As you can see it has an average rating is really positive, and it is founded on a very high number of opinions, so we may be quite sure that the assessment is quite credible. If many people have bothered to value when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to give evaluations when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Restaurant is classified in the category of Greek restaurant.
Nice building, great service, fairly decent food. Delicious sangria. Lovely setting for a date.
The food is fantastic and the servers amazing and friendly. Fantastic place for a date night. Our server Andrea was kind and attentive. The staff were responsible and took covid policies seriously and I felt safe and comfortable
Fantastic food and exceptional service. Loved the grilled octopus appetizer. Highly recommend the calamari, it's cookies perfectly, will definitely order these dishes again.
Best Greek food in North Van. Maybe a bit more than I'd like to pay, but it's worth it every so often.
The restaurant appearance itself is very delightful. It has a lot of plants, and Greek designs with soft Greek music, and music of the region. Some of their food is very delicious, some of it is a little overpriced. The service is also mediocre (hence the 3 stars, I would give 3.5 if I could). The sever was not knowledgeable at all, and although it was not busy, she struggled to accommodate us. I asked some basic questions about the specials, and various dishes and she couldn't really give much of an answer. I asked about what beers or wines I should pair with my lamb, and this was drawn blank. Food: The first picture is the oil and vinegar for the bread with an appetizer called Spanikopita (baked pastry with feta and spinach). This is delicious! The second picture is what I ordered, the lamb shank. It was good, but high price for the quality. My girlfriend ordered the lamb chops, and I highly recommend them. They were juicy and crispy, simply mouth watering and worth the price. I believe, as it is a larger piece of meat, the shank was at fault because it lacked marination. It was dryer than I expected for a piece of lamb. Lastly, it was my birthday, and my girlfriend mentioned it in the reservation. I don't expect much but it would be nice to get something special, even if it's small! Overall, my experience was positive, with some room for improvement.
Best Greek food on the north shore!
Beautiful restaurant, good environment and good food. Excellent service
Great experience the minute we walk in. It was busy but our host was able to find a table for us immediately. Our server was so friendly and enthusiastic. She was dealing with a very busy section and you couldn't even tell cause she was on …
Excellent food, and service. Atmosphere is lovely. Would go again anytime.
When you first look at the menu one may think wow this is a bit expensive! No not at all as you get more than expected! First was the service. When we walked in it was liked being welcomed into someone's home. Top notch, friendly and fast. …
My favorite Greek!! The lamb was perfect! Everything about our meal was wonderfully prepared and the owners were super friendly and asked if my wife was Greek (I totally see it now!) The wait staff were great and friendly. Service was top notch.
Great food always and good service and good prices and a special atmosphere ????
Great food and excellent service. Our waitress was attentive and anticipated our requests. We were a large group yet the food was outstanding. Highly recommended.
The hummus and pita were the best ever! Wouldn't be as good in takeout, the pita wouldn't be crispy warm.
First time for me, someone recommended this place, I was saying to that person that I don’t feel like cooking for an Easter dinner and since I was in north van anyways to bring home to van, I ordered lamb dinner, calamari dinner and feta and olives then I asked the young man for some extra tzatziki sauce and he didn’t ask if I wanted a half order of it until the girl asked me after, some people are not rich, I make what I make a month and treating dad also and it was not cheap, it was $63 plus and I gave a $5 tip Even waiting for the order I felt like the cooks were all that, not what I Ike. When I got home I thought it came with rice with both dishes but no, it was a choice of that or potatoes and I thought I did say the word rice before, the packing was not good either, I should of had a plastic bag with it not just tee brown bag, it leaked grease in the car along side with my other bags from a store that I bought that day. Not impressed. For the price and service. I won’t be back. I rather go to My Greek restaurant again.
The interior design, lighting, the excellent service and good selection of wine, makes this place very relaxing and the perfect place for a special night out. The food was tasty, we specially liked the Keftethes from the appetizer menu.
Greek food doesn't get any better and the service and atmosphere are great.
Fantastic as always! The baby back ribs specials are a must everytime and the stuffed calamari is also highly recommended. Nice new location too!
Excellent Greek food and great service
Great service. Our server was prompt, polite, funny and helpful. Delicious food as well. Loved the grilled octopus and lamb shoulder. Very nice atmosphere. You kinda feel like you might just be in Greece.
Ordered this evening and wow, food was delicious. The lamb chops, Greek salad, chicken souvlaki, pita, hummus calamari, all fantastic. Thank you Mythos!
