Food was good; service was "meh". Did ask to be sat at booth, and was told all the booths for "3 people and under were taken" even though there were half a dozen booths for "4 or more" were available. So I was sat at a table that had high traffic and lots of bumping. Although the waitress checked on us at the beginning, hard to reach afterwards. Had to ask another waiter for assistance. To top it off, I was given the wrong leftovers and did not realize until I got home. :(

I had the chicken parmigiana. The two pieces of chicken had good flavour and size. However, the amount of accompanying spaghetti was embarrassingly small. Why be so stingy with an item that is cheap to make and so clearly under proportioned. If you want repeat customers, you should fix this.

Well, sometimes you have to be honest writing your reviews. Being closed for many months, finally this place is fully open. Nice location, lots of parking spaces, very nice service but I was not thrilled with the food. I have been to many Italian restaurants and this place was not to my expectations.

For a family friendly restaurant it wasn’t very family friendly. We were a big group and our server was getting annoyed because we had kids with us. She ordered drinks and left for 15mins and then did the kids meals and left for another 15mins then said she would take our orders. The whole process didn’t make sense when we were all ready to order. At the end the kids were being loud and people working at the restaurant tried to “shush” them. Instead of shushing how about you come over with some crayons and colouring paper or something! Would be nicer. Food was okay. The dessert was really good, especially the salted caramel cake with ice cream ????????????

Overly busy super restaurant. Quality of service declines when you're that busy. Good for them for the success .. but not a quiet place and not a place that can serve your food or drinks accurately. We felt rushed to get out. Wasn't a relaxing experience.

Very good place to eat! Takeout service is well packaged and presented. They are happy to accommodate little changes to things like side dishes, which is really nice. Their takeout food is JUST A BIT inconsistent so therefore I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. Quantities and freshness vary a bit but overall this is a very good restaurant.

Some co-workers of mine decided to plan a baby shower for a member of our team at work (we work at the hospital across the street, and have been here on more than one occasion) and sadly left our dinner with a sour taste in our mouths. We had issues trying to book a reservation for this evening all week long, we had a group of about 10 or so and we called ahead to book it, but kept getting different answers about yes we take reservations or no we don't have any reservations left. We finally got one for 5pm. We all show up at around 5pm, restaurant empty besides 1 or 2 couples in booths far away. We had a couple extra people show up so there was 13 of us in total. The waitress and what I think was the manager made a big deal about adding more spots to our table. Gave us attitude in saying we made a reservation for 10. I've gone out to other restaurants and they have been more than accommodating if we need to add an extra seat or two. Didn't see how it would be a big deal since there were no other customers in the building but they said they were all reserved (tables for 4), yet only take reservations for more than 8. Finally get to order almost 45 mins into our time there and dinner took quite long to come out. A different server brought us our dinners, 2 plates at a time. By the time I waited for everyone to get their dinners mine was already on its way to being cold. Safe to say I will not be coming back to this restaurant and I doubt we will have any more work functions here again. The food was good but the service was horrendous and made all of us feel as if we were not welcome at the restaurant. We were nothing but polite and even offered to move tables and chairs ourselves. After a busy day helping people out at the hospital it would have been nice to have a stress free evening out.

I have been to Olive Press a few times by now. The food the prepare is delicious. It also comes in fair portion. Stromboli is a good mix of italian fusion. Been there with my kid too. They wait a bit before serving to my kid so it won't burn his lips (it could have been seen as bad or delay service, but it was considerate to me) Pricing wise is a little pricy. I definitely choose Olive Press with special occassions. Your money will be worth it.

Great place once you got in. Both doors stick so badly I thought they were locked. No note on the doors either. Found the take out door, so I was able to meet my friend. We had a lovely young woman wait on us who gave us all the time we needed so we could catch up. We shared a delicious spinach dip with wonton chips. She ordered lobster ravioli and I had (noodles) carbonara. Both delicious! Definitely going back. (I'll take my husband so he can open the door. Lol)

The Olive Press has to be my favorite restaurant in Oakville. From the moment you walk in to the time you leave, you are amazed. Their drinks are super tasty and their nachos are to die for, I could have just ordered that and been content as a main course. Definitely will be making reservations to come here again.

