This Restaurant is classified in the category of Italian restaurant.
Always good food and the service is great! Keep up the good work!
Service was excellent! Our server Trevor did an outstanding good job! Thanks for that great experience! We'll come back!
Ordered ribs and speghetti take out for lunch. No cutlery or napkins, food was cold and tasteless. Had a stomach ache rest of the day. I won't be going back.
Noodles don't taste the same. Sauce doesn't taste the same. You have to tip what they tell you. No option button to press. And no matter what percentage button you press it goes to the highest one and they do nothing about it. We wrote in a complaint and they never answered us back. Have been going there for over 40 years but not any more. Prices also went way up.
I like the pesto
Service is great, and the food was delicious. Although, the menu is a little pricey. Try to go for the all inclusive choices where bread, starter, main, and dessert is included in the price.
Great place to take the kids for a hearty reasonably priced meal. Vegan friendly.
The Spaghetti factory is a favorite of the family. Not fancy but fun prices are good and the kids love it. I personally love the food. Spaghetti and meat balls my favorite. As much fresh bread as you want and unlimited drinks.
Very fair price for lunch special which goes until 2:30pm in New Westminster. Menu plates and drink also Very good. Highlight recommend it
Best priced family restaurant, where coffee or tea and soup or salad and ice cream are included
Absolutely delicious and great service. We come here with family and friends regularly.
Great food , good value but service a bit slow.
Had a great experience!!! Loved the food!!!! Nice atmosphere!!!
Yummy pasta good bellinis decent price....good service
I ordered the chicken parmesan with salad and bread (all inclusive) for $17+ only. The food is tasty, the service is amazing and the place is cozy. Will definitely go back!!!
Delicious classical Italian that is great for big groups, accommodating and nice to kids. We had the lasagna, seafood fettuccini and ribs all were yummy and filling
Reasonably priced food. Can be a bit loud at times.
Had a good lasagne here along with a couple of beers. Got caught buying the caesar salad as an add on as the waitress went thru her patter a bit quick for me and i didnt realise it was extra .Other than that it was an enjoyable meal.
Always consistent food and repeatable service experience that makes for a comfortable time out with the family. Good value for the money that is hard to find elsewhere, and I love the fresh bread with the meal.
I had a bad experience with the level of service and overall, I rate the food below average. They just offer good prices and portions. Although the manager helped resolve my complaint, I will not eat here again
Cramped and outdated but the food is more often good than bad. Service is quick and professional. I almost always get the pasta a la Homer and it has always been perfect, never too salty or soft. We will continue to go back year after year, I just hope for a renovation sometime soon.
I ordered the seafood alfredo. It was very tasty; however, the portion is not big as i expected. On the positive side, there was free ice cream!
I've never had such a friedly server untill I popped into this old spaghetti factory. Everyone was really nice and the food was pretty great as well :)
Always have the best customer service experience and food. Love this place. Highly recommended.
~** `PRICES ARE UP `**~...WIFE & I ARRIVED @ 3PM TODAY , Yui hade Spaghetti & Meat Sauce (Blan & Generic tasting) I had Seafood Fettuccine Alfredo The half doz. shrimp were tasty the mini marshmallow size scallops were almost tasteless , Campbells mushroom soup makes better sauce than that Alfredo did At about the 3/4 mark I was forcing it down..did not finish it ... I had just took a big mouthful and the waiter is right there ask me how it is ..before I can chew and swallow he asks me again and a lot louder the second time ..finally I cleared enough food to tell him I can not answer with a mouth full of food ...I just felt that was really inconsiderate and Either incompetent or just rude needless to say that incident erased any chance of getting a tip ...The tab was about $32. with Ice water only
Look at the place where you sit! Unfortunately, I can’t recommend. I was there a few times and until today everything was ok. Today I noticed a big worm/insect on my table! It shouldn’t happens! I informed the staff but they did nothing! They only took the worm... I feel disgusting and would not go there again.
Awesome comfort food. Good price, GREAT service.
Have been coming to this location for years and it is always great! During my most recent visit we were seated right away, had great service, and the food was awesome! Will definitely continue to come back to this location knowing I will have a great dining experience.
Pretty gud service in spite of bein a crowded Saturday nite! Food was excellent, as usual...
Honestly can’t go wrong with OSF. This location is so accessible and has the best service. Sure the wait times might be long during the weekends but that’s because it’s a good restaurant. Their All Included menu is awesome. The cocktails are actually so good, better than some places that claim to be “bars”. The staff are always friendly and efficient. Never had a bad experience. I’ve almost tried everything (except for anything with seafood) and no complaints. I think I’m just always happy coming here that it makes everything taste good and feel good. ????
Every time we come to spaghetti factory, we are never disappointed (except for the wait times). The food is full of varieties and the servers are extremely friendly. I really like their birthday song they perform, putting a sparkler on the spumoni icecream, giving the special person not one but TWO desserts! They are well known for giving an affordable four-course meal with salad, soup, pasta, and icecream. They even give you free sourdough bread with butter and garlic butter. Be warned though that the food is quite salty. I really like how their spumoni icecream is made on the spot in their kitchen. You could also buy pints too. The price is a bit high since you have to pay extra for anything besides Caesar salad and milestone soup. All in all, I'd come here again but not very often. Pasta is still quite heavy and should be eaten in moderation for the best appreciation.
I forgot my purse and returned a half hour later to find it safe and sound with everything intact. A busgirl has locked it up safely. Thanks for the honesty!
When we arrived we were told there would be a 30 min wait but we actually got in 10 min. That was a bonus. The server was attentive. That was a bonus. However, the food was really not that special and almost feels like you could make better at home. My son who would eat a lot did actually refuse to eat their pasta. And I was always curious why a pasta place did not make fresh pasta. I guess it’s just a gimmick and pasta fast food.
Rating is strictly for the service we received. After finishing our bread, we asked for another loaf. It didn’t come after about 10 minutes and watching our server help other tables and have long conversations with them. We flagged her down after a couple of tries (not seeing us, helping others, etc) and asked for it again. She apologized and said she would get it. Probably about another ten minutes there. Our food arrived and my partner received the incorrect meal. She notified her immediately and she said it was “the menu item just below”. We promptly got the correct dish, which was nice. As she never refilled our waters we ran low. We spent about 15 minutes trying to flag her down for water only to find that she begun actively ignoring us. She would help the table beside us and completely ignore our waves for service. We eventually got water and upon receiving the bill from her, we did not see her again. She did not return to collect payment. Someone else came up to us and asked if we needed help. Frustrated by this experience with this server but the food was good and it was nice to try a new dish.
Great value, friendly staff! The tiramisu is excellent.
The food is nothing special but they have great service and fair pricing. I would highly recommend.
Well they got my favourite dessert off the menu, but the food is still great
Food was OK. Extremely slow service. Definitely not enough servers working tonight. Management issue obviously not her fault
The family place to go for Italian food. The prices are on the higher side, but that's because the portions are generous and the entrees include bread, soup or salad, and ice cream for dessert. The burnt-butter spaghetti with myzithra cheese is awesome. The staff is friendly (& patient), the atmosphere is great and very family-oriented. The antique oddities making up the decor and trolley-car seating area make for interesting things to look at.
The service at this location is excellent! We ordered the ravioli...it was perfect!
After the unpleasant experience we had at an Italian restaurant in West Vancouver, I'm so glad to have came to here for dinner with my friend. The service was beyond exceptional, and the food arrived fast. It was almost foreign to me seeing our meals arrive as fast as they did. Hot and fresh, delicious too. I've always been a big fan of this restaurant and I'm glad to continue dining here as well. Thank you!
A good old standby, even though I only ever order the same thing. Maybe avoid the mussels, though, my roommates have had some troubles with them.
Neat decor and good food. Can be quite busy on weekends. Parking can also be difficult to find nearby.
Last 3 times I've been there with my husband either my meal or my husband's was terrible. This time it was mine and so tasteless and salty I could not eat it. Not going back. Not sure what happened.... this restaurant used to be good.
The food was good, the services was great but I honestly felt like I was being ripped off getting charged extra $1.25 for Alfredo sauce and $1.25 for Fettichi and $0.95 for a table spoon of Mizitha cheese. It's not a lot of money but the value isn't there for the prices being asked.
Been coming here for 30 years and they just decided to take off my favourite pasta sauce off the menu at every location within the past 2 month there is no sauce I can’t make at home being an Italian women expect a clam sauce due to my husband not being into seafood but I have the recipe for it I will never attend any speghetti factory again because of this I had litter lay walked out after they told me they removed clam sauce from there menu I told my husband we will never go to any speghetti factory again why he said because there is nothing I can’t make at home expect seafood but he is willing to make a competencies since we lost our favourite date night place today
Great service, really yummy pasta for a fraction of the price. Delicious whipped butter with the bread. Was too full to have the ice cream at the end. Parking is hard to find though.
Always love the service here, i leave full everytime! Staff are friendly and make you feel at home
Excellent place for dinner! Love the decor, good food, fantastic service. It was a surprisingly good value because things like bread, salad, and Spumoni were included in the price of the entree. My salad was a bit heavy on the balsamic vinegar, so I'd recommend going with the Caesar instead. Will certainly be back.
Home of the all-inclusive meal! Start with a soup or salad, choose your entree and enjoy some ice cream! Always great service at OSP and the food is always top notch. They also make a great bellini!
Good food, big portion and it's cheap! Always a long line up
Good dishes. Keeps its reputation for fresh spaghetti. Good variety. Also has a lot of great antiques decorating the store.
Love the food here, I have visit it a couple of times and the food is great and the price is good too, I recommend to go if you're very hungry :)
One of the few family establishments in the lower mainland that continues to deliver a decent meal for a reasonable price. Can you say, "nostalgia"?
Amazing people, great food, however the utensils need to properly get cleaned! Mine were horribly dirty and our waiter forgot that we specified no ice for our drinks. No big deal for us, but it would be better in the future if he remembered little things like that, especially since other customers may not be okay with it as we were.
Our waitress did not ask about my kid's drink (part of his meal) nor did she bring us any cream when we got our tea. And we had to wait more than 10 minutes after getting the bill to get her attention so we can pay.
Went for a quick bday lunch and was absolutely blown away with service and food. Definitely will be going back!! Spicy chicken club was AMAZING!!
Kids are never disappointed. Quick and friendly service, attentive staff and healthy pours for the wine.
We were there last week with a large group of family and friends and the service was beyond excellent and and the food was amazing. .
Great restaurant! The food is delicious, the service is really good, however we can get a little upset because they ask a lot about how things are going. They could ask only two times and it'll be enough.
