We had prawns and pesto pizza, Bomba mozzarella, spaghetti and meatballs, and a Funghi Fritti. Everything was quite good, really enjoyed the spaghetti and meatballs out of the 4 dishes it has a clean homemade taste, but pasta was mushy and not Al dente at all. Bomba sauce was a bit too overpowering for the bucca, will have to try the balsamic honey next time. Service was impersonal and inattentive. Gave it another try and this time, and the service was so friendly and genuine. Server Gil gaave good recommendation and they were all delicious. We had the spicy pizza special and the new porkchop dish was so juicy. The tiramisu was the highlight of the meal and it was one of the best ones we tried. Make sure to save room for it, it is so worth all the calories. Back again served by Glen and Gil, they were so friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, and passionate, food was just as great and what amplified the experience was definitely how amazing the servers were.

This was our first time at Scaddabush and it was a great experience. The check-in process was good and we were seated promptly. Our server, Sydney, was excellent and checked in on us periodically to ensure we were happy. The food was wonderful including the caesar salad, fettuccine bolognese, chicken & gnocchi and for dessert we had the house-made gelato, vanilla maple and pistachio. We will definitely plan on going back to Scaddabush. Thank you for a great dinner experience.

Came here on date night. Not a bad place waiters definitely will try to go above and beyond, and they will give you a recommendation on what you like etc. The "fresh" mozza for me was a bit of a novelty thing. ( Not really worth it) but just tried it for the heck.

Chose all the veg options for meatless Tuesday and they were fantastic, the zucchini ravioli, Margherita pizza, funghu gnocchi and fungi pizza. They also were able to seat us ahead of our rsvp time which was really nice!!!

I arrived at this Scaddabush location for delicious food and I was not disappointed! I had a wonderful server named Alisha. I had the shrimp and chicken it was delicious! Highly recommend! Had another amazing time here and I am looking forward to dining here soon!

I am beyond appalled by the way the manager and service staff handled a take out mishap. My friend order the Zucca Ravioli, inquired about the dish being served without pears. Since it was in the sauce this was not an option, my friend replied "okay no worries, I'll take it". (Now regardless of the communication issue.) My friend reached out to the manager to address her disappointment because when we arrived home she did not have a dish to eat for our date night. The manager seemed apologetic at first, offering to give a free ravioli next time she returns to that location, however, then she called back and tried to pass the communication error off onto my friend..who mind you still doesn't have a meal, is hungry and disappointed. Advising her how she should be more articulate moving forward. That gesture is unprofessional, unwarranted and just plain out tacky. That is not the way you handle customer dissatisfaction, especially after my friend gave a $20 tip on a $60meal. Super unclassy! How would you feel.

Hopefully last evening was a one off situation? We go to Scaddabush fairly regularly when catching a movie nearby, but last night was disappointing for both my wife and I. Prices have increased and quality was down. My wife ordered the salmon and it arrived over-cooked, with an opaque white colour and a number of the ingredients listed in the menu description were missing. It was bland and dry with no flavour. The server Eric was awesome and quickly acknowledged the obvious visual missing ingredients, bringing her a replacement order of lemon shrimp which ended up being okay. I ordered the shrimp and calamari pasta and was advised there is a calamari shortage with none available, but it would be substituted with more shrimp. Flavour was excellent, but it had only 5 small shrimp total??? All the staff we interacted with at this location are attentive and were outstanding, but hopefully ingredient shortages and meal consistency can be addressed, as we felt the value for the price was not achieved. UPDATE - I received very quick and genuine feedback from Management regarding the issues we experienced and what has been done to prevent future occurrence. By improving communications around ingredient shortages in advance and improved training in the kitchen, we are confident the team at Scaddabush Oakville will continue to achieve reliable and consistent service and quality, which we had been accustomed to in the past.

In my top 10 favourite restaurants for sure. The servers are always super friendly, the menu options all sound decadent, and the drink menu is very creative. The atmosphere is very nice but can be a little loud when it’s busy- this didn’t bother us but may be bothersome to some people. The fresh made mozzarella is a must have every time!

Came here with my wife for a dinner date. The drinks were great where they had a new apple cinnamon sangria that was delicious. Appetizer didn’t disappoint and the pastas were amazing. To cap it off with their cheesecake which is always great was a good was to end the dinner. Our server Glenn was very friendly and great to talk with. He was very helpful towards the menu and any questions we had for the dishes. Definitely look forward to coming back!

