Went a couple weekends ago, before the dining room was open. Waiting in line for an hour and watching patio tables just left empty, sanitized and not sat for more than 15mins was just frustrating. Coming from management experience, teach your hostesses (And FOH mgr) to seat tables as they come available, not seat every free table at the same time! Not only would you gradually reduce the wait times for your customers but importantly provide better service because you also avoid double seating your servers and overwhelming your kitchen and bartenders all at once. Other than that server was okay, food was good, and corporately priced.

Bbq chicken club sandwich with caesar salad featured in the pic. This Niagara location has excellent servers/service. The chicken in the sandwich was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is relaxing and most often there is a live performer singing. Definitely check this Kelseys out!

I always enjoy Kelsey's. Everytime I go to Niagara I go to this Kelsey's and I haven't been disappointed yet. They are clean and fast considering how much traffic they get.

One of the few sit down restaurants in Clifton Hill. VERY busy. Service was friendly and covid friendly. Generous with refills and free cheese for hamburgers. Jerry N was a great Vietnamese server (my girlfriend asked if he is Filipino and he said no). We all had a good laugh. Our food tasted really good as well as the fries. Hunger satisfied.

Well what can I say. Fish was awesome, the Messy fish sandwich was on point. Wings were crisp and delicious. Wife loved her food. Fried pickles were WOW! Wife got a drunk the size of a fish bowl. Probably only bad part was my Ole Fashioned drink... Think I threw the bartender for a loop on that one. But it was still good. Plus I got to piss into a keg!!! Great place! Customer Service was also great!!

Despite being a very busy restaurant, we didn't have to wait very long in line for a table and both the service and food was excellent. Me and my friend were lucky to have Stephanie as a waitress and she was quick and super friendly. We didn't wait any longer than 5 minutes for the app and 10 for our entrees and both were hot and very good. Would definitely return to this Kelsey's should I visit the Falls in the future.

Kelseys was a life saver in the rainy niagara nights , It was a week night but Kelseys still had a line outside , luckily we got in just before the rain hit hard . The food was good , we only tried the starters so can't comment about the rest . The potato skins were not that great , but the chicken fingers were really good . Live music = 5 stars. Food = 4 stars: Bacon Burger was good but bread didn’t taste fresh and some fries were moist (weird)Salmon was pretty small. Chicken wings were average. Pene was really good.

This is the second time that I've gone there.. Actually my favorite "go to" when visiting the Falls. Food was amazing as usual and so was the customer service. Very consistent and also friendly. Great open space so its never too hot nor too cold. Entertainment from the musicians are a great added effect for the restaurant too, love the covers I hear from them as I sink my teeth into my burger. Check then out, and also its not so far from the parking spot by Avenue road.

This is one of my go to restaurants in Niagara falls on the hill. Food and service was great even at peak time. Service is friendly. My wife had fish and chips and I had the fish sandwich. Which was 2 generous portions of fish with slaw on a bun...basically what my wife had but in between 2 peices of bread. Pricing is not inflated here and the live music over dinner was fun.

Stopped in for drinks, nice atmosphere, great cocktails. They occasionally have live local music and it sounds great. But it's for listening - not dinner music- it will be too loud for chatting. On a second visit we had an amazing server named Adreanna, great service but she is also hilarious and full of personality. We loved her.

Average bar food. Great ambience in the heart of all the action in Niagara Falls. Live music. Ribs and wings are just ok. Avoid the long wait by sitting at the bar. But still wait at least half an hour for your food to arrive.

It was around 11 p.m on Halloween night and we asked them if they let any new customers in or not. They were open and let us in but told us they cannot serve alcohol. As soon as we sat, a waiter came to our table to take orders but we were not ready and ask him for a few minutes more. He RUDELY told us we are not technically open and either you order NOW or I cannot take your order!!!!!! We were wondering what's going on?!?! They could tell us ”we are closing and we cannot let you guys in at first ” but after letting us in they are not allowed to misbehave and treat us rudely!!!!! We left this restaurant right away! Worst restaurant ever. They need to work on their customer service a lot!!!!!!!