The kitchen staff accidentally put some bacon in my salad (I’m vegetarian). I let the waitress know and she didn’t even apologize just brought the bill immediately. I didn’t want a discount/free salad, I just wanted recognition that a mistake was made. Accidentally eating pork completely grossed me out and not getting an apology was a slap in the face. Won’t be returning.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! THEY HAVE THE BEST LASAGNA I HAVE EVER TASTED. I HAVE EATEN THIS FOR MY BIRTHDAY DINNER 4 YEARS IN A ROW AND NEVER PLAN ON CHANGING THAT TRADITION. We came here for the first time Friday night around 8pm for dinner. We were sat and not greeted for over 15 minutes before I had to flag down a server and ask if we were forgotten about. Server came over and made an excuse about not knowing we were part of her section. Ordered the pressetta to start which was overpowered by garlic and had a doughy crust. I had the shrimp linguini and my partner had the veal parm. The shrimp linguini was okay..the shrimp had no flavouring and the mushrooms were not sautéed at all..thrown in raw which was very odd. Veal parm was soggy. The highlight of our meal was our drinks, which were two Caesars that came out perfect with a pick full of beans, and pepperoncinis which we loved..unfortunately not enough to save the meal. We will not be back as there are many better options in this price range.

Went here on a suggestion and it was great. I had the milano chicken with goat cheese. My husband had the seafood linguine. We started with bruschetta which was all very good portions. My husband had some troubles near the end but he did it lol!!

This place was very resonable for really good Italian food. Overall nice staff and we were attended to all night. I would recommend this place for sure! The only thing they could improve is the noise levels. Due to the materials used the noise reverberates off everything and due to this the restaurant is a bit louder.

Delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere! The hostess and our waiter were both quick and incredibly personable. Our waiter made sure to check that our orders were correct and that we were enjoying the food. We were able to have a quiet conversation, despite the fairly packed restaurant, which is rare to have in any restaurant! The manager, Jason, made sure to ask how we were enjoying our meals and was kind enough to have a lovely conversation with us. The food is exactly what we have been looking for in an Italian restaurant - good portion size and incredible/unique taste. We will absolutely be back for another meal soon and will be recommending this restaurant to anyone looking for fantastic Italian cuisine! We tried: 3-Cheese Bruschetta - 10/10 Mushroom Ravioli - 10/10 Lasagna Rustica - 10/10 Housemade Tiramisu - 11/10 (It was fantastic!)

Terrible underseasoned food, no flavor. Beef ribs, the beautiful cut, our genius chef decided to basted with bbq sauce and to serve it with bbq side sauce to dip! Culinary crime. All appetizers; natchos, very skimpy on the cheese and sausage, no flavor, no salt added to the fried calamari and end result were disgusting. Even screw up the fried mozzarella...mediocre service... the only positive thing that was an employer sponsored Christmas dinner and I didn't pay. Never again.

Olive Press is just Canada's version of Olive Garden. Both the food and the atmosphere is very much similar. But the prices at Olive Press are lower than Olive Garden. And the customer service was excellent. We were a group of 10 people and when entering the place, we were told that we couldn't be placed all together, and so we were seated in 2 groups close by but not together. But our server / hostess was extremely nice. She went out of her way to have us re-seated as soon as another family left and she had our group all seated together. She took care of us very well.

I recently went to the restaurant, which serves as my neighbourhood go-to spot when I have guests. I was having people over and decided to serve lasagna from this establishment. I waited until the day of the event to order. I was told that since they make everything from scratch, they normally require 24 hours notice for an order as large as mine. Noticing the look of panic on my face, the chef asked me when I needed it. He told me to come back at that time and he would do his best to help me out. I returned, collected my order and served my guests one of the best lasagnas I have ever had. All three components (pasta, sauce and meat) were distinctly flavourful, thick and not runny. All the guests appreciated the dish and complimented it. Hats-off to the Olive Press for coming through in the clutch.

Overpriced for the portions, and average food! Ordered the lasagna and chicken sandwich with fries through ubereats. Lasagna was $20, and in a takeout container the size of a small dinner roll plate. Within the container was a piece of lasanga that looked like it came out of a kids menu and the rest of the container was filled with sauce. The chicken sandwich was also ~$20, and probabaly the only thing was even half decent (hence the 2 *) The fries on the other hand also look like they came out of a kids menu, and belong to the rest of the lasanga meal. Very disappointed, I'm hoping this was a one off and the take out orders are not like this.

