I used to come here all the time and now it seems like they haven't tailored any of their menu to Oakville customers. The portions are messy and massive, and the service seems to be doing more than in their job description making it hard to get an order in. We waited 30 minutes for somebody to take our order and wondered if we would be penalized for that in our 90 minute restricted stay. I made a note in my reservation saying it was the guest's birthday and I had to tell them aloud at the table about the birthday as the server was asking us if we wanted the bill, which ruined the surprise. The waiters did not make eye contact and seemed overly stressed throughout service. Also a guest behind our table was heard mocking my guests' laugh. Clearly they are serving far more drinks than food to customers. Not a very pleasant experience and won't be back here.

Have been to Harper's Landing several times and it's always a great time. This was my first time getting a salad (the Peruvian Chicken Salad) and it was delicious. The only improvement I would like is for the chicken to be a little warmer. It was almost the same temperature as the rest of the salad. That's the only thing that would make it better in my opinion. The atmosphere is great, too. Great patio! Great drinks! Good service ????

Harper's landing was a perfect place to meet my colleagues post covid - Right between downtown Toronto and Burlington. We started off with old fashioned for me and gin and tonics all around. The drink were well made, it the Old Fashioned made by Ben was delicious. For apps, we ordered the seafood platter, trio of dips. The calamari was a bit more chewy than I would have liked and pretty heavy on the salt. For the mains we oredered a couple of pizzas. The pizza was actually pretty good - Right amount of chew and crunch. It's open pretty late so it's a good spot to get together with friends.

Was there Friday night (1/10/2021) with my girlfriend - best Sangria in town check; coconut mussels were also excellent, check, as was my seafood pasta check ... + staff courteous, attentive and very nice (NICE). Two things though to work on and fix: 1) my gf's steak was sinewy ... (ppl expect an awesome steak when eating out ... otherwise why bother ...) 2) unfortunately cooler days are here ... get those patio heater charged and ready to provide warmth Other than that - pretty good spot - thanks! Tried this place for the first time based on reviews. Service was good and atmosphere is nice. Mediocre expensive food. Had the carbonara... Small sloppy mess of soft (undercooked/chewy?) bacon and an egg where the yolk specifically was half runny and half cooked (how does that even happen?). Steak frites was on a bed of regular underwhelming fries. Presentation of food was very poor. Red sangria (pitcher) was alright, tasted mostly like juice and extremely sweet. Menu is all over the place and sucks... Would not return.

I wish I knew about this place long ago! Amazing time here. I liked the open area concept, wasn't over crowded with tables and chairs. Food was tasty, drinks took a long time to arrive though. The server did explain that the bar was extremely busy.

The food was so so bad - recooked chicken (see picture) fries cold - seared tuna not fresh cooked and served ice cold - salad was fresh on top and rotten under - not returning / suggest you eat at Burger Priest across the parking lot - much better food service.

On October 24 around 8pm myself and my daughter (by the way who works for the company), went there for dine in. We waited for half an hour before the waitress even acknowledge us. We were the ones who waved to her to get her to come take our order . She took the order eventually and charged us for mushroom which we never got. The manager on duty fixed that in the end. Very polite and nice guy by the way. The food was great but the service needs improvement. Wait staff needs to acknowledge the guest. Service could be a lot better. Server kept walking round and round without going to the guests at the table to take their order. Hope management looks into this. Thank you.

Service was horrible!! Our waitress flirted with someone at the bar for about 30 minutes directly in front of us after serving our drinks, and we had to ask another waiter to take our order for food. The bar was empty and there was no reason for us to be ignored, other than that she was too preoccupied flirting to be concerned with doing her job. Salmon was incredible but Gnocchi was bland and maybe slightly undercooked. That will be my last visit

Food was mediocre at best. Family ordered the chicken pico de gallo, pan seared tuna salad, naan sandwich, and fried chicken sandwich. Pizza had no taste, dough was like cardboard and took our server more than 20 mins to check on us and requested hot sauce to help eat the cardboard pizza. Apple an seared tuna had 5-6 pcs and the rest was just a generic spring mix with all the dressing on the plate and not on the salad. To think that’s what a $20 dish costs nowadays is crazy. Fried chicken sandwich and naan were ok but nothing special. Then last but not least and this is something I should have double checked better while there but when we got home we noticed there was an extra drink that was charged to us. Again something I should have noticed while there but disappointed with the sneaky addition of a drink. Not going back.

