If you want to pay to be insulted, lied to and argued with, please consider this dump! My friends and I were in town celebrating my cousins birthday and wanted to dine close to our hotel as it was raining, the restaurant was across the street so perfect! WRONG! I visited the restaurant yrs ago and remembered how lovely of an experience we had, this time around was a disaster. Upon arriving, the host was not in the best mood. I ignored it and moved on to be seated by our server. Once seated we ordered long Island ice tea's, tasted the drink (4 small sips) something so off. It was flat, no alcohol and just overall not the flavor I'm accustomed too. Both my cousin and I decided to return the drinks, they were practically full. The second indication we should have left was me asking for red wine and a beer for my cousin. Our server told us she might not be able to remove them from our bills and would ask the manager, I insisted on them being replaced and was faced with a disapproval attitude. We all have bad days, so I let it go once again without addressing the issue. After receiving our drinks, my red wine was flat, sweet. Anther friend got a cocktail beverage and he wasn't impressed at all. Dinner; I asked what bacon was used in the Carbonaro I was told regular bacon which is not the correct bacon ingredient. I eventually ordered lamp shank, what a disaster. It wasn't freshly made it was reheated as it was dry, vegetables for a cold just overall disgusting. My cousin ordered pizza, the door was uncooked in the centre. Both friends food was okay,but mediocre. Our server brought the bill which was all in one, we asked for it to be separated as we were paying separately. They refuse to separate the bills until we paid in full which made no sense and we're given multiple explanation why the drink couldn't be removed. I eventually ask for a manager and he blatantly told me "there was nothing wrong with the Long Island Iced Tea, they sold many that night and I was the only one to complain". I was baffled at what I was hearing and was obviously upset after the exchange we were given pieces of paper which is below. Outrageous! We eventually got separate bills, reluctantly. Don't waste your time and money on this unreasonable overpriced reheated foods,

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. The portions are big and amazing service I recommend coming here. Agi was an amazing staff member here and was super nice and helpfull.

Had 2 dinner entrees at this restaurant for the first time.The food is average at best and Overpriced! The so called Fresh Italian Bread that comes with your meal Is Plain Bread that isn't even warm. Not even GARLIC BREAD and this is an Italian restaurant. Be prepared to pay $30 dollars for a $16 meal ! Never again.

Stumbled upon this place looking for dinner on Christmas Day. The restaurant is cozy and clean and the service was polite and attentive. I only tried the pizza and based off of that, I would highly recommend this restaurant. Although I prefer a thinner crust pizza, this 12 incher surprised me. Generous amount of toppings and cheese, hot and fresh from the oven, decently priced and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning to try other dishes but based off of my first experience here I can confidently recommend this restaurant for its fantastic pizza. Thank you Cousin Vinny!

Pizza was good. We had the Athena and just regular cheese. Service was subpar. The server checked on us a couple of times and did not appear to be too happy. The atmosphere was pretty nice. Quick to be seated on a Sunday around 5pm. It’s a bit pricy. A 12 inch pizza is near 20 USD. I also had a local Canadian beer which I posted a description of. It was good. Overall, if the service was better I would have rated higher.

(Saturday 9h30 pm) So right before, I was at another restaurant which I've waited 10min at my table without being welcomed by a waitress neither having a glass of water. So I went to Vinny's hoping for a better service. Thanks god, it was amazing! Within 10min I had my drink (mojito) and my food (Wild mushrooms raviolis)!!! Waitress (Sarah S. according to my receipt) was really nice and food was delicious ! Not too expensive, but not that cheap either, just perfect. Came here in april 2018, had a great experience too, so I do recommend this place! Thank you! :)

I got the gnocci venezia and the sauce was to die for! I shared the dish with my partner and it was lovely! They took quite a bit to serve and the bruschetta bread was a lil soggy because of it. Still though, the gnocci were truly fantastic.