You gotta go here. Worth the trip to North Van. Authentic Greek food.
This is one of my favorite places to eat on the north shore. To me consistency is a must. And they nail it every time. Iam vegan and they have a wonderful selection. Service is always great, the atmosphere is so inviting. Every time I go inside it takes me to a vacation in my mind. Away from reality. Thank you for putting love in your food and creating a place to escape and enjoy some great food!
Pasparos I miss, I have come here for 20 plus years and came here on my Birthday Dec 28 2020 for dinner by myself. I had the best table in the place but the poorest service. I miss Pasparos as the menu has changed. I received what I had ordered but had to poor my own water, my own wine and the server never checked to see how my appie or dinner was. Meanwhile three staff sat at a table having dinner watching me with lack of service. I am happy to support local restaurants during Covid but not with the level of service I received from Mythos. This was my birthday and it was super disappointing, I will not be back again.
Went for a impromptu dinner out and had a wonderful meal and wonderful service. Our server was absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful. We ordered "The Symposium" and it's a lot of food! Good news though, we had a breakfast hash the next morning and a dinner for the next night. All the food was fantastic!
What a treat...quality Greek food at reasonable prices and with good portions. We had the lamb shank special with classic Greek salad... no peppers or cucumbers...just tomatoes, onions, feta cheese with olive oil..the lamb was tender, juicy and full of flavour... we'll be back!
Excellent service, food & atmosphere. Delicious food and probably the best saganaki I've had. Had a lovely dinner at this quality restaurant.
Used to eat here all the time. Didn't have it for a couple years and ate it again last week. One of the best places for Greek food I have EVER had. Portion sizes are awesome, so well made and fresh. I was so full but I couldn't stop eating because it was so good. I would eat here everyday if I could but I would probably gain 200 lbs in the meantime. Love it. Will eat here as much as I can. You guys are awesome!
Do yourself a favor and visit Mythos in North Vancouver! The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing. One the best meal in town. Highly recommend!
Good food and great service!
The food was delicious, the service was ok...I had to ask for water about 3 times...and we had to grab our own salt and pepper from the counter...other than that the food was delicious. Bit pricy but was so goooood....we also came during covid so I don't know if that had anything to do with the us not receiving water like the other tables...wasn't a huge issue...but I did notice. Great food tho ????
Very expensive and found a hair in my food. Tried to compensate by giving us extra salad and dessert. Apprc it but was hoping they would give us a free meal. We were 10 of us and my food came after most had finished eating and didn't even feel like eating after. Very disappointed.
Definitely try the Saganaki (fried cheese) and the Ekmek dessert
Beautiful atmosphere. Great service. Incredible food! So good! Not greasy, full of flavor, the texture of the calamari was perfect!!!
I love this place. Absolutely amazing food. My favorite appetizer is Saganaki . I loved the beef souvlaki but they removed it from the menu :( However, all other foods are delicious too.
Great food and atmosphere. Average entrees around $25.00. Three daily specials too. Lamb shank was very good, generous portions.
very nice and cozy place the quality is fair it's a bit pricey but still worth to go
The grilled octopus is a revelation, without a hint of rubberiness, and the kefthedes are excellent as well. You can easily make a meal out of appetizers alone (although save room for the baclava, a celebration of crunchy nuts, flaky phyllo, and unctuous sweet honey).
2018 Date night with my special man. Our first time at Mythos Taverna. We enjoy Greek cuisine and have been in search of our new favourite Green restaurant. The search is over. We had a delightful dining experience at Mythos. The place is fresh and feels like you are in Greece. The staff was all very friendly and attentive. We had a great table and decided to order the platter to sample a variety of their offerings. From the humous & tzatziki to the saganaki, calamari, spanikopita, greek salad and the roast lamb. It was all delicious. We were pleasantly full but without that bloated yucky feeling if regret after a big meal. The ingredients are quality. ••••••• UPDATE We called ahead and made a Friday night reservation for 5 to celebrate a birthday. This is our go-to for delicious Greek. So we are aware how busy Mythos can get. Happily, our table awaited our arrival. Our server is a lovely young lady we often get helping us. She's efficient and very friendly. Superb at pumping lively energy into the experience. My son just told me that "she was so nice and should get a raise". We ordered the Symposium for the table. We'll worth the price. We always leave feeling satisfied and have leftovers to enjoy the following day. Five hungry patron's and EVERYONE was delighted with the meal. The food is delicious. Each course a delightful enjoyment The hummus is a favourite. The potatoes and the lamb are unmatched. The only letdown was that there wasn't a little something special to recognize the birthday we were celebrating. But that was ok. 5 stars. We'll be back
Great location in 3rd Street serving great food (Taste, portions and price). The service is very friendly and quick. We had a great night, enjoyed the food and everything went well. Highly recommended
Nice place and relaxing ambience. Food was good!