What a nice place to have a dinner. Friendly crew and good food.
Great menu and food. The kid's menu is especially good except for the pizza. Good, friendly service.
Same old spaghetti factory. Menu has not changed in 20 years. Not even sure the interior has either. Great service though.
Always good value for money.. and the free bread is great. Good solid family restaurant.
I have not been to the Spaghetti Factory for a long time an we happened to be in the area so popped in for a quick bite to eat. This place is still a great place to come for a relaxing meal with friends and family. Great service and very friendly staff. Just as I remembered. Oh and the food is great too!
Never had a bad experience here! The food is always delicious and made with care, the servers are super friendly and attentive to your needs / requests. Highly recommend for lunch, dinner and family gatherings.
I was pleased with the service and the food. Our server Jamie made the experience. I think this day and age it's rare to find genuine people such as him.
Fast service, food portions are good for their price. Their drip coffee is surprisingly good. The restaurant is great for big groups. If you haven't tried it already, their chocolate cake is also really good.
I had a dinner with a party of 10 for my 19th birthday. It was an excellent service my our waitress Emma, she was polite and explained the menu quite well. ????????
Just went to grab a convenient meal with my wife, son, and mother-in-law. Food was quantity over quality for the most part, but that's expected here. What I didn't expect was a flat beer. I guess the keg of Summer Ale has been around for a while. Beer 2 was a Pale Ale, and while it was carbonated, it also had a fly in it. I wish their French onion soup wasn't so weak. It wouldn't take much to make the food here actually pretty good, but I guess they don't really try.
Why so high consistency, from its inception to taking my sons there over the years, no surprises unless asking for you the patron.Plate portions remain pleasing so. Prompt service and the kids are entertained by the colouring and the teens by the old stuff around the rooms.
Took my family here tonight before watching the Canada Day fireworks at the Quay. We walked in right before close and despite the restaurant being packed and a party of 50 being seated right before us we still managed to have exceptional service from our waiter (younger Aussie or New Zealand dude) and all the food was delicious and came out quick considering how busy it was. My wife and I were really impressed at how well staffed and managed this place is and the service was on point. Im sure this place has its issue behind the scenes like any workplace but they do a great job running the restaurant even when its super busy and despite the restaurant being packed an hour after close everyone working still had a smile on their face. We just moved into the neighborhood and will be back soon for sure!
i love this place cause they have a delicious bread and butter and also ice cream :D
Good food good prices. Free bread qnd garlic butter too. Also great spot. I think they may have a deal with the movie theater close by.
Best place to go for a family with kids. Good price and good food.
Was a little busy but since I was young I always love the old spaghetti factory, so I brought my wife there for our fifth wedding anniversary.
Great value for the "It's all included" meals. Great vintage atmosphere and decor. But most importantly, the food is delicious, and there are a lot of items to pick from. Definitely will be coming back to try other Italian classics.
The kids love coming here for their birthday! Meals are great value, with appetizer, main course, dessert and coffee or tea included in the price. Excellent service friendly staff they come and sing happy birthday to you
Exactly what you expect for this restaurant chain: fun old fashioned decor, paper menu's, spumoni icecream, etc. The food was slightly smaller portioned here, than at their Gastown location, but they were awesome in bringing us all the hot bread we could eat. Not my favorite restaurant chain, but that is not a reflection on the restaurant itself. I have been here a few times because the servers are friendly, the food is consistent, and they are one of the few restaurants in the area that can handle a large group of people.
Service and food were both good. Soup or salad, bread and ice cream comes with all entrees.
Absolutely wonderful staff that tries their best to get everything done quickly. The quality of the food is consistent, and service is always reasonable, as long as you consider that proportionate to the amount of patrons in the restaurant at any given time. If you don't want aa large of a wait, consider going during lunch time, or before dinner rush. Prices are incredibly reasonable. As an example, I can get spaghetti with meat sauce*, a ranch garden salad (they make their ranch dressing fresh in house and it's absolutely incredible and I want to straight up buy it), unlimited bread, a tea (enough for two cups), and ice cream*, all for the low, low price of 13.13 after tax. There's often leftovers, too, and they're totally cool about packing it for you. *Note that the spumoni ice cream is a mixture of vanilla, chocolate, and pistachio. They also have plain vanilla if that's more your style. Edit: *Pasta is also available in gluten free corn pasta, I've had both and I was expecting something meh at best, but it was really very good. To the point of where I'd get it instead on occasion if I ever remembered. Not to mention that once I went to go to the Downtown location, and the wait was so long that I managed to get to this location and seated after taking public transit by the time I'd have been seated at the other location. Also don't feel uncomfortable if you ever want to dine alone - I almost exclusively do and they never give me a hard time, nor do I feel embarrassed. They always deserve the $10 tips I toss their way. Thank you so much to the staff for making me feel at home and always delivering quality.
This is my second time trying old spaghetti factory... I am raring them 5/5 again.. This time I have tried the Thai red curry prawn Linguini and it was simply awesome. My wife have tried Manicotti which was full of cheese. I will come back again to have their delicious dishes
It's an okay place to come, super convenient if you're near the skytrain station as it's literally less than a minute walk from there. Food was okay, nothing to boast about and the bread was pretty good, especially the dips that came with it.
Meal type
Very filling. Generous portion sizes. A bit expensive but overall worth it. Great ambience.
Good value for your $$$. Casual family friendly place where you won't leave hungry.
Excellent service and great quality food. Our child loves the indoor train car. We come every visit to New Westminster!
The Spaghetti Factory is one of my absolute favourite restaurants to visit, and I do so often. The portion sizes are great and include tea, salad/soup, and spumoni ice cream at no cost. Free bread is also served with every visit (which is amazing when fresh but is not always served that way). The manager is wonderful and the staff has always been helpful during every one of my dozens of visits over the years. The decor is delightful and features antiques, old books and paintings, and I love the old-fashioned train/streetcar featured in the restaurant. There's great comfort food at a great price and it's definitely worth a visit.
As usual a perfect environment for large groups. The meals are great with a variety of sauces. And a great selection of appetizers. You must try the muscles.
From the deepest pits of my soul I give these 5 stars to you OSF. You have rekindled the fire in me for middle class Italian cuisine with your offerings of top quality loafs of bread scattered amongst a plethora of pasta dishes. No other chain of restaurants come close to this here factory of pasta. The location in Gastown pales in comparison to this here New West gem of gems. As per usual 10/10 would dine again.
This place has fantastic food. Great service, fast friendly in a relaxed setting with a wonderful decor including a replica street car inside the restaurant.
The food is very good it has my favorite dish of pesto spaghetti i have had anywhere. The portions are generous for both main course and appies, And I really like how they give you free bread and ice cream with your main meal. The staff are very friendly and nice. The kitchen staff are quick but attentive. The managers are friendly and easy to talk to, And the the restaurant is clean and cozy
Consistently busy. Great food, homey atmosphere, and yes, those books on the book shelves are real. Tis a pity to waste these books. Anyway, service is friendly and the Bellinis are amazingggg~ discounts on Fridays!
We were there for a rather large party. They had us in a separate area which was nice and the service and food was great!
Excellent service, very good food and price. We had 3 spaghetti dinner's with coffee and 2 soda pop's, lot's of warm Italian sourdough bread, salads and ice cream for under 40.00 including the tax. Will definitely go back when we visit the coast again
Not impressed.. meal was not to my liking. One staff member entering for his shift burst threw waiting customers like he was the boss. Did not feel safe leaving my car in the area either..
Average. Even the spaghetti was just ok and it's right in the title! Service was great and the prices fair.
Amazing Italian food with good vegetarian option. Friendly staff, cozy ambience and bread, soup/salad & desserts are complimentary. Worth visiting all the time.
Full course. Won't go home hungry for less than 20 bucks. Reliable with a decent menu selection
You get what you pay for.. Great spot for carbs. Family kind of place. Full meal deals include ice cream.
Always a fantastic place to have a fantastic meal, the servers are the best.
Food is awesome and staff is very friendly and great service
The service and the environment is great the prices are no different than a good Pasta restaurant but the quality of the food is awful. The calamari is good, the steak is not the worst but their pasta and lasagna is low quality and tastes very bad. It’s 1/10 restaurant. I definitely don’t recommend going there unless you have no other option.
Inexpensive decent meal. We had great service
Great service. The regular menu is amazing, but the vegan menu is not very nice. I think they should have more creativity on vegan and vegetarian menu.
Very cool ambiance. Service was great.
service is really good..the servers are really attentive. Scott the guy who served me gave me recommendations from the menu n I am glad I took it. the clam chowder is nice but mine came quite thick like a porridge.but it taste good though. the seafood Alfredo is actually quite good n the fact they serve soup coffee salad n icecream onside..it means u leave the place well fed.. All in all..once a worth visit.
Love this place, Hunter Checkin is my favorit order and even my new comment family have tried many restaurant so far but this one is their favourite as well.
The service we got that night was great. The girl help us change to a bigger table and always checked back to make sure things are okay. The food was very good. We always like the sour dough bread before meals. Not to mention the marvolus interior Victorian style decorations. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a taste of New Westminster's spaghetti like spirit!
Married with my wife for five years and we were there for anniversary on Valentine’s Day for four years. Nice place with nice foods and nice service! It feels like home! And we were there and will be there every year :-)
Great place to go with friends. Service is always stellar. Food is good and simple
Very well run restaurant! All what you expect in such places are here: delicious food, good prices, friendly staff and great atmosphere! Also good place for different occasions and to go with kids. We never hesitate to go there or not, recommend the Old Spaghetti for sure!
Love their pastas and the service. Sitting in the trolley is always fun :)
Always good food and service. Love the brown butter and mizithra cheese spaghetti.
My favourite restaurant, but I'm on a diet now so I can't go and eat pasta and unlimited bread. Their blue cheese salad dressing is unreal. I love it here. ????????
Food is probably closer to a 3, but I just realized I've been going to this location over 30 years. It hasn't changed much and that is meant in a good way. The food and experience is predictable. Quality dipped a few years back but it has come back. The food is alright, but this location holds true to me for the memories. A great place to go with the family. You'll find finer Italian cuisine elsewhere, but a good honest meal in a hospitable atmosphere with your friends and family can be readily found here. Don't change a thing.
Excellent service Andrea is a great worker
Great place. I got a spinach salad tasted fantastic, not even i expected it. The food overall is fantastic. Spaghetti with brown butter is highly recommended but anything really on that menu that i tried had tasted great. The bread is probably everyone's favorite, its nice, crispy, warm and comes with many dips. Great service, great place. Convenient if you do not have car as its right by the New Westminster station.
