Don't eat in the Quarry lounge. The food is awful and the service is bad. I had two meals in the restaurant part and both meals were delicious. They must not have the same cooks for each area.

NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR CELIACS! This restaurant needs to train their staff on how to handle people with dietary issue! My family and I ordered some Gluten Free appetizers, had told the server that we are ALL gluten free and I am celiac. She pointed at the menu and said "yup it sais GF". She then brought out all the food with big pieces if freshly cut toast on top of everything, contaminating it. She then served us drinks with gluten based alcohol after requesting a gluten free based one. I'm traveling and now have to deal with indigestion and its not a good combination and all because the staff at this place don't understand what Celiac is. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE QUARRY, celiac is a real thing and it should be taken very seriously.

I came in on Saturday morning, about 40 minutes before I had a tour. After reading the reviews on here, I looked at the menu, and told them what I wanted when they sat me down to avoid any delays. I ordered the French toast. There were only 3 other occupied tables, and about 4 wait staff, but they seemed to be a bit unorganized, and others would kinda kick in when they notice something, for example, no one filled my water cup when I first sat, so another one noticed and did it. The french toast was nicely plated, 3 slices of bread. Warm. One guy brought over the maple syrup, but it was broken. Anyways, the food itself was good. I'm not a foodie so I can't say if it was $12 worth good, but I didn't have a problem with it. I thank them for trying to speed up when I told them I don't have long, and all the waiters stepping in even if it may not be their table.

Service was friendly. Ordered the prime rib, medium rare. My 10oz steak was as thick as a fast fry and came so well done that it was chokingly dry. They thought it would be a good idea to top it with packaged gravy and serve with frozen vegetables. I’m pretty sure they have a 15 year old working in their kitchen. I won’t be back.

Had brunch on a slow Saturday. My girlfriend and I were the only people in the dining room. we both ordered eggs Benedict (smoked fish and Florentine). The eggs were overcooked, the Hollandaise was flat and flavorless, the English muffin was untoasted and soggy like a wet sponge. The bennies were served with side toast on top of a measly pile of home fries. The service was friendly and approachable but slow. The door to the patio was open letting flys into the dining room and when the food arrived the flys swarmed us looking for their next meal.

Don't leave without checking if they have everything you ordered correctly. I called asking 2 separate orders one to be picked up at lunch and one to be picked up at 5:30pm. Went there lunch to pick up my first order, lady who helped me asked if I wanted to pay both orders including dinner, so I said sure it doesn't really matter, so she took 2 payments from me saying I could just show my receipt when I pick up my dinner order so they know its already paid. Came back at 5:30, they don't have my dinner order prepared, they said because I shouldn't have paid it right away because it would show on their system that it's closed and already been picked-up. So they said they'll just do the order but they need at least 20minutes. He said the halibut (that I already paid cost 30) is not available, then he said to pick another kind of fish so I said Char which is 5 dollars more so I asked do I need to pay more, he answered, "don't worry about it". so I left and came back after 20minutes. Didn't check what they gave but as soon as I got home to check, not only they gave me their cheapest kind of fish, 5dollars lesser than what I paid, they didn't give the two sides (rice and fries) and I reviewed the receipt they gave and overcharged me $10 for another Pasta I didn't order and they didn't give me. I love the food but I definitely learned my lesson not to order take-out from them without double checking everything in the receipt and double checking if they've given me correctly every single order I made.

Food is very good but the service is absolutely horrible. Waitress arguing with eachother. I could have walked out and not paid and they would have had no idea. Waited for the bill for 35 minutes.

The food are presented nicely. The waiters are cordial though it took awhile to get their attention at the end. The food is okay(steak is wel done rather than medium rare. The wings are good not as hot as I anticipated. Will be coming back!

Unprofessional Bartender. We were seated as soon as we arrived but were waiting for 3 of our friends to join us, the Waitress gave us the menu and after half an hour suddenly the bartender came and very rudely and loudly told us to leave because they were full after making us wait for half an hour with menu on our hand and letting other people sit who arrived after us. Later bartender realised his mistake and instead of apology he started behaving rudely. Staring at us. Passing comments. So humiliating.We were your regular customer.Never going back again. Please teach customer service 101 to your staffs.

Steak is overcooked(ordered medium rare, got it well done), and it was burnt Ordered potatoes with it but got mashed potato instead, and it went bad, taste and smell rotten Highly recommended to AVOID.

Nothing special. Ordered Calamari which came with watery tzatziki sauce. Slow service on a Tuesday and clearly catered towards hotel guests who have no intention on leaving the premises.

Honestly, the only thing that was pretty good was their fries. The waitress did not refill our water until we asked her to do so, but at least the food didn't take very long to arrive. Most of the food tasted fresh, and prices are a little high, but the portions are decent Mussels (3/5) Mussels were small, and the broth was too salty. However, they did taste decent. Catch of the day (3/5) The fries were good. The whitefish was alright, and the salad it came with was okay as well. Salmon (2/5) The salmon was dry, and the vegetables seemed like frozen vegetables. The mashed potato was pretty decent. Burger (3/5) Nothing much to say, it's just your standard burger and fries.

Im friggin hungry, and they dont even friggon fill my cupz after spending 10 minutes in the kitchen standing there and i just want my food. Ive been her 50 minutes and i dont have my food yet. Customer service is poir and i do not recommend this place for anyone wanting food in any reasonable time. I would give this less then a star yet it does not allow me.

Super slow service speed. Food was fair but be expecting at least half an hour for food to come and 20mins for refilling a cup of water (I clocked this)

Terrible service. The waiter never cleared a dish from the table. Dried out overcooked food. Awful - feels like a cafeteria with this terrible hum from the air exchanger and jam on the table for the following morning. Not a romantic Valentine's Day. I'll never get the hour back that I spent there.