This was my first visit and probably will be the worst. Our waitress was totally oblivious and inefficient in her role. She did not get one order right the whole night. We ended up having to switch and pass plates round and being a party of 6, that got messy very fast. Their drinks were watered down, the gin and tonic was all tonic and no gin. As for the meals... Well... Those were the most disappointing of all. They were served cold, were tasteless and we had to wait 10 minutes just to get some salt and black pepper! Others ordered a pizza, Brussel sprouts, french fries and a salad, and they all complained that the food was below average and barely passable. We all decided to go for the sticky toffee pudding, and that was a mistake! It was soggy, drenched in toffee sauce and the ice-cream was already half melted by the time we received it. It tasted like nothing but sugar, sugar and even more sugar. All in all, it was a disappointment and a night out wasted. Definitely would not recommend it to anyone. I just want to add that I received a comment from them urging me to reach out to them via email to discuss my review. I did so within a day and it has been 2 weeks now and they have made zero attempts at replying to me or following up.

Mistake our reservation on Saturday for Sunday even we called the day before to confirm. The front desk did not try to accommodate us right away until we complained. We were told we need to leave because people were waiting. In the meantime the big table besides us were never occupied after previous guests left. The waitress was not very attentive the whole time we were there. Food was average. Only give one star because atmosphere was good. We won't be back for sure!

We visited this restaurant on a long weekend with high hopes after viewing the atmosphere. We ordered the cheese pizza from the kids menu and we got it with a drink, but never received the desert or the snack that is supposed to come with the kids meal. We realized towards the end that we never received these things and told our server and she told us that she forgot and offered to bring it then but it was too late and we were almost done eating. The pizza arrived burnt at the edges and bottom, so we asked for the replacement and they brought us a new one. The other dish that we ordered was the seafood risotto. First of all this dish lacked any signs of seasoning, and the rice was mushy and overcooked. We were surprised when we weren’t offered any pepper or parmesan which is traditionally offered with most Italian dishes. The risotto was missing two main components which were the charred leeks and the jalapeño gremolata which were mentioned on the menu and when we asked out server she said it was all blended into the dish, though there was no trace of either. Thankfully the saving grace was the nacho appetizer which had little cheese but was was made fresh and hot. The one star is only because the staff was kind and replaced the pizza. Definitely would not recommend to any of my friends.

If I could rate this experience as a 0- I would have. The experience we had this evening was rude, entitled and arrogant. The bartender was mediocre- waited for drinks for too long. YET the drinks were well poured and for the amount of people in the building... we tolerated it Kat, if she is your waitress RUN. Doesn't matter if you have kids, adults spending, or a party she is rude, quick and arrogant. Won't even explain the meals, if it's gluten free, what beers on tap. In short: as long as Kat is not your waitress you are good to go.

They helped with the set up as per my direction/guidance & service was great. Events manager Nancy, Manager on duty of the event Tara & our excellent server Fernando was amazing. Had lunch there yesterday around 12:30. Very vibrant, spacious and bright yet comfortable place. Ordered a "Boss" burger with fries and gravy. Have to say it's one of the best burgers I've had in a long time so full credit there. Fries is also on point and gravy is very well done - not too salty nor slimy but just right. Beer selection was good. Waitress was also amazing - very bright and attentive, just like the vibe of this place in general. The only reason I took one star off was because I had to sit at the table for about 15 mins before a waitress even realized that I needed to be served and should start with at least a water for drink... Given how my waitress has been after, I think it might have been the management who forgot to assign a waitress for my area. Nonetheless would come again, hoping the service could get better.

Did mot know this was a chain. Regardless, a very nice ambience. Kind of Earls-esque, in terms of the layout and the menu, nothing really unique but still great quality. Do try the Chocolate Raspberry Jan Cake, it's amazing. Even the toffy pudding is great, but very heavy, so be mindful of that. Great service, ŕeally friendly staff!

I've been here for dinner three times now over the span of a couple years. The food is always stellar and prices are reasonable. It's a busy spot, and a little too loud for my liking - kind of hard to have a good talk over the music. I have also found that while the servers are all friendly and knowledgable, it can be hard to get their attention because they are running so many tables. If you're patient and don't mind waiting a bit, this is a solid spot.