SCADDABUSH in Oakville is everything and more! Jenna our server was so professional and down to earth! The kitchen staff are unbelievable and served us the most amazing authentic Itailan dishes! They even surprised us with a dessert board because we complemented the chefs. Please try their fresh Mozzarella as a starter, you will not be disappointed!

Ordered the butternut squash ravioli, didn't like it at all! It was so dry and lacked flavour however it's something I love at other places, the reason I gave 4 star was how they handled the situation, and offered me a new dish which came out quickly and we're very nice and accommodating. Service is great and I do love the fresh mozzarella!

I made reservations on October 13 online, upon leaving I realized I may be running a little late. I thought the courteous thing to do was to call in to inform them I’m running 10 mins behind. To my surprise, the answering machine answers “we are closed due to renovations on the roof”. Here I am sitting in traffic, ecstatic to finally get out and to find out where I’m having dinner is closed. I suppose the establishment doesn’t value a customers time as I values there’s. I’d suggest calling in to make reservations instead. Good luck!!

—-POC Review—- Went on a date by myself around 1:30 and the ambiance was nice not crowded. The service was good waited like 15 min for each place a little bit more for the pizza. The pasta was good wish it was a little bit more soft but I guess that’s just the Italian way.. too much oil, the shrimp were good overall really like it. When it comes with seasoning it needed in my opinion more you can’t just rely on the pesto sauce but it was tasty. The pizza took the longest to arrive for some reason lol I order from the kid menu just a basic pepperoni pizza but I loved the crust. The Nutella cake I think its the best thing on the menu one of the best thing I ever eaten. I thought it would be a basic chocolate cake was surprised. I would recommend this every time sooo good. For drink I had peach mango cocktail slush it was okay. Overall 7/10 good price

The "social" portions are enough for 4 fyi. The spinach artichoke dip was a huge disappointment, but the gnocchi and veggie raviolis were very good, though an original red sauce would be nice. And, my buddy thoroughly enjoyed his shrimp spaghetti. Service was very friendly, and attentive, which was HIGHLY appreciated after a week of poor service everywhere else I went while visiting the GTA. Ive heard the desserts are amazing, but we were all so stuffed that we had to pass. Maybe next time I find myself in Toronto!

Went here with a few collages for a work lunch. I enjoyed the time I spent here for lunch. I've been to a few Scaddabush's before and I've usually enjoyed all my experiences there, and here was no different. The food was good - I ordered the Italian Burger which is what I usually get from here. It tasted really good and the beer was good too. We also shared an app which had some toast, cheese and prosciutto which tasted amazing. Our service was good and the atmosphere was great. Overall I would recommend this place for a nice lunch and good food.

Scaddabush was a surprise! Their cacio e pepe (though not basic) was delicious and very drool-worthy! If you order the mozzarella cheese, you get to watch them prepare it while getting to ask questions about the process. It was a lovely experience. Their decor is very well put together, cosy and homely. The staff were first rate and service was decently quick as well. If you're craving for a good and delicious portion of Italian food, go to Scaddabush.

Ordered 2 kinds of pasta yesterday via uber eats- Fettucine Bolognese and Roasted Mushroom & Truffle Gnocchi and also Margherita Pizza. The pastas were delicious.. with lots of sauce and neatly packaged cheese on the side as you can see in the picture. The pizza didnt have enough toppings and could have been a little more softer. Slightly pricey for the main dishes but worth it for occassions. Would definately order again.

Went here for lunch and it was amazing! They have these super cozy booths set up outside with heating so it’s very Covid safe. Our waitress was so sweet and really went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. The food was super tasty and came fast as well.

First time going to Scaddabush! Went for a birthday - Server was extremely laid back, very good at her job. Being my first time I couldn't decide between 2-3 different dishes so I asked her opinion. Very impressed with her knowledge of the menu! All apps we ate were GREAT (see the empty plates) and perfect for sharing. As my main I decided on the newest menu item which was the gnocchi - came with sautéed spinach and peas, sauce was on the lighter side. I got the dinner size portion which was MORE than enough! Left there very satisfied (with yummy leftovers, which tasted awesome the next day). Definitely somewhere I would return to AND recommend!

Fast and friendly service. Sat on the patio. The waitress informed us of a time limit for eating. The patio was decent and spaced out. We ordered appetizers only. 3 of the 4 arrived perfect, the meatballs arrived cold with a hair in the meatball. Other than the meatballs the food was great. It is on the pricier side but the value seems to match the price.