My wife, daughter and I have been going here for about 3 months now once every week or two, the food and atmosphere is consistently great. We've even ordered online for pick up and that was great too. After only our second visit, we had staff recognizing us and saying hello. We purchased just under $100 worth of food. Apps, Entrees, Desserts and kids meal. Apps were decent, Entrees weren't anything to write home about. We had the Chicken Tettrazini and Chicken Parm. Pasta was over done to the point where it was borderline mushy. Tetrazzini Sauce had the consistency of warm milk and tomato sauce was bland and almost like a salsa or pico de gallo rather than a pasta sauce. They really skimped on the cheese for the parmigana. The kids meal was the best. Desserts were terrible. We had the cheesecake and the supposed 7 layer chocolate cake that was dry dry dry... Would we try it again? Perhaps for a pizza or appetizers. Certainly could have gotten a way better take out for less money and 10 times better food. We're glad we did try it. Everyone's palettes are different. I think if your palette isn't that sophisticated you'll love the food there... I'm really not sure how/why they have such a high rating... hmmm...

Went in by chance on Father's Day, it was fairly busy but they sat us quickly and the service was great. Large menu with lots of options, although not a lot on the lighter side except for salads, and the kids menu only has 3 selections. Server was very helpful with menu recommendations, food came out in a reasonable time. Quality was high, but price was a bit steep for us to eat there regularly.

The restaurant was clearly at the peak of it's service, the restaurant looked like it was at maximum capacity when we were in. Jay (our server) was SO helpful and very friendly, and most importantly without error and still willing to offer more than he needed to, to ensure that our experience with them would be a good one. We were a party of eight celebrating my birthday high school graduation. Yes I would recommend this restaurant whether it be for celebrations, a date night, or even a business meeting.

Service is excellent. Mussels in white sauce was amazing. My wife had the seafood pasta and that was really good. I had the veal parm which was a bit disappointing as the veal was too hard to chew and did not really taste like veal. Their Alfredo sauce was not impressive either. I would try this place again and try different options, hopefully they will taste better.

Very nice place! The food was fantastic and the service was outstanding. Pasta nachos to get started, the I got a enormous veal sandwich which was so delicious ????. The atmosphere was great, there were old black and white pictures of families and kids on the walls which gave it a nice homy feel. I definitely recommend this place for a nice date night with your significant other or just for a nice homemade Italian dinner with friends and family.

Had a delightful dinner last night. Celebrated a milestone birthday with a group on 10. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Food was great and prices were reasonable. Bathrooms clean. Was greeted and seated right away by the manager. Only reason I did not give a 5 was the handicap parking is in the rear of the building. You have placed it there with the sidewalk in mind but perhaps another 2 spots next to take out right infront of the doors would be good.

I can only rate this restaurant mediocre. In fact, I am not sure how can it obtain a 4/5 average on Google, maybe because it is not locate at a restaurant strip where the customers would be much more picky? I personally eat out very often at mid-high scale restaurants. In comparison, the service at this restaurant was relatively poor. But I don't believe it was because the servants were demonstrating a bad attitude. It was as if they are inexperienced junior servants. For instance, when ask how long the wait will be, they really did not know. There were no greetings when people come in and out either. Average wait time for a simple pasta was around 30min. No bag was offered for leftover take out. Overall, this restaurant does not give customers a feeling of refinement.

What happened? This place used to be packed on a Friday night and it was a 30-45 minute wait, now you can walk in and get seated right away at 8pm on a Friday. Perhaps it has something to do with the lacking menu? The last time my husband and I went for dinner I noticed there wasn't much on the menu that I enjoy anymore as they've removed a few great items. The pizza and pasta's that they have all seem to be relatively the same and not that exciting. The only items I order there now are the calamari and the warm olives however they were served cold last time. I'm not sure if we will be back as this place has gotten boring and bland and not what I want on a Friday night. I also find it pricey for us considering I order off the appetizer menu and my husband gets an entrée and its still over $100, I can think of 100 different restaurants I'd rather spend my money on.

Really good food but like many small business they have problems with service. The lobster ravioli was fantastic and pizza was very good too. However we were asked 3 separate times whether we settled the bill at the bar, and it was like they didn’t believe us. Asked for butter and didnt come so had to ask again - when it came the server kind of threw a handful of butter packs on the table. Busser brought me a glass of water with his hands all over the rim. Hmmmm. I would come again to give them another chance but it’s clear that owners or management are not on site during a busy Saturday night. like any small business the owners need to be there and be visible!!!

