The food is absolutely amazing. Had the butter chicken bowl to go. Had it with all salad instead of rice or rice/salad mix and it was amazing. They packaged the salad and butter chicken separately. The portions were big and you get your value worth. Highly recommend!!

Unique mix of Indian and Mexican food. We ordered the Paneer Tikka and Chana Masala tacos, which were very filling and tasty. We will definitely be back.

Made the trip out from Toronto to visit this place and was well worth the trip! Food: 5/5 the food was fresh, flavourful and very filling. We tried both the shrimp and chicken. Preferred the shrimp but both were great! We also tried the fries- they were OK- not bad, but would not make the 35 minute drive for just the fries. Service: 3/5 the only knock I can give this place was overall service. When I ordered, the email confirmation stated a 30 minute wait. Once I arrived, I ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes before our food was even ready! This was a bit annoying. The joint is a takeout spot so nothing exceptional from a service standpoint was to be expected. Would be nice if they acknowledged customers when they do enter though. Overall the food was great and I'll definitely be back to try the lamb. Probably some opportunities to improve service though.

Ordered from here for the first time as the food looked great on their Instagram and we were not disappointed. Everything was fresh, delicious and full of flavour. Large portions as well! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. I especially enjoyed the cauliflower appetizer. Yummm

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The butter chicken tacos here are phenomenal. There is so much flavour is each bite it’s a mini explosion in your mouth everytime. 2 tacos might not seem like enough but trust me these bad boys are filling!!

Fun, flavourful, and filling. All the Indian flavours you love in fun ways to eat it. These portions are huge. Don’t think they are like your typical tacos. These are full sized naan breads with all the fillings. My boyfriend had the tacos and could barely finish them. And I had the poutine and was able to have dinner, a midnight snack and lunch. The flavours are great and not spicy at all (for the typical western palette). Churros are tasty too!

This spot was such a nice, unexpected surprise on a small road trip to Oshawa! We ordered the butter chicken and curry chicken tacos and they were PHENOMENAL. Flavourful meat and toppings, fresh naan, and the portions were very generous! The food was ready in 10 minutes but it really did not feel like we were eating at a fast takeout place - the quality of the food largely surpassed our expectations. Staff were incredibly kind. I live 40 minutes away and I would hands down drive back for The Bollywood Tacos again. Thank you for such a great experience!

This place is simply delicious, I have tried already almost all their different tacos and this fusion of cuisines is amazing. Definitely it's a must in this town. Besides it's staff is very friendly and if you're unsure of what to order, just ask for suggestions and they will happily help you to decide. I also recommend the fries, they are amazing!! Samozas are delicious and very cheap too. Kudos!

Delicious Curry Chicken Tacos. The woman at the counter was extremely accommodating to my time crunch ( I told her I had only 7 minutes until my bus came ) They conjured up these tacos with nice takeout packaging and later on I devoured them with complete satisfaction I would absolutely come back again to try more of the menu

Love love love the fusion! I live in Ottawa and grab food from Bollywood Tacos on my way in and out of Toronto. I've pretty much tried all of their appetizers and main meals, and have never been disappointed. The food is flavourful - they give you the curry on the side so you can put as much or as little as you want. So tasty! My only complaint is that they don't have a branch on Ottawa... please expand!

Mixed feelings, the first time the food was generous and delicious. Second time I received half the portion ad the first time, and then the third time the quality of the food wasn't as great. Not sure what the deal is, but definitely not consistent.

This joint is seriously amazing! We got the 5$ taco Tuesdays- lamb curry, paneer, and shrimp Tikka. The flavour is phenom and you can't beat the price. HIGHLY reccomend

Fresh ingredients? Check Good portions? Check Good price? Check Good flavor? Check Bollywood taco is well priced, a single order of a taco actually gives you two tacos prepared over a piece of naan. The available types of curries isnt the most diverse, but since the curries have to work with the selection of style the restaurant is using, they understandably can't have every type of curry under the sun. (Although I'll be secretly hoping they add a saag aloo down the line.) You can pick from getting a set of tacos, a burrito, poutine or a bowl. Looking forward to my next visit to see how they pull a burrito off. Each order also comes with a free canned coke or a bottled water. Good selection of toppings to, including cabbage, onions, pico da gio, pickles, and a few others. (Only remember what I got on mine.) Only two things I wish they did different was allowing for multiple heat levels on the curries, (I love my Indian food to be hot enough to scold my tongue) but given to small size of the restaurant and the limited hours, it's understandable why they dont have multiple heat levels. And lastly just wish they were open for a wider set of hours (this would most likely be my new default go to skip the dishes order if they were open later and decided to deliver. Hell this would be worth driving to if they decided to just be open for later hours and not deliver!) Additionally they offer a card system as well, where your 7th order is free, adding even more bang for the buck.

