Splendid food. To die for gluten free cake— direct from Ikea! It is truly a must if you find yourself in North Van. Reservation are practically a must— limited number of tables. Every meal is followed by your choice of hippie tea or real tea.

The only thing better than the food is the hospitality. If you ever want to feel welcomed with open arms, Cross Haus is the place for you! I always look forward to a visit and learning something new about electricity.

The challenge of finding it is part of the charm! It definitely helps to know someone on the inside, but the staff are welcoming of all comers. Food is rustic, often reminiscent of a family barbecue, and portions are very generous. You're guaranteed to leave satisfied. Oh, I almost forgot, corkage is free!

this place has incredibly good homemade food and is owned by a caring person who put this place together to help the neighborhood. You have to try the delicious German bread!