The Old Spaghetti factory has lost its charm over the years. Now its just a cheap family restaurant without the good food to match the expensive prices.
Always a great experience here! The food is excellent, the value is very good, the service is incredible, and the ambiance is chill. Going at supper hour almost guarantees a wait, but it's definitely worth it! I try to go a bit earlier to beat the rush;)
I think baby rib is better than spaghetti.
Good value for the price! The service can be spotty but the food is pretty good. Great place for families and kids.
I always really enjoy my suppers here been coming here since I moved to Vancouver 5 years ago and it's always really nice. Great fast service. Fun atmosphere I really enjoy sitting in the train car as well. I like that all the meals come with a starter and a dessert and honestly I've loved most things I've tried oh and obviously the sourdough is really good ♡ normally I highly recommend any of the chicken and pasta dishes like the huntsman or the Neptune but on this last visit I wanted to try something new. So I have the pesto with prawns and it was really tasty ♡ their French onion soup is always really good but if you get a salad I like that they put the sauce on the side ♡ my partner got the chefs favorite and clam chowder but he said my meal was tastier XD so tldr: the chicken and pasta dishes are the best, get the French onion soup to start, or try the pesto pasta with prawns ♡
Delicious food! The best I tasted in Vancouver and with excellent prices. Meal with all inclusive!
The Service was worth the price alone. Not to mention the food is always good here. The portions may not seem big but your getting Bread, Salad or soup and ice cream included with it
Amazing Italian restaurant, pretty authentic and lovely flavours. Loved the meat ravioli and the garlic grilled chicken. Their cocktails are so cheap (probably cheaper than beers). Had a couple of long islands, very good again. Service and ambience is amazing. Food was so delicious that I had no patience to take pictures of everything we had. But overall, would rate it one of my best experiences with Italian cuisine
Like every spog fogtary the quality is fine and the price is good. I would never go there but ny best friend and I have a tradition and who am I to break a great tradition?
If you want a bunch of students having their first job ever practice on you customer service, come here. Food wise, of you want a newbie cook practice on you... being twice here with the family and being gaping in disbelief because of poor quality both times.
Usually love this place however for the first time my family and I ended up cancelling our main dishes as they took forever to come out. The two tables next to us had their food first even though they showed up way later than us..I mean it's pasta it shouldn't take that long. The server was a tattooed red haired guy who could care less that a family was left waiting without food for so long. We won't be back.
Thw waiter was friendly and efficient. Our meal was prepared in no time at all: fresh and tasty. It is fast becoming my go to place for an evening outing.
My family went out for dinner we just had a lovely evening at this place. The service was great 10/10 the food was amazing! Highly recommend!
Great service n food. Only downside was with out a reservation, had to wait for 30mins
Food is always great and I've never had a server I wasn't satisfied with. My favorite dish is the manicotti! Good place for vegetarians as well.
Just popped in here for some appetizers and drinks mid-afternoon. Place wasn't busy and our large group was seated quickly. Food was good and prices were fine. Nothing too special, but great if you are just looking for a decent place to grab some food with old friends.
This restaurant is excellent! The staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean and the manager is superb, I spoke to the manager about a concern and he fixed it immediately. The food is great and includes an appetizer, a main course and a dessert for one low price! I will recommend this restaurant to all my family and friends!!
I think it's pretty good except that the shrimp is a bit cold.
Fun place with good food for the money. Their manager who has been there for 30 years is fantastic.
Good service and good food, I love this place, I come there for special occasion dinner with family and friends! It is right below the New Westminster skytrain station. This place is awesome!
Looking for creative, flavourful sauces? Delicious home made bread? A fresh, well washed salad? High quality dessert items? Well look much further than this place. I’m going to have to go ahead and assume that all of these 5 star ratings are by customers who have never had a multi course meal served to them because the food here is downright TERRIBLE! Let’s start with the bread, as you would with any meal which portion size is most likely not going to satisfy your hunger... Bland and boring in itself , the garlic butter saved the day but also stole the show as the only food that came to our table with any decent flavour. Next we had the unwashed salad with a homemade vinaigrette that actually made the greens even harder to choke down. Finally the entree’s, an over breaded chicken neptune with a flavourless hollandaise, infant size serving of undercooked asparagus and a side of the most plain and lame marinara sauce I’ve seen since I discovered canned sauces at the age of 12. For a place with spaghetti in it’s name, the quality of their most basic sauce is an embarrassment to say the least. Without a single spice to be seen in the mix, a faint hint of garlic was the only thing that brought this abomination beyond a straight up plain can of tomatoes. Our second meal was the Chicken Penne which was the only non veggy option that seemed like it came with vegetables, my mistake. Contrary to the ingredients listed on the menu, instead of peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes we got a single 1 by 1 inch chunk of tomato swimming in a sauce that just couldn’t decide which flavour it wanted to be. To top it all off we avoided the ice cream that comes with the meal instead of them bringing it to the table just so we could avoid getting it in our mouths at all costs as we had before and instead opted to try the cheesecake. Next time I’ll just use a 5$ bill to scoop the marinara off my plate to save a step. This clearly freezer burnt slice was so dry beyond the first bite that we actually had to dare each other bite per bite to finish it. Ps. Filthy cutlery and a drink server that brought me back to a scene from the new ghostbusters.... “I’m supposed to offer you something else I think.... (several moments later) oh right! Coffee? Tea? Water? Okay so water with ice yes? Perfect two waters with no ice coming up!” At least the entertainment was good
Amazing Food, amazing ambiance, amazing food!! Can’t praise this place enough! If u love Italian head to this place to enjoy a lovely meal with ur friends n family! A special shout out to Misa n Jamie for outstanding hospitality. Kudos guys❤️
Friendly staff. Decent food. Pretty good price and value. Server could be more attentive. Come to the table in a shorter amount of time to take our order.
Super family oriented and if there is something not to your liking, just ask them about it! Nothing better than a good soup and pasta, never ending garlicky garlic butter and bread ;) and SPUMONI!!! Woot woot!!! Chenoa was our server and she is simply an amazing human so friendly and courteous and makes time for small chat and jokes.
I'm a week late on my review due to being extremely busy... I took my girlfriend to this restaurant last weekend and as always I was not disappointed. Although it was pretty busy we were seated fairly quickly. The staff were friendly, the service was amazing and so was the food. Our waitress did an amazing job of staying on top of things considering how busy she was. If we asked her for something she took care of it rather quickly. I've been coming to this location for birthday parties, anniversaries, family gatherings or even just for dinner for over 20 years and I have never once been disappointed with the service, food or staff.
I particularly loved their hot beef sandwich w/c also is a philly sandwich; loved the accompanying dipping sauce of it. For my taste bud,it's perfect!
This restaurant is very clean and waiter is very nice to us. I’m not a vegan, but I ordered some veggie meatballs, which was very delicious. The important thing is that the waiter is very friendly and patient to us. Thank for your service!
Good service. Good food. A bit slow in getting people tables even though half of them were empty.
Over the years, I’ve spent more than my fair share at The Old Spaghetti Factory. And it’s not difficult to see why this place has remained popular by many patrons over the year. Their all-included menu is tempting with a price that includes appetizer and dessert along with your meal. The main problem that I have with this chain is the way it’s gone downhill over the years. One of the things that probably draws most people here is the “sameness” factor. When you walk in here… you know what you’re getting. Their menu rarely changes much (although they have jumped on the bandwagon and have started serving Beyond Meat items now). I started out my meal with a Spinach Salad (which has a small surcharge to your meal price). Then I moved onto my main course which was the Spaghetti with Browned Butter and Mizithra Cheese and added a side of Meatballs. They describe this dish as a salty cheese that’s grated over the spaghetti and then drizzled with browned butter. Overall, I found this dish to be fairly dry and flavourless. I didn’t detect much browned butter either. It’s probably a good thing that I added the side of meatballs as the sauce from the meatballs did help somewhat. The meal ended with some Spumoni which was probably the highlight of the meal. While it’s not like a traditional spumoni that contains candied fruit, I actually do like their version. Some of the things that I noted on this most recent visit is that we weren’t provided saucers for our tea cups (this created a bit of a mess on the table when trying to pour the tea), service was a bit slow (but we’ve come to expect this considering how busy they seem to be and how few servers they have), and I still miss the bread that they used to serve a long time ago. On the plus side, they have room to fit large groups, the price point is fairly reasonable, and most of their pasta dishes are okay.
Extremely friendly staff, great food, loved the rainbow tortellini and the mozzarella triangles:) Would definitely recommend for a night out!
Great place, slow service to start, but got better once seated, food was fantastic, atmosphere was like a scene out of a movie, good company helps alot,we fell in love over again.
Food is very good & most menu items are reasonably priced!! Our server last time was awesome!!
Super comfortable, friendly service, food is decent portions for the price. All their spaghetti options are good. They have some cool appies to choose from (mozzarella poppers!). Very family friend and casual dining. Been coming here for years and have never really had a bad experience. Highly recommended!
Honestly? I was a little dissapointed at how fresh my spaghetti was! Really wanted that old stuff. Jokes aside, the food is decent and the service is great. They always have plenty of business and there's a reason for it. The kind of place you take your grandparents when they come to visit for sure
Ok so the fact that you have gluten free noodles made from corn is awesome as my (very allergic!) son can have them. But please consider two things: a dairy free frozen sorbet of sorts. Make it as hypoallergenic as possible. Maybe raspberry or pear. Sweetened with like agave or something that almost nobody is allergic to. Second: for those ordering gluten free how about getting in Udi’s Gf baguettes so we too can have bread????
I go there just for the steaks sure isn't their speciality but who cares, they are amazing buttery and all steaks should be. Service always professional and ready, the setting it's beyond retro and nostalgic. The food it's the star and they deliver all the time from the 5 times I have been here.
The food is reasonably priced and not bad, my favourite is the pesto linguine with chicken. The service has always been really
Great Place, wonderful atmosphere . you do not leave here hungry. Great for kids and the prices are really great. Always enjoy coming back which is at least once a month
Their entree bundle with the soup is sooo good. The pasta sauces have a lot of options and all sound so good. I stick with my tomato sauce and ravioli and was very delicious. If you love pasta, for sure you’ll love this place.
Great food at a reasonable price. Great service from our server last night even though he was manning the bar as well.
Great family restaurant. The food always tastes great, and the staff are fantastic.
