Absolutely loved this environment. Well reccomended for a romantic evening or celebration. We enjoyed our dinner outside on the patio. We had premium service and our waiter, and serving staff were exceptionally attentive. Fresh bread served to the table; an assortment of wines to choose from. We enjoyed the Cucci calamari (very tasty and savoury) starter dish as well as special soup of the day (toasted tomato with smoked bacon soup) For our entrees, Lobster Linguine and Tenderloin Tagliatelle. Both entrees exceptional. Will return again. Thank you for your service!

Good food, great atmosphere. My wife and I have been there a few times and the food is consistently good. The vibe is very fun, especially on a Friday or Saturday night. The lobster pasta is one of their more popular dishes and doesn't disappoint.

Staff was friendly but the service was extremely slow. We arrived at the restaurant for our 8:30 reservation and didn’t leave until almost 11 PM. It took quite a long time not only to order but for the food to come out as well. The food was good however it was nothing to rave about; especially for the high price points. I would look to other restaurants in Oakville for Italian food. At Cucci you are only paying for the ambience.

Came here for dinner with the family and loved it! Every dish was amazing, only got pictures of the starters unfortunately. For mains we had the house gnocchi, the chicken and the lamb. All three dishes were great.

Food and staff were great. Parking can be a little tricky but worth it. I got the chicken pastry and a Caesar salad. Both were fabulous.

Not even worthy of 1 star. I went here last summer (2019) with my family. I have some ingredients I can’t eat, especially dairy, and Italian restaurants are usually great at helping me find something to fit my dietary restrictions. The waiter made a lot of rude jokes when I asked if there was anything on the menu that I was able to have, while telling him what things I was not able to eat. Things like “oh we have some basil in the kitchen or some shrubs around the restaurant” ... rude. Then it came time for dessert, and I asked if their sorbet was dairy free. The guy made a few more rude jokes and comments and finally brought the raspberry sorbet that was dairy free ... How about being respectful of people with allergies instead of making fun of them? I left the restaurant really hurt and almost in tears. If you have any dietary restrictions, this is not the place for you. I’ve never been to a restaurant where the waiter was so rude about my dietary restrictions, it just made me feel really bad and I hated every minute of the experience. Fast forward to July 2020, my family decided to give this place a second chance. When I approached the restaurant, I was looking around at the tables and noticed that none of the tables were 6ft apart, and the waiters weren’t wearing masks, and neither was the maître d. I said to the maître d, “what is your covid protocol?”, to which he responded “protocol? None of us have been out of the country...” blah blah blah. He basically brushed me off and laughed at me. I felt ridiculed. They should be receiving a HUGE fine for what they did during the summer. The maître d asked me then if I wanted to move to a seat that was basically in the parking lot. I decided not to let this ruin our night, so I gave in and sat down after being hesitant about the safety of this place. Thankfully, the meal was OK, just ok, but I kept thinking to myself that thank god we didn’t sit in the parking lot because very loud vehicles were coming in and out all night. Safe to say after 2 chances at drastically different points in time, we will never return. I have family and friends with similar experiences at this place. TLDR; Mediocre food, disrespectful towards dietary restrictions/allergies, rude staff, not following covid protocols. UPDATE: After reading the response from the owner I would like to address a few things. Firstly, I do have several dietary restrictions, and most places are wonderful about helping me find something on their menu. What I don't take to kindly are jokes and comments about said restrictions - I am already embarrassed about having to ask the waiters about their options, and jokes just make it worse. At Cucci, I quietly sat there as the waiter made comments about my allergies, and I was not rude at all. Just silent. I am not confrontational and would never speak to anyone in the way the President has suggested I do. If my review seems "aggressive" and "spite filled", It was because my family and I spent $300 on a meal and experience that was terrible. Secondly, several other reviews before mine state how your COVID protocols were way off. Own up to it and improve your protocols, simple as that. The President has stated that there are several pieces of equipment and PPE that were purchased... that's great! However it defeats the purpose if the tables are too close together, which they were in the middle of the summer. Lastly, I find it hilarious that the President has taken the time to read through my reviews about other restaurants, such as a lovely little Mexican restaurant in Burlington. He seems to believe that because his restaurant is overpriced and supposedly "fine dining", that these businesses are worth less and do not deserve better reviews. I review businesses based on my experience, and unfortunately, Mr. Greco, Burrito Boyz has better food, better service, and better COVID protocols than your high end Italian restaurant. Also, take everything with a grain of salt, sir. With a 4.6 rating on Google, you should not care what one individual has to say this much.