Was visiting from US, found thru Google search. Had pasta friti which is Italian version of nachos. I've never had anything this tasty. Serving size was pretty big considering it's appetizer. Who is rating this place a 4 or 5 star? Seriously? We ate here before and weren't really impressed so we thought we would give it another chance but what a regret. Food tastes like it came out of a frozen package or can, certainly not italian food we usually eat at a good restaurant. I was in the ladies room and recognized and observed the manager lady come in do her business and walks out back to the floor without washing her hands!! Absolutely love this place. I am not from Oakville, but my wife and I always come here for our special occasions. It is a moderately fancy place. The staff are very friendly and engaging. The bruschetta is delicious. We usually order the chicken Parm because it is a very good size plate for the price. And let's not forget the sticky toffee pudding. One of the best desserts I have ever had from anywhere. The dessert is what usually brings us back.

UPDATE: Have been here on busy nights, normal nights, and even Sunday evening an hour before closing. The service and food has always been consistently excellent. This is by far my favourite restaurant. The only complaint I have is that you have to wait in their admittedly small "lounge" if there are no tables available. We asked if we could wait in the comfort of our vehicle, to which we were told that they can not guarantee a table if we did. Other than that minor issue I would not ever hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. --- Been here once, and my experience was excellent. Great food, great portions, great service, and everything was clean. No complaints.

not sure why I am adding to the massive amount of reviews but this place doesn't need another one. Delicious food (we had pizza and stuffed pizza ... had to take half the pizza home). BIG portions. Home made bread served at the beginning. A nice touch they mix the oil+vin in front of you (not used to that). Service very attentive, but not in your face. Ambiance great! Seats comfortable! We left full and I had a beer for $60 for two with a 15% tip! Well worth it! Will be back, lots on the menu we want to try! Next time we share an entree so we can try one of the deserts that sound good. Back for lunch. Great portion Edit for personal: ate salmon salad. Wife liked I ate scillian pizza, good but a tad greasy. Will finish at home.

The best pasta I ever had. I am a very very picky eater and too picky to try new ones too. Ones I wanted to eat pasta and had an oven baked chicken penne from one restaurant and that was my best one I ever had but that’s only until I had chicken pesto pappardelle from olive press. The herbs, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes ... they make your heart grow more. It was the best one that I am gonna keep very close in my heart forever. I can’t imagine anything that can be better tasting than this. And I kept some room for their homemade tiramisu worth packing my pasta and having the tiramisu there.Please donot fill up on your main course here (pack it up for later fun) and make sure you had their homemade tiramisu.

Great atmosphere and ambience for a perfect night with a date or small group of friends. The dishes are reasonably priced and have discovered recently the foods are not as salty as before (which is a good thing)! I would recommend the mussels in white sauce as an appetizer, as well as the calamari. The pizza options are really delicious as they are thin crust and prepared with fine ingredients.

We live one street outside their delivery service area, and our house is under a 10 minute drive from the restaurant. We ordered baked penne with sausage and though the food was tasty, the description was misleading. Baked pasta is actually baked in an oven for a significant amount of time; what they did was put the dish briefly in an oven so to bake the mozzarella cheese on top and that's it. Like they didn't want to be there and didn't want us to be there either. Very disappointed in their service.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. We read reviews before making reservations and we're looking forward to dinner. Both my husband and I had shrimp with our meals (different entrees) and almost instantly we both became violently ill and had food poisoning. It lasted almost 2 days and we could not function. I called the restaurant to let them know and was disappointed with how it was handled. Did not take my name or any follow up. Service was not great and even without the food poisoning we would not go back.

I'm shocked to see this restaurant has 4 stars in Google. This is by far the worse Italian restaurant I have tried in Canada. This place is no different than eating at East Side Marios. They claim to be an Italian restaurant but the quality and taste are far off. e.g., my son ordered pizza and the tomato sauce was similar to the one you get at Dominos.

We don't go here often (distance) but it is one of our favourite places. Great atmosphere, good selection, friendly staff and always busy. You do not always need to book, but I would reccomend. In 2012 we took our bridal party and family there for our rehearsal dinner and they handled our big group well.

If you don't have any plans for lunch or dinner, go today! As I don't get out to a lot of restaurants, I want a great experience when I choose one. I had dinner at the Oakville location last night and I gotta tell you Oakvillians and Burlingtonians, this is a gem. From our welcome, the gentleman server, the food, the atmosphere, to our bill, it was perfect. A wide variety of culinary delights, we went with 2 different kinds of pizza for 2 of us to share. They were delicious. Fresh ingredients! Fresh to the table! And plenty left over to take home. We were in a large, very comfortable, corner booth. The ambience was very nice. The décor, cleanliness and upbeat diners around us was wonderful. I'm only sorry I didn't try it before. I am going to make up for lost time and spread the word. Thank you Olive Press.