Went there on a Monday just before 4pm. The restaurant was less than half full, but they only had maybe 2 servers? It took us 10 mins to get water after we sat down. We waited for more than 25 mins at the end to get our ice cream, which did not come at the end since we ran of patient. We had to go to the front door to be able to find a staff and pay. When we told the host we did not get our ice cream, they didn’t care or even acknowledge that. We did think our server was trying and it was not his fault. But it shouldn’t be our fault either that the restaurants not willing to pay to hire more staffs and we had to suffer while paying regular price for low quality service.
Well, this restaurant is a vancouver must,a traditional family fun nite out.great service, huge portions. You will allways leave full & content .guarenteed.
A favorite of mine for almost 40 years! Love them for bringing back the original complimentary bread! GARLIC BUTTER!!! My favorite drink is a virgin one called the Shirley Temple! The meatballs are savoury yummyness! And then ... Just when you thought you were full. SPUMONI ICE CREAM! Sorry if I misspelled that but I don't care , it's ICE CREAM! Included in the meal to boot. Oh yeah!
Some of the worst pasta I've had its like they don't know what spices are but the staff was very nice and it was a cute restaurant
This place will always hold a spot in my heart. I have gone to this resteraunt ever since I was young and I have always had wonderful experiences eating there. The employees are super nice and they treat their customers well. If you have a kids b-day coming up, they offer free ice cream and a little song if requested. I've never needed to complain about their food, it has always been exceptional. If your in downtown New west. Please, I would highly suggest checking this place out. Too many memories made to count, you can have that experience aswel for you and or your kids.
Great service, although the bill took about 35ish minutes to be delivered to us, the food was great and staff were very kind.
The food is fantastic the selection is great. A little problem of parking but there is a parkade close by.
Food was amazing. The portion was a little small but that's fine considering for $12-17 it includes your entrée, bread, garlic butter, salad or soup, coffee or tea and ice cream for dessert. If they had a "supersize it" option I'd pay extra for a little more pasta. It was enough to be filling but with other restaurants I have enough pasta leftover for the next day. The staff was very friendly. It was pretty busy and there was a 30 min wait to be seated at 6pm on a Saturday. The seating was very cramped. I'm not a fan of their "artistic" seats. They sit you at an old fashioned sewing machine table with a giant pedal underneath that takes up the entire floor space so you have no room to stretch out your legs. I get that they're trying to be creative but it's just uncomfortable. I'll attach a pic.
Amazing service great price and excellent food enjoyed very much
went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. In terms of customer service I would say it is 2/5. The front desk people barely looked up at us when we walked in and asked for a table as they were too busy chit chatting among themselves. Our waiter was friendly, but it seemed like she has too many table vs waiters for she kept forgetting our requests. None less, food tasted awesome. The salad is the prepacked one you get at the grocery store, but for a 3 course meal and for the price, I cannot complain!
Always had a great experience at The Old Spaghetti Factory, and this one was no different. Service is friendly and the portions are filling especially looking from the price point. Definitely worth it.
Yummy!!! Plates have gotten smaller over the years. But they are still good size!
cozy place and great service. It's worth to have a lunch or dinner with friends, family and so on. the food was amazing!.
Love the predictable great value and comfort that this iconic chain offers!
I came here with my father who suffers from a rare medical condition and severe allergies. Our server Maddy was quite accomodating and we had no issues avoiding the foods my father is deadly allergic to. Thanks OSF
My all time favorite!! ❤❤
Tasty Manicotti and friendly staff. Very busy restaurant but good service once seated
Had an excellent experience here tonight! Our server Sierra was AMAZING, so careful with my celiac disease and very friendly and prompt! Looking forward to coming back again ????
Unbelieveable value here. My sons had the spaghetti with meatballs and their always reliably good lasagna while I loved their Mediterranean salad loaded with candied pecans. Minestrone soup is a welcomed gentle starter on a cold day. Love how it never changes here!
Good food, fun decor
We love this place but today, January 1, 2017 seems different. To start with, bread is a bit sour. When pasta was served it taste so pale and it so hard to finish. We felt that they just opened a can of sauce and dumped on the pasta. Ending up frustrated today :-(
We have been coming to the Spaghetti Factory since we were kids???? Our kids loved sitting on the train ???? Our server was friendly and polite. Our coffee ☕️, salad ???? and Icecream was included with the meal???? The restaurant observed social distancing rules. The pasta tasted great ???? The only disappointment is that the portion sizes were smaller. We are looking forward to coming back again soon ❤️
This location is not very accessible. The parking is far and it's not always possible to stop in front of the restaurant to let out passengers with mobility issues. Food was average and the drinks mediocre.
Love the food, the decor, the service. One of my favorite places to go.
This is the 3 time I have tried this place in the last 2 years. Their food is what one would expect. But the services not so good. We had a party of 9 ppl and server seemed to be lost and could not keep up. When we first got there the server asked if we would like drinks and there was only 4 of us at the table at suck point, someone in front of me ordered a beer and I turned to him and said I'll have the same. He looks at me and said I'll be back to take your order. Then he got the drinks for everyone (the 3ppl other people at the table) and then come to me and said o I forgot you wanted a beer also. I'll be right back with it.
Good taste and a pretty straightforward menu. You pay for bread, garlic butter, salad or soup, a main pasta dish, coffee or tea and ice-cream. Great option when you want to go out on a budget but don't want a fast-food type of meal.
I love to see that the manager is out on the floor making direct contact with the people dining here and with his staff. That just shows they are going above and beyond here. Tastes great, friendly service, attentive, worth it. 5 star for presentation and service.
I love The Old Spaghetti Factory! I've been to every location in the lower mainland and have never had a bad experience. This is my mom's favourite restaurant, she never gets bored of it, and she has high standards. The servers are always friendly and the food is delicious. I love their "It's all included" which means you get bottomless fresh baked bread, and with every entree a soup or salad starter and a scoop of ice cream (vanilla or spumoni) for dessert. Love their decor with the stained glass and their patterned, mis-matched dishes, and the historical photos and classic movie posters in the washrooms. Would definitely recommend.
Good service, waiting times were a bit long which is understandable. Food was good and portions were fairly big.
My mother, daughter and I went for lunch last Wednesday. The place was pretty dead, so we were seated right away in one of the booths directly in front of the bar. We got our drinks and bread fairly quickly, but our server took a while to come back to take our order. My daughter got the kids pizza and we ordered the seafood fettuccine. The pasta tasted fresh, but the sauce was bland and watery. The prawns and scallops weren't anything great either. Overall, what you get for the price wasn't too bad... except when a little cockroach crawled up the wall beside my mom. She tried to kill it, but it got away. After we paid, we told the server about it and all he said was 'I'm sorry.' We were shocked and disappointed that he didn't say anything about letting management know that there was a cockroach crawling around their booths. We probably won't be coming back here again.
Service was good. Spaghetti was slightly under cooked, but I will not let it greatly effect my opinion of this location. 4 stars
Great place with excellent food for great price a must go for sure! The service is usually great and the locations are beautiful and fill of style
Love the ribs here. Love the everything included: free bread, soup/salad, ice cream and coffee/tea. Great for familes. Good service. They have a great deal for gift cards at Xmas buy $25 get $10. My only complaint is they don't have free parking and it's a bit of a hassle in New West.
Fantastic evening. Food was just the way I like it. One of the restaurants where I always order the same thing and it always tastes the same.Server was friendly and efficient. Good for family occasion.
Good food and nice staff, it was full but we only had to wait 10 minutes for a new spot to open
First time going here last night per suggestion of my girlfriend. I didn't expect the ambience and environment to be very family oriented but it was very enjoyable. The mixed light fixtures, train compartment, and industrial look was interesting. I enjoyed a pesto linguine dish, however the portion was too much in my opinion The supposedly infinite amount of bread and butter is delightful but dangerous to say the least hahaha. My whole meal there was pleasant and filling.
Experience was great. Server was informative when he received a large table and advised he may be pre occupied for a short while, Which is understandable when organizing customer drink orders and food orders for 3 tables as 1 group. Very good experience.
Besides getting a hair in my food, the staff was very friendly and quick to correct the mistake. Food was good though!
Take out
Just around the corner from The SkyTrain station, Spaghetti Factory is a nice place to take friends and family for pasta in New West. Good atmosphere, decent food, reasonable prices.
I go here with family for special occasions because it's kid-friendly and the food is good. All meals include an appetizer (salad or minestrone soup), tea/coffee and spumoni ice cream. It is loud and there is generally a wait list for dinner, unless you have reservations.
I went to the pawn shop across the street, google was convinced I went to the spaghetti factory. Man, I got a broken mistreated makita Mitre saw for $120 fixed it up good, have nothing but great things to say about the makita service centre in Burnaby where I got my couple replacement parts.
I love everything about this place, and this location is amazing. All of the staff are so friendly, the food comes out so fast and is so delicious, and the ambience is really very cool. If you like OSF already, and you want to try out a new location, definitely come here!
When I arrived the hostess was nice and she gave us a table because I went with a friend so we took the table that she gave us. The waiter was good too, I think. Everything was fast and little rushed. It wasn't even busy! There was four or five tables empty!!!! I had the chicken parm. I was a little hung over so I didn't finish my food. I don't know what the price was, but I paid $20. Very nice, the only problem was I was very, very, VERY, hung over.
Service
Dine in
It was good. We had a large table with separate bills and it was quite busy which sometimes is hard for the restaurant. Food was amazing great feedback from my dinner mates, service from Hunter was great. This Old Spaghetti Factory is highly recommended
Decent food, good prices. Nothing to special If you want a full meal for Round 20 bucks ( apply, meal, dessert, drink) it's a good choice.
Predictable food at a great price. You think you don't like this place until you go again and then remember all of the good stuff: the prices, the atmosphere, the ice cream... It can be extremely busy at evening rush hour.
The food is amazing and I love to go there with my family very time ????
It's a great place to take the whole family, good value for the money, and the kids love the meatballs. I love the endless warm bread. Mmmm. We come probably once a month.
I've been going to the 'Spag' since I was an employee in the late 80's. Even as a kid, my parents would take me and my brother there quite often. It was always a favourite of mine, and the food, service and atmosphere were always consistently excellent. Even these days, I go there twice a month. Can't stay away I guess. Keep up the good work Spaghetti Factory.
Always a good meal and great service at OSF.
This restaurant is beautiful and well-decorated. The high quality of food just adds to the list of reasons to stop by for a visit.
Not supposed to eat pasta BUT....Can't resist the Chicken Parmigiana ... Hey it's only once a month now!!! Staff is the BEST...