Was there tonight. Advised the waiter I was a vegetarian and because I’m super pregnant wanted something light (specially mentioned no cream sauce) and without truffles. First he recommended a non vegetarian meal. Then another option, which I foolishly went with. I was incredibly creamy and heavy, topped with truffles. He noticed I couldn’t eat it and didn’t even offer to comp us. I have liked it here in the past but am incredibly disappointed and turned off. Won’t likely go back.

This place is an absolute gem! My boyfriend and I went here for an unplanned romantic dinner on the patio. The staff were very accommodating with my allergies, made us feel welcome and not rushed. It was our 16th anniversary and a good friend highly recommend this place. We had the best diner ever and specially the tenderloin... the service was great starting from the greeter at the door till the end. We tried the arugula salad, mussels, linguini lobster and of course the Tenderloin. We have been so many places and it was the first time my wife enjoyed the Med rare tenderloin. I was so happy that she wasn’t disappointed. Great FOOD with great MOOD. Make sure to reserve a table near the piano to enjoy the singer. They offered us a dessert for our occasion. Very customer service oriented. I have been in this industry for more than 24 years and service level reminded me when I was in Dubai. A big thanks to the server who knows how to say bon appétit but doesn’t speak French.

This was my second time visiting Cucci! As always, came here for a quick lunch to just take a quick break and relax. This was great! For around $50 dollars, I got the 12 oz ribeye cooked medium rare! The meat was cooked perfectly as I asked. The presentation may look a little over the top if you were expecting more of a transitional steakhouse style of presentation, but this was well executed in my opinion. I felt like everything on the plate had a purpose, and complemented each other very well.

Let me preface this by saying, this may seem a bit harsh but take this as constructive criticism. Due to your reputation and price points it’s only fair Cucci is held to a higher standard. First off, the food was incredible. There is no doubt in the quality and taste. Everything was made to perfection. The setting and live jazz music was fabulous too. However, customer service was below average to put it nicely. Firstly, your server Romano was being extremely passive aggressive when we were trying to order. As a server it is in fact your duty to help the customer in their choice as they may not be familiar with your menu and kitchen processes. His tone was unpleasant and impatient. This really is basic stuff, even at kindergarten we teach kids “be nice to each other”. Furthermore, when an order was served with a missing component, the plate was taken away when we pointed out the issue but we were given no apology and no status update. That is until we decided to personally call the server and ask for one. Why? How is a customer supposed to know what will happen with said food until the server kindly decides to tell us, the chef is adding this etc. it will take a few minutes. Personally, I don’t mind as mistakes happen and dishes get screwed up but at this level I think a server should be double checking the order before it’s served to make sure there isn’t any major missing component to begin with. Finally, when ordering I asked how many people a salad serves and I was told one person. We were 4 hungry adults and we barely finished one. I think this was clear misguidance on the servers part to oversell. I’m not stupid quite frankly and can tell when something is designed to be consumed for one or two people. That was a straight lie. This could’ve been an experience that would be so good I would no choice BUT to come again. However, unfortunately the customer service really let me down. I think the food’s taste is primarily what you come looking for in any restaurant so I’ll be generous and give 4 stars.

From the drinks at the bar, the calamari app, Branzino as the main course to the wine, the entire experience was great. Went for my boyfriends birthday and ordered the chicken with risotto. It was very soupy, salty overcooked and had to send it back. They were very good about it and took it off the bill. My boyfriend ordered the ribeye special and while the meat was cooked well for 57$ it was small piece of meat. It came with a single piece of asparagus with 4 green beans , hardly any jus, a few unseasoned smashed potatoes, a roasted pepper slice, half a roasted shallot and something that looked like a mini lemon but was not squeezable for seasoning juice or edible ….Underwhelming. However, the staff was very accommodating and made the experience a bit better, offering us a glass of Prosecco on the house.

Horrible. Pasta was not hot. It was so loud we could not hear the waiter. We could tell he was frustrated. The food was bland. We told our waiter and nothing was done. No manager ..when we asked to speak to one we were told he was at the bar with people. We were a party of 6 and our bill was $500. Not a problem but the food and service and food sucked! I only wish I did not suggest to my friends to go to this establishment.

Amazing Service 5+ We visited last Thursday night, I was astonished by the number of people in the place, literally, there was no place to sit "good we booked our table the night before". Our waiter was absolutely fantastic, attentive, helpful and polite. I can't express how professional he was in explaining the menu, recommending wine and resolving a mis-order. All the staff was very attentive, taking care of any request or need during the dinner. There was a lot of humming and murmuring which made it hard for me to converse but in general, the place is very cozy and nice. The food is as expected from a fine dining restaurant. Will visit again!