HORRIBLE ! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ! ****READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS!!!!!***** THE MANAGER DAN IS RUDE AND HAS "ZERO" MANAGER EXPERIENCE!! First time for my Girlfriend and I to visit Niagara Falls. First day on our trip and went to MY COUSIN VINNY'S for dinner. We went because we heard live music being played outside. We sat at the table, drinks came and we ordered dinner. My Girlfriend ordered Seafood Risotto and I ordered Penne Arrabbiata. SHELLS in my Girlfriends Pasta!!!! Tails on the Shrimp!!! I had to chase "the manager" down. He said he would have the meal remade, and I asked for the kitchen to pull the tails off the shrimp. His response " we don't do that"'. When the meal returned, tails were off the shrimp... ok, then had to chase down a worker to get a fork!!! As my Girlfriends fork was taken away with the meal the first time! PAY ATTENTION!!! My meal was cold to begin with when brought to the table, now even colder as I waited for my Girlfriend to get her new meal. Manager NEVER returned to our table to check on food, but waiter did. We ordered 1 piece of cheesecake to take back to hotel. The bill came and.......NOTHING discounted!!! NOTHING off the Bill!! I Called the Manager over and he literally argued with me!! Said that I got the meal re-fired and that was good enough. After arguing with this ARROGANT manager, he took 10% off the bill. The OVERPRICED Food was "OK" at BEST! And that's being kind! Bread to the table was "supermarket" loaf of white bread with pre-package butter. THIS PLACE is NOT worth it!!! HORRIBLE!!! Dan the manager is a complete A$$H*LE !! I will say it AGAIN....READ ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS!!!!!!

Food was acceptable, even with the mix up. Nicely decorated restaurant, clean and a nice live band played on the patio. The waiter was a gentleman, curtious and helpful. My only comment comes in the way of food proportion and the wish for the meals to have more vegetable content. Other than that, it was good.

Very delicious dinner in this place, the attention of the employees is very friendly and helpful ????????????; the amount in the dishes is very well served, they do it quickly and give you very good recommendations on the menu. The place is very beautiful and I would say with a touch of elegance. I recommend it. The price is adequate.

This place is amazing! Prices are reasonable and the food was delicious! We called ahead and got reservations for outside...highly recommend. They had live music, a place to dance, service was on point and the food was delicious! Best part for us is we watched the movie my cousin vinny on the way here so we had to visit. Sad to say they have no association with the movie, but still worth the visit. If we ever come back to Canada we would definitely come here again. Make sure to tell them you don't want to pay the entertainment tax to save yourself 4% on your bill!

The waitstaff is always so friendly, I believe Sarah was our server on Saturday. She was so kind and the food was great. Please do yourself a favour and order the fried Brie. I cannot stop thinking (or talking) about it.

Extremely disappointed. We have been wishing 45 mins for our main. Our waitress checked up on us only when she dropped off our appetizer. The "fresh" bread isn't even "fresh" they served us cold bread with hard butter. I definitely do not recommend. Unless you have hours to wait for you food. This restaurant is obviously not functioning with full capacity. I cant even imagine how slow the service would be if it was a full house Let me add that they served me cold lasagna and my partner dry pasta. ARE YOU SERIOUS Spoke to manager he tried telling me we didn't wait that long for our main. Pardon me. And thats not even the point. Furthermore the manager didn't even give us a discount or anything. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Okay food however my pizza was too oily and had alot of burnt pieces which made the whole pizza taste like a burnt tire The service was awful the waiter came running and asked if the food was okay without stopping , we never got our water refilled and didn't care or apologize about the pizza, also when asked for water he came back 15 min later because he was too busy massaging the waitress shoulders and playing with the bartender

Food was catacatastrophy.. old frensh fries ... cold pasta platter.... However what makes the experience worse is tricking his bill with 18% Tax when it should be 13% . when asking about it the manager claims it is additional fees and offers to take it off ... I don't think it is even legal ....

We've been there twice with my wife and kids during our stay in Niagara Falls. All the dishes that we ordered were great. Service was fast. Dan, the manager, is a kind and attentive person, a real professional. The same applies to the girls that served us. The restaurant is clean, it has a well kept and spacious patio, full of flowers. I can not think of anything else that someone should look for in a restaurant. Five stars with absolutely no reservation.

so glad we chose to eat here for dinner our last night in canada! the service was wonderful! the food was AMAZING! we ordered the bread with cheese on it, man, the amount of garlic was perfect - so good! we also ordered a side of marinara for dipping that bread in, glad we did bc it was delicious! my baked tortellini was so good i had to force myself to stop eating once i was full! my fiancé ordered the chicken parm & it too was so so good! the chicken was juicy! if we ever make it up here again, we WILL be back!! :)