Visited for the second time and liked the food. The mozzarella sticks were actually the winner of the evening - very crispy and very good, but, also, tres expensive!! Quite a lot of money for an appetizer! Fine pizza but not exceptional - good nonetheless as, personally, I prefer a thinner crust. The only really disappointing food item of the visit were the meatballs, and it must be the way The Olive Press makes them as it was consistent with my last visit - now that I have made sure by ordering them twice, I won't order them again. Very dense, more on the 'hard' side and definitely not the juicy explosion of goodness that I generally expect with genuinely Italian meatballs, always one of my favourites if made like I love them! A good restaurant on whole and worth visiting again, or trying if you haven't already!

Ordered the Chicken Parmesan for myself and we ordered the Pasta Fritti (Italian nachos) as a group. Both were delicious! We are chicken parm snobs and this did not disappoint, two large pieces of chicken were; cooked, sauced, breaded and cheesed perfectly. The noodles they were served on were fine, I’m not a big spaghetti fan anyways but there was nothing wrong with there’s, sub for another type of noodle if it matters to you.

Went there on a Thursday, myself, my 8 year old and a friend. They sat us at a big table for 6, which felt awkward. I found the lighting to be too bright. I ordered the Honeymoon Spagetti and it was extremely spicy to the point where i started choking ona piece of chili or pepper. (I later re-read the menu after and noticed it had chilies in it). However, it would be nice if there was a ???? Icon beside it on the menu! Additionally as the Honeymoon spagetti is a seafood dish, im not sure the seafood was cleaned throughly as i crunched down on some sand while eating. Lastly, I found the sauce watery. I would not get it again. My friend had the stomboli and really enjoyed it. My child had the kids pizza and said it was only okay. Service was okay, but ive had better. Would not go back.

I'm gonna give it 3 stars because it was a really cute nice family restaurant, my son loved coloring on the paper covering the tables and the food was good. However, our server was slammed in her section and couldn't give us the attention she should have. Not only us but other patrons as well. Completely not her fault but it tainted the experience for my family. It was our very first time there and it was our anniversary so needless to say it wasn't the absolute best but we will definitely give it another go. Prices were reasonable as well.

Ordered a $300 meal for an office Christmas party they forgot one of the meals ( one person took little bits from the other peoples meals) called to let them know they said they were busy call back. When I called back they said they would give us a gift card for the inconvenience and when I asked about how to refund the credit card was told to choose either gift card or have somebody drive all the way back to get a refund they were not giving a refund if they gave a gift card. I am shocked at how bad the customer service is they screw up a large order and don't offer to refund the meal right away and offer some sort of compensation i.e. the gift card? Our office eats there once a month and our staff personally more, however that is DONE! Wouldn't recommend this place again.

Went for my mother's birthday. The food was fantastic however the service was not up to expectation for the price at this restaurant. I think if im spending $18-$30 for an entrée the waiters should be wearing more than a t-shirt. It looked very sloppy and the service was a reflection of that. It was hard to get the attention of our waiter, our table had no water and we noticed all the other tables had bread, we were almost done our meal when we asked and then he brought out bread. I was expecting more of a fine dining experience. Again, the food was amazing, fresh, great ingredients and portions.

The food is a tad pricey for what seems like food that is less filling than say food at regular fast food chains (I ordered ravioli through UberEats). This is the only reason why I'm not giving this place five stars. However, the ravioli was excellent. When it comes to how the food tasted, I definitely got what I paid for. I also got a "Thank You! Not sure if it was because he was serving many tables or not. We had to wait to pay the bill, for takeout, and even to get our receipt. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend dining in.