I think it was rated as one of the top restaurants in canada a year ago. It’s cosy the music is just right so you can still have a conversation. It was great to be back at a restaurant but just like anything post lockdown, there are still some adjustments to be made to get back to normal. Having four hostesses at the front of the restaurant didn't make much sense since the server my family had looked like she was covering a large area. Staff was getting used to be being back and it showed but it was okay to deal with our server not being able to drop by frequently. The kitchen staff had our orders out very quickly but it seemed like portion sizes have been cut down a bit. The service could have been a bit better if more servers were available rather than hostesses but I would come back again for sure.

Great place that I have been coming to for years. I want to leave a comment for the manager-- he was a bit too assertive on the vaccine checks. It's important to check vaccines however he felt like he was really rushing us to get out the proof + made comments about the doses coming from Europe and about one of ours not having a QR code. I’ve been in and out of oakville but it’s my first time to Harper’s Landing. The ambiance is awesome, super cozy and modern. The food lived up to expectations and google reviews. The portion for the Benedict was a bit small but surprisingly filling. The Lakeshore Benedict has perfectly grilled scallop. The vegetarian option with focaccia bread was very flavourful. The burger with fried plantas was an explosion of flavours. The price was very reasonable too. Now I understand why this place has such good reviews. Would come back again :)

This a great place to pick up a meal for yourself or your family. I have tried the Crown Nacho kit which was super simple to prepare at home, but I was completely impressed with the Fried Chicken Sandwich. The portion size was huge and the chicken was perfectly cooked and topped off. Just delicious. Staff are super friendly when your arrive, and everything was just perfect!

Very nice and well kept restaurant. It has a huge patio with lots of outdoor seating. It has some chill vibes and is a great place to hang out with friends or catch up with people. I got the margarita pizza. It had sliced tomatoes and topped with balsamic vinegar - it was a bit unexpected and my taste buds were kind of confused LOL. But it was still pretty good, I just wish I got something else. The service was great. Our server was very attentive. After realizing that our food took very long to come out they decided to give us a free toffee pudding dessert! It was incredibly delicious and savoury. Definitely a must have dessert!

It was my first time trying this place. Loved the atmosphere inside and outside on the patio. Food was delicious. Chicken wings were crispy and juicy. The fried chicken sandwich with parm fries on the side was mouth watering.

Top notch spot in Oakville, great place for dinner and drinks after work. The staff hustles to please and the decor is modern and warm. If you have to sit on the patio, Harpers will accommodate you well with comfortable seating and patio heaters. Great place to be.

Best eggs benny I've had in a long time. I loved the "Spruce." It was incredibly fresh and not too heavy. Their weekend brunch is fantastic. Also have really amazing homemade jam and chorizo sausages that come with their breakfast. And the cauliflower parmesan soup is to die for. There was even a live musician playing guitar when I went on Saturday. Great service too!!! Fairly expensive but in my opinion worth it

All their martini's are garbage. You're better off ordering a mixed drink like rum and coke/cranberry vodka because their drink combinations are a joke. We also ordered the Trio Dip and the Naan was hard as a rock. Chips and bread were stale. Dips are nothing fancy. We ordered a steak & fries but the fries were burnt. Good luck putting an order in because the servers are nowhere to be found! I had high expectations from this place but was awfully disappointed instead. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Fall 2021 review - so first of all have been a long time patron of this place. Have always appreciated its versatility- great patio, seats by the fire, high top bar seats, booths great for families or larger cozy parties.. and stools around the bar with sports screens. It has a bit of everything. Currently they are still working with a simplified menu - less options with some favs missing like the great big weekend brunch Caesars for example, and the oyster platter. Also the last couple times they acknowledged being understaffed like many other establishment so the service is a bit slow but you can see they are trying their best. Still worth the visit for great atmosphere and inspired fare!

Love love LOVE the Landing Burger with extra pickles, bacon and extra Landing sauce on the side. The best burger I've ever eaten and I've eaten a lot of burgers! My daughter and I celebrate the end of the week, every Friday, with one of these! My boyfriend already ordered the turkey and apple burger today and that was delicious too! You can't go wrong by ordering here - fantastic service, amazing food and super fast! See you next week! :)

The drinks started off great and the food tasted good but it was way too salty. The fish tacos were well done though. Service wasn't bad either granted are understaffed because of Covid 19. I'll give 4 stars but the cooks definitely need to take it easy on the sodium, maybe use a spoon to taste it before serving it out.