We have never had any trouble at the Old Spaghetti Factory in New West the service has always been fantastic although I think the prices are still a little bit too high we do enjoy going there
This one star review is not because of the food but because of the attitude of the staff we encountered that gave us a sour experience. It is disheartening to see people in the service industry behave this way with all the campaigns asking to "support businesses" and "support local". This was our experience - Trevor was our server, was told by him that we could substitute the mushrooms for the soup and pay the difference which was 50 cents. But $6.25 was added to the bill, mentioned this to Trevor and all he says is "I'll bring the manager" and did not apologize for adding the full amount instead of the difference like he mentioned we could. Did not see him at our table after that. Anyway manager Quinn comes by with our bill and she tells us straight away with no prelude (no apology I mean) that "just for the next time you know that there are no substitutions" and "for this time I took care of it for you" and walks away putting the bill on the table. Looked at the bill and it now says under mushrooms 50% off so $3.125. Seriously?? Ok so now we take the bill and go back to the front desk and ask for her and tell her we assume that when someone says "I took care of it" it means it is taken off the bill. After some more of the same attitude, she did us a "big favour" and finally "took care of it" as in took the mushrooms off the bill. At this point it was very clear that she wanted us to basically just get out of her face so we paid the rest of the bill and left. Is it so hard for us as people to accept responsibility when we've made a mistake, is it so hard to take a moment and acknowledge the person we are talking to as a person and not just a number. When we do this, I believe we can all have an enriching experience in every interaction we have. We are all under stress due to the covid situation and are trying to do our best and there is no need to put others down. I have nothing personal against either of them and hope maybe they learnt something from this experience and maybe handle it differently if a similar situation like this comes up again with someone else.
This place gets five stars for service, food and decor. All around great food and dessert comes with the meal.
Excellent service by Kevin today had a wonderful dinner he is polite fast service and good manners.
Took my my family here for my daughter's first bday. My son loves to sit in the caboose they have in the middle of the restaurant. The food is good and reliable. Not high end by any means but a solid choice for a family restaurant.
Good food, respectable prices, good service. Nothing really to complain about.
Good pasta place. Friend claims it's one of the best old spaghetti factories to go to.
I have a couple of go to's whenever I go to old spaghetti, the tortellini I like the best. The bread is always fresh. The take out wait time can be long sometimes so be prepared to wait a bit longer than the time they give you
During our lunch time at the Spaghetti factory, we had an exeptional service and delicious food. We highly recomend the baby ribs and the chicken Alfredo ravioli. Trevor was amazing! Best server ever!
We love to come here to eat well and pay a fair price. The staff here are kind and the food is delicious...
Best Italian pasta in New Wesminster! Great ambiance. Love this cozy place with the unique and creative decorations such as an indoor train. Incredibly, affordable value for an entrée included bread, coffee/tea, salad/soup and ice cream. A tremendous food, I was full so I took the leftover pasta home. The service and staff were excellent. Overall, highly recommended!
Love this place, will have to revisit back when there's no restrictions. Last time, my boyfriend took me here. I had the soup and lasagna! Great affordable price and delicious ????
Hot dishes are very good. Price is ok. Salad is something to be improved because when you touch a cold plate coming from the fridge, specially when it comes so messy is an unpleasant experience. Sorry.
Had an amazing dinner. I love the cheese on the lasagna, and the salad!
The food was ok and the price was higher than expected, at $30 per person not including tip - even though our meals were fairly plain and small, with no alcohol.
A good place to gather with friends for a meal. Reservations recommended for larger groups.
Great portion. Great service. Misa was energetic and always fulfilled our requests in the timely manner. Will visit again for sure.
I just packed two lunch sets... Does the lunch set have no bread? There's only garlic butter... Where's my bread?????? ????????????
It is located next to the New Westminster Skytrain station. Reservations reccomended.
Food was great , only thing that I'd have to say negative was the portion sizes and the rock hard chair ... Other then that it's good
I really didn't enjoy the food at all but the service was great.
Good, solid fare and good value for your money. Sauces more geared to a child's palate though as I found them rather bland. I was also impressed with the fact they had a gluten free menu for our friend with Celiac disease, which was thrilling.
In restaurant dining is nice and cozy. They are following the current pandemic protocols for dine in and take out. Good to see they are taking this seriously. Nice variety of spaghetti and if not spaghetti you still get pasta the way you want. Can't go wrong with that! ????
Food is always excellent! Great deal for the amount of food you get. Rarely is service an issue.
My spouse took me to the old spaghetti factory at New West sky train station for valentines dinner, we went on Saturday instead of Sunday, and the waitress (Danya or Dayna) I think her name is, came with the bread. she was sniffing me and then laughing. She came back with the drinks, took our orders then sniffed my spouse laughed and walked away. When she came back I asked her why are you laughing at your customers, I felt offended. She said what are you talking about? It ruined our special evening out. Very wierd
Great service and they helped organize my birthday party very well!!! Had a lot of fun and was stress free for me!!
This location is really good! Welcoming and efficient service. Great value and children friendly ????
Always good pasta and Italian food and very good and knowledgeable staff
Our waitress was very nice and we didn't like one item that we ordered and it was cheerfully refunded. I always have a good time at this particular location.
Minestrone soup or salad, and unlimited fresh bread comes to start all their entrees. Food was really well done, and the price is pretty reasonable, too.
Quick service, satisfying food, good portions for price. Clean, good place to go for a Sunday lunch.
Service is slow food came out late the taste is not that good pasta is overcooked sauce is just put on top cheese cake was old stale and coffee bitter disappointing
The Food was amazing...had it not been, I would be putting one star. Never ate here before and was excited to try it. We were completely ignored by our server, despite her serving the people behind and infront of us. It was not a busy night with more staff than tables. We only saw her twice. Once when she greeted us and a second time to bring us our drinks and take our order. The rest of the time we were served by various others, never the same person twice. It was very unsettling as she continued to serve the same tables that were seated before and after us, checking in, refilling water etc but would walk right by us as if we didn't exist. Now I'm not sure if it was because we were clearly a LGBTQIA couple or maybe we looked too homely and not dressed in Gucci and Armani in our comfortable sweaters from Old Navy since we had just gotten back from an evening at the Christmas Market and it was a chilly night. Did we not look like we had the funds to pay? The only thing that was obvious about us being a couple was subtle hand holding over the table, nothing PDA at all. It was very alienating for sure, whatever the reason. We left feeling like we had done something wrong or like we were scum or criminals, despite paying the bill with who I assumed was the manager with no issues and tipping generously all on one bill. I'm not sure I'll return. I know we're not the most beautiful people nor are we skinny but we felt very judged some way shape or form, be it for our relationship, appearance or both. But the food was good. I might order it to go but won't be dining in anytime soon.
The soup bread salad and icecream with all meals is so extra, I can't say I've ever left the old spaghetti factory with anything less than a full tummy. The meals are so delicious, they almost taste home cooked!
Amazing food, amazing atmosphere and in the heart of new Westminster. Pretty cool staff too :)
Great value with consistently good quality. Nice vintage atmosphere with lots of antiques. I went for lunch at 11:30, right when it opened. The meal came up promptly with excellent service.
Haven't been here for awhile and decided to enjoy a night out with the family. Nothing has changed as they still have amazing service, delicious food and friendly welcoming staff. ^_^ Alan was our server and he was so on point with everything as if he was reading our minds. Keep it up as we will definitely be coming back a lot sooner! Thanks for a great night!!
Tasty yummy food.. portions also is good.. customer service is friendly... ambiance ????
Always a good family place to go
Decent menu. Interesting decor in the restaurant. Next to the Skytrain station and taxis like to wait outside.
Great food, great prices, and a great place for big groups. I don't recommend it for a small party looking for a quiet, relaxing meal though, as the popularity with large groups makes it VERY loud. Tonight my small family of three was seated in a cramped corner surrounded by groups and it was awkward, to say the least. We couldn't converse over the noise and even getting to the restroom was like navigating an obstacle course. LOVE the food here, but don't think I'd come back unless I was in a large group of my own.
Used to be our favourite date spot when we lived in the area
Delicious, authentic and locally inspired! This restaurant is such a treat. The meal included everything and when say everything, I mean soup and salad to start, your main entree plus coffee and ice cream to end. An Italian menu with as many fresh ingredients as you can count made for a unique experience. Plus bread at the table???? I will be back.
Minestrone soup to remind you of home, good steak and mushrooms, and to die for chocolate cake. Good food and good prices with a nice atmosphere
Good price with all included. Italian sour dough with garlic butter, Salad or soup, main course, desert, coffee or tea.
A nice Italian chain eatery with some interesting pastas. We had the tortellini and manicotti, along with some cocktails and had a great time. Got a little crowded on Sunday night and had a wait time of about 5 minutes, but when we did get a table, the service was excellent and the food and drinks tasted great.
Good Italian cuisine. Courteous Staff. Reasonable prices.
Food sucked but they totally didn't care when we spent an hour dissing the restaurant at the table. Good sports.
Always reliable. Took a while to get food due to a birthday group that ordered ahead of us
My favourite place of all time. The service is always AMAZING. I've only had 1 annoying server. Everyone else though have been so pleasant. The penne with chicken never dissapoints. I do have to request more sauce since the pasta doesn't always come fully covered. The sauce is so yummy though. The spaghetti with clam sauce/marina is great order as well. I love their garlic butter on the bread; one of the reasons I always come back. Great prices for getting an entree, started salad/soup, drink and the ice cream! Love it!
The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The atmosphere was one of a kind. Location very accessible from SkyTrain.
Pretty decent food in a great location. Same Old Spaghetti Factory feel as always and good deals for the meals!
Excellent food and service. We will be back. Bottomless bread and tea or coffee. Excellent menu options.
Lunch after a half marathon. I was so hungry that I don't know that my review is very partial as everything tastes delicious.
Sat by the bar the service was good. Salad with the meal was good. The sourdough bread was dry .didn't taste fresh it tasted as if it was a day old bread taste.. the lasagna was dry .the taste wasn't flavorable . It was not very hot ..the lasagna cld use a bit of an uplift when it comes to flavor...even tho I only ate half of it due to flavor .the manager was kind to offer a food discount certificate but I refused .. we paid for good service not overall the food .. when you go there. You wil receive good service
Like OSF. Food, service value always good. Having your coffee, bread, soup or salad and dessert included in your meal is nice. The restaurant is always clean, spacious. Highly recommend OSF
huge portions , very yummy and excellent price. staff are very welcoming and helpful looking forward to going here again soon
My family and I tried The Old Spaghetti Factory - New Westminster a couple of times and was always great. The staff usually are friendly and polite. They have delicious food, a great variety of drinks and local beers. In your meal, you will have fresh bread, coffee, tea, salad, soup, ice cream for dessert! My favourite dish is the Chicken Alfredo with Mushroom and Mascarpone Cheese Ravioli. I highly recommend.