Convenient location and lots of parking in the Winston Park Plaza. The environment is more family oriented compared to the Scaddabush on Yonge and Gerrard. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is good especially the bolognese and the Italian sodas. Our first time trying the fried zucchini appetizer but didn't eat it because we felt it was too greasy. The waiter and manager voluntarily took it off the bill! ⭐

Tasty food! Ordered from Uber eats and made special recommendations to our pasta and they also went above and beyond to include tomato sauce as well as the Alfredo sauce. The shrimp pasta is hands downs the best, and the prawns were a little big compared to the other franchises.

We have not been here for a long time and covid hasn't helped. A quick rundown of our visit...service was very good. Sydney was friendly and helpful. We ordered Calamari to start, Toscano kale salad with added goat cheese and quinoa and fettuccine bolognese with added goat cheese. (We kinda like goat and feta cheese). Calamari is quite greasy. It left grease on our fingers and the plate as seen in the pics. Manager offered to take them off the bill so that is a positive. Salad was awesome. Gail enjoyed the texture and flavour. Fettuccine was amazing as well. Loved the flavour and balance of pasta, sauce and meat. Well done overall. We will come back. We came back...a year later. Not because we didn't like it before as noted above but covid covid covid. We are lucky and got Sydney again and she is just as friendly and a joy to be around as she was last time. This time we had the polenta fries because Gail loved them in South Africa.these are a different recipe then we had in Cape Town but the flavor was wonderful with a tomato sauce, basil and parmesan cheese. Awesome. Lasagne and super food salad were also very good. I think we are coming back more often. Thank you Sydney for another great night.

Went there last night with my friends. I drove all the way from Brampton to come to this location. I ordered a shrimp pasta dish and got food poisoning :( I'm in so much pain rn. Scaddabush is always a safe bet when deciding where to eat. I was with a client visiting from the US and we all enjoyed the starters and food equally. Service is always good and on point. First time coming to the Oakville location, the ssauga location is usually our go to place. All in all Scaddabush never disappoints.

Since I'm still not comfortable dining in, I decided to try takeout on December 28th since my daughter was attending a birthday supper. Michael was AWESOME!! He was so friendly,helpful , patient and professional on the phone. I was so excited to meet him in person when I picked up my order. Michael was so pleasant and confirmed that he remembered talking to me...he really made my night and I will definitely be ordering takeout again soon. I ordered the Pollo Pesto Social Size and Lemon Shrimp Social Size. Both meals were very tasty and were generous portions. I really liked that they included extra sauce on the side and only added enough in the meals to keep them moist.My daughter said her Lasagna and fresh Mozzarella ball were delicious! It's been almost 3 years since I had visited this location, and they were just as incredible as always. I definitely recommend Scaddabush Oakville.

On the 2 occasions that I was there, the service was very friendly and for the most part quick. They were helpful with the menu, and overall the place had a good vibe and music was at a reasonable volume aswell. The food there is hit and miss. Generally the pasta that they serve is decent and enjoyable, but the apps were not as good. The pizza was also good for snacking on. Good for a pretty chill night out.

An excellent place for groups. Great cocktails. Big portions and possibility of ordering family plates. When they offer shredded Parmesan cheese on your plate they are not joking around. Big spaces, high ceilings, chandeliers. White cotton napkins with simple lines at the end. Rustic but refined. A place to return twice a month, at least.

Came here for dinner with my husband and son a few nights ago and everything was great. Our server Keri was fantastic she did a wonderful job! Food and drinks were great although they definitely did not give us anywhere near enough bread for our spinach dip and they never do, it's something they need to change. Aside from that everything else was good and our server definitely made our experience wonderful!

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday. Although we are still in the midst of covid, I felt very safe eating here. Social distancing was very apparent with how the guests were spaced out and the check in process was simple. There was no need to touch any icky menus either. It was my first time and I really really enjoyed our experience. First of all, THANK YOU to Vivian for providing such excellent service. She sat us at a wonderful table, lots of space, very private too. She was very good with her wine suggestions and made it very easy for us to choose. She was very patient while we chose our food and made us feel really comfortable. When my food came, the salad had croutons even though I ordered no croutons. Before I could even notice, Vivian swiped the bowl off the table to have it corrected. I would have just picked the croutons out but Vivian's quick action was so refreshing. I think that's the first time I've seen such a fast reaction to correct my order. I really really appreciated that. We also got a little birthday surprise at the end of our meal. I'm glad I got to visit Scaddabush Oakville and I would definitely visit again in the future.