First thing you notice is the patio. It was impressive and housed a decent amount of patrons. My wife had the branzino (bonesless) and she LOVED it. I had "the special" which was a ribeye in a peppercorn sauce with veggies. Both were great portions. We never felt rushed and it was a great ambiance. Recommend.

How do you describe perfection in food, it's service, it's the decor, and it is every meal that is placed on your plate total perfection total honesty and a clean satisfying feeling that leaves you satiated (palate orgasm?) without being full, at every course. That is Cucci. I am from New York I grew up in an area of the Bronx where Italian food was prolific, I am sorry it does not taste like the food does that come to you here. Even though some people say it's not authentic Italian it's what Italians will be eating in the year 3000 the food is so far ahead of its time and it's so perfect you would think that they invented Italian food. Or in the very least this is what it should taste like. The staff is extraordinarily kind, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. There is no pretense here only good food made from solid ingredients and from people who really care. You get the people from the neighborhood but you also get an eclectic mix of people who just simply love food. Nick Western was my waiter on my last 2 visits, just let him pick your bottle of wine, ask him his opinion of the meal you have chosen and you will see him light up, and smile, and help introduce you to food that he knows secretly....you will marry. Every wait staff professional team needs a Nick, land everyone at Catch knows the business of food. I have had the pleasure of attending an event here and their event space comfortably holds 100 people. I stop here after visiting clients and can safely saw ALL of the staff is incredible. It's nice to see a friendly face like Lisa Wilk, another Purveyor of Fine Food and Wine (their business cards say that) Lisa made me feel at home at an event where I knew very few people...and best of all, she remembered my favorite libation (a Cosmo with white cranberry juice), yum. The only Food Architect (Gordon Goss) I hope never makes it to the Food Network, because you will never eat food designed so brilliantly. If you are fortunate enough to meet Gordon as I have, you realize tat you have met the secret weapon....his food designs are unmatched. Remember, I live NY, I have eaten at Lydia's, Nobu, Daniel Boulad and my favorite...Alfred Portales Gotham Bar and Grill......Cucci has it beat. Seriously. If you believe that Bronte is Oakville (as I do) the real food is not Downtown Oakville....but Bronte....and the Masters are at Cucci. I love this place, they never miss a beat.

We accidentally stumbled on to this restaurant as the one that we did intended to go to was closed on a Monday. First Impressions when we got through the door, where that it seemed higher class than some of the other restaurants that we've been too. The decor was nice and had a very inviting feel to it. There was soft music playing however they were also playing piano versions of show tunes. The food was decent, the gnocchi was fantastic, the ravioli was not as great. We also found that some of the bread pieces tasted extremely stale whereas other pieces were relatively fresh which was somewhat odd. The tiramisu was good however the plate and presentation was clearly put together and put into a refrigerator as the plate was ice cold when it came out to us. The burrata cheese plate was actually fairly good however there was quite a bit of artistic spin to it and there was just an overall lacking in terms of quantity of the cheese itself. The Caesar salad was very plain.

I will never go to this restaurant or recommend it to anyone. This review is from 5 years ago. First and last time I visit. It was Mother's Day and we I had just picked up my spouse for lunch. We lived walking distance to this restaurant but had never tried it. I suggested it as it was a special occasion. I had been told by someone that they were racist towards them and rude but took it with a grain of salt. Boy should I have listen. We were dressed casual but not badly dressed. Either way they sat us away from everyone else, in an area that seemed closed, there was nobody but us there and every new customer that came in was sat in the main area. They took forever to come take our orders, and bringing the food was even longer, from the moment we ordered to when the food came was an hour and 18 min. We probably should have walked out but we didn't realized it was going to take that long. We order the lunch special for my son who was 4 or 5 at the time, at $16 it was the cheapest thing they had since they didn't have a kids' menu. It took so long for the food that by the time they finally brought it, he was no longer hungry, he had eaten so much bread. They didn't come to check on us, I wanted to get a drink but never could, even went to the main area to request it just to be sent back and told to wait for my server, who didn't come. By the end I was so upset I just wanted to leave. I don't recall if the food was good or not because it was all overshadowed by the horrible experience. I had to, again, go get someone for our check, which took them 20 min to bring, and when I tried to complain the server gave ME attitude instead telling me how busy they were, I honestly couldn't tell if this was true since we were sat in a corner on a room that was completely segregated. I wouldn't have tipped if it wasn't for the fact that they charged 15% automatically in the bill. I had asked them to pack my son's $16 pasta to go since he barely touched it, so we waited another 20 min. When I asked the sever he told me that the guy who cleaned the plates didn't know and had disposed of it. Not even sorry! I couldn't get out of there fast enough and will NEVER go back. Since, I have heard similar experiences from people being profiled by their look or even race. I don't know the reason behind the treatment of our family that day, and will never know. It was a lesson that cost us $88 and change for really only 2 people eating, and the worst Mother's Day experience I have had so far. I know they own other restaurants in the area, one of which was our family's favorite for a while until service also deprecated.