It was super busy tonight. Despite that they got us in as quickly as they could. Service was quick and the food was great as always. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great with allergies that some of use had. Perfect experience. Thank you so much.
Most meals come with unlimited bread with butter, soup or salad, entree , and ice cream for a very reasonable price. That being said the food is mediocre at best the only upside is that it's plentiful.
Chicken parm was average in taste, quite bland. Nowhere near as good as Bucca Di Beppo in the states.
Very disappointed in our experience with the Old Spaghetti Factory yesterday evening. We tried to get a reservation, but unfortunately they were full for reservations when we called, which is fine. At that point we were told to just come down that evening and wait for a table. We had a party of 12 so my partner went down to ensure we would get a table for you when we had planned to have dinner. We called at 5:15pm that evening and were told there was currently a half an hour wait. My partner drove straight over and arrived to place our names down by 5:35pm at which point he was told there was a 45-60 minute wait. We waited for 1 hour at which point we asked the hostess when we should expect to be seated to which she was very rude and told us that she had "already told [us] it would be an hour or more". Her attitude was completely unnecessary for a customer who was simply enquiring when we had been told 45 minutes to a hour. Her lack of customer service skills were appalling; she should be speaking to customers with respect even if she is busy. We spoke to another staff member who said that they could arrange two separate tables for our party if we were willing to sit apart (which is ridiculous when we have already waited over an hour, during which time they sat MANY smaller parties). He told us they could get us the two separate tables in 5-10 mins, which we accepted. 15 minutes later we were still not seated and the waiting room was almost empty. When we asked when we were going to be seated we were told that they "cannot just kick people out who are eating". After 5 minutes of discussion within our dinning group we checked with the sushi restaurant across the street who were able to seat us immediately and had prompt, polite customer service. We waited for approximately an hour and a half during which we were treated with little respect, were not offered any apologies or any solutions other than two separate tables which they did not deliver on. My experience with the Old Spaghetti Factory over the many years I have been going is that they strive for excellent customer service and deliver for the most part. I have come with larger parties before and have not had any issues. It seemed to me that they either did not want to make the space for us, perhaps because they wanted to get smaller parties in and out to have more business, or perhaps because they are unable to look ahead a save a few close tables to push together to accommodate us. If they had been honest from the beginning we could have made other arrangements; instead they wasted an hour and a half of someone else's time and we did have another engagement to go to after dinner. Will no longer be recommending or going to this restaurant.
Try their “store only specials” Neptune chicken with a side. Food: Ordered the Neptune Chicken. Was not disappointed. Chicken was breaded and fried to a tender yet crispy finish. Sauce was eh, nothing special. Prawns helped add some sea flavour. Probably the “Neptune” to the “chicken”. I had the normal spaghetti as my side, it was perfect. Sauce was juicy and tomatoey, spaghetti was springy and not soft. Portion left more to be desired. Very tiny for the price. Clam chowder “upgrade” was nothing special. Was it worth the $2.50? Not really. Price: $20 for the meal + $2.5 for the clam chowder “upgrade” Drinks were free flow, but watered down which might be due to the syrup running out. Told the server about it and he rectified it quickly. Service: Great. Server was extremely attentive and prompt at addressing issues. Would I recommend? For a date, for a group of friends just getting together, yes. For a meal alone. No. I went there for my dinner break and felt really out of place just eating alone.
The place is family friendly and their pasta does taste great however the rest in their menu are just not very worth it for the price. Their baby back ribs is "uh uh" for me. The costco ones taste better to be honest. Their kids menu though has many options and the kids did love it.
I had really bad experience here in 2012. My salad had a fly. As a solution manager gave me 10 percent discount on the next visit. I have never came back.
I've been going to this place for decades. It's such a great atmosphere for family meals. Staff are always so good. Great value. Love this place.
Whenever I go through New Westminster, I always think of the Old Spaghetti factory. I love this place! If you like French Onion soup, you gotta try theirs. Not only is it pretty inexpensive ($2 or $3 with a meal) but it was the cheesiest I've ever had! Not too salty, perfect ratio of bread to soup to onions. My favorite go to meal here is the chicken parmesan with spaghetti. Combined with the free warm bread, included desert & coffee, this meal will leave you STUFFED and won't break the bank! As always, service has been impeccable whenever I've visited this location. I will definitely come back.
Like all the other stores. Good service, lots of room for seating and good side dishes with the main course.
Wow! True to its reputation, it has been years since my last visit. My journey starts off with an outstandingly cordial welcome followed by a no non-sense wine pick. Very good Wayne Gretzky cab-sauv to kick off the adventure. The all inclusive test is a huge pass from the get go. Minestrone 99% perfection... the 1 % screams the desire for fresh basil. Which is all good for my taste really... as I compensated with the pesto linguini to substitute for the signature spaghetti marinara that accompanies the 8 Oz New York Strip. Why the steak? What better way to get a specialty gem of a restaurant out of its comfort zone than to get what's not supposed to be the specialty. The steak, although slightly above temperature, was delicious. I chalk it up as every chef's take on rare. But I maintain it was delicious. Portion size was great, I'm absolutely stuffed, yet still wanting more. Well done, non specialty test is a huge pass. Thanks for the delight. Keep on smiling.
Service was a little slow however the food was great as always.
Charming staff. Excellent salads, warm bread with whipped butter, grilled prawns - delicious & pasta makes this a very good overall family style dining experience.
Food is standard family resteraunt quality, for the price it's nice to get out and be in the enviroment that they create. Plus, theyre the only place around that does bellinis.
Perfect for quick family get together. All in one price and food tastes great!
Love their spinach salads, and mizithra cheese pasta (which I'd never heard of before). IMO you can't beat the value of a full course Spaghetti Factory meal. Or, if you can, someone please tell me where that would be at, as I'd be happy to give it a try.
Went there with a group of 8 and two kids under 5 for a birthday. Our waitress was AMAZING. She did a great job with so many of us there. The food was delicious and came out promptly. It's a great deal too. All meals come with soup or salad, ice cream for dessert and tea or coffee. We paid under $250 for the group with a very well deserved tip including drinks.
Food was good ,service was good ,still includes 3 counted, prices are going up but they are everywhere.
Comforting that no matter which location I go to, my favourite dish always tastes as it should. Great service tonight.
Love this place????delicious food with excellent service.see u guys soon ..
Their Spaghetti with browned butter and Mizithra is very delicious.. It is the one to die for. We had it with chicken parmigiana and it was a perfect combination
This is my favourite restaurant by far. The old character and decorations inside is amazing and so is the ambience. At the start of every meal they give you complimentary bread and give you ridiculous amounts of food for very low prices. The price you see on the menu for a dish will include everything (salad/soup, ice-cream and bread). You will never leave this restaurant hungry, just wait and see. Update: they brought the old legitimate sour dough bread back!!
I went here for a dinner with my in-laws Ruth and Tilden. I was able to get a good deal on food and appies and our server Madelyn made our night one to remember. She was as thorough as can be and was accommodating since my mother-in-law is deaf. She was able to converse a little bit in sign language which made her night. As someone with family members with special needs, it was an especially moving gesture and made our night also our food was most excellent!!
Their "it's all included" meals are such a steal- you get free italian sourdough bread, soup or green salad, and ice cream on top of the pasta you order. Personal fave is their chicken alfredo w/ mushroom and mascarpone cheese ravioli ???? always so full when I'm done eating here!
Lots of pasta, in a fairly historic building. I've enjoyed the 2 dinners I've had here will definitely go back at some point.
Pasta from the dollar store...Canned mushrooms and sauce... And traces of meat. I sincerely don't understand how people keep coming there.
Me and my friends were supposed to meet at Piva but because that place was fully booked then one of my friend suggested to go to OSH since it’s also close by to skytrain. My friends were already inside when I arrived. When I got to the entrance, there were 3 hostess working. One was helping the other customer, then the other two were just talking to each other or training one another? They ignored me completely until I said well hello ???? and showed my vaccine passport stuff. Not so happy for that! But our male server was attentive and food was good so that made up for the not so good impression at the beginning.
LOVE the food and the service is awesome.. will definitely come back again.. thank u for an awesome pasta
Staff was incredible, food was delicious. One of my favourite joints in New Westminster
Great service and prices. Sydney was an excellent server.
Our favourite data night spot! Very good price for a lot of food and tons of vegetarian options, plus they were able to make a dish vegetarian for me. It's super busy on weekends, so if you want a quick dinner, go on a weekday.
Always a fun trip. I love that they have a gluten free menu which allows me to get my favorite sauces on gluten free pasta. I think this is also a really fun date location. If you run out of things to talk about the restaurant is full of historical artifacts. You don't have to look further than your menu for anecdotes. Whenever I eat here I also go see a movie at the theater around the corner. The service is consistently fast, polite, and accommodating. The price is reasonable and well worth the experience. As a lover of chocolate ice cream I am always a little let down by the dessert but I'll live. Overall a great place to eat.
Waited a while for a table but when we ordered the food was hot and fast. Love this place
Excellent value for money with strong Covid-19 protocols. Great for a night out with you bubble as there are larger tables with good distancing. Friendly, professional service.
Good food, fair price, casual vibe. The servers are friendly but not over the top or annoying. I always leave with leftovers, as the serving sizes are generous. Place appears clean and bright inside.
Italian restaurant is awesome chicken and cocktails are so cheap
Great service, and the food was so fresh!
huge portions, never leave still hungry..lol :) yummy too
I love the Old Spaghetti Factory! The food is tasty, there are lots of great options, and the entrees come with fresh bread, soup, coffee or tea, and ice cream for dessert, so it's a pretty nice value as well. It's always super busy, but it's worth the wait, in my opinion.
Terrible service. Have been to other locations and have enjoyed it and had heard this location wasn't very good but tried it anyway. Was not there during peak hours and after being sat waited 15 min until a server came to the table.
Good for it's value. Excellent service, food is simple and straight forward, nothing fancy. Perfect family restaurant.
Like you haven't been to an Old Spaghetti Factory... If you really haven't, then please go. After how many years? This place is still GREAT value for many classic pasta dishes on their menu. Been a favorite of ours for all kind of family celebrations. My guess is that many people would rate it 4 possibly 5 stars just for the fun factor and value. Maybe some would rate it 3 or 4 stars for the food. Some may find that the spaghetti noodles specifically are slightly over cooked. A couple of times my salad came with limp vegies but so many other times the salad and everything was fine.