Simply phenomenal. We've already ordered from here twice in the past month because the food is just that good. So far we've tried the butter chicken, curry chicken and curry lamb tacos, all were huge portions and incredibly flavourful. The cauliflower bites are also delicious. The mint chutney and TBT sauce also blew us away! Highly recommend if you're looking to try something different for your next take out order.

WOW... The food here is amazing! We ordered the tacos and the masala fries and we were shocked at how great the it all was; impressive flavour profile. We ordered both the butter chicken and lamb curry tacos. Added the following toppings... lettuce, pico de gallo, purple cabbage, pickled Thai chilies, T.B.T sauce, pickled onions. Also asked for mint chutney sauce and hot sauce on the side. I think I preferred the butter chicken over the lamb curry, but both were excellent. Absolutely loved the masala fries. I've been waiting for a place like this for years! I've always said someone should offer a fun fast food version of Indian cuisine, this is it! Highly recommended!

Indian food in the form of tacos using naan. Nice selection of protein/toppings, authentic (Indian not Mexican) and tasty. Price might seem a bit high but portions are large. Recommended.

Where has this food been my entire life??? I had the curry chicken taco and it was amazing. The taco ingredients were on Naan bread, the curry chicken and toppings were perfect. One serving was around $14 and it’s enough for two people. I can’t wait to go back!!!!

We tried Bollywood Tacos last week and they did not disappoint. I had the Butter chicken Taco with cheese. I added tamarind sauce and the mint cilantro sauce and it was so good. You can control the level of spice you want. We also ordered the Masala fries which were sooooo good and flavorful. This place does not disappoint.

Haven't even received my order yet, but I got a call from Raj that left a lot to be desired. I work in a busy office and the order wasn't placed exactly how Bollywood Tacos would have liked it to be done (how would I know, it's my first time). So he told me about how busy they were and how they were 25 orders behind, how typically someone wouldn't have even bothered to call so I should consider myself lucky this time. But isn't that basic customer service? Isn't that what you do working in a service-oriented industry? I appreciate the hectic environment that must be this restaurant, but common courtesy and politeness go a LONG WAY. So you got it Raj, I'll remember your bending over backwards for me with your superb customer service skills. Thank you for calling.

This place is absolutely fantastic on so many levels, from start to finish. The young man who took our phone order was friendly, and answered all questions we had. When I picked up the order, many of the staff smiled, waved, and said "Hello", not just the young man who was managing my order. He confirmed my order by listing everything, to assure accuracy. The food was packed in environmentally friendly containers, and neatly parceled in a large paper bag. Now for the highlight of the whole experience... the food! Holy moly, this food exceeded our high expectations. The flavour profiles were creative, multi-layered, and absolutely delicious. It was actually some of the best food I've ever eaten (and I know food - I have my own food blog). The concept of this restaurant is unique, and it has been perfectly executed.

Overall I love their food but this time when I ordered food from here, I wasn't happy with it's quality. There was an unpleasant smell when I opened it and after tasting it, I realized that the food was stale. I am very disappointed and I don't feel like I will be ordering any food in the future from here.

Ordered for the first time tonight from The Bollywood Tacos through Uber Eats. Ordered two orders of butter chicken tacos, and a masala fry. Our order arrived with only the tacos, no fries. I called and Raj the owner was so apologetic, he also told me to come in and get another fry, which I did. The food was delicious, and we have a leftover taco each to enjoy tomorrow. Thanks again to the owner and staff for helping us out and getting us those delicious fries????

OMG sooo good!!! Love the masala fries, kofta bowl, butter chicken burrito. Such huge servings and yummy! Very friendly staff - helpful with sauce suggestions for our orders. Such an awesome idea and the execution exceeded expectations.

Absolutely delicious! I had the butter chicken tacos and they were awesome. Everything tasted fresh and the sauces are homemade and very tasty. Good price for the portion size! I will definitely be coming back for more, excited to try some of the other options. There are a couple of seats inside, but you should probably plan on taking your food to go since it is a very small place.

Today was my first visit here, and I will absolutely be back. The guys were super friendly and quick to take your order and have it ready for you. The food is unbelievable... I ordered the butter chicken bowl, which comes with a big serving of butter chicken and rice. I chose almost all the available toppings and sauces, as well as a side of naan and samosas. Everything was delicious and the toppings were really fresh. Loved everything about it.