We came for a business lunch and we all had the Ceaser salad which was generous in size but it was over dressed. Overall service was just ok and food was mediocre. Signing in for covid was a pain … we all had to do it individually and the online system was not very user friendly on a cell phone.

Scaddabush - my favourite Italian place ..!! We went to Oakville location ..! Everything was Great - vibe, atmosphere, staff, food, location, ample parking, cleanliness, Covid protocols..!! The only thing super disappointing was my penne polo basil pasta ..!! The pasta was undercooked, chicken was big fat chunks which didn’t blend with the pasta ...!! Sauce was runny and thin ..!! Disappointed with my dish. They redid it again but then it was not good at all ... But mozzarella and gnocchi was great ..!! Will definitely give them 1 more chance but may be a different location !

I was excited to have dinner here tonight but it was the most underwhelming experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. The waitress let us know that everything is made from scratch and the most known thing on the menu is the mozzarella. We went for the Naked mozzarella which was alright - it wasn’t bad but not anything special. We then got the spinach and artichoke dip which tasted like it was taken out of a freezer and just drizzled a lot of oil over it - we barely finished half of it (and mostly ate it because we were hungry). We then got the Mario pizza which the moment we got it, it looked like a cup of oil was poured on the pizza, my partner and I tried it and right away felt ill. We told the waitress and she said “it has basil oil so it supposed to be like this” but it has nothing to do with basil oil and it was completely drowning in oil (you couldn’t touch the crust without your hands being oily. Again, we both had one small slice each and couldn’t eat more as we both felt sick. I understand that the food sometimes isn’t done well or maybe there is new staff in the kitchen but then to get a $60 bill for eating barely anything was pretty disappointing. The waitress was really upset when I gave a pretty low tip but we had no attention served our way and had no Interest to make our dinner better when we mentioned our disappointment for the food. I remember coming to Scaddabush a few years ago in Toronto and it was such an awesome restaurant and tonight was a very opposite experience.

This place is great! The atmosphere is really cool with a lot of interesting art work and antique items to look at. The music is loud enough you can listen but soft enough to talk. The food is awesome because it tastes great and is an experience to eat. They make their own mozzarella cheese and you can watch! The pizza I had comes with these cool cutters so you can choose your own slice sizes. The rosemary fries are nothing special though, I was hoping for more rosemary. They taste like normal fries. The mozzarella ball with sauce, bread and salt is unbelievably good.

Scaddabush is predictably delicious, high quality Italian-themed food at a reasonable price. Alisha served us for dinner on NYE 2021 and she is exemplary--top 3% of servers I have had on my life. She handled a party members dietary restriction with close attention to detail--brava!!

Very poor customer service, staff put us on a wait list for 30 minutes, then let the table of 6 people behind us who also didn’t have a reservation go in ahead of us. When I questioned this, the manager said “we definitely stand by our quote of 30 mins wait, that table is for larger parties of 6-8 people”. You should serve people as they come, we drove an hour to have a nice night out, we called to make a reservation but were told they weren’t taking reservations, so we called 20 mins ahead of time and were told there was no wait, only to be put on a 30 minute minimum waiting list when they actually had seats available. Really sad how they treat their long time customers. I will now find another restaurant to give my business to that is more deserving, including for our family and work gatherings that we used to previously have here.

One of the best Italian food I had in town is from Scaddabush! Everything we ordered was so flavourful and authentic. I am always on a hunt to find good Italian pizza, and I think I found an amazing one here. Do order “Sophia” from Pizza menu and “San Marzano” from Pasta if you are a chicken person.

Awesome food and lovely environment! The Chicken Parm was to die for and always we went straight for the the prosciutto and fresh mozzarella! Unfortunately, not the best service...we had to wave down the staff then waited for a while and no one came with refills or offered parmesan and black pepper with our meals. It almost felt like we were forgotten ????????‍♀️

First time coming to this location. Made reservations online and was accomodated when I arrived. The restaurant was very busy on a Saturday night, so making reservations is recommended. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Service was a little bit slow, but it was understandable given how busy the restaurant was. Ordered the fresh mozarella as an appetizer. Absolutely a must try. The mozarella was fresh and delicious. Comes with a tomato sauce and foccacia bread. Loved every bite of it. Ordered the italian burger which was tasty. The rose mary fries were so fresh. Most restaurants end up serving soggy fries but these fries were fresh and crispy. Ordered the mushroom truffle pasta with fettuccine. The pasta was fresh and light. I did expect more of a truffle taste for the pasta which was very light. Overall enjoyed my experience and would definately come back to try other options off the menu.