Everything was delicious. Nice place, although can be very crowd depending on the hour you come
always a great place to ge a variety of tasty pastas and you always get free dessert!
I am really wondering why this restaurant such a good rate... The bread they serve at the beginning tastes and looks like low quality store bought bread. A bit sour but pretty blend. Thes salad that they serve with the bread is ok (lettuce and some veggies - not really something anyone can mess up). At my first visit I ordered the Pot Paurrie Spaghetti with 3 sauces. The pasta looks and tastes store bought. Also they over cooked it for my taste. The sauces were terrible. The mushroom and sauces were watery and just tasted like canned tomatoes or tomato paste. The mushrooms where rubbery. All three sauces were blend. The second time I visited this place I ordered the Spaghetti with brown butter and cheese. It was better but just because there wasn't really a sauce that someone can mess up. The spaghetti were still like the last time. Also I personally don't like their way of garnishing. Maybe I just tried the wrong dishes but when a place that is called the old spaghetti factory doesn't even manage to cook good spaghetti then I don't know... If you are looking for store bought style pasta with sauces that you could do 100% better at home or sauce bought at the supermarket you already get the pasta from then this place is perfect for you. The front of house team is pretty nice though. They really try to make the customers feel comfortable even though the chairs and tables are not that comfortable (wooden chairs and no space for semi long legs underneath the table). Also I don't like the system of the menu that is printed on low quality paper and that is changed and thrown out for every customer. But I liked that they have also some information about the history of the spaghetti factory printed on paper that comes with the menu.
Great value, good food, good service, quick pace, after a 30 minute wait to get into this popular place
Lots of space to sit down and have a relax meal. I loved the interior decoration too. Wouldn't mind going back with my family again.
So disappointed in the white clam sauce .. I Make a great linguini and clams at home with clam broth and butter etc. This tasted like glue and portion was so small. I'd rather go to an Italian restaurant of higher quality and pay abit more for authentic food ..
Good food and good customer service. However, the foods were served a bit slow. Other than that, everything else was perfect.
Dinner
Its good to be here everytime.
I really like this restaurant well priced and tasty food too.
Food is average to above average. However, the point of old spaghetti lies in the value of the meal and great customer service. As always, the staff is friendly and attentive; my table was frequently checked and anything I needed was delivered prompotly. Additionally, for about $12-16 for an "it's all included" meal which has bottomless bread, a soup/salad, coffee/tea, the main pasta, and ice cream, the sheer value more than makes up for any shortcoming when it comes to flavor. For extra value, go at lunch time and get the salad AND pasta of the day which is "all included" for about $12!
I regularly have been to this location and service has been steadily been going down hill. As a former restaurant employee, tonight was the worst service I have ever experienced. Where to start...the server asked my fiancee for her order and without ask for mine, she asked if we wanted her order split on two plates. Um, no, I wanted to order something else. Next the salads got mixed up and then the server brought food for some other customers. For me the worst was when I was changing my daughter in the washroom, I saw the toilet was plugged (think of the toilet in Trainspotting). I told the two hostesses about it and as I walked away, I looked back to see they just stood there rather than getting a male staff member to deal with the situation..
We were discussing the importance of online restaurant reviews the other day. That has triggered me to write a review while I am here now, finishing my late lunch and enjoying my dessert. This restaurant is really one of our comfort places. We are here multiple times a month. Between my wife and I, we have traversed the entire menu. While we have picked out our favourites, the food has always been good and fresh. The servers are happy and cheerful. I learned that they actually cranked out their own noodles in the back every day. A big part of it, is that our experience is reliable. We know in advance that we enjoy ourselves. That is worth five stars in itself.
Sunday lunch _ all included start with salad, then main, then ice cream & coffee under $15. Tasty & good price
Always a great experience! The best Italian food restaurant in town, a coozy place, very kind staff, delicious meals and good services.
Love everything about this place Absolutely amazing food great atmosphere
Awesome staff and delicious meal, will make sure to visit again!
Very convenient location as it is right by the New West station. We ordered the seafood fettuccine alfredo - yummy! The server suggested to have baked cheese on top and it was amazing! Big portion, I couldn’t finish the whole thing. We also ordered NY steak but it was kind of chewy. Spaghetti tasted OK. Their clam chowder is one of the best I’ve tasted. You can have it with your all-in meal for around $3 extra. I always get the mozzarella triangles with marinara sauce for appetizer. ???? Staff is very welcoming in this location.
If you've been to a Old Spaghetti Factory before, you'll know what to expect. Quirky decor and consistant quality and value. The serving staff at this location are very fast and friendly and always keep the bread and garlic butter coming. This location has a trolley you can dine in, and they are very good at accommodating a large group for your event. Try the spaghetti with browned butter and Greek cheese.
Our Organization was fortunate to have our Xmas party here again after a no go last year. We had their specialty Bella Dinner package menu which gave guests a choice of 7 entrees which included fresh bread, a choice of 2 salads, ice cream dessert, and beverage of coffee, tea or soft drink. I had the baby back ribs which included spaghetti in tomato sauce. The spaghetti needed more tomato sauce. The portion was plenty as I had the leftovers for lunch. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. Service was prompt. They had a section of the restaurant reserved for us. Overall, the dinner package was of great value. You need to reserve early. Note Sundays to Thursdays, they close at 9:30 pm. Fridays and Saturdays they close at 10 pm. They have seven other locations in BC. We went to the one in New Westminster. Best to park in the parkade next to the Skytrain station. If you have to add time for parking, we found out it’s a pain as there’s on easy parking App. Make sure you take a photo of the parking machine that has the lot number. Then you will need to Google the name of the parkade with the lot number. The rate is $5 for 2 hrs.
The food is quite decent. It's a typical Old Spaghetti Factory with nice service. The only complaint I have is they mixed up an order so one person in the group was watching other people eat.
Went to OSF New West for my daughters 12th birthday. Nice and busy on a Monday night, we got a large table with lots of room and a great view of the restaurant. Our server Scott took good care of us, and the food was as always, hot and tasty. OSF is always consistent for us, thanks a lot. Andre
Great restaurant but slow service at the New West location.
The food does not look the same as in the picture it is very poor quality and you definitely do not get what you pay for however the staff are excellent and it's very neat ambiance so basically you're paying for the staff and atmosphere.
Great location and environment. The pasta is really basic, even the fancier ones. Try the French onion soup. Definitely worth it
Always a great choice. Plenty of tasty food for a more than reasonable price. Recommended.
Ive been eating at the spaghetti factory my whole life. At some point, I just stopped going. Now I know why. The prices used to be good but are now not worth it for the amount and quality of food. At this location, servers were lackluster and just dismissive I guess? Lastly, why is your kitchen so GRIMY. You serve food here. Have some pride in your craft, or if not pride, at least enough dignity to keep the cooking area clean. *See picture* Won't be coming back
I love old spaghetti factory. We always leave the place feeling satisfied and happy. The vibe of the place is great and the food is exceptional
Love it. Staff are friendly and it's just nostalgic and homely. Can't beat the value for what you get. All included they say. Soup or salad, entrée, dessert and coffee or tea. Love it.
I just ordered on skip... I got a hot dog bun instead of a baguette! Haha.
Can't go wrong here! Great taste, lage portions, excellent prices, professional staff.
Great staff, always great tasty food
Best deal in town always great!! Best staff and food always delicious!!! Thanks for being open during these covid days.
I love this restaurant, portions are always filling and staff is very friendly. Tonight I had ordered takeout and when I got home, unfortunately I prdered chicken in my pasta and it was missed, I still ate my meal amd enjoyed it, but I just didnt like how I may have been charged extra. I called the restaurant just to gove my feedback and i was greeted by super friendly staff over the phone who heard what I had said and passed on every word to her manager, who answered the phone knowing exactly what had happened and he offered to semd me vouchers that would have covered the whole cost of my meal. They went above and beyond to male things right and I am completely satisfied with the servoce they always give. Please consider this location as a strong contender for your next meal out.
Super friendly stuff, awesome food + vegetarian options
Nice decors and service. Price is I guess what their best selling point is. You get wide selection of appetitizers, main and dessert. Food is passable, I was expecting more but their spaghetti was pretty much pasta with sauce on top, hardly any meat or mushrooms.
I Love coming here. The staff are cheerful and attentive. Our server (adil-I hope that's correct) was courteous, friendly, and did his job very well . There was a 5min wait to be seated and our food came quickly. Yay !
Came at 5pm for dinner aware we would have to wait a bit. We were told 15-20 minutes at 6:10 then called our name and while I was bringing myself and my 4 year old up they brought someone else to our table...
Great comfort American-Italian food. Prices are fair and food is always delicious.
The pasta is always good here. The bartender is amazing and caters to everything you ask, that's why I always sit at a booth in the bar, I know I'm going to get great service. Bread is hot and garlic butter so yummy. I got the tortellini and was so full after!
Looks like a restaurant but the food tastes like italian fast food. Your nonna would cry over their pasta. 2 stars for the friendly service.
Much differences and atmosphere in this location compare to Gastown location. New West location is more comfortable, cleaner/organized and easier to get around in front floors etc. Both locations are great food and services. New West is more relaxing atmosphere.
Terrible food, wonderful staff. First of all, I really want to say that normally I don't complain about food, and rarely send things back, but I'm just so disappointed by my experience tonight, when I was really looking forward to it... Almost everything we ordered was way too salty: the french onion soup didn't taste like french onion soup should, it was horrible, and was salty; changed for a minestrone and that was way too salty also, changed it to a clam chowder and that was actually good. The caesar salad had an odd flavour too, didn't enjoy that either. My husband saw the chicken neptune on the menu and asked whether they do a steak neptune; the waitress was very helpful offering the option to add hollandaise sauce, asparagus, and mushrooms to the steak, which he went for. When it arrived, lo and behold, the sauce was way too salty, but since hubby adds salt to his steak, he was alright with the sauce on the steak, but it made everything else all but inedible. I ordered the ribs, which was alright, but over seasoned. The fries were good, perfectly crispy, but again a bit too salty. Our waitress was lovely, and very nice, and aside from the clam chowder, she was the only thing truly pleasant about the whole evening.
I have had horrible impression on how bad their spaghetti was. And I visit again after many years, it reminds me the horrible experience again. Even worse, I ordered mussels this time. Their mussels are dry and not fresh. Very bad. With such food quality it really doesn't deserve to last this long. Pretty sad reality, poor quality restaurant survive longer.