Had a fun experience! The food is about 2-4$ more because it’s on the strip but is completely reasonable considering I live in the city (had the spinach dip with pita chips and it was 15.99? From what I remember). Appetizers I would HIGHLY recommend because (my word) they are delicious. And had I ordered a meal I’m sure that would have been delicious. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it was a little chilly for me outside and all the windows were open which later came with a bee around food we had to swat away. But would probably be fine In the summer. But how can you really control where a bee goes? GREAT food with a great price . Fun service - our waitress even helped me pick out a drink and super quick with our food (mind you they weren’t busy) but it was an awesome experience. If you’re out on the town (like my hubby and I were,) I would strongly suggest checking this out! You won’t be disappointed.

Love their quesadilla. I am vegetarian so I opted for quesadilla and nachos. I liked their sangria too. Would have given 5 but when we waited for our friend's dish which took about 30 minutes, chef gave us free fries for making us wait. I love fries and have it everywhere I go. Fries given for free were stale. Appreciate the kindness but it's free doesn't mean it shouldn't be good?

Kelsey's is located right in the middle of all the action. You can walk up and down the strip and still be near this restaurant, if you are looking for a quick bite to eat this would be a great location for that. The food doesn't take long and it's tasty. They provide hand sanitizer at the tables and have outdoor seating if you're into people watching.

Got the burger 101 (Plant based). As you can see in my uploaded picture, it tasted quite the same as it looks: unappealing. One slice of tomatoes, 2 slices of onions, some flavorless lettuce and you charging me $15 for that? To add to this, my patty was completely burnt on one side so they had to redo my burger. The fries and nachos were good though, but any restaurant would know how to cook them well. All in all an extremely disappointing experience.

One of the worst franchise location I have been to. We friends ordered about $200 worth of food and wings were cold , so was the patty for burgers and everything else from yam fries to others. Dippings were the only thing warm and good. Super slow service and manager was rude n ignorant. Will definitely not go back here .

So every time we come to Niagara we come to this Kelseys because it’s a wonderful patio that’s large with a great view and a friendly staff. But this visit was ... off. Our server was Jordan and the entire time she kept prompting us to leave. She would ask questions like “do you want the bill now?” Or “are you finished your food?” when we clearly weren’t. We love this patio and it’s amazing but this one individual employee was rude. It felt like she was trying to get us out of the restaurant as soon as possible which gave us a sense of uneasiness. Otherwise it’s an amazing place to eat and we will for sure come back but hopefully management has a good talk with her. Best.

Location is great, very lively part in the heart of Clifton Hills, Niagara Falls. Food is ok - Asian shrimp curry ($19) was overcooked - the noodles were very soggy and veggies were super soft. Loved my daiquiri ($5) though. Salmon meal ($25) needs some more veggies and less rice - or some sort of sauce to go on the plain white rice. Service needs some work, it was a weeknight and not busy at all yet the waitress never came to check on how things were. Had to flag her down a few times to ask for things. She even forgot to bring us our drinks which we waited a while for. Would not go back especially with many other options in the area.

Ate here last night with my family apps were good ordered the mains specifically chicken wings they had to be the worst chicken wings I've ever had over cooked dry I sent them back did not ask for another food item everyone finished there dinner and they tried to charge me for the wings I told the server she removed the item she recommended the poutine as a side had one bite left it on the table a good server would notice if your food wasn't good or touched. Honestly, it's was disgusting and disappointing. The nachos were baked chips with cheese... no toppings ( they tried twice) ????. The sour cream taste like running yogurt.. the spinach was made with the same "yogurt". The fajitas taste like boiled chicken thighs... and the ceaser salad is drowning in "Renee's dressing"..skip it... Waitress was fantastic... she tried her best to accommodate.

We lined up here for probably 45 minutes and didn't realize since there was so much going on around, on this busy day. We got in and were sited in our preferred spot, then greeted by a welcoming ( genuine ) smile. Had delicious food and left with a smile. Service was great and deserved our tips. Clean place, peaceful ( few bees but ) oh well. Mask required by all staff and they kept their masks on properly at all times. Soon as guests left they cleaned and sanitized tables for everyone's safety. Great job was done there as well. I've seen people sanitize in other restaurants like it was too much work and did a pretty poor job. Like they only did it because they had to. But here i saw it done properly like they cared that surfaces were cleaned and sanitized to keep everyone safe. I LOVE that and will recommend this place to my circle, count on that.

Dined here with 8 of my family members. Service was really good had a great waiter. Food was really good for the adults.The kids meals were really bad. The kids had pizza and fries and the pizza looked it was microwaved and it was soggy. The waiter was good about it got us a discount. I'd go back without the kids unless they changed there menu for kids.

