Well unfortunately we have a hard time saying something good here. The last 2 times we have seen stuff on the floor like food or napkins and the staff won't bend to pick it up. Its insane. They just walk by it so the floors are basically dirty all the time. I think they only clean it at the end of shift. I have never seen that anywhere else. The food was ok but we won't be back . We didn't like what we saw.

Me and my family stopped here and where a bit disapointed with the service. Our server was not friendly at all and we went 20 plus minutes without even a stop in. The food was good but with all the waiting a 1 hour pizza dinner turned into a 2.5 hour delay in our trip.

Normally love BP but this is the second time I've had to throw out half my pizza because I found hair in/on it. Ordered a burger as well with cactus cut potatoes for the side . . . let's just say that for the 'up charge' I was expecting to receive a few more than a light layer in the bottom of the take out counter - pathetic. Also, my full order of Three Cheese Toast was missing the cheese on about half of it !?!?!?! A little . . . no; ALOT disappointed. What happened to you BP?

Our Innisfil hockey team was in town last weekend for the Bob Beaumont Hockey tournament. We had lunch at Boston Pizza! With 50 people - 20 of them being energetic children, we nearly filled the restaurant. The staff was wonderful! They maintained their smiles, and provided excellent customer service. My husband and I went in for a date night, had the cheese ravioli, pizza, tai chicken, fish tacos, the chocolate explosion cake, and the strawberry peach dessert. We loved the food it was great! The only suggestion would be that the peach strawberry dessert said it came with fresh cut strawberries and peaches, the manager made our dessert but forgot them, when the server went back the manager gave him canned peaches and says they couldn't find strawberries. Also the tai chicken says it comes on a bed of fresh lettuce but it came with some hard noodles, shaved carrot and green onions. The food was awesome though and honestly the best part (aside from my amazing chocolate cake) was our amazing service, never had such a great, attentive, friendly server before! So thank you Shawn from Boston Pizza in north bay for making our date night even better!

Biggest disapointment ever! Was looking forward to getting a pizza after a long drive from Toronto. I ordered extra sauce on my pizza and a bunch of toppings and dips. $80 bucks later, the pizza had about an inch thick of cheese on it and NO sauce at all. They clearly didn't listen to my order. I had ordered the pizza to go and found this out by the time I got to the hotel. Never coming here again and will let all my Toronto peers know as well not to eat here when they arrive in North Bay!

Apparently from what our waiter told us they are under new ownership after this being said I had begun to dive into my spaghetti with meatballs which I was enjoying until about 10 bites in when I spotted a large clump of long black hair strands in my spool of spaghetti and cheese me being a blonde was convinced this was not my doing and the manager was kind enough to make me a new plate of food and take the meal off of our bill but its safe to say I threw out that new serving of food and I will not be returning.

I Boston pizza in almost every city I go to it’s my go to restaurant I ordered my favourite meal. let’s just say the chicken was not even close to satisfactory. And my salad was too sour to eat. Slow service, alright food (pizza was way too salty), we ordered a few mixed alcoholic drinks that seemed super light on the alcohol. For 7-8$ a drink, not worth it. I was looking forward to having a BP in Corner Brook, but the experience wasn’t great. When the waitresses came to the table it was curt and they were gone before you realized they were there, and then we felt ignored for most of the dinner. They did not ask if we wanted refills, not once, and being in the sports bar section that is a HUGE miss. The best way to describe the overall experience is that we felt unwelcomed. I won’t be going to this Boston Pizza location again.

Came here on a super busy day of a sports game. Hostesses were very accommodating. Service was slow but the food we got was excellent and so we didn't mind at all. Portions were big, quality was good and I like that they have something on the menu for everyone (good salads, sugar free refreshing drinks, tasty apps). Service was friendly and staff were communicating for a good flow. To improve: more patio TV's and in multiple directions for a major game and blinds near them as you cannot see the tv on a sunny day.