We had an amazing dinner for our anniversary last night. Knowing it was a special evening for us, they had set our table with 3 place settings giving us the option to sit side by side or across from each other and they treated us to a glass of champagne. The oysters were so fresh and the different options of toppings was much nicer than at other restaurants. We had asked to share a salad so they plated it separately for us so that we didn't have to try and do it at the table. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection, nicely seasoned and beautifully plated. Everyone working there was so thoughtful and attentive to us and made sure to wish us a happy anniversary; it truly made us feel special. These people are professionals and prove what the term hospitality really means. I literally have no complaints about our evening and we will definitely be back.

Garbage treatment, I reserved in advance and confirmed the day of, when we arrived, the manager/co owner said that someone took our spot and that we were booked for 6:15 although he saw the confirmation email says we were booked for 7, we waited 15 minutes to be seated at the worst spot next to the electricity plug and it was very tight, explained to the manager/co owner that I’m not comfortable to set there and this wasn’t my fault .. he proceeded to yell at me in front of customers and tell me if you dont like it LEAVE while mocking my English accent. I was never offended more in my entire life.

If you like Italian food you have to go here as the food was some of the best I have ever had. The wait-staff was also friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great dining experience. Okay! Wednesday evening, gloomy weather, it already feels like Friday to us! So much work and we got so tired. Decided on the verge to go out for an early dinner with my boss. Googled many places and found cucci. Put uber, went there around 5:30 pm. Place was empty. At first it looked very small. We had booked a table outside after the staff promising good heaters nd bou they weren’t wrong! It was burning lol ???? felt like summer. We thought it would be close to ocean but it is nestled inside a small residential neighbourhood. Actually, i loved the inside ambience. Lightly lit, so romantic! Okay, if you had read my reviews already you would ve known that I am vegetarian! Thats right ????. They had one option! Gnocchi. I have always wanted to try it but missed it somehow. It was thier best selling! I havent had other gnocchis before so i cant comment on the taste. It was okay! Loved the sauce and truffle oil. Parmesan shaved was fresh and crisp! Lovely evening well spent. My boss had rib eye and said it was great too. Finally finished off with chocolate pate coz cant go wrong with chocolate. The presentation was like a michelin star ⭐️ restaurant type! . Special mention to their delicious bread and whipped herb butter. Must try atleast once.

It was my friends birthday and she did not have a good time. It took almost an hour for us to get our food, not to mention the manager was constantly rushing us saying other people had made reservations. Although we was there just as long as 3 other tables and we was the only table being rushed to leave. Romano was our waiter and he was rude and aggressive. There was 7 of us and 4 of us tipped $50 together which is very generous considering the covid situation. Romano then approached the birthday girl while we were all in the bathroom saying why everyone didn't tip were they not happy with the service. She said yes but we just felt rushed. And he said when if people don't tip that means they're not happy. While we were eating the manager came over said stuff to other employees they were all starring at us and checked up on us every 10 minutes making us very uncomfortable and hard to for us to enjoy our expensive overpriced meals. Not to mention romano, the manager and some other staff was wearing those silly ridiculous plastic face masks, and not wearing them properly on their face while the masks it self has no proper protection. Cucci is expensive and over priced the presentation of the food is excellent and food it self but staff needs a proper customer service training.

Ok so apparently I'm the last one in the world to try Cucci but honestly it's not close to home so why would I have heard of it? Ummm because it's fantastic! That's why! So I was told to pick a restaurant and when I Googled "Restaurants in Oakville" it was the first to come up. Modern Italian it said. Sure I'd like pasta for dinner. No no no. This was so much more than that. Its a super cute, cozy upscale little place where no detail has been over looked. My date was late so I had a chance to have a drink and take it all in. From the Crisp white linens and uniforms, right down to the tables set with perfectly weighted cutlery and over sized wine glasses, this place was just lovely. The service was great and they worked together as a team to ensure a smooth service. The food was 5 ⭐ and was perfectly timed to come out as to not rush you and you were able to enjoy the food. It's definitely the kind of place to bring your loved one for a special occasion but it's also the kind of place where I'd really enjoy a table for one. That's saying a lot. It was so hard to decide what to have that I will be returning to try other menu options. Thank you to the staff at Cucci for a warm and inviting experience and my compliments to the chef for the outstanding food!

