seeing that there was no system to how they were handling orders and no organization inside. Order numbers and priority of when food was ordered seemed to be non-existent

This was the best pizza store when it first opened. The quality has gone down but it is still better than other pizza places in town. Usually they toppings are very less in quantities. If you place an order online with special instructions, sometimes they are not followed.

Order your pizza 3 hours in advance and call before you go , or you may end up like me and the 20 other people waiting over an hour in the store after waiting an hour to go after calling and placing the order. Mediocre pizza at best after the long wait aswell

I love dominos. I have nothing bad to say about the restraint itself. But the delivery drivers text while driving. I see it on the roads and I always get the arrived text before they are arrived. Please talk with your drivers about texting and driving. They need to be safe! For themselves, and my wings. :p

Counter clerk could not understand my order request for a Panzerotti. So, I ordered 16 Buffalo Wings. Unfornately, the wings were a far cry from sizeable. In fact they were the smallest chicken wings I have ever seen. $20.95 is a poor price!

I have to say the staff was wonderful.. Some how my order was given to another person with the same name.They made fresh pizza and didn't charge for the mistake as we had to wait longer.... The staff may be on the younger age but they made sure the customer left happy.... Hope the management sees this review...

Great customer service and great food. We often go with dominos anywhere we travel and everytime we get great service. Last night was the best because we ordered and when it was delivered to our hotel they told us they appreciate our business and our entire order was free! I did redeem a free pizza i had through their rewards program, but it was just awesome! We are happy customers that always look forward to ordering. Thank you!

Ordered a Philly steak and cheese last night I have a video with proof but what I got was a cheese pizza with 20 pieces of what look like beef jerky thrown on top I've already complain to them before but my pizza and they replaced it I don't want to be that guy but come on you guys have a menu it shouldn't be that hard to make what's on your menu I know what comes on a Philly steak and cheese Philadelphia cream cheese steak onions and cheese and what I got was a cheese pizza with some steak thrown on the top like somebody ordered a cheese pizza and they didn't want to want it so that's what you gave it I'm really disappointed Domino's is one of the best places in town to get pizza and I've had to really piss poor experiences in the last month alone like really step it up please you know I'm so close to complaining to head office I know that they are all privately owned but you have to set the standard you are the Dominos name and they will come down on anybody who's making their name look like poop so this is a piss-poor review I will give you two stars because most the time you make pretty good pizza but in a month I've had to really bad experiences

Domino's is still one of my top 3 pizza places pizza places (1# if your considering only big fast food style chain stores I don't like pizza hut and 222 is garbage pizza) the only places with on-par or better pizza are ZAH and flying pizza in my opinion. Domino's has an advantage though of being very fast, allowing you to use a app to order has lots of coupons and deals and has rewards. And is usually open later than alot of other places. they also have great wings. Inline most pizza places have no or terrible wings (looking at you flying pizza and jumbo)

Not bad for quality, but I'll say the delivery is fastest I've ever seen. Though they won't deliver to my room, need to pick up in the lobby. Not getting a tip for that. $8 cheesy bread is a complete ripoff, I could just buy a loaf of bread and a block of cheese and have cheesy bread for a month for the same cost.

Amazing service and good food I was stuck on side of the 400 (40 kms south of parry sound) on a service call for my company that I work for and they were able to deliver us a pizzia on the side of the highway then about 45 mins later called back to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything else vary good service highly recommend

I tried to get pizza from them for 2 days, and each time, i left empty handed. This dominos is incredibly unorganized. I lost my free pizza redemption points because of them. You call head office and all you can do is leave a message that’s not returned. This domino’s will NOT last in this town. I loved dominos when i lived in Hamilton, however, you actually got a pizza and within 30-45 min by delivery. I’ve heard horror stories from other people trying to get pizza from this store - some people waiting 6 hrs. Some people who order delivery and never receive it. Also, lets just hope they’ve fixed their phone lines too….. honestly, I’m just incredibly disappointed.

In Thompson for a couple nights.. Here is a small city that has terrible service and not the best food anywhere .. But I have found that Dominos is very good and similar to what I would order in Calgary .. Well worth the money .. Fast Service as well .. THe one down fall is both times I had delivery by the same guy that could use a shower and some deodorant .. Its a bit unappetizing well Im paying for my order ..

I am in love with the pizza and the service they are providing. It is a new restaurant so its understandable that there will be huge line ups. Let me clear out to everyone that the staff is amazing and they are trying to accommodate every single customer providing the best possible service. The staff is extremely sweet and friendly. Please have patience to get your pizza before posting anything bad for them. I waited for 1 hour but was served the best. Thank you Dominos for coming to parry sound.

The quality has taken a significant dip in the past year. The cooks are constantly forgetting to add toppings and just resort to throwing them on raw after the pizza has already cooked. Has happened 3 times now.