We have enjoyed Mythos restaurant at the upper Lonsdale location and had enjoyed the food, atmosphere and staff for many years. A few months ago, prior to the pandemic, we visited Mythos at their new location with friends and had an equally …
I took my husband for his birthday to this place. We ordered roasted lamb and chicken soulvaki both items were good. It's nice they have good selection of Greek wines too. Desert was not that great but overall food was delicious.
Nice restaurant on a busy street. The interior is clean and cosy. The staff were friendly and efficient. We shared an appy and two mains along with wine. I had the chicken kebab meal. The chicken and potatoes were delicious. The rice and vegetables were soggy and not to my liking. My dining partner's seafood pasta was excellent. Decent prices if at the higher end. Worth a visit.
Second time here and the food is absolutely delicious. Service isn't always super fast but the wait staffs humour & friendliness makes up for it! First time I had a vegetable & cheese stuffed pan-fried squid and tonight I had the roast lamb and the fillo & custard dessert (can't remember the name). Lamb was incredibly tender (no need for knife, it just slid off the bone) & flavourful. Loved the crispy lemon potatoes & a nicely balanced Greek salad. Also for appies, both visits, we had our go-tos for Greek - tarama & saganaki.
Our favourite restaurant!!! The best Greek food, best service, atmosphere, everything. They really care about their customers, remember names, pets, etc and everyone seems to enjoy and care about working there. I can't say enough good things, the food, drinks and people are all amazing. I can't eat greek food anywhere else after eating there. Andrea is the best! They even sent extra desserts with our last order :D
Pleasant dinner place. I tried their meze platter, which was great. I'll definitely come back again to try their mains. Service was great, too.
I used to go to this restaurant under the previous owner and name. I did not know that it has a new owner, I went there hoping the quality would be the same. When I saw the menu and prices (the prices were 1.5 times higher), I thought with that kind or prices, I should try it as the food may be really good. We ordered the food, lamb souvlaki, and small appetizer. Our food came to the table with really messy plating, the food was really bad, plating was really bed, the salad was mainly big chunk of cucumbers and onions, the potatoes were so big and not properly cooked or seasoned; it seems I am having Greek food at food court inside mall, no taste, cheap quality, the lamb was dry, under cooked with bad smell; we ordered cream caramel for dessert and that was the most discussing cream caramel I have ever had; for two people we paid $90 and got junk food, we could have way better food with $90, never go again. No star at all.
Disappointing after dinning and having takeouts for 30 years from the previous owners of Pasperos Taverna. Mythos no longer do our favorite of Anrni Fricassee so we ordered a lamb souvlaki and a lamb shank. The souvlaki was just lumps of …
Great service and an excellent family feel. The food is outstanding, some of the best Greek I've ever had. Just the vibe of the place was super pleasant too. A definite recommendation for this place.
Finally tried this place after years of driving past, went on a Friday night. Place was busy but we got a seat right away just walking in off the street. Staff are friendly and helpful, food is very good. Will definitely return to try more items off the menu.
Delicious food and exceptional service. This is a family run business with care and it shows. The homous is the best I’ve eaten!
My husband, father-in-law, and I had a fantastic dinner at Mythos Taverna last week. The food was delicious and generous in portion, the atmosphere was delightful, and the service was stellar. Our server, Ruby, provided the best service that we had experienced in a restaurant in recent memory. Try the ekmek for dessert - you won't regret it!
We had the most wonderful experience here! The owner was so kind and friendly, and made us feel welcome right from the beginning. The service was amazing as well, and the food was to die for. Between the two of us we tried the spanikopita, garlic prawn entree, lamb chops, and ek mek dessert, and it was all absolutely delicious with very generous portion sizes. We are big fans of Greek food but never seem to find anywhere as good as Mythos! The owner also gave us a free dessert for having to wait slightly longer than she predicted for our table. She was so apologetic and accommodating for something that wasn’t even a big deal! This updated location is also really beautiful and has a great ambience inside. Just overall really lovely staff and delicious food, I would recommend to anyone.
