Very disappointing customer service. My boyfriend and I were charged twice for our meals and had a horrible experience trying to communicate with the owner which ended with us not getting our money back. After 3-4 phone calls back and forth where he insisted that the payment did not go through (even though it is clear in our bank statements it did) I did not hear from the owner again.I was a regular customer there that will no longer get food from Habanero.

After having an awful experience at Burrito Masters, I went to The Habanero and ordered the same thing I'd ordered there. This time, the refried beans weren't watery and gross, and the rice wasn't hard and sticking to my teeth. Good job!

2 things bothered me with Habanero 1. For the price, the portion was quite small. Clearly this is their practice as they have a ladle to measure the size and if they scoop too much they have tongs to remove it, very cheap and not afraid to show it. 2. The flavor was pretty bland, not much taste to it, not authentic Mexican. I'll stick to Burrito boyz, more food, cheaper price, and better taste.

My favorite burrito place. It is right across Sheridan College's Trafalgar Campus, making it really convenient for students. The menu is a little expensive, but staff is great and food is great. My go two place to get food to go :)

I love this place! By far the best tacos i’ve ever had! owner is really nice and accommodating when i came and ordered $70 worth of food. amazing! however there is one girl who is incredibly rude and charged me a different price than what was on the menu (and when i pointed it out she pretty much just said too bad) but honestly still 5 stars because the food is amazing and everyone else is really nice!

Really nice manager, very accommodating, but the burritos were kind of bland, even with hot sauce. It's around $11 incl. tax just for one burrito, which is a bit pricey given you can buy a combo meal at any other fast food place for less.

Great burritos, whether on wheat or flour tortillas I've never ended up with a bad option from here. Their chicken and steak are great options, and as an American they're a definite step up from competitors back home. The staff were always super nice, and helpful when trying to choose new things and having the opening into the kitchen made the place smell awesome all the time.

To the owner, the food was good but the service so bad, you shouldn't have one person like that in front of your business, she was very upset, throwing things around, and bad face. Should order first and pay after, I wanted extra stuff in my quesadilla but couldn't have them because I had already paid, and off course the lady was not in a good mood to receive any extra requests.

Ordered on Cinco de Mayo takeout. Ordered burritos, bowls, mexi fries. So disappointed with taste and Very small portions topped with a lot of cilantro. The bowls are white not yellow, gross tasting. No one ate their bowl because it was a paper texture. We paid $10 for mexi fries that were kid size. And not a lot of cheese.. no jalapeños, too many green onions, no hot sauce. Ordered the vegetarian bowl and came with rice, too much cilantro, and too much green peppers and chopped tomatoes, a tablespoon of pinto beans and no quac???? This is Not authentic Mexican. We will stick to Chipotle or Burrito Boyz.

DO NOT GET THE BOWLS - there are better places! I will let you judge based on my pictures but my overall experience with this place was a complete disappointment! What a huge rip off!! I ordered the naked burrito barbacoa bowl, comes with cheese, beans, cabbage and tomato! I paid $12 for the bowl which is on par with the competition! However, once this was delivered, it came in a measly very small container and it was half full....with barely any meat or cheese!!! The container to begin with is half the usual size other burrito restaurants use, but as if that’s not bad enough, the container was half full! I swear there was not enough food to fill my two year old son. It was really disappointing, so I decided to call and let the manager know (for the first time ever cause I usually just let things go - this is in fact my first ever review). The employee who spoke to me advised it was because I asked for no rice....are you serious now??? I always ask for no rice, and usually they compensate with more lettuce or beans, but this place was the opposite of generous! I regret not taking a picture of the food but I only thought to do it after! I’ve attached a picture of the empty container they used (after I ate it), and I also attached another picture of it next to the container that mr. burrito bowl uses! By the way, TWO of these mr. burrito bowls cost me $12 because we had a buy one get one free coupon! And it was definitely more tasty, more saucy, loaded with more meat and definitely way more worth it! Save your money and DO NOT get the bowls at this place, especially if you are hungry!

The young girl working the counter was either having a bad/stressful day, or she is just not a happy person. We didn't interact with the Asian girl, but she seemed pleasant. We picked this place because we were in the area and it has good reviews. There was nothing outstanding about the food, it was good. My main issue is that burrito sauce and sour cream cone out in such wide strips from the bottle that out over powers the other tastes. I'd recommend a thinner ribbon for the finishing sauces. If I'm ever in the area I'd probably go back.

I have taken many friends there and have always had the same reaction "this place is amazing!" I am a little confused by some ratings saying that the serving sizes are small... Saw great reviews for it so ordered some tacos and veggie bowl. Quantity of food for bowl is quiet small for the price and taste was ok lots of rice n cabbage n other toppings but no lettuce in it. Tacos were ok too but not extremely great. Pork tacos were better than the chicken. Spicy gost pepper sauce is very good.

Delicious taste. Chicken and barbacoa are so tender and juicy. It is all about the choices of topings on the different main items: bowl, fries, quesadilla. Portions are big. The guacamole is a hit on all these items. Better to order over the phone as the food takes around 20 min to prepare.

Nice little place to get some good food. They do have vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. Everyone there is always friendly and helping. Ghost pepper sauce isn't as hot as advertise though. First time we ate there we were warned about the ghost pepper sauce being too hot so we went with just a little bit of sauce but now we know its not that hot and we love spicy food.