Always enjoy dining on the patio at Kelsey's. Service is great, food is delicious, and the atmosphere is even better. The only downfall is my sangria was so full of ice I couldn't even stir it with my paper straw, and it just tasted like watered down juice.

Currently sitting in Kelseys and the only reason why I give kelseys a 1 star is because they have good pina coladas other then that service was alright untill the waitress said that she was leaving and we had to pay the bill ok did that gave her a nice tip and then was told that the next waitress would take our order . We waited and no waitress and we were just told that we paid our bill so we were done and that they where shutting down this side of the restaurant. Untill we explained what the waitress said in which they said they would send someone over .... spoke to the new waiter and it's been over 20 minutes and still waiting for my drink. Finally got my drink as he approached he slammed my drink on the table spilling it all over I do not recommend coming here . This place has seen better days. The quality of services of this establishment is a joke and a mock to what quality should stand for .

We decided to eat here on a Saturday night since it's one of the few places that is open past midnight. The service and food was bad. Our waitress took so long to come and take our order when the place was not even full. We asked her to bring our drinks with our food and she brought the drinks wayyy after. By the time our drinks were brought, we had almost finished our food. Their drinks didn't taste like anything. The Sangria tasted like water.The bottom of my chicken in the Chicken Parmesan Pasta that I ordered was burnt. So burnt that I couldn't even cut it! My partner ordered a hamburger and it was good but the fries were tasteless and cold. Over priced and over rated. Would not go again.

Things were just above average and nothing more. The wait time was looooong, the quality of food was OK but not the best. Our fries was like the last of their batch and there was just too much crumbles of fries which was not good. The onion rings were not crispy enough and very bland. All in all, not the best experience.

Today we walked by Kelseys in search for a nice restaurant to have dinner. The staff was friendly and the food pretty good. I had the mac and cheese and my girlfriend a cheeseburger with a glutenfree bun. The mac and cheese was not enough for an adult man. So I was still hungry. Said something about it to the waiter, but he couldn’t do anything with it. The glutenfree bun was to big for the meat en relish. It was more bun then burger. The fries where okay. Tables got cleaned but a lot of fries etcetera was trown on the floor and under the tables by the cleaner. So people walked through it Don’t have pictures of the food. For the quality of the food I can recomment Kelseys. Live entertainment was good. Only a bit loud.

The very friendly server was the only thing that didn’t make this a complete nightmare. The location is great and the restaurant is nice but it’s the worst steak I’ve ever had. I ordered it medium and it came out well done so I had them redo it and it was still so tough I couldn’t eat it and threw it away. It was a very low quality steak so maybe try something else! The baked potato was under cooked both times as well. The drinks aren’t very strong but I’ve noticed that at most places in Canada (even when you order a double it’s less than what you get in US). I felt like everything was a complete waste of money and I’d been better off at Burger King across the street.

Went last night to have dinner there with my two young sons , we had experience a horrible day on our last full day of our vacation as my husband suffered a heart attack , we were served by a young man named David ,who was excellent he did not know the day we were having but he must of seen our faces. We did not complain about our food or service everything was nice , except it was quite windy on the patio. But for some reason our food was complimentary to us and we did not have to pay. Even when I asked dumbfounded if he was for real. He just smiled and said have a good night. Tha k you David and Kelsey's for brightening a sad day

That place does not deserve to go to any time. We waited for 30 minutes in front of it to be seated even without taking even our name. The manager was so rude asking us to wait outside with no “please and thank you “ and waiting that long in front of the door, my wife went in again and asked that same person if our table is ready or not, we were so surprised that the answer is “no” and they don’t know when our table would be ready. My wife showed her a couple of tables available but apparently she was not to do any effort to accommodate us. The summary is “VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE”

Had a great dinner out with the family. Good food and our server Patrick was great! I applaud the workers at this location for putting their best foot forward despite the added inconveniences caused by COVID-19. I was also impressed by how the workers kept their composure while dealing with rude customers.

This restaurant is the worst I’ve ever been to, the service was horrible, server took forever to bring food and drinks out and when it did came it was either incomplete or incorrect when we asked for the remainder she said oh yea I will get it and be right back but never see her back until the meal was done and she still didn’t remember until we asked again. My steak was like rubber and cold when it got to my table, requested the bill and it took half hour to show up, I can keep going on.