My husband took me here for my birthday and I can firmly say that it was one of the most amazing meals. Our server was absolutely amazing and took such impeccable care of us. The food was unforgettable... I got the lamb and I can truly say that you will NEVER regret ordering this. Also the mushrooms on toast is TO DIE FOR - you will definitely want to order that as a starter and enjoy that instead of the tempting bread and truffle butter they put out on the tables. The live piano player was the cherry on top! Can't wait to dine here again!

Came here first time and ordered the grilled calamari to start. The appetizer was the most perfectly grilled piece of seafood ever tasted. My entree was the branzino and shrimp with orzo. The fish was perfectly pan seared with the skin nice and crispy and the flesh tender. Everything came together so perfectly. The team at Cucci took care of us very well. Will return again!

Yes - This restaurant if you want to dine in high style! We were a party of nine. When we arrived, they had Cucci purse hangers for all the ladies, and were told we can keep them if we like. They have big square tables so we could all see and speak with each other. We had two waiters and the appetizers all arrived at once, and the entrees all landed on the table at once for all nine of us. I like to try interesting dishes so I had the Squid Ink Tagliatelle, it was yummy and did not turn my teeth black, lol. Afterward, we all moved over to the piano bar for the jazz entertainment. The chocolate martinis are generous and delicious and the green apple martinis had a big slice of green apple in them. Note: $$$$$ but you get what you pay for.

I rate everywhere I go starting with 5 stars. Cucci started with a 5 star rating; the service, the setting, the music, all fantastic. The volume however - dear God the volume - dropped it to a 4. It was so loud in there. So loud you could barely hear the pianoman playing a stripped downed tribute to The Eagles, Tequila Sunrise (which was great, love me some Eagles). Counterpoint to the volume of everyone around us, the restaurant gave us complimentary prosecco as a gift for our anniversary, and the special we had (Spinach Linguine with a Mushroom, Lamb Ragu), *literally* brought me to tears it was so good. The ability to make special request drinks at the bar also gets a tip of the hat. The food though... The food brought that 4 star back to a 5.

We went there for my friend's birthday. The place is nice and cozy. The service is outstanding and the food is nice too but didn't like the Calamari in the starters. The reason I'm giving 4-stars is that the restaurant is a bit over priced and another problem is their Parking lot as it is too small and always full on the weekend usually and you cannot park in the nearby plaza so you have to just wait. Another problem is that the tables are so close to each other.

I've finally gotten around to posting this - My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate Valentines day, and we were seriously impressed. It was our first time at Cucci restaurant, and hopefully it will not be our last. I'm not used to fine dining and was a tiny bit intimidated but the staff at Cucci made us feel right at home. The waitstaff were warm and welcoming, helpful when we asked questions about certain dishes and very friendly. The atmosphere was beautiful, I loved the old romance movies playing on the projector in the back! The food was absolutely fantastic, and both of us left stuffed and happy. My only complaint is that my boyfriend ate my leftovers the next day and I couldn't finish my yummy dinner :( If you're looking for a beautiful restaurant with great service to celebrate a special occasion, Cucci in Oakville is it!

AMAZING. Where to start. The decor is just right. The attention to detail at CUCCI is very impressive.. e.g. a purse holder for my date! We also had the mushrooms on toast (amazing) followed by the Beef Tenderloin / Chicken - both to die for. When my date went to the restroom, she came back to a fresh napkin. The Chef actually came to our table and asked how everything was... we were of course super impressed and told him so! He was very gracious and genuinely happy he had given us this incredible food experience. He thanked us and said let me fix you some dessert. Our waiter, Romano brought back a plate of three desserts. My new favourite place in Oakville!