Fish tacos were amazing especially with the smoky hot sauce! The fam were busy trying to figure out what went into the gnocchi without looking at the menu! Such interesting tastes and textures although if I were to nitpick it is a tad dry. Calamari was nice but nothing mind blowing. Thin crust magherita pizza was a good portion. Went early at 530pm on a weekday and they gave my fam of 4 adults 1 kid a nice corner away from the crowd. I appreciated that!

We ordered a chicken pizza that didn't have chicken on it, or barely any toppings, it was more like a dry piece of flat bread. I literally got only one very tiny piece of dry chicken. Besides that, the waiter stayed on top of us starring at the machine while my husband was paying, really uncomfortable. Not coming back at all.

Big disappointment today november 20, 2021. Booked for 4 persons under name " Wes" at 11:30 i recommended the fried chicken as i think its one of the sandwiches. The chicken came very thin almost burnt and people were biting on crunchy burnt crisp not chicken. Fries were cold and definitely made a while ago. Sadly no one said anything at the time out of embarrassment. If i knew at the time i would have returned food back. This is not harpers landing level, this is not any decent food level.

This chik spot is always a winner when it comes to meetings, romantic evenings or a fun time out with friends. The trendy vibe coupled with modern decor and attentive staff make for a great dining experience. The food can be a bit pricey when comparing to other pub establishments, but it's well worth it. Presentation and taste of all dishes is superb. Try the Fish tacos or BBQ Smoked chicken pizza. In the winter you can warm up by the fireplace or cozy up to your partner in a booth. In the summer hit the patio and mingle with the business elites, entrepreneurs or go single and pick someone up. With plenty of free parking, a short walk from the Go station and rarely a wait this is one of Oakville's go-to places if you're trying to get away from the Sheridan College crowd and have a sophisticated, romantic or elegant night out on the town.

The atmosphere here is just wow! When you walk in all the way to your seat you can feel the atmosphere and the Lighting is just the perfect compliment! The server we had was on top of things. Food turn around was decent. I would recommend this place for meetings as they do have a private meeting space as well as date night option or even just a night out with friends. This restaurant just works! In the past we have celebrated many birthdays and special occasions. Keep up the great service and team work!

To the chef: You are the sole reason for the 5 star review. The food was phenomenal. You know what you're doing and my mom and I thoroughly enjoyed every last bite . To the FOH: I was slightly disappointed in service. As someone from this industry I felt my server could have used some sense of urgency in addition to the bartenders as well as I watched my server wait forever for my drinks. I know how it feels as a server to keep your tables waiting and as a bartender I know how important sense of urgency is! To Management: Its nice to meet management. For you to come around and make sure that your guests are enjoying themselves. I love to praise my server or in this case the chef when something is going right in the restaurant. It shouldn't be all about the complaints. Small gestures go a long way ! Overall I would be back because it's a beautiful restaurant and the food was great but I wasnt a fan of the customer service in general.

Good patio and efficient service. While the food quality and presentation are good, the menu is predicticable and a bit boring. Seems like all of these style locations serve the same menu albeit with their own takes on the recipes. Oakville is a great town, but the foodie scene is practically non-existent. Granted this is a comment on all the area restaurants in my opinion and not solely limited to this location.

Went here for brunch the first time and we had a great time. Came back for dinner and sadly the food items weren’t impressive. The plant based burger was dry and tasted burnt…the fish tacos were too soggy and overloaded with what looked like radish…servers were amazing though.

Pretty horrible customer service experience. Food took 1.5hrs to come out. Had to ask for water 3 times from waitress. Theres was a large gratuity already included because it was over a certain number of people so the waitresses were not helpful at all. Didnt come to check on the table at all. Also food was horrible. I have recently just been introduced to Harper's Landing in Oakville and I have to say I've been very pleased with the past number of visits to this establishment. I found it inviting with great food presentations. I have to say that our server/Bartender Germaine went above and beyond making sure that we fully aware of their many options at Harpers. She also made sure that we had everything we needed and did not have to wait on service while continuing to keep us entertained with her amazing personality and professional service. I am giving a 5-star review and highly recommend going in sitting down and enjoying some time at the bar with Germaine.

The Harpers Landing Atmosphere is warm and eclectic. We attended a friends birthday gathering with a large group. We chose the caesar and gin/tonic as our drinks. Caesar tasted great and garnished well. For our meals, we selected the Salmon salad and the Bison & Gluten Free Penne dishes. The Salmon salad was a very large portion, tasted great. I have a great appetite so loved the size; otherwise it could be a sharable salad. The Bison and Penne was well portioned, the Bison meat was tender, the pasta was tasty. Finishing up with Dessert, we shared the Mascrapone Cheesecake; large portion, sweet and tasted good. Being a Saturday, they had dj playing music on the background. Overall, great experience and time with friends. Will return. Recommend to visit!