One of the better restaurants in Niagara falls! Great quality of food with slightly cheaper prices than similar restaurants (i.e. the keg, turtle jacks, Boston pizza). The staff are very friendly and welcoming, making the experience a joy to be at. Majority of the food was exceptional, except for a few that kind of fell flat. Definitely recommend the white chocolate cheesecake as it is very decadent!

As a tradition every time we go to Niagara Falls we go to Kelseys. We sit at a table looking out onto Clifton Hill, eat dinner, have some bevys and people watch. This year that section was closed for various reasons. As we were standing in line, I was talking with the GM. (I think her name was Michelle. If I'm wrong I'm so sorry). We talked about our tradition and that it was to bad the section was closed. When we were seated, we had the freaking best seat to people watch. It was in the corner on the back patio facing the attractions. The young lady who sat us (again her name escapes me) had amazing hospitality skills. She asked questions to get to know us and shared her own personal experiences. Our waitress (Taylor) was also incredible. Super attentive, even though it was busy. Our food was good, our second pitcher of beer was a little flat, but that was the only hiccup in the whole experience. We will definitely return and thanks guys for all your hard work.

Came here with the family for lunch for my birthday, our waitress was great, food was great but we was seated on the outside patio where the umbrellas was too small to cover the table and guest. We left the only shade spot for our 5 year old and the 3 of us left in the blistering sun.. Otherwise it was a good place. We did ask for a booth seat where there was a row of 10 empty (but closed?) we kept getting bee's buzzi g around us and my sun is allergic to them..we had a ant crawling around our plates.. otherwise it would've been at least a 4 star experience. Very bad customer service. The hostess was very rough. Before we made the line, I asked to this woman if was allowed small pet in the patio area and she said yes. So I and my wife started the line. During this period she came to us and asked wear the mask and she saw our small dog. But didn't said nothing. Just afther 90 minutes when we arrived to the entrance she said the pets weren't allowed in the restaurant. Why she waited untill almost 2 hours to said that.. Is a nice place but should be hired better people or at least some one who can see a person with a dog in one line. and put a piece of paper on the door saying pets no allowed.

My husband and I kept passing this place and it looked like it had a good atmosphere. We were seated right away, but then had to wait 15 minutes for our server. She finally came over and we ordered everything at that time. We didn't see her again after that (someone else brought our food out). I had to find the manager because we had no water and our food order was wrong with no one in sight. Our appetizer came out after our entrees. We both ordered chicken that was supposed to be coated in sauce, neither were. The manager comped our app, but then they charged us extra for an entree. The music was also extremely loud, it was very hard to have a conversation. I would not recommend!

After a disappointing start to the night courtesy of the lack of service at another Clifton Hill restaurant, we found ourselves at one of our favorite places, Kelsys! We were there on a busy Thursday, the line was moving quickly (about a 20min wait). Once we were seated our server, Spencer, greeted us quickly and took our drink order. Throughout the evening Spencer checked in with us and made sure all of our needs were met. The food was delicious as it always is and the service was amazing! So thank you Spencer for saving our night! Highly recommend! (The restaurant and the jacks honey peach lemonade)

I eventually ended up paying and got a to go container with a different waiter. As I was all packed up the original waitress asked if I wanted another drink or if I’m ready to pay !? Great location, okay food and drinks. Located on top of the Clifton Hill, this place serves as a great meeting spot or a place to relax after a full day at the falls. They also have an outdoor patio which is good in the summer. Had a couple of mixed drinks which came out nicely. Also had Calamari which tasted okay.

January 16, 2021 update. Google will not let me do another review, but just to let you folks know, I sent Kelsey's an email as they mentioned below and they ignored me. It all looks good on paper, but with customer service like this, Kelsey's is now one of my least favourite restaurants to frequent. Unfortunately my birthday dinner came with a sad salad that looked worse than any cafeteria salad I have ever had. I am very sure the saran wrap had just been ripped off just before serving it to me. The lettuce was so wilted and lifeless. Had that been in my refrigerator it would have immediately went into the garbage. I would have been embarrassed to serve it never mind charging me for it even after I mentioned something. I am really disappointed Kelsys. With all the restaurant choices, I really thought you would have been one of the best!