Made a reservation for 9 people for my wedding party, myself and my groom. Had to wait 20 min for a table even though we had the reservation. Was advised we would have to be split into two tables because of covid. That was fine. Actually ended up being split over 3 tables. And everyone was charged 18% gratuity - when we questioned the waitress she said it was because we were a large group… but we didn't even sit together? We sat in a group of 4 at one table, 3 at another & 2 by themselves. I think this is completely unacceptable. If we all sat at one table. OK fair, sure but we were treated like 3 separate tables so why were we charged this?? Too bad because aside from this and the horrible waitress, who by the way was not friendly at all, Didn't really try , messed up our bills and orders - made sense after we got bill though she didn't need to have good customer service because she was already getting her 18% - the food was actually decent. Too bad none of my 9 guests will be returning after this experience. So word of advice. During covid since you can’t sit more then 6 per table anyways don’t mention your all together to avoid this absurd charge.

My experience was so good . I ate best steak in my life . Nice , juicy steak with fresh vegetables and my freind ate Italian ravioli with chicken and cheese . Our food was so fresh , tasty and warm . I’m so happy to go there. Congrats to restaurant because they have best chef .

Food was very good and th service was fine. Portion size vs price was worth it. The bread in th the basket was very good but the choice of the butter pod was a little disappointing. A higher quality butter would only enhance the experience. The place was clean and the ambience was good. Two issues stand out though. One, I'm not a fan of a menu that doesn't list drink prices. Two, I hate that tourist tax in the park. We paid $4.00 more on the 13% tax line without being told about it. This is not a proper business practice and many do it. A customer should have the right to see the tax and from what I understand have the right to refuse paying that tourist park tax. Your tip is based on a higher number when it's hidden in the tax number.

ordered takeout and two pasta dishes came to $75, only to open it and be extremely underwhelmed with how small the portion was. When my boyfriend went back to complain the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, swearing at him and did not offer any solution. Would never go back or recommend this place

The food we had was great. The spinach dip was tasty????????. Salade was fresh lettuce and grilled chicken????????. The spaghetti was tasty and filling????????. We all loved our food.???? Unfortunately I did not like my cesar drink. Didnt taste any alcohol and had too much ice.???? 2nd time was just as equally amazing & my parents said it was the vest salmon dish they had in a very long time. Their pasta is just incredible especially the next day????.

Experience Vinny's in the afternoon! Cesar Salad calamari is fantastic. Crispy Romain and the calamari was so tasty. The mains are fantastic, egg plant Parm was outstanding. The Alfredo sauce is super creamy.

I ordered the shrimp with rice and the red snapper. Overall good dishes, you are not going to go wrong with ordering them. Seafood was cooked nicely. Only comment would be that both dishes, although different, seemed basically the same: same Rice, same vegetables, same seasoning, just different protein. Would be nice to see each be unique! Would recommend!

The food was good a bit on the pricey side (but that's Niagara falls). The real reason I am giving this a 5 star review is because of our waiter Terry. This pleasent little guy, provided my family and I with such good service. I would return to eat there again just because of him and I would ask to be seated in his section. He listened, payed attention to our needs, was prompt and pleasant to speak with. Its rare you meet someone who cares about your dinning experience. Keep up the hard work Terry. #arnoldpalmer

Delicious! It's been a while since I've eaten Italian food this good. The wait staff was so friendly and they even fulfilled my requests to tweak my dish. My drink was never empty and we were nicely spaced from all the other tables. Great experience, I will certainly eat here again.

Not my favourite. For covid, they splitted us up in 2 tables... we were 4 adults and 3 kids... the same bubble... we were toghether all our holydays as a bubble but in this place they do not understand that therefore 2 kids must have be in other table...

We dined here for NYE. It was lovely and not too crowded. Our pasta's were delicious! And the french bread (i love bread) was as well. We had a good portion of Caesar salad and I drank "the longest long island". This location has a natural ambience at night. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable

This place was awesome. We ordered completely vegetarian food: Bruschetta, Vegetarian Pizza, primevera pasta, roasted mushroom ravioli. All of the dishes were so delicious. I was surprised that we got such good vegetarian food at this place. The service was also excellent.