That menu really shines. You will likely need reservations, it can get very busy - mostly because so many think so highly of Harper's Landing.

Great restaurant. The set up is beautiful and the front desk was nice. The service was as well responsive and accommodating and very aware of the table need. The food is another great example of delicious food. The appetizer like the charcuterie and calamari were great. Everyone on the table had great experience with their food fro the fish taco to the chiken and sea food pasta... I highly recommend this place.

It’s a nice place to go for dinner and an evening out with some friends or a date night. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is good - each Landing restaurant has their own menu chosen by their respective head chefs so that’s a unique experience if you go to another one somewhere else. The only downside is that it’s quite expensive for drinks and nowhere else within walking distance if you wanted to eat dinner and move on. Overall good time!

Only problem was my husband was served a beer with old lipstick stains around the rim of the glass and he had to wait quite a while for the server to ask for a replacement. The atmosphere and the food is excellent. I gave 3 stars because my friends and I were quite concerned about the employees not wearing masks properly. We have witnessed 2 employees (seemed like bartenders) who lowered their masks to have a conversation with each other as they were putting the glasses away. And one of the employees kept putting her masks down to talk to people who were eating. They weren't even outside. As we were exiting, another server removed her mask to talk to the people at the table. Our server had her mask on the whole time and her service was very good. We felt very uncomfortable especially now that the numbers are increasing again. I wish they would take the mask policy more seriously.

Good place for meeting friends for drinks or grabbing something to eat. Nothing super crazy, I actually found it a bit too pricey for the quality of the food, but the place itself looks nice and cool. Meat platter was around $26 and it was pretty small for that price, pizza around $17, burger $19. Meat platter had a piece of stake, lamb and sausage, 1 piece of cheese and some pickles with naan bread. Any regular bread would be more matching with meat platter in my opinion. Prosciutto and pear pizza was kinda “naked”, definitely short on toppings. Burgers were big, came with your choice of fries, sweet potato fries or salads and it was the best value for the money. Bread pudding dessert was extremely too sweet to the point that caramel sauce was so sweet that almost tasted bitter at the back of my mouth. 4 of us couldn’t finish 1 dessert plate. On the positive side the service was good, our server was super friendly and bubbly, made our experience in there very pleasant.

Me and two buddies visited Harper’s for a get together on Oct 30. I’ve worked near to Kelly’s Landing but never had a chance to visit. One, the location is big and stands out in the area it’s in. It was pretty busy but we had a reservation. We’re greeted by the staff who asked us for our proof of vaccination and ids, their was plenty sanitizer so definitely a plus. We were seated and greeted by Farah(my apologies if I misspelled your name) who was friendly, gave us suggestions and answered our questions as none of us had been to any of the Landing restaurants. To start off we ordered some drinks, nachos and wings. Food came out really quick, was hot and delicious. Nachos were huge and dressed well, wings were fried to perfection. Decided we’re we’re still hungry so ordered the chicken picco de gallo pizza, another round of wings and the Moroccan chicken. I shared the pizza because it was much bigger than expected. It was light, chicken and pineapple were delicious. If I were visit again, I would do without the onions but that’s just a personal preference. Overall it was a great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, nice vibe, it wasn’t too loud and the layout and design was very relaxed and comfortable. One really nice feature was the live band. Didn’t anticipate a live band but they played a great mix of music. Wish I had taken pictures as the food was as good to look at as it was delicious. Thank you again to Farah for looking after us!

Was there for dinner tonight with friends I haven't seen for a 1 yrs. The restaurant and server neglected to tell us that there was a 90 minute seating limit. The kitchen was operating super slow and it took 40 minutes to get our food. We were still eating when we were asked to leave as our time was up. My friend had to pack her food to go and there wasn't even an opportunity to have dessert or another drink. 5 minutes later as we were paying the bill and my friend was in the bathroom we were told to leave and had had to wait in the parking lot. What a way to get back business.

The food is amazing. What I hate is the guilt tripping for tips for pick up. The suggested minimum tip for takeout is 20%. I hate the love notes for extorting tips. Gives me anxiety. Otherwise, I would eat there a lot more because the food is truly incredible.