We were there for a Saturday dinner. There is some lineup but it goes fast. Very nice busy location at the heart of Niagara Falls. We ordered nachos, Stella Antonio's and Heineken beers and Truck Stop burgers. Truck Stop burger is huge, it is delicious !! Never had beef patty and chicken in same burger before do it was interesting. 100% Fresh Canadian ground chuck patty with a crispy chicken thigh, cheddar cheese, pickles, shredded lettuce, tomato, red onions, house burger sauce, price is 17. 99 and 1170 cal. Very filling. I had sweet potato fries with it and the dipping which came with it was very yummy too!!

Not sure how this place is rated so low. Granted wasn’t the fanciest meal ever, and we were awfully hungry to begin with, but everything was really good. Our tables were extremely sticky !! Felt like it hadn’t been sanitized nor cleaned for days ! We ordered our food which was a pasta and soup our food was served “under 10 minutes”. The food was 100% not freshly made . The cheese was hard and so was the pasta . Felt like it was frozen and went straight into a microwave to keep warm. The broccoli soup wasn’t worth eating as we brought it to our servers attention he said it’s fine . We didn’t end up finishing our meals and left unhappy and still paid . An hour later we both got food poisoning. We barely go out and eat but after reading the reviews we had put our full trust into this restaurant especially during Covid. We spoke to a few friends that visited the same restaurant a day before us and they told us After ordering wings etc they all had food poisoning as well . I’m extremely disappointed and will never recommend anyone to eat here !!!!

My husband and I came here just the other day during our honeymoon, and did not have a good experience. His steak was burnt outside and nearly raw inside. My salmon was tiny and absolutely soaked in pepper! The waiter was nowhere to be seen at all times. We had empty beverages throughout our stay, and had to go find someone else to give us the check to help us leave. Disappointed to have this happen on our honeymoon.

I visited this place when I was in Niagara Falls for a one day trip. The place serves Canadian food and is located in Clifton Hill which is one of the prime locations in Niagara Falls. Food - I ordered a Veggie Quesadilla along with a side of French Fries. The presentation was good and so do the portion size. The quesadilla was full of cheese along with veggies such as onion and tomato. It was served with salsa and sour cream. The taste was quite good for both the items but I felt French Fries was a little salty. Ambience - The place has a pretty ambience and nice music. The place is huge and can easily accommodate a good number of people. It’s perfect for a great lunch. Service - The staff is very much welcoming , polite and courteous. They are very well trained and knows how to strike a good conversation as well. I felt the service was top notch. Overall, I had a good time visiting this place.

There was some good and a lot of bad. The good thing first. The food is really good. One of the older gentlemen who served us treated us really well. Now the bad but a few things first. It was my birthday dinner with my close friends. More importantly it is hard to take time out of our schedules when juggle a professional program like Food Safety and a part time job which keeps you on the run all 7 days. We were only able to visit because of the Canada day weekend. Plus we are immigrants, not like we are expecting special treatment but the same treatment that was being given to other people. Your actions will carry your image across the globe. Now I will put my frustration down here: 1) It started ok. Our server served us with drinks and appetizers and since everything is in step 2 they were busy especially when it is Canada day weekend. But then it took a wrong turn, our server continuously served one specific table or maybe we felt that way which we did not mind until it was 2 AM and we could not order anymore and he showed up and said "Hey guys we are sorry it is 2 AM the kitchen is closed" which is fair but then he went on and said "As you saw I also had other tables to serve too" that is when things went south. We also sent another fellow server of his to fetch him but he still didn't show up. Furthermore my Girlfriend saw him, tried to wave at him, he saw her, rolled his eyes and ignored us multiple times. 2) After what happened inside. This next incident added fuel to the fire. We were leaving the restaurant and passing by two senior employees who were discussing something. They did not wish us. I thought they must be tired but then another customer passed by and they wished her good night. Ultimately I felt that there was a clear bias in serving the customers. I am not aware of it why and don't want to reason wether it was based on ethnicity or colour or god knows what but I will not recommend it anyone if you do notice these things. If you are a plain jane foodie who doesn't mind these things please do try their food some of the best food I had in Canada. I just believe that these small things make the food taste so much better.

I came here for a couple of drinks and dessert. The service was pretty good and the dessert was delicious. I ordered the funnel cake fries, which comes with vanilla ice cream on top and the choice of chocolate or caramel sauce (I got both). The prices are a little high but I think that's expected as this is a tourist area. I didn't ask or notice if there was tourist tax added, however, I believe you can ask to have it removed if you are a local.