I went to have dinner at this place after completing my target shooting session in a gun club. The food is great but one thing that I noticed was the spider web on the chandeliers located on top of the table I was eating. The management didn’t bother to clean it, maybe in preparation for the Halloween. ????????

The experience would have been 5/5 if it wasn't for the complacentness for Covid-19 protocols. The food was great, live music was amazing however, restaurant staff were not wearing their masks properly for extended periods of time. I will admit that my party and I were uncomfortable at times and left feeling uneasy. However, we did appreciate Cam and the host man outside for getting our party into the bar and to a table asap. And our server provided great service.

Second time we went to this place and sat on the patio. The service and food was very good. The portions were very generous. It would be really nice if the bread served with the meal was warmed up. The live band was a great joy to listen to. The flower garden is exceptional. Congratulations to the owner/ management on creating a very beautiful restaurant altogether. We definitely will be visiting again and again when we visit Niagara Falls .

Some of the clifton hill restaurants are extremely touristy. Food is not great and prices exorbitant. Not the case for My Cousin Vinny's. The offerings and our server were fantastic. I has the lasagna and my wife had the mushroom risotto. We will definitely be returning.

Live music was amazing! Had the chicken involtini and added shrimp. The chicken wasn't anything amazing, but the shrimp were really good! It was very busy, but a lovely atmosphere and tables well distanced. Appreciated the hand sanitizer at every table. Food is pricier, but this is Niagara Falls. The live music made the whole experience worth it.

Great ambiance. That's where this tourist trap ends. We ordered past carbonarra. Considering the pate is almost 30$, we expected something that was fresh and tasted like spaghetti carbonarra. What arrived was spaghetti made by it looked like a 5 year old. The sauce was not fresh, it tasted off, and this was further confirmed by the fact that both my son and I were sick (he vomited) a few hours later. If I could give this place a negative 10 stars for poisoning my son I would, DO NOT EAT THERE! We filed a complaint to Heath Canada regarding our experience.

Let's star will the problems. I ask for olive oil and they bring me a jar with oil that is not near what olive oil should smell, taste or look like. The bread that comes with the meal is simple cold slice of bread.we all understand that we have some difficult time but tell the customer that you don't have olive oil don't serve ( that nasty oil on a jar ) This is not a 10 dollar dinner plate restaurant, I would expect a lot more. The food taste 8 out 10 Please improve on your bread and olive oil this is not hard.

After being sceptical for a long time i finally tried my cousin vinnie's and it was great! Our server sarah was a serious doll, very patient and polite. The food was so good! We had the seafood linguine and penne a la vodka. Very very good. We sat on the patio which is absolutely beautiful with all of the flowers and greenery we cant wait to come back.

Delicious food. Very friendly staff. Beautifully decorated patio. Had a very good time with the whole family. On tap Pale Ale was great so was the blue Margarita. I loved the braised lamb shank. We should go out more and support the local restaurants. It feels so sad that such great restaurant- with only few people dining. COVID-19 took a tool on our local economy- but we will get out of it together- stronger.

Terrible experience. My friend worked here & they steal more than half their tips per shift. Owner’s son screams at staff for handing out napkins. Honestly. Pathetic establishment. They also leave their sauces open in a bucket where flies get at them. Disgusting. Greedy. Avoid at all costs.

2nd time I've been here. Thoroughly enjoyed the chicken parmesan. They dont add tip to bill or the NF fee. Niagara will lose tourists due to their additional fees. I know i will visit less.

We started with the Arantinis. Absolutely delicious tomato sauce on the base. It is 3 big balls, almost a meal for $14. After that, we ordered Tuscani pizza. It is a 12" pizza, also very well seasoned and delicious. Cousin Vinny's is definitely a nice place to come and eat well for a fair price in this crazy overpriced city, especially in the area where it is located, just across all the major hotels. They can still improve in customer service. I feel they do the job, but that is it.