Delicious food, if a bit overpriced considering the portion sizes. I was surprised that the chicken souvlaki didn’t come with any rice, and only included one skewer. The saganaki and bougatsa were delightful. The restaurant and decor are incredible, and you really feel transported to a little taverna in Greece while eating there. They’ve done a great job with the ambience. The service left a bit to be desired; our server failed to tell us of the items they were sold out of (one being a bottle of wine that we ordered) and several after-meal hot beverages were simply forgotten. The wine selection could be improved as they only have a few bottles of white, and if they’re sold out of a certain type they don’t offer any alternatives.
I have loved going to Pasparo's for many years and decided to treat my son to a wonderful Greek Sunday dinner. It turns out that it is now Mythos, which I had dined at years ago when it was up Londsdale, so I wasn't discouraged by the "name" change. It is safe to say I will not be going back any time soon. Not only did we have to wait over an hour for our meal, when it did finally arrive my prawn scallop meal was cold and so over cooked I couldn't eat it. When I brought it to the attention of the server she told me she felt bad, and offered me a replacement. By this time (1/2 hour after being served our meal) I was pretty much over it, and declined. She then offered me a dessert - again I was more than over it. She told me they got "slammed" the Sunday before Family day and apologized. This was an expensive night out for me, and there is NO WAY that we got value for what we had.
I have been going to Greek restaurants all my life and Mythos on Lonsdale was always my least favourite. I always preferred prasparos or symposio. I tried mythos twice in their new location where prasparos used to be and the food was the best Greek food I’ve ever had in northvancouver. They took the prosparos location which is the nicest resturant location in north van and made it even better. The service at this restaurant is great . There is a waitress in her 40s who we always get and she’s fabulous and always makes our dining experience even better. The lamb/calamari platter for 3 is wonderful. The saganaki is perfect.
Love the atmosphere here. It feels like you've stepped outside of Vancouver and into another world. Service is excellent and the food is amazing.
Second time visiting this restaurant, somewhat disappointed with the service the first time so returned to try again. BAD idea, the service was worse. The food is average, basically what one would expect. The service made us feel that we were not welcome the first time, the second it was even worse. We had a very nice young server to start and she was awesome, however she finished her shift and left and that was when it all went bad. The older waitress completely ignored us, leaving our empty plates on the table for 25 minutes. The wine was gone, the water was gone and we just couldn't wait to leave. The bill was $88 for two and she punched in $588 on the machine, fixed that and I left no tip hoping that it would tell them of our disappointment but instead as we walked out she made a disparaging remark about us. Not appreciated, and normally I would just keep quiet and not return but the remark, I can't let go. I am writing this to let anyone know that cares to, that you have a very high chance of being unsatisfied and you would be wise to avoid at all costs this restaurant, given two chances to get it right and they will never get a third chance from me or those that I will share my experience with. The restaurant was closed for a time and should have stayed closed.
We had to wait for over an hour for our tables, and when we got some table shoved together right beside the door and so it was chilly. It was a Birthday Dinner for a friend who had made reservations. Once we were all seated we had excellent service, but my friend had rented a limo for the night and had arranged a set time for the the driver to pick us up from the restaurant. Because of the delay in getting properly seated, I never had time to finish even half my dinner and I had to take it home. It was delicious though. I had stuffed prawns. We got to sing Happy Birthday, but we didn't have time to enjoy the cake.
Awesome iconic restaurant, great food, service and environment..
Used to be a lot better... platters were good value now very overpriced
The chicken was excessively dry and the beans were saggy. The lamb was bland. For the price I wouldn't dine again.
It was my first time here. The food was great. Decor is a bit tired and it was a bit noisy. Happy to see they were fairly busy during covid times. Best part was the service, thanks for taking care of us Ruby!
Wow! Quite the place for Greek food . Probably the best saganaki we’ve ever had. Thanks Mythos Taverna!
Great food excellent and friendly service and large portions. Had the lamb shank and prawn special it was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend mythos for Greek on the north shore
As huge lovers of Greek cuisine, our excitement soon turned to disappointment when we received our order from Mythos Taverna. We ordered the Mythos Combination for Two, option two, for $77 + tax. For the price, we were expecting either excellent quality food, or decent portion sizes. Unfortunately, we received neither. The entirety of our order barely filled two plates. The food itself was "nice", but considering the quantity, it was nowhere near outstanding enough to justify the cost. Having said that, we appreciate that this restaurant has lots of great reviews and so we may dine in one day and try something else on the menu. Hopefully we can leave a more positive review next time!
