I love coming back to Chef's Door! It's my favourite shawarma place in the GTA. Having lived in middle east for over half my life, moving to Canada and finding a good shawarma place was a challenge until I found Chef's Door. Because Shawarma's were a staple where I grew up. So, for me, Chef's Door is the closest taste to my memories of a Shawarma. I've always received good service from the staff and the owner. Love you all!

Beautiful plate! Been here a few times and the falafel plate had been great every time. I like that you get rice, potato and salad and the onion salad they give you is just an extra bonus

This is a place the has become a regular stop for me. I'm a huge fan of their chicken Shawarma dinner. The taste is unique and offers a unique dining experience. The staff are friendly and passionate about what they do. Thank you for being amazing guys!

Well seasoned meat. Nice fries and of course great hot sauce! A deal on chicken or falafel wraps on the weekend too! Havent had anything i didnt like yet. Great value for the amount you get too.

This was a good find. Being unfamiliar with Oakville finding that hidden gem was a relief. The place offers a variety of food options & the owner is welcoming & keeps the place clean & tidy. Prices are very reasonable & quantity is filling. The meat was tender & well cooked, salad was fresh & appealing. I'd go there anytime I'm in the area looking for a bite!

Fantastic place. Ordered Chicken shawarma on rice (basically chicken on rocks) and it’s the best I’ve tasted. The rice (basmati?) is soft and not hard like the chain stores, veggies actually are good and not just hard from being frozen. Chicken is amazing with spices and cooked to perfection. Juicy, boneless and flavourful. Wow. The sauces they use are also great. Hot sauce isn’t pure spice but has some subtle flavour with some tang that really makes it all come together. Not usually one to review, but when you find a place this good, I let people know. Nice decor too! Priced very well as well

If this guy who’s serving customers keeps his attitude and rudeness towards his customers, for sure this place will lose its business. Yesterday I tried this place and for sure I’m not going to try it again! For no reason this guy was so rude and disrespectful!

The falafel is simply delicious. We had the mixed grill for two and loved it. The meats are amazing, everything tastes great and the portion size took care of dinner and lunch for two.

Best shawarma I’ve had. Period. And recently they’ve added shisha too. Beautiful patio with a colourful vibe that’ll help you relax and enjoy the great weather! Great, friendly, and quick service! Highly recommend this place! You won’t regret it.

I'll say the food is pretty good but that's about it. The guy behind the counter ooked terribly angry for a service industry worker. Was very unpleasant and awkward ordering from him and have him barely answer me. The only thing I recommend is that if you are eating here to make sure he is wearing a hair net. I ordered 3 shawarma platters to go and 2 of them each had hair in it. Absolutely grossed me out I couldn't even finish my meal. He is handling everyones food so definitely make sure he wears a hair net before preparing your meal. Food is good though in the 3 bites I had so thats why its 2 stars.

two days ago was our first time in this good restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the efficient service, with the great cooking and wine and with the comfortable payment. We will absolutely come back again.

Located in the Trafalgar Village Strip Mall this small Medeterian restaurant with Egyptian Roots has very good food. The service is very friendly and quick during non peak hours. There is a small sit-in area with space for about 20- 24 people that is usually kept fairly clean. They do a lot of take out and also cratering. Menu includes various types of Shawarmas, lunch and dinner plates including kofta, beef, chicken and falafels, as well as other medeterian foods and sweets. The restaurant has a number of 5 star and 1st choice ratings from different organizations. Best to check out the on line menu.

Love the food here but today I came in and the employee was not wearing a mask. I thought he would put on one before preparing the food but instead was leaning over the whole prep area with no mask and no glove. Will not be coming back here.

This place offers the ABSOLUTE BEST EVER!!!!! Chicken Shawarmas in Ontario! Friendliest staff, freshest toppings and to DIE FOR chicken. I met the owner while being served and he was very generous and kind. I will NEVER eat at any other place aside from the chefs Door from now on!!!!! That's a fact!!! Thank you soooo much for providing me with one of the best meals a man could eat.

I work nearby and am saddened I won't be eating here anymore. Back in December a co-worker had found a BAND-AID in their shawarma chicken wrap. When they returned to the store they were told that their vegetables come bagged and that during lunch rush they don't have the time to sift through and make sure it's clean. There are multiple points of quality control failure here! The employee offered them rice they had made as compensation.

I have been to their Burlington location and absolutely loved their shawarma there. This location however was not as good. I was suprised the lack of consistency in their food quality. I went around 2pm on a Friday, when I walked in the three ladies worked there were having Tim Hortons at one of the tables chatting they were suprised to see customer coming in. I didn't feel welcomed in this restaurant at all. The moment they finished my order they went back chatting. Will not come back again.

Way over priced for a chicken shawarma, $10 for a sloppy made, broken pit, rude employee rather listen to music so load you have to yell what you want, even then they can't hear you. quality and customer service went way down hill!

Great food. I order lamb and chicken kebab from here at least 2-3x a week. Price is not cheap but it matches the food quality. Please maintain this quality, I look forward for my next order soon

Not impressed at all! We did take out for the first time and it is the last time. Food is tasteless. Sauces are one of the most integral part that brings the dish together. And all the sauces are watered down. The gentleman who served us was very rude, not the kind of service that we were expecting!

Absolutely would never eat here again! The lady working there today was handling raw chicken and then touching everything in the kitchen without washing her hands. This is completely DISCUSTING and unacceptable. She tried to give me my receipt but I refused to take it and told her that she has raw chicken on her hands....she said again your not going to take it. I said no I will not and that she needs to wash her hands. After touching so many things with her dirty hands she then started making someone else's food then looked at me then ran her hands under only water for 2 seconds and wiped her hands on her clothes just like she did with the raw chicken.

Pretty good food for a pretty good price. The shawarma was tasty. Sauces were nice. Staff seemed very friendly. Good lunch time stop. Takes a little bit of time to get your order - but seems to be worth the wait.

I used to enjoy coming here often. Until today, after ordering from Ubereats. I wont be spending my money here. Its not ok to send your customers food that has gone bad and send incorrect orders. I ordered a fattoush salad but received a tossed salad that was wiltered, soggy (asked for no dressing), and turning brown. The chicken sharwarma meat tasted good but it also tasted off..almost sour. I suspect this was from the turnip which is sour in nature but something about it was different/unusual....and not in a good way. I understand restaurant can make mistakes - we are all human, but its not ok to refuse responsibility and say "we are all alive." Honestly im so over writing this review. Its not even worth my time and energy. Save your money and go to another restaurant that actually cares about its loyal customers.

Great service... We enjoyed the chicken dinner and falafel pita. The fries were nicely flavoured. Good portion size. Looking forward to trying other entrees.
