Made a reservation on an online service for a 9:30 AM table I showed up at the time I reserved and the restaurant was closed, apparently they only open at 11:30AM but did not update this on their reservation service. The restaurant then marked me as a "no show" for my reservation... I did show up, but I won't again.

I fully understand how phenomenal this place is when I visit, but I'm still taken aback by just how magnificent Berry Hill is every time I eat there. Not only is the atmosphere and service fantastic, but the food is genuinely fabulous, and well-portioned, at that. And fresh, oh my word, is it ever fresh! The prices are also really great! This is the hill I will die on. A hill of berries. ;)

This is one of Oshawa's finest upscale casual dining locations. Their patio is cozy and shaded, their menu offers sophistication and the owners are smily and joyful people. Ask for a seat on the patio and escape the city scape and enter a green and red retreat.

First thing I like about the Berry Hill is that they are accessibly located along King St. They also offer take out and delivery if you have no time to dine on their Patio. They have variety of delicious snacks like pizzas and salads which are reasonably priced. Staffs are accomodating. The place is clean and they are practicing Covid-19 safety measures. All in all, Beverly Hill Food Company is a good place that offers good food and good service.

A lovely cafe, a full menu to choose from and friendly staff. Very limited vegetarian options but they're happy to take meat off dishes which was good. The meals we ordered we're all delicious. The service was incredibly slow, but it must be uncommon as the waitress gave us or coffees for free as an apology. A good option for brunch.

We had a wonderful family lunch at the Berry Company. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Definitely get the fresh buttermilk biscuits with fruit compote. Delicious! I also highly recommend the chorizo ranchero and pancakes (3 inches thick- not kidding!). The service was excellent and the space is simple and beautiful.

Great local breakfast spot. Very modern restaurant. The food is okay, nothing amazing. I had the asparagus and shrimp Benny. The hollandaise was homemade but the shrimps we blan and small. The potatoes were also blan, tasteless and undercooked.

All I can say is wow. The food here is on point. Each dish is unique and flavourful, and the staff are very kind and accomodating. It's one of those places you can come and quietly enjoy a hot beverage while gazing out the window on a crisp fall day, or have a great meal with friends and family. Regardless of your mood, Berry Hill is great.

My husband and I have been ordering pies from Berry Hill for 4 years. Two weeks ago I ordered our usual 25 pies. They were nicely packed in labelled pizza boxes for transport. When we got them home, all but two pies were split open at the bottom and their contents oozing out. Some were cracked down the side and some had bubbled over ill fitting tops. These pies cannot be classified as seconds and are not presentable to serve guests. At least one person handled them and knew they were in this condition, yet we were neither told nor given the chance to refuse them. We were disappointed having spent $134.47. So, I called and left a message but no reply. I left a second message but still no reply. As for taste, the Chicken was just okay, the Beef & Guinness was bland and the Veggie (now changed from the flavourful tomato base to corn/carrot/gravy) had zero flavour. The pies were great in the past but at $134.47 for this quality, it's time to find a new source. Post Owner's Response: Full credit to the owner for assuming responsibility for this unfortunate occurrence. He was apologetic and determined to make things right. We came to an agreement regarding compensation that was fair to both parties. This was much appreciated.

I goofed my online order and set it for the wrong day. Despite my foolishness on a Friday during the dinner hour, they were able to make the 2 lamb burgers and mushroom bruschetta to go. The burgers were delicious a with a bit o kick to make it interesting and the mushroom bruschetta was great and they def didn't skimp on the mushrooms! I picked up a box of the cream of Earl Grey tea for sale and it's delightful! I'll def look them up again next time I'm in the area. ????????????

Not sure they want my business anymore. Never a question of great food here - but service the last two times for brunch has been terrible. Horrible and extremely rude customer service!!!! I made reservations via phone for the Tea House Parkwood Estate via Berry Hill Co as their online system was down. Staff member had confirmed via phone and said to call back if I didn't receive the email confirmation. I called in every week to follow up only to find out a very rude staff representative indicating their systems are down and to call again when the Owner arrive. Three weeks have passed and still no resolution!!! Extremely disappointed!!! Wouldn't even give them one star!

When I first discovered this restaurant 4 months ago I was thrilled by the quality food and the friendly customer service. I frequently ordered take-out from them and had originally given this restaurant a 5-star review. My experience today however was rather unfortunate. I called in to place my order only to be told upon arriving that something was wrong with their ticket machine so my order was not sent to the kitchen. The lady at the front apologized and said my order would be ready in 10 mins so I went back to my car and waited. After the 10 mins I called and was told that my order was ready and waiting by the door. I was now ready to enjoy my meal but was shocked when I took my first bite into an undercooked burger patty. It was still pink on the inside! The bread pudding was also not fully warm, as if it was just quickly reheated in a microwave. It was evident that my order was made in a rush which is such a shame. I would have gladly waited longer if more time was needed to prepare my order properly. I felt like my money was wasted.