Recently, Mythos took over Passparos at this location and I admit I was sad to see the stalwart of Third Street assume a new name. I was a huge fan of both, considering them my top picks for authentic Greek food in the city. It was a joy to learn the blending of the two kitchens has worked successfully at the launch of the new venture early 2018. The restaurant, a home converted to a restaurant has undergone a revamp; lighter and brighter inside with few upgrades, yet still homey with the trademark blending of indoor and outdoor spaces. The staff are hand-picked for their professional warmth and knowledge of the menu, always adding a helpful suggestion and appearing table side at just the right moment to refill a water glass or answer any questions. Kudos to Mythos for hiring some of the city's best staff who obviously love what they do. They never make me feel rushed and they make dining here one of my favorite experiences, every time. Mythos Calamari is some of the best in the city; hot, crispy outside, fresh and juicy inside. My personal favorite dish is the Moussaka stuffed with beef, eggplant, potato and creamy, rich Bechamel sauce. The Combo Platters are a fantastic option for sharing; heaped with lots of variety and generous with delicious sides. I've been hard pressed not to come home with enough left for a substantial meal the next day! The wine selection plays well with the food and the selection, while not huge, offers something for nearly every palette. If you feel daring, try a small glass of Retsina; it's unique to each Greek locale and a bit of an acquired taste but its so right with the flavours on the menu. Leave a little room for dessert! Share one of the kitchens fresh creations made on site. The filo pastries are lashed with honey and nuts. Their seasonal cheesecake is creamy and rich, often topped with fresh fruit compote. If you are considering one of their specialty desserts, order it with dinner as it my sell out early. You can always take it home to enjoy later...when you have room. I love to sit at one of the intimate tables for two in the airy atrium room at the front of the building or head outside to bistro tables in the garden when the weather is nice. Surrounded by live, leafy tropical plants and trees nestled behind white stucco walls, slivers of Mediterranean blue peak through the foliage, creating the illusion you're on a mini vacation in a land a thousands of miles away. There is virtually no evidence of the bustling North Vancouver street beyond. If you bring a large group, reserve a table in the cozy interior and dine among photos of Greece and handmade souvenirs collected over many years by those who call it their first or second home. The background music adds to the ambience; tasteful and never overwhelming no matter where you sit. If you arrive early, sit at the bar for a view of the bustling, focused kitchen where the aromas will tempt your tastebuds. It can get busy so reservations are recommended if you arrive during the dinner hour but there is usually room if you arrive right at opening or on a quieter day, early in the week. I consider this one of my favorite date night restaurants when we've a hearty appetite and a great spot to celebrate some of life's milestones.
Mythos is probably the best Greek restaurant I've ever had the opportunity to enjoy. The restaurant is run by a wonderful family and you can tell that they care about each and every customer that comes in. The food is amazing. I spent most of my life thinking that I wasn't a fan of Greek food... Until they changed my mind. The grilled pita was full of flavour, the Lamb chop was juicy and flavourful, and the wine list is full of favourites. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a chance if you're around the Lonsdale area.
Dreadful. It looks like the change in ownership went poorly. We waited a very long time for service. The prices had jumped up a fair bit since our last visit. The drink selection was worse, and it seemed they had added some low-grade not-so-Greek menu items. It’s like they were trying to be a Red Lobster. When the calamari arrived it was tasteless and poorly presented- at that point I knew we had to cancel our order. The waitress shouted it out to the kitchen staff over the entire restaurant. The saganaki still arrived - lukewarm and on a cold plate. We paid our bill and walked two blocks down to Anatoli’s to have our entree. It was a world of difference. Better food, attentive staff, a better setting, everything. I don’t know what Mythos is going through- I hope they figure it out. Avoid it for now.
This restaurant has been serving the North Shore for decades with consistently good food and great value. The fact that they have lasted this long is a testament to their loyal following and their continued quality commitment.
Good food! The server we had last time we were there was fantastic ! This time around it was a bit more lack luster. But still worth going to.