Went there on a Saturday evening with 4 people. My sister and I ordered the Fettucine Pescatore. When the food came out my pasta had a hair in it. The waiter agreed it looked like a hair. He took it back and said the cook didn't agree it was a hair. He asked them to remake it because if he brought it right back out we would know it wasn't redone. After everyone at the table were almost done eating my food finally came. When it came the sauce was watery and tasted like pasta water. I compared it to my sister's we both agreed it tasted nothing like it. My new "remade" pasta had no taste. Waiter came back and we told him and he said yeah it looks really different and he thought they probably did a rose sauce. Clearly it wss pinkish white however it was not a rose sauce. It seems to have been rinsed and they didn't add any tomato sauce. I told the waiter I didn't want it and he was not suprised. It was absolutely shameful that they sent something like that out. I asked the waiter if he told the Manger. He said yeah he told the owner Dan and he didn't say anything. How horrible is that?!! A tourist area so clearly they don't care. I will never be going back there. Horrible service from the kitchen and the owner. I would not recommend this place. Watch what you eat. Who knows what they get away with in the kitchen if the owner doesn't care.

Terrible. Made reservations and were initially seated on the patio but requested to sit inside because live bad was so loud. Server got drink wrong, and when asked to correct it she tried to convince us to just try it. Another server only took 1 entree order and left, then when we called her over to take the second order she came back to ask again because she was still confused about both orders. The seafood risotto tasted like yomit, and when we told the server she tried to convince us to try it again and said customers usually just add cheese and chilli flakes. Then server said the owners are hardasses and might not take it off the menu if we just say we didn't like it. Overall terrible experience will not be coming back, food is also very expensive, not worth it at all!

The marinara sauce for the calamari was good but not the same for the spaghetti dish. We had a reservation for a table of 10 but because of covid, they split us up in to 2 tables and still charged us the 18% for every meal order even though we did not sit together plus asked us to tip the servers on top of the 18%. I think this was very inappropriate considering we did not even sit with our party. The drinks are served with straws that are not wrapped and there was no hand sanitizer on the tables.

First time here and I really liked it. We both has pasta, the sausage penne and the cheese tortellini with chicken. Portion was huge and filled us up fast. They gave complimentary bread and butter. We came pretty late in the evening around 10:30 on a Tuesday but they didn't mind and the server was great. We didn't try the dessert but they has some really delicious looking cakes on display too and the ambiance was really lovely.

The food was ok but the service was awful. We got seated ordered our meal and it took sometime but it came. Our server came to check on us but as we where speaking to hear she continued to walk away like she couldn’t be bothered in what we had to say. As we are sitting there eating we hear the bar staff complaining they are not getting tips and it’s not a conversation I think customers should be hearing. Once we where done eating different staff that wasn’t our server walked by us and seen that we where done and couldn’t be bothered to check on us if there was anything more we needed. So we got up stood near the bar and waited to catch someone’s attention to get a bill and pay. Well about 8 different staff walked by us and I’m pretty sure one was the manager and none of them said can I help you. Finally our server got up from a table that she was sitting at to check us out. Now we understand staff need brakes and things but someone should be covering for them. We go outside to leave and there where many staff members standing outside chatting so I guess this was the reason for lack of service. We where very disappointed and I hope they get there team work together and make it better place to dine but I know we will not be back.

Such a bad experience. I’m sure the food is decent and most of the staff are nice people but… We walked in to be seated for 7 people. It was the Monday of the most recent long weekend. We were told that we were going to be seated in 2 different tables given that we were 7 people as they cited “COVID restrictions”. Mind you Ontario is well into step 3 which clearly states in the government of Ontario website that seating per table is NOT restricted to a certain number of ppl. Also literally EVERY restaurant in the core falls area did not limit seating per table ( we literally walked in and asked multiple restaurants and they said they don’t limit ppl given step 3 rules ) and we spent the weekend there and ate at many places with no problem. Keep in mind All 7 of us are one family! Anyways we agreed and sat at 2 tables.. as we sat down we noticed the table in front of us with like 8 ppl at one big table.. we mentioned it to our waiter, she went to the manager, came back and said “ok i will put u at a table together, just sneak a chair but idk if your new waiter will notice there’s 7 of u and may not serve you” Lol what?.. we went to the other table and exactly that happened.. new waiter said you are 7 and therefore need two tables.. manager came over and said the same thing.. the same manager that the other waiter went to and asked if they can sit together LOL. Anyways we got into an argument and left. Absolutely a mess

Great staff. Tuscany pizza was excellent but didn’t have a lot of chicken on it. Horrible overcooked calamari, table bread not hot and fresh, fettuccine pescatore had mostly mussels with only 2 medium size shrimp and 2 scallops, too tomato saucy when I should have been rose. It was also a bit bland.