I went here for the first time with my boyfriend for Valentine's Day and our experience here was perfect. We arrived early for our reservation but they immediately got us seated at the bar area first before seating us at our table. I loved how they had a live saxophone player which really enhanced the romantic atmosphere and I found it very sweet that they gave every lady a rose that evening. The food they were serving was unlike anything I've tried before. Their gnocchi was exceptional and their desserts were both so unique and tasty. I also want to mention their customer service is outstanding as well. Everyone was super kind and attentive and it just really enhanced our time there. We always enjoyed our dinners at Cucci. We were told that if we dined at the bar, there was to limit to our stay. I took my family there for grandmas birthday and regularly dined there with friends on a weekly basis, sometimes twice a week. Tonight, we dined at the bar again. Then a storm hit and many people who dined on the patio had to come inside. Also some young ladies came in from outside. So Marino, the host, told us we had to leave as our time was up and a reservation was waiting. Later we learned that he offered the only bar seat (that we just left) for these new people who did NOT have a reservation. We left disappointed as it is our regular place to dine weekly and do not wish to return. We understand that covid is difficult times, but we were following their recommendation and then got kicked out on a whim I guess because when you are just women dining with friends, maybe we get treated differently and not appreciated.. We know there were other tables that were there longer than us, as we knew them, yet they chose to ask us to leave being single women, maybe, not sure why they chose us over them. Very disappointed in our evening as we were having a very nice time. We will not be returning.

Great experience from before you step through the door, starting with valet service(bring cash) and coat check. You are seated at your table with live music playing and low ambiant light. Went to Cucci for a private function. They printed out custom menus with our logos on them, and a designed a prix fixe menu just for us. The food was well-portioned and so delicious. The gnocchi was absolutely divine (soft, pillowy and creamy) and the beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly. came here for business dinner, the menu carries decent choice and top marks for ambiance and food presentation. we ordered the daily specials, halibut was excellent and chocolate pave cake is delicious. we weren't very happy with the service though as the server forgot to bring our sharing appetizers - we ordered mushroom toast but never got it. The lighting was not optimal, it was took dark and we had to ask for room to be lit up. parking is limited and they charge for valet parking...that should be complementary given the high end pricing and specially when parking is full.

HORRIBLE experience. I made a reservation for my husband's birthday online and called to speak to the restaurant to ensure they can accommodate an infant in a car seat outdoors (as strollers aren't permitted) but the lady on the phone was so rude and refused to understand the situation and kept on telling me that the car seat needs to fit on our dinning chair. Clearly, she has no idea what an infant car seat is and refused to make any effort to understand. I called back to speak to the manager and explained the situation and rather then trying to rectify and understand the situation, he was quick to just cancel my reservation upon my request. If this is how they treat their customers and don't value their business, i wouldn't recommend and bother spending $$$$ on this restaurant. Lot's of other great restaurants in this price range that value their clients. I'm glad i didn't waste my money at this place.

Happy New Year to us! We booked a private table in the back of the restaurant way in advance and told management that we had young kids with us. The reservation was for 5:30 so we weren't keeping the kids up by any means. 45 minutes into the dinner, we were asked to leave because we were disturbing some of he patrons!! I've gone out to dinner with kids on New Year's Eve in downtown Toronto for the past 4 years and not once have we been asked to leave a restaurant. Hey management, if one patron was complaining, why don't you comp them an appetizer or some wine? Horrible experience.

We chose the outdoor dining this last long weekend - civic day. The food is Italian, the ambience well outdoorsy and classy. The service was excellent. My family of four had two vegetarians and two meat eaters. Gnocchi turned out very tasty right to the last bite. The other dishes were equally good. Response to Doug G.:To your response sure I had a reservation which was made well in advance. And I appreciate your response and honestly confirming that I was lied to. Not sure what information you received but there was no effort made to assist with a more suitable table just a fake walk away and a tone of annoyance which I did not appreciate. The fact of the matter was there were multiple available tables in which my party could've more comfortably be seated and when I went so far as to point them out the response of your host changed to even if he was to move us there we would still get wet because of the angle of the umbrella in which my response was evenso it would've been much less. As I said I experienced what I personally could perceive as Racism and please do not be mistaken to feel as though visible minorities can not be racist to one another. I didn't appreciate my experience and simply wanted to inform others in an effort for them not to experience it. I personally will not be back. Original review: I experienced what I could only describe as racism. My party and I was made to sit in the uncovered area in the back. When I requested a another table in the front and covered the host explained the covered tables were specifically reserved. In speaking with the waitres who was unaware of what I was told I learnt that it was a lie guest aren't able to reserve specific tables. To confirm this was a lie I observed the host giving all Caucasian guest that followed the option to choose there table which included the same covered tables which I was told was specifically reserved. Previously I've had good experiences but after my most recent trip I will no longer recommend any organization that feels such actions are appropriate. If you are a visual minority like myself you may want to reconsider. Also the food was not to the same quality as my previous dining experience and I was only further disappointment.