This is a 0 star review! We entered the restaurant at 10:55 pm and they were still open (I asked them - they just told me that they can’t serve alcohol anymore). The waiter showed up literally 1 minute after us sitting and pushed us to order while one of us was in the washroom!!!! However my partner had the peppercorn burger and said it was delicious, but his sweet potato fries were also plain with no seasoning, he ended up leaving them. This place never dissapoints and it is always packed and live, unlike the restaurants near by the lack an engaging energy and staff. On a different note, we are far from perfect. The appetizers need to be revamped and reimagined. What happened to the calamari? The bruschetta? The boneless bites? The meatball dish? Overall, outstanding! Keep the self critique alive..

We stopped here twice during our vacation. The food is very good and very appropriately priced. Two people can easily eat their fill for under $30, and drinks are fairly priced. I'd stay away from the mixed cocktails if you're hoping to get tipsy, as they were very weak, even with a double shot. They were tasty, but not very strong. We tried two flavors of wings, a chicken parmesan, and tomato soup. It was all delicious. A final warning- watch out for bees if you eat on the patio!

Maybe I just ordered the wrong food, my none breaded wings were dry and chewy. But I enjoyed the fresh fries. Place is nice and clean, looks family friendly for those with families.

Took the family twice on our last visit and overall the experience was good. Food was good, staff was friendly and the restaurant was really clean. My only complaint would be that the service could be slightly better, but I would still recommend this place.

Honestly went here because of the reviews…but for spending $100 I should at least get hot sweet potato fries & not soggy nasty old cold ones. Waiter was wonderful & everything else wasn’t too bad. Maybe needs better cooks

Second time we've been during the summer, great location for enjoying the action on the hill. I would recommend asking for patio or balcony seating. The food is great and priced well for a tourist area, good music and great people watching! The staff was great and the service was more than expected.

Service was poor. Had to ask for butter for baked potato. The Caesar salad was not fresh. Waiter was not attentive. Didn’t offer salt and pepper. Didn’t offer drink refill. The person who seated us took us in the wrong direction and management had to run after her and tell her where to go. Our food was basically plopped down in front of us and that was it. We were never asked how our meal was. Very disappointed. Gave Kelsey’s another try….this time the food was great, the service was great…and the atmosphere was good. Will definitely return again. Only one little glitch…we were seated where the fan kept blowing. Not a great place to be seated, but the overall experience was great. Thank you. Highly recommended this place.????????

Disappointed in the food quality and quantity. Avoid the $20+ menu at all costs. Look at the picture and you see how tiny the steak is to the phone and the whole dish just doesn't look appealing. Ordered the 8oz steak at med rare and that thing was tiny dry and unappetizing to look at. It was bland, barely any seasoning to it, and exceptionally chewy for med rare. Vegetables were gross, def your low quality frozen vegetables. You're better off walking the extra 2m to Denny's or burger king and guaranteed better quality and value for money. Friend ordered the salmon which was even more disappointing, the size of your middle and index finger together. That's how tiny it was. He was still hungry after and didn't particularly enjoy either. For the most expensive dishes, they were the most disappointing. You're better off going with the menu items sub $20 as it seems to offer better value for money. Service was friendly from the reception to server, but wait time was longer than expected for a quiet Monday afternoon. Tables were sticky like someone spilled pop all over it and someone did a quick wipe on it. We had a nice view from the tables closest to Clifton hills and feels very open. And indoor experience that feels like and outdoor experience. Food 1/5 Service 3/5 Prices 3/5 Atmosphere 4/5

The patio is huge and looks over Clifton Hill ???????? our waitress was fantastic! Efficient and friendly. Food and drinks great too.

Tried Chicken wings and fries with Garlic bread overloaded with butter. Taste was wonderful. Patio is good on the road side. Service is excellent! You can enjoy all the day in Niagara falls and it’s very close to horn blower. Ambience is neat and clean. You need to sanitize your hands before entering the place. I would love to visit again on my next trip to Niagara falls.

The food & service was good but I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the patio. There was wrappers from the straws & napkins around all the tables. Leaves I can understand because of the bushes & wind but that does not excuse the rest of the garbage on the floor of the patio.