What happened last night at the Oakville location was not what I ever would expect from a landing restaurant in a million years. We booked one week in advance to come for our wedding anniversary. The first red flag was it took over 12 minutes for someone to come over and to take our drink order. After we ordered drinks they brought my wife the wrong drink and the waitress was like “whatever”. Then our food came and me and my wife both ordered the steak frites as we usually do at the landing, we both ordered medium well, when we got out steaks we cut them open and mine was cooked to Well done and my wife’s steak was cooked to medium. On top of that the steak had no flavour and no salt added. I asked our waitress for salt and we waited over 10 mins and still no salt, I then had to flag the waitress down again to ask for salt where she replied back to me with a rude response. At this point the service and meal was all ready ruined. We just wanted the bill and couldn’t find our waitress again, for the first time in my life I had to get up and flag another waitress down to ask for the bill. We then waited another 10 mins and our original waitress brought us the bill and she still really didn't seem to care. Then when I said I was paying cash; the waitress just walked away and didn’t come back for another ten minutes. This service was unbelievable and the landing should never let their loyal customers be treated this way. Honestly, if you’re going out for an anniversary or event...you’re better off spending a few extra bucks and going to the keg, at least you know for sure you will be well taken care of.

During Covid times it’s very difficult to find a place that can do a private function for about a dozen people in a private restaurant setting. If you’re looking for a place to do this, look no further. Their space can handle up to around 25. Tara and team have great attention to detail, let us decorate the place, bring our own cake and were right there helping us plan every step of the way in their private space. Set/Event menus for a larger group can always be a hit or miss but dare I say the food quality was even better than previous times a few years ago when we went individually for a small dinner ordering right off the menu. The maple cider chicken and charcuterie board is off the charts good. Impeccable service, flexibility and food quality. Again, if you’re looking for a private function which is hard to find during these Covid days, look no further!

Pretty big disappointment. Took my wife and 3 teenagers here today around 4:40 for dinner and was told that all the empty tables in the open area around the bar and near the windows were reserved for 5:30. So they sat us, tucked away behind the reception booth, and beside the table the staff were sitting sorting cutlery. Honestly felt like they were trying to hide us, lol. The loud clanging of sorting cutlery was quite annoying but we tolerated it for the 20 minutes or so before the staff got up presumably to get ready for the rush. The rush never happened, and when we left at 5:50 pm, all the good tables with a view that they said were reserved for 5:30 were still empty, except for one - the only group waiting behind us was seated at 4:55 for a 5:30 reserved table. The hostess' excuse? That group had been on "the waiting" list a while. So you’re telling me it's ok to seat other people at a table that's reserved for different folks 35 minutes before the reservation, just not us? Right, lol. Our food was just ok. Stay away from the seafood risotto - small portion and just not flavourful. Our server was friendly and I can't fault her for this bad experience. Can't say we will be back. Advice to management - treat every customer like you care and maybe review your reservation “policies.”

Beautiful patio and decor but otherwise fairly run of the mill food at very high prices. It's a good spot and the atmosphere is great, and the staff is quite solid. But as far as menu goes, nothing on here has ever wowed me. Mediocre beer list, solid cocktails though.

We went to harpers landing because of the review and I personally think the 4 star is very overrated. People are being nice. I ordered 4 of their brunch menu plus a landings burger, someone referred it as the best burger in Oakville. Overall, all dishes are average, without any highlight. Good location, nice environment. Food wise. Really really average. For its price range, I wouldn’t revisit.

I used to go to Harpers all the time and I hadn’t been there since before the pandemic but when I returned I noticed a significant difference. The menu wasn’t very good, the options were quite limited. As someone who has multiple years of experience in the hospitality industry, the service was quite poor. The hostesses weren’t customer-oriented as we waited quite long for an employee to attend to us and similarly, the servers were very slow with our service. I expected more from an establishment that had a good reputation and above average prices. I gave the location another chance after my sub-par experience but it was quite disappointing.

The 2 stars are for the space, good size patio and ambiance. But what to do with ambiance and space if food is much below par. I ordered a medium well steak which was so overcooked that while I was cutting it with my knife the table was shaking. One of the worst steak pieces ever. Fries cold. The house made scotch bonnet sauce was the only thing good. After the main I was looking forward for the dessert, one of my favs sticky toffee pudding. But at this restraunt it was dry, cold and totally deflated my excitement for eating one of my fav desert. Definitely not going there again to waste my money.