JUST A FRIEND ( girl ) and the waitress automatically assumed we were a couple and continued to make comments about our matching Cartier rings that we got as gifts from our HUSBANDS she said " oh i love your matching wedding bands" ... weird dont assume ... food not good quality everything has meat it in and everything is pork this place does not accommodate vegetarians or vegans along with people who dont eat pork... food took forever we asked for the salads WITH our pasta and of course our waitress found that weird ( she voiced it to us ) and disregarded that request ... after waiting for the pasta for 45mins she told us "oh it was just sitting there..." so when she brought it the pasta was cold didnt ask if we wanted more water or cheese or pepper but was too occupied assuming we were a couple the entire night and making comments about it.. will not be returning

We had reservations on Saturday of the long weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was amazing as were the staff. However, the tables were far too close together and the waitresses had their masks under their chins. Disappointing experience. We went to the boathouse today for brunch (same owner) and the tables were spaced apart, everyone wore their masks properly and they sprayed our hands with alcohol before we touched the debit machine. It’s another rare Oakville treasure find. Superior Italian food and service in a very cozy atmosphere. The place is dim lighted and quite so we enjoyed a very nice dinner and conversation with friends. The food was very well presented and tasted fantastic. Enjoyed Cucci's again using their curb side pick up. Outstanding service and food. Still one of my favourite restaurants of all time. Thank you to the entire Cucci team for consistently providing a 5 star experience even during Covid.

Been there before and the ribeye was undercooked. During the pandemic they only offer pickup wilhich left one of the items to leak in my car. Over needs more quality control for the price you pay.

This place is classy, delicious and cozy. Great for business lunches. The service is great and professional. They also make drinks very well. Desserts are also delicious. The espresso to seal the night is also perfect. Only thing to keep in mind is that the parking lot is small so on busy nights you may have to park further.

Everything we tried was super delicious, the mushroom soup was amazing, the salad, calamari, pasta and chicken dish were all good. The only disappointment we had was the tiramisu, it was dry, but server took it back Overall I definitely recommend this place

We went to dinner there for our anniversary and could not have been more pleased with the friendly personalized service and the excellent food quality and presentation. In light of the occasion we were given a complimentary glass of prosecco immediately after being seated. Very nice touch. Highly recommended for any, but particularly any special, occasions.

Very nice restaurant, good selection of wines and the food was delicious. Wait staff are very attentive. They also do live jazz music which was a highlight, we sat in the far room so it wasn't too loud to have a conversation at normal volume.

I have never been to this caliber restaurant before as I call my palate unsophisticated but here goes. The mushrooms on toast delicious entre 9/10. Tuna entree 8/10. Soup 7/10. Bisson was delicious 10/10 and the lobster pasta solid 9/10. The scallops entre I forget the name was only so so maybe a 4/10. Deserts...Tarimassu 8/10 but the Creme Brulee 10/10 for sure. Cheesecake very disappointing. Over all the best food I ever had. DELICIOUS. The only criticism is the music was too loud and the waiter forgot one desert. This is an excellent restaurant. Bravo!!

Incredible food, very good service. Has grilled calamri starters, serves with capers and grilled tomatoes. Simple and blissful; followed by a delightful gnocchi buttery soft and melts in you mouth. The grilled chicken on a bed of wilted spinach on mashed potatoes that my daughter ordered set a whole new standard to a roated chicken meal. The attentive staff that took the time to explain what the meal was and walk us thru the various details with good recommendations. All in all a very good expeience. One word of advice yobthose visitng - please do not go here for a quick meal, you will miss thr whole magic of this place as ypu need to savor your meal and the service; linger and enjoy a true meal in the way meals needs to be had.....

I went here for my graduation dinner and had a really nice experience. The food was good, the wine was good, and the server was there for us when we needed him. The atmosphere was kind of cool too because it isn't a huge space so it has the feel of being a hole in the wall. Going with a large party, I got to try a bunch of the dishes too so I can vouch for a large portion of the menu being on point. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is the price point. It is fairly expensive, and that means it may be a nice treat once in a blue moon, it won't be somewhere I go regularly.