Food was excellent and the atmosphere was great! Good portions as well. However, the place was a bit busy... which is a great sign... but the service was lacking. (Street parking only)
Only our first visit to the restaurant last night on a special occasion and from the first moment we felt like we were amongst long time friends. Friendly and professional service, great food, authentic atmosphere (I lived in Greece). Best Greek Taverna on the North Shore, if not beyond.
Good, but through Door Dash i paid $30 in fees. $17 mark-up from Mythos and another $17 in service and delivery fees ?!? Usually only get charged $3 - $5 max, so didn’t check before submitting my order. Will order elsewhere during covid.
Terrible service. After waiting for and hr and 15mins got told the food order was not entered in the system. Then nothing was offered except a "Kitchen is busy excuse". Terrible and will not go back or recommend Wow Mythos, truly shows how much you value your customer base and the fact that you tell customers they are not welcomed back to your restaurant for a mistake that your restaurant made. Firstly, we offered to pay and would never leave without but your bartender told us that it was on the house. Yes you are a local restaurant and yes people do make mistakes but all i was looking for was an apology for the time and experience you provided me and my family and nothing else. It's sad that owners such as your self do not realise the value of customers but truth be told I was not going to enter your place ever again and I only wish nothing but the best for your family run business and hope you can train your staff and not have this terrible experience happen to some other family.
Wonderful quiet atmosphere and excellent food. Also great hear lamps on the patio.
Worst greek food I've had. Would not recommend. Please go to Argo Greek, or Anatoli Souvlaki, or literally anywhere else. I love greek food and get it at least once a week, and this is tasteless, nothing is as described, the portions are unbearably tiny and not worth the price. Briam-stuffed eggplant? What a joke. A few straps of eggplant thrown into the bottom of a container with a bunch of tomato sauce and veggies on top. Soup-terribly small portion for the price. Not wroth it, and not very good. They also only provided one salad for two meals, despite both of us choosing salad as our side. The "greek salad" also doesn't include feta which I find mind boggling, and also not the price. Greek rice- again what a joke. No taste, bland as hell.
Didn't include any salad dressing for the take out Greek salad! Small portions. I purposely pick up myself and tip generously to help support restraunts during Covid, but if they screw up basics I'll go elsewhere.
We had a party of 20 people in the semin-private room. Food and service was excellent. Our waitress was the best! Everyone's dishes and drinks arrived on time. Restaurant was packed on a windy, rainy Saturday night. COVID protocols were followed to the T. Overall, very good experience.
Nick and his staff are wonderful and the Greek food is just as good as I remember from my time in Greece. Yasu!
Delicious food and great service! Everyone was polite, friendly, and accomodating. Great vegan options as well. The potatoes were absolutely killer. Quality Greek food done right.
Amazing food and amazing quality. I loved our service and kudos to our server which I cannot remember her name (she was pregnant a due in about 6 weeks). She made our night with such a great smile and beautiful sense of humor. This place if u havent tried it please go!!!!! You will never regret it
First time at their new location on 3rd Avenue (previously Pasparos); much greater authentic Greek feel than prior Lonsdale location. Large servings, great food, very good service.
Great service on a very busy night and the food was excellent
We have eaten here many times in the last 15 years. I think it is probably the best Greek restaurant that I have ever eaten at in Vancouver. I had the lamb with roasted potatoes and Greek salad. The service was excellent and we love the décor. Our waitress treated us so well. It was so nice to dine-in again after Covid restrictions.
Had the very good fortune of dining here tonight with a large group for a retirement party. Our tables were ready when we arrived, and there was always someone there to take drink orders, provide ice water and take dinner orders when we were ready - no hassle, no waiting. Our table all had the chicken, prawn, scallop souvlaki . . I was pleased that it was removed from the skewer - no fighting with trying to pull usually dry meat off a stick. The chicken was UNBELIEVABLE - so tender, so juicy. The prawns and scallops were cooked to perfection. It was a great evening, good food, great service. I dont know what the people who have left negative comments are complaining about - I found none of the issues they state. First time here, and will definitely return. Thank you Mythos!
Mythos is on 3rd St across the street from the five pin bowling. There's street parking and we ordered takeout. There is dining inside. Ordering over the phone was easy and service when we arrived for pickup was very friendly We ordered the Mythos Combination for 2 (Choice #3) and really enjoyed the food. Especially liked the braised lamb and the calimari was all gone before I even got to try a single piece so it must have been good. Portion was good. Will have to try again in the restaurant when things are safer.
We liked this place so much we felt like we were in Greece… food was great, service was great, price was fair.