Wowzers Yummy and fresh! The price was around fifteen but you get two pretty fair size wraps one is definitely enough for me. The mint sauce was phenomenal. Definitely would go back.

Having been to India.. and enjoying street food in Delhi.. I was a little sceptical about this fusion.. BUT.. they ????% nailed it!!! I enjoyed vegetarian paneer Tikka tacos.. while my boyfriend had butter chicken burrito .. the freshness of the vegetable was top notch and presentation was what you would expect at a 5 star hotel along the Ganga !! The Beautiful blend of spices and colours and flavours was a full sensory euphoria.. the serving size was huge.. I'll be having the second taco as a second meal later.. or maybe tomorrow ????????

Got the chance to visit The Bollywood Tacos not really knowing what to expect (I love going to new spots with no expectations) . My goodness was I surprised! It was actually sooo blessed! Such an amazing blend of traditional South Asian flavours in a taco. I legit was blown away at how well they layered the flavours and how the sauces all worked together. Nothing felt gimmicky and you can really tell they took the time to get the craft right. Also did I mention that all their tacos are served on delicious naan bread! They also offer bowls as an option which are also bomb. If your looking for a unique and delicious dining experience and willing to travel to the East end I would definitely recommend The Bollywood Tacos!! I loved the butterchicken Taco and the curry shrimp taco. Also the lamb tacos were delicious. Tbh everything was sooo good.

Indian Food + Mexican Concept = The Bollywood Tacos!! Hunger made me scan restaurants near me and I bumped into The Bollywood Tacos.. Having appealed to my taste buds i thought of trying it for dinner!! On reaching we were greeted as friends by the girls working there.. Being inquisitive about the food, I showered them with questions.. They very politely, with patience and for sure a Smile, hidden behind their masks answered all my questions.. More so i even peeped into their counter where she was preparing another order, which I apologised for but she was happy to tell me their most popular dishes.. I ordered Paneer Tikka Tacos and Chana Bowl.. Unfortunately I was super hungry and ate the Tacos, therefore, no photographs lol.. The Taste is Yum.. Especially their mint and tamarind Chutney is absolutely delicious.. This is an authentic Indian taste which emits the right flavours.. The way the combinations work with each other is an amalgamation of spices.. I am a Vegetarian, however, there are meat options.. The food is amazingly tasty and I would Highly recommend this Place!! You must go visit and try their food!! The Bollywood Tacos has found a new regular customer in me and I shall be visiting again soon!! Thank you for the wonderful Food and Service!! Loved It!! Flavour explosion! We ordered a pan we vegetarian taco (pictured) and butter chicken taco and they were delicious! Portions were great, toppings were plentiful and most importantly they both tasted great. Definitely great value for the price.

Wonderful food! Got the shrimp tacos, butter chicken bowl, masala fries and mango lassis. Everything was delicious and fresh. Food is filling and reasonably priced. Tacos are made with Naan so you won't find them getting soggy.

Wow! This place is great. Excellent food, their sauces are delicious. Naan tacos are a great idea. I would recommend not adding gauc, there isn't much room -- the tacos were overflowing with chicken.

Ordered the butter chicken quesadilla over the phone for pickup. The mint chutney was spoilt and the quesadilla also had some ingredients which were spoilt which tasted off. After spending $43 will never go back.

Looking at other reviews, maybe they had a bad day today. I ordered paneer tikka tacos and honestly they were not done well. Ingredient quality (or freshness?) was suboptimal and ratio of ingredients to sauce was way off the mark. I might give them a try again on a less busy day.

This place is amazing. The food is very good. We ordered Curry Lamb Tacos and a Curry Lamb bowl, during this visit. With no added spice it was palatable, the naan is very fresh with sweet sauces and pineapple salsa. We have visted prior ordering the curry chicken which is also a winner. The prices are very good, clean and friendly staff as always

You need to order Bollywood Tacos! I was obsessed after the first bite. The perfect fusion of Indian and Mexican food - genius! Everything is delicious - you can't go wrong. The staff are friendly, service is great, portions are big, and prices are very affordable! We order here once a week now.

If you couldn't tell by their name, this won't satisfy your craving for traditional tacos, but still they are dang good. We've ordered from the numerous times over the past few months and have never been disappointed. We've ordered for delivery and pickup and service has always been quick and the food hot. The only thing I wish is that, as a take-out only joint, they could use something other than plastic bags because they must go through a ton. But otherwise they are awesome and we love supporting a local place.