Cucci is a wonderful restaurant. The setting is very romantic and great to go on a date with special someone. The team of servers and hosts/hostesses is the best bay far. Everyone is professional, friendly and enthusiastic about their job. Me and my partner mixed up our bookings by selecting Saturday night when booking online and ended up showing up Friday night instead. The manager was very kind in accommodating us and finding a nice table for two. The cocktails very super. Really loved the melodrama Martini and Espresso martini. Food was also amazing, especially the lamb chops. Special thank you to Javier for an amazing professional service and his great sense of humour and tremendous positive energy. Javier provided amazing service and made our night. We will definitely be returning and will ask to be seated in Javier's section each time. Keep up the great work guys! Alita

Brought my mother here for Mother’s Day Brunch. It was exceptional from beginning to end. The ambiance is casual but formal, not too big or small. The buffet was in the bar area. Very nice selection of seafood, salads, charcuterie, hot foods, pastas, potatoes, eggs Benedict, roast beef and lamb. And an amazing little dessert table. Unfortunately, they only do it twice a year. I was so impressed that I want to go for dinner.

Super Awesome Food. Cucci accommodated us last minute last night for a business meeting for 9 people. We had a charcuterie board that looked and tasted absolutely amazing. The truffle jam was unbelievable. Everyone' entres were delicious; steak, fish, pasta and even vegetarian dishes for a couple of our businesses associates. The service was spot on also. Thank you for a perfect evening Cucci!

Was there for a 50th Birthday, and I really liked it. Great place to go with other couples and spend an evening. Great treat when there is the live music. Loved the food we had that night. The appetizers were delicious. The pasta dish was authentic. The steak was perfectly seasoned and grilled. Best Tiramisu desert I had at a restaurant in a long time (keep that recipe!). The waiters and service was great. The ambiance was very relaxing as we enjoyed our meal with wine and cocktails. Fair deal on the pricing, especially for the whole pleasurable experience. More of an adult place, probably wouldn't appeal to kids. Would love to go again very soon, possibly for a special occasion.

I wish I could give it more stars. The staff are great. The atmosphere was relaxed and intimate, it made for the perfect date night, and the food was amazing. I ordered the gnocchi and my husband ordered the snapper. I paired it with their Riesling(I do wish they had a better selection of these) and it was a wonderful dining experience. Thank you!

I was very disappointed in the service and the food as I go to a lot of restaurants. The server was rode and inattentive. The meet quality was not the greatest and my wife ordered scallops it was triable. The restaurant looks great the ambiance was nice that’s about it. Will not go there again.

Nice hidden gem outside of Toronto, the food was excellent - every bit as good as A list dining in Toronto but the exceptional part was the service. Much thanks to Marino the manager for making our evening memorable and enjoyable - not enough restaurants care about professionalism but not over bearing service .... which Cucci has down pat!! Sadly didnt quite live up to our expectations. It was very loud inside, to the point we could hardly hear each other. The food was nice but overpriced. My beef was a tad dry inside. Calamari starter was good. Staff were friendly and polite. My wife's cocktail was nice as was my wine. We have been very lucky to experience fine dining around the world and this was below what we expected. My wife told me she mentioned it was my birthday and to write something on our dessert, they didnt. Overall above average but didnt have that extra you want from fine dining. Photo is of my beef. Was my first time here , didnt expect it to be fancy as it was , which i love but i wasnt dressed to impress, well we were definitely judged the whole time and had the worst service, but i know hes a good server because our rich neighbours got real good service. Never judge a book by its cover. I too was a server before. Got there at 10pm, got out appetizers at 1040 and THEN our drinks at 1050pm , then our dinner at 1140pm.

The worst place. Staff was nice but twice I was there and we waited 15 min for a menu.. Another 15 to take our order and almost an hour for our food . I'm sorry but I can appreciate fine dining but waiting an hour for food is ridiculous. On top of that my dad's meat smelled like fish. For an expensive place I expected more. Don't waste your money here. It's costly for slow service and horrible food.

We went for Monday lunch service. Food was good, very nicely done and we love it. Facility is ok but does not have kids changing table in the bathroom. Service I would say below average, we had to ask for water when there were only 3 table in the whole restaurant. Also seems like the server were not having a great day for some reason. Price is higher than average restaurant but the food really justified the cost. Baseline, I would love to go back for the food, but the service could be much better.

The chauffer was completely unprofessional. I parked my car across the street because they didnt have enough parking and the guy comes up to me and tells me to park my car farther as I will get towed. So I follow his instructions and once I park I begin walking to the resturant and he asks me what's wrong with me? As if walking 100m to the restuarant was so hard. His tone and language was disgusting. So I get in the resturant with my date and they tell us to go to the bar because they dont have my table ready for me. My dates 18 and I'm 19. They never check our id's... completely unprofessional and disorganized. It took them 20minutes to get our table ready and they seated other guests who came in after us before us. The food was okay. I will never step foot in this place again and you've just lost all my family's business too. Honestly mcdonalds has better service than this place.
