This place is soooo delicious. Just discovered and absolutely love the chicken stew and seared goat plates. Also probably some of the best falafels around Whitby too! Portions are huge and food is so flavourful...we order a few times a month. Just wish they stayed open on Mondays!

Today I noticed a new sign in the neighbourhood and thought to stop by and give it a chance. Paying a little more than I originally intended to, I wanted to try a bit of everything and I'm glad I did. All the flavours were on point and complimented eachother perflectly. The portions were generous and the presentation was spot on. My only feedback would be that I did find the meat to be a bit dry/overcooked for my particular preference. However, since I did not specify any instructions to the staff knowing well done is a popular preference, the fault is not theirs. Either way, everything else was perfect! This restaurant will most certainly see me again. I highly recommend this restaurant. Great job and welcome to the neighbourhood

I love the food at Safari Secrets and crave it often! The beef chapati wrap and beef samosas are my favourite things on the menu, sooooooo yummy ???? the staff are incredibly kind as well. They forgot an item in my order once and when I drove back to get it, they had already realized the mistake and had the food ready for me, and even gave me some extra items as an apology. I ordered the falafel chapati wrap and it was so fresh and a really good portion size. The falafel is one the best I’ve had and I’ve had A LOT. One of the unique food experiences I've had in a long time. The chef's at Safari secrets do a fusion type of a menu that brings together African classics and puts a modern twist on it. I had their chicken chapati wrap and the Samosas. The chicken wrap was so tasty and was not your average wrap that you would expect to get from any other place. It was so tasty and meaty. They have large veg, beef and chicken samosas (different from the Indian ones we all know and love) that are so tasty and really good bang for your buck. Their sauces that accompany the samosas are great too. I would for sure go back for more next time I'm in Oshawa. Highly recommended..

Let me start by saying I NEVER try spontaneous places but I stumbled across a sign that said “Safari Secrets” after I was getting frustrated trying to find a vegetarian meal to eat (im newly vegetarian haha). After a quick google search I was determined to try this place based on the reviews....and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! Firstly, everything was made FRESH in front of us even though we came in close to closing. Secondly, the prices and portion sizes are amazing. Lastly, the Falafel Wrap is a vegetarians DREAM!! I could not be more satisfied. To top it off the Mango juice was a hidden gem with the meal. I cannot rave enough about this place and we WILL be back!! THANK YOU!!