Really bad/slow service. Not a one off experience. I have been coming here for 4 straight nights because it's literally in the parking lot of my hotel. From Friday to Monday the only day that the service wasn't abysmal was Sunday because the bar was empty. Truly amazed at how long it can take to get a beer - in the bar, not the restaurant - literally started a timer, 10 minutes with an empty glass sitting at the end of the table trying to make eye contact with everyone who looks like they might work here. My guess is they are under staffing the place. Do yourself a favor and don't sit in the bar or just better yet, go to a different place.

Garbage staff / establishment - had my digital vaccine QR passport, digital picture of my drivers licence and physical copies of my trapping/hunting licence. Night manager denied me service. Fake called his boss; refused speaker phone. Then once I explained my papers satisfy the law he allowed us inside on the condition I listen to his explanation on how he could be fired for allowing us entry. I did not allow him to manipulate me into the belief he was doing me a favour because I had what the govt required. Subsequently, he refused me because I wouldn’t hear his power rant out.

I had BP for dinner and ordered the quesadilla with a side of fries. The flavour was good, however, the quesadilla was soggy... probably due to being made using pizza dough... and the fries were cold. With that being said, the service was fantastic and our server was very attentive.

It's just Boston pizza. You get your Boston pizza food and you can watch the jets game. You will not be able to play VLT's on Friday or Saturday. And the locals that go here are normally pretty drunk and try to be friends with you so you will buy them drinks. If you're an out of towner you will get a nice meal I recommend just staying in the dining room.

As usual, great experience with Boston Pizza. They follow covid 19 measures. Allowing entry to those who are fully vaccinated, after seeing the proof of vaccination. We ordered their Holiday menu items for dinner and drinks. Holiday Sangria was my favourite. In food we loved the Cactus Nachos and creamy mushroom and spinach bake. Food was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend.

Sadly my friend and I were denied entry to the lounge tonight. My friend left his ID in the hotel room never thinking we would get carded at the door. Both of us are men in our 50's. At 545pm Sunday night and only 3 other people inside I thought it was a joke. Nope Rules are rules and its the law she said. Wow , off to the restaurant side we went. Our food was fantastic and the service was awesome. I can't wait for this covid b.s to be over with. Hopefully the old staff will return and we will be welcomed back with Smiles. I've been going there since it first opened. Staying nextdoor for a week made Boston Pizza our first choice. Now not so sure........anyone know the score of the hockey game ? Lol

Very disappointed. I generally love the food and atmosphere at Boston Pizza's but for whatever reason they wouldn't play audio for the biggest games of the year (AFC and NFC championship games). Was given a hard no when asked. I don't understand a sports bar not playing sports. Spent $50 on cabs just to not eat here. I was gutted.

Waterfront sits Boston Pizza with inside and outside seating. We had beet, spinach and goat cheese salad and added chicken. For first time ever, I actually had the pizza...pepperoni but with extra cheese. Both meals were delicious and served with a big smile by the server. She seemed genuinely happy doing her thing. Washroom was downstairs and was modern and clean. Overall was quite pleased by own dinner choices. The place was busy so I'm guessing other people knew was good too.

Didn't enjoy this place much. At first the service was really bad, I asked if the soup of the day was vegetarian and she just kinda said "I don't know." And didn't offer to check until I asked. Then when she confirmed it was vegetarian I got the soup and noticed that it wasn't - it had big chunks of chicken in it! I told the waitress and she went to the chef and came back to tell me it was all "the chefs fault and it was actually chicken gumbo" anyway, she was upset with the chef and offered me a new side dish. I got the cactus chips and the waitress took it off the bill. The chips were soft but she did warn me the dip had anchovies so that was nice. All around this restaurant was pretty mediocre but the waitress did redeem her service a bit. The chalkboard sign said under new management.

They were asking for QR code. I showed them my ID and vaccination proof still they need QR code. Dosen’t make any sense. It’s proved that I am fully vaccinated why do they need QR code??? That’s good they lost a customer who will never visit again.

Was in Thompson for a business trip. Went to Boston Pizza for dinner. Food was good. Ordered the Memphis chicken sandwich. Everything was actually pretty good. No complaints.