My gf and I had a late evening dinner and neither of us have ever been here so we decided to check it out. We called ahead and the gentleman who I spoke too was personable and friendly and was able to accommodate us within the half hour. Once we arrived it was a nice atmosphere and we were seated promptly. Kristen was our server and has honest and cheerful with us. We both ordered the gnocchi dinner and we were pleasantly surprised. I would recommend Vinnys as its a nice pasta place in the middle of a bunch of steak houses in the area. We would go back again when we visit the falls.

I have been trying to place an order for takeout since 9pm And due to COVID restrictions I can only place an order for take out Which is completely fine HOWEVER when no one is answering the phone since 9pm up until 10pm it is quite ridiculous I have heard nothing but good things about my cousin vinny’s and was looking forward to trying there meals But I cannot place an order! They say they are open until 12 But will not answer their phone from 9pm Looks like I will not be giving my business to them any time soon

So I’ll start off by saying the food was delicious !! The Rest of our visit was terrible. We were with a wedding party that had a reservation; now I completely understand and respect covid protocols, but we were made wait 30min before we were seated, we were told we would have to be split into 3 groups. Me and my partner were sat by ourselves, the waitress was not personable felt as we were a nuisance to her, and they didn’t serve burgers or wraps after 5pm. When we got the bill we had noticed a 18% tax charged to us. We politely enquired about this charge and was told it was a gratuity tax as we were a group of 9. Now I understand this charge if we are sitting as a group, but we were sat at 3 different tables 4 at one table, 3 at another which left me and my partner at the 3rd. This definitely left a sour taste in our mouth and will not be returning. I recommend not going to this restaurant as a group!

Big portions but very bland tasting. I don't think they even cook their pasta in salted water. Anyone who says this is real Italian food in their review is lying. It's not hard to make this type of food taste good. I had the Chick Parm and there was little to no seasoning on the chicken. Only gave it 2 stars because staff were friendly

Went to this restaurant last night and had a wonderful experience. The food was good and you could tell that it was made in house. The service was excellent and we were happy to see a menu with realistic prices and a good variety of entrees to choose from. I would highly recommend a visit to this restaurant if you are in Niagara.

Bland tasting pasta. Heavy on the sauce is not necessary. Had the server's favorite dish and was not impressed. Salad subpar. Not washed enough. Just a sad day for a hungry stomach. I'm a good cook, so very critical...If u aren't a decent cook, this will taste like Applebee's. At least I know now first hand.

Good, but over priced. Ordered the fettuccini alfredo with shrimp and fried brie. The pasta was amazing, but its definitely overpriced - portion was only enough for one person and is $30. The fried brie was nice but probably better fresh, but also overpriced.

We ordered take out pasta. Customer service skills are 0. Kinda rude on the phone. It was made on time so that's a plus. We asked for a couple of veggies in it but the price is insane! it looked like a 12 year old could have made it at home with no cooking experience. It was so bland as well. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

The worst meal.We ordered burgers,not available after 5pm.Ordered the wings,they tasted like they were made in the morning then reheated 6 hours later,same with the fries & the gravy was watery, horrible. It's no wonder the comfort inn gives out coupons it's likely the only business they get.

The food here was amazing been to Niagara a bunch of times and saw this place but never tried it until now and only because it was raining and close to my hotel, but boy was I missing out all these years. This place had by far the best Italian food I have ever eaten and I have Italian family. It was so good my family and I ate there the next day as well. It is a bit pricey but worth every penny in my opinion.

Food is cheaply made and extremely over priced. Got a pizza that I couldn’t finish. The carbonara was absolutely horrible and made my partner feel sick after. The drinks were way over priced, and ridicules that pitcher aren’t offered. Big fat don’t go. Also server was extremely monotone, and not the best.

We went there around 10:30 pm and the atmosphere was amazing. There was a band which was performing live music which made this place much more worth it. The food was good and the menu had decent options. If you are looking for some good italian food, this is the place to go.