The food here was just amazing. The portion sizes for lunch were a little on the big side, but admittedly my friend and I had to leave room for dessert!! The tiramisu was so light, best I've ever had. We are definitely planning another lunch there soon. The only problem we had was getting into/out of the parking lot. Since the reconstruction on Dundas it gets kinda tricky leaving, however, that is only a small inconvenience, but something to be aware of when traveling to this restaurant

We visited the Olive press on Feb 16th at round 4:30 pm. We called in advance as we had a part of 6 ( 3 adults and 3 Children ) and the gentlemen who answered the phone said the dining room is empty so no need for reso's if we were coming prior to 5:30. We arrive and there are wait staff in the bar area, and cooking but no one at the front. We wait a few more mins and then one of the cooks stated that someone should be there shortly. A gentlemen then emerges as asks if we have been helped and we state no, so he calls for someone else to have us seated. This individual is semi-rude, flustered and was talking under his breath most of the time. He then disappeared for about 6 mins to the point where we started to look for someone else to assist us. He then came back and said ok.. ok I think I have something for you... just a moment. This ordeal took us about 15 mins in an empty restaurant to finally get seated. So for any management reading this, I give your reception protocol, the manner in which you welcome your guests and the concierge a very BIG 0/5 STARS ! The overall decor of the venue was absolutely impeccable. It is in our opinion the perfect blend between fine dining, casual and family friendly. Extremely clean and very warm. This could be a good spot for business, date night or family dinner. Once we got seated the food and service was good. They have these amazing piping hot bread rolls that are simply awesome. I encourage you to get some - even thought you are not suppose to fill up on the bread. The pasta salads and overall quality of food was great. The Cesar was delicious and the kids pasta was cooked perfectly. The sauce was delicious and had a good balance between the acidity, semi-sweet and salty taste that you want out of a balanced sauce. We also had the fried mozza appetizers. The breading and light fry made this a perfect starter bite after bite. It came with the marinara dipping sauce that is simply a perfect balance. The overall price per head sits on the boarder line of good value & priced right ... to kind of expensive considering a pasta with no meat protein with sauce is running you approx $17.00 - $18.00 plus tax . As stated the service to be seated is absolutely horrible. However, considering the food quality, freshness and taste and overall experience we give an overall of 4 stars. Our feedback is treat the arrival of your guests with some additional warmth and courtesy. It will go a long way in terms of the overall experience.

Went for a birthday dinner and expected better food and service. We were a group of around 9 adults. I ordered the polenta appetizer which was very oily and bland. I also tried the chicken linguini tetrazzini. I have ordered this dish at other restaurants and usually enjoy it. The sauce was watery and once again, bland. Service was mediocre as our food didn’t take very long, but the server didn’t seem to eager on communication and seemed like maybe he was new as he hesitated when taking orders. He didn’t come around afterwards to ask for refills or if the food was tasting ok. Wasn’t worth the drive to Oakville from Caledon.

The place is far too big to be called a trattoria, and the paper tablecloths make it clear this doesn't qualify as a fine-dining ristorante. But regardless of how you'd like to categorize it, it's a decent place to grab a nice lunch or sit down for a wholesome dinner. The restaurant is divided into three connected areas, each large enough to be a good-sized restaurant by itself. Despite the bare floor and ceiling, the place is not too noisy. I measured 65 dB(A), which makes conversation possible, but not the best choice for a quiet, romantic dinner. The menu covers much of the standard Americanized Italian fare, including several veal, lamb and chicken entrees, a good selection of pasta, and the usual antipasti, insalata, pizzas and stromboli. Quality is above average, and portions are generous. Service is attentive and well trained, if a bit awkwardly chummy. Wine selection is impressive, mostly dominated by Italian, Argentinean and Californian reds and whites. On tap, they offer Moretti, which is basically Heineken with an Italian label slapped on, $8 for 15 oz. They also have a dozen bottled lagers and ales and one cider to choose from. The bar looks well stocked. Prices are in line with similar places: entrees are $20-$26, pastas $16-$25, pizzas and stromboli $18-$19. Lunch specials, served until 3pm, are $14-$18, with a small beer or glass of house wine for an extra $5. Kids under ten can dine for $9, including drink and dessert. There's a large parking lot surrounding the restaurant, including two wheelchair spots at the back. Wheelchair access and seating is convenient. Please note that access is from/to Dundas eastbound ONLY. You'll need to make a U-turn at Grand Oak Trail if you're coming from the east, or at Postmaster if you're heading west.

I ordered the mushroom ravioli. The Alfredo sauce was grainy and the dish had no salt. I would suggest cooking the mushrooms down so they're not watery.

Worst customer service ever.very bad attitude from the staff. First time I went there I had rotten and smelly pizza. I wanted to give them a second try and they just made it even worse. All the managers are rude, unprofessional and have zero customer service skills. They forced us to sit on one table even though most booths were empty and when discussing it with them, they said "we have to do whats best for us" and one of the managers just left us while having a conversation and waived their hands at us carelessly.
