This place has A typical downtown patio.. we were in a fix looking at the menu on what to order as it did not have any Chicken or veg options in it. When speaking with the server we understood their menu keeps changing. On our request they specially curated a veg menu after discussing with their chef and we ended up ordering charcoal veggie pizza and mushroom stuffed ravioli. To our surprise the ravioli was amazing, personally liked it more then the pizza.. probably just coz pizza base was of charcoal dough.. Overall they have a prompt helpful service and polite staff..

As others have said, SO happy this exists in Oakville. Filling a gapingly huge void and I will do everything I can to support this establishment. They keep the menu fresh and exciting. They had run out of some items but I was so impressed that they had a back up option for each. For example the steak dish wouldn’t have been available because they didn’t have the cut mentioned on the specials menu, but they had a t bone cut as back up so the special was still an option. Wine list is pretty robust. Contrary to another review below, they offer the first three wines in white/red by the glass. Only reason for the one star removal is that it was like pulling teeth to keep water filled. Perhaps understaffed but didn’t notice impact otherwise. Could be easily solved by providing full bottles to each table.

We enjoyed our late lunch at one five one(151) in oakville downtown. The patio arrangement is very good and customer service is top notch. The place was not very crowded. We could not find anything vegeterian from the menu that was shared first. But on our request, our server provided us with very good vegeterian options. We enjoyed the pizza with charcoal dough (this is the first time I tried charxol dough pizza) along with mushroom stuffed ravioli. Both were tasty. Enjoyed our time at this restaurant.

What a great serendipitous dinner. We found this place walking down Lakeshore in downtown Oakville and were lured in by their sidewalk menu display highlighting their extensive charcuterie selection. Although their weekly entree menu changes, we stuck with their apps and charcuterie option, which are permanently offered. The board meatballs were amazing and the calamari had a salty breading and light taste. We had their 7-selection charcuterie board with four meats and three cheeses, allowing the chef to select his favourites from their extensive offering. His choices did not disappoint, and we will be back.

Definitely one of my go to spots when I'm in Oakville. Anytime I have the opportunity to catch up with a friend, I pick this spot. The atmosphere is warm and cozy yet hip. The food is delicious and I love that the menu will be different every time I visit. The staff make you feel like family. This place is a gem!

Went there to celebrate my husband’s birthday with family members and as soon as you walk in, you feel right at home. The chalk board specials change weekly and are amazing. I follow them on Instagram so I can see the ever changing menu. The food is amazing and staff treat you like family. Love this little gem.

We booked for a friends 50th Bday and had a dozen people at the harvest table, the food was EXCELLENT. The freshest oysters ever, plain but very nice quality charcuterie platters w fresh focaccia ...and the duck entree I had was perfectly done-not always easy to find a chef that knows how to make a tender duck -and their Chef was 5star fantastic!. His menu and flavour combinations are creative and fresh, while covering all the bases. The sea bass came highly recommended and the steaks were also perfectly cooked...the consensus all 'round -about a variety of entrees all shared/sampled by our table- was 2 thumbs up across the board...our party brought the dessert- a decadent homemade cake that had to have the final touches assembled at the restaurant and the staff was wonderful, They were very accommodating and helpful - the kitchen is partially open behind the counter.... and the only downside of the night was the service still has some kinks to iron out. The waiter didn't seem to be that experienced but was a very nice guy, should've been clearing plates and refreshing cocktails and paying a bit more attention to the guests drinks- but I'm sure once the place has been open for a while they will figure it out. Everyone that worked there was really friendly and accommodating. 4 out of 5 stars -only because the waiter failed miserably at carrying out a pre arranged payment plan for the bill...that was arranged before guests arrived - but he couldn't figure it out...that was extremely annoying -(considering he had advance notice-and a major inconvenience to the host instead)...but it wouldn't prevent us from revisiting as the food was top notch. The music (and decaf w dessert) was also great, very basic decor w uncomfortable lunch room chairs if u are staying more than an hr. - but it IS listed as casual. The large harvest table was a real plus for a big group, small and intimate place. Nicely laid out for privacy w a date for a small place... Really excellent quality, good eats. Lovely staff. Highly recommend.

Stumbled here on a Friday night and left very happy. The menu was fresh and the portion sizes were great. We were able to taste many of the items on the menu even with a gluten allergy. The team did a fantastic job to ensure we had everything we needed. Hats off to the chef!

Would’ve been great if they didn’t deny my girlfriend access to the bathroom before we had decided on where to eat. The hostess was incredibly rude. Food smelled good though. Decided on the works next door instead great service and very little judgement or posh attitude towards regular working people. Will never go here.

One Five One Social gets credit for trying to fill a much needed tapas gap in Oakville. However, those that have explored the Tapas scene in Toronto and are expecting something closer to Bar Isabel, Black Hoof or Bar Raval will be disappointed. The price points on the dishes were sufficiently high enough to keep the tinder date clutter away which is a plus in terms of atmosphere. Staff were attentive and courteous. BUT - corners were cut when it came to the food. A mushroom skillet appy, which cost $15 dollars, was dry (almost burnt) and under seasoned. My duck ramen soup came with overcooked noodles and not actual ramen noodles! My partner's gnocchi wild boar dish which was advertised as one of their signature dishes won't poison you - but is essentially forgettable. When it came to the cocktails, I felt a bit cheated. My Old Fashioned was diluted with plenty of ice. When it came to the wine, we didn't bother. With this kind of place you'd expect more unique options - not the LCBO's sale section options like Jacob's Creek. Sincerely hope that 151 ups their game and will give this place another chance in a year in hopes that there are improvements. There are certainly foodies in Oakville who would dearly love a local joint like this - provided 151 find the sweet spot between the price point, quality and execution.

Interesting dishes and a menu that doesn’t flow that well. Food and drinks are moderately to over priced for average quality (potential bias: we only got appetizers. ) Waitresses were talking between themselves and not checking in frequently even though it was pretty empty. Good location.