We had an awesome dinner tonight!!! We made reservations and had to push it because we were running late it was not a problem the staff was very accommodating! As we got in everything was great we were served with everything we asked for the food was cooked very well it tasted delicious! All the Covid protocols were followed properly staff was very professional we even got extra cheese for our picky 6 year old. Thank you soo much for making our first dinner out this year perfect! We will definitely be back. All the food is soo good and the prices are so reasonable. Don't miss the Ice Cream it's tasty.
clean fast service. decent food. good portion
Very polite staff. Bread amazing as always. And the appie to try is the triangle cheese bites. House salad is just bag salad but does the job. The ice cream at the end is what you should stay for. It always hits the spot and clenses the palat
We went there for lunch after my grandson finished a drawing class. The place is not too crowdy, we got a seat by the window. Service is pretty good. Prices are reasonable. Food is quite good.
Food was great, good service all around
I love this place. Good value, good food, love looking at all the cool light fixtures. Nice to get free bread, coffee/tea, ice cream with your meal. Service is always pretty friendly. Can get busy but worth the wait.
Very good service ???? nice family hangout ☺️
Food is delicious, the service was very attentive and polite, and the prices are reasonable.
Love it there, hadn't been to this location in years, very rustic and ready to get to from Skytrain, love their clam sauce and their choice of having a trio of success on your Spaguetti and always great service
Great service. Great food, except the carbonara with it's bitter aftertaste. Friday night ruch. Wait ,40 minutes for seating.
You get a really good deal. A good deal. Under 20 you can get a full course meal. Oh sooooooo good. Check it out for yourselg
Always a great place for a good meal, decent price, recommend best to take the public transportation as the is not a parking lots here.
i went in when it was not busy, i stood at the front counter for a few minutes and no one came to seat me. a staff member saw me and did not come over, a server walked right past me and did not acknowledge me. when i was finally seated the person wiped off the table but did not bother to wipe off the crumbs on the seat. was i supposed to clean it myself? or sit in someone else's crumbs? absolutely pathetic service.
FANTASTIC! Almost same beautiful as the one in Gastown. LOVE IT. The food is so so.
The old Spaghetti Factory, is like a restaurant next door. Their wholesome meal- any mains come with either a soup or a salad and a loaf of bread with butter, is so satisfying and mouthwatering. There are a lot of vegetarian options however Manicotti is my favourite. Love the place, food and the service.
It's a chain restaurant, but they are consistent and very friendly. The prices are reasonable and the food quite good. They are also accommodating of large parties and events. Their proximity with the court house and fast service have made my days easier.
Good value, good service, food is hot and fresh, simply done. Not a fancy or trendy place. They do a good job within the parameters of what they are trying to do.
One of the consistently great places. Of course, there will be a bit of a wait. But it's worth it with family and friends.
We had amazing servers and the food was pretty darned good.
I've come to this place at least 20 times. I always received great service and the food is always yummy. I'm glad these guys have a gluten free menu and they actually take the necessary measures to avoid cross contamination. Thank you! :)
Love the food and awsome staff, big drawback is sanitary cutlery! Yes, food is cheese related which can be annoying to remove from cutlery but, that can also hurt ones appetite.... Much less return. Aside from that, awsome! And I would return! ????
It never gets old! I love this place. I love how you get soup/salad to start and ice cream to finish!
Went in for pickup on Valentine's Day, it was suuuper busy, service was quick and the food was really good
Amazing friendly staff, very warm and calm environment. Food is great!
Food is always excellent, Staff are really friendly, love coming here!
One of my favorites restaurants in Vancouver. I recommend you take your family with you enjoy eating pasta. The only thing they should improve is the time to the waiters/waitresses go to your table to get the orders.
Lovely staff but for some reason we had two pieces of cutlery with food still on it. It wasn't small pieces either. It looked like they didn't even attempt to wash them. The water had flecks of something at the bottom and there was a high pitched squeeking halfway through the dinner. The food was edible.
The food is just okay, certainly not memorable . Meal lukewarm. The lunch special is a good value as it includes coffee/tea, soup/salad and small dessert. Complimentary bread and butter while you wait for meal. The staff are friendly. Our waiter was excellent, wish I remembered his name so I could give him a shout out. Wouldn't be my choice to eat supper here. Not sure why there are so many rave reviews about this place. Maybe because it is a good place for families with children. There are much better places for Italian food.
Excellent food and customer service!! Just a little bit expensive but it worth it!!
Goodish food. Service was slow - have had much better
Food was good. Selection of dishes was diverse enough for most tastes. Prices are resonable considering each entre includes sourdough bread with butter and garlic spread, soup or salad and ice cream for dessert. Average price for a entre is ~$16. Service was good and our server was polite and friendly.
I ordered take out tonight, was very dissapointed. The pasta portions were very small and same with the salad. I understand no ice cream due to take out but offering an alternative(a drink, small dessert etc) would be nice. I had to cook my own pasta at home to fill the gap.
Great as every other location.
I have came here a lot of times and the service was really good and you should try out their honey garlic chicken wings.
Service is fantastic , super friendly and the food was perfecto ????.
Excellent! Large portions! Easy price! Tasty food! Awesome service! Fast and efficient serving!
We went there as a big group for a birthday party and while the staff was friendly, it took us so long to get our drinks, and food. It was the longest dinner ever! 30 min to order food and drink. 30 min to get them, and the quality was so so. I will never go back there. I think they are understaffed.
All staffs are so kind and friendly!! Spaghetti is normal Ice cream is yummy :)
Greatfood for the price, the sourdough bread was so fresh and tasty and so was the food.
Basic Italian but good food and located very near a SkyTrain station which makes it very convenient.
Very good service. Roasted Garlic Chicken was very well cooked and tasted great. Relatively cheap too. Would devinately visit again!
Haven't eaten in in awhile, so this rating is for my take-out experience. Service on the phone was super friendly yet clear and precise. Gave me a dead on eta of when my order would be ready, got there an everything was good to go. Packed me all the dressing/sauces. My photo's even missing the big dinner bun they threw in. Portions are just right for the price. Parked, paid for my food and outta there in 5 mins, and this was on a 9pm Friday night!
Update: Came back to this location after a few weeks to try again and I might just have really bad luck with them. Phoned in an order and they got it almost all right except that they ended up giving me Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken instead of Chicken Alfredo with Mushroom and Mascarpone Cheese Ravioli. Receipt said the same so maybe the person I spoke with pressed the wrong button. Downgrading my rating from 4/5 to 2/5 because of this. Ordered takeout here and it was pretty good. Unfortunately, they forgot to give me one of the mains when they handed it to me and I ended up having to come back and make another 20 minute round trip as this was for a family dinner. The manager was very apologetic about it and gave me an extra soup, bread, and comped me for the main. I would suggest that you remove all the staples from the bags and open up your pickup order in the car and see it's all there to save yourself the headache and the expense of driving back. Take note that pickup orders don't come with the coffee/tea and ice cream that you would apparently get in the restaurant but it will still be the same price! I'll probably order from here again but it wasn't a great first impression.
Quite overpriced and very small portions. Interior is good and very rustic tho.
Waiter was exceptional and they did their best to accommodate my large party
Friendly staff, tasty food, and good prices! You won't regret going there
April 2 update: ordered to pick up around lunch time today. The gentleman who greeted me was very friendly. The order (family meal of spaghetti and meatballs, beef dip and kids pizza) was perfect! I had some added instructions like firm pasta and all were expected well. Kudos to the team and especially the manager (?) who I found to be very helpful, positive and nice (world needs more people like him)! I like this Old Spaghetti factory even more! ???? Always enjoy this restaurant with the kids. Full meals for adults and kids at good prices. Fast and pleasant service, with Covid protocols in place.
I love The Old Spaghetti Factory :) I have fond memories of my wedding rehearsal dinner at this particular location several years ago. The service was great, and we had a wonderful time together. As usual with the Old Spaghetti Factory, you never feel rushed, and there is no lack of food! Last week I went here for dinner with my husband, and we also had a really nice meal with just the two of us. There's a great atmosphere, and the servers are always friendly too. I was surprise to find out that they do take-out too, which I'll have to try out sometime.
It's pretty average. At best. Food, service. They are all pretty much the same at least, so you know what to expect.
Everything is included for the price: soup or salad, entrée, dessert, and coffee or tea. I love the quality of food here. I am getting a really good value. I hope to see the quality stay the same! It is good value so if the company is deciding between keeping the price the same and reducing quality and charging a little more and keeping quality the same, I don't mind paying the increase. Who wants to fill their body with crap?
The bread was a little stale and the cake tasted manufactured and a little old but otherwise ok.
Everything was perfect. This old place has fantastic design and nice and bright view of city as well. We tried different dishes. We love them. Staffs work fast with friendly manner. At the end, pistachio icecream was the best dessert. I want to come back to New Westminster and Spaghetti Factory. (10th March, 2019)
First sit down meal since the pandemic shut everything down. Staff observed all necessary precautions. The restaurant was very clean and social distancing was observed. The food and service as always was very good. I would highly recommend visiting .
Great food, and large portions! The price is a bit on the expensive side, however it's three courses so it makes sense.
Great place to take a family. Prices are reasonable and portions are fairly big.
Their food and drinks are amazing with a really good price. Their employees are also really nice and polite. I went to the New West location and I enjoy the decoration. It was one of the bests ravioli I've ever ate (pesto with chicken - sounds simple, is amazing though). I also recommend the Bananamama drink. I'll go back there certainly.
This is a family restaurant. Very cozy atmosphere. The food us great. The service is excellent.
This place continues to somehow delete my reviews. I will keep posting if i have to so that people will be aware of the risks. If you're not looking for food poisoning, please do not go here. I had some stale seafood (shrimp and scallops) and broke out with rashes and an extreme allergic reaction. I had to run to the emergency room, where I had to get an epinephrine shot to relax my swelling. I am not allergic to anything and am a healthy male. I would hate for someone to take their kids here and get them sick. STAY AWAY.
Love this location, so convenient by skytrain. Fast service, good food and decent prices.
Their "all is included" option is a very good deal. You get a lot of food for a relatively cheap price. Staff is nice and food is good
This Spaghetti Factory is not as busy as the location in Gastown, although it does not have a train cart... If you're looking for a quite family friendly restaurant, here it is. Great food and service for decent prices!
Had 3 course meal and shared calamari. The calamari was so tender and tasty, and the whole meal was delicious. You can't beat the price. And the staff was very nice, efficient without making us feel pressured to clear the table. Great experience!
Love this place. food is consistently good and service is quick
Great location, great food, great drink specials. I found the staff to be a little too loud and they spent most of my time there talking to one another about business levels and tips. I would definitely return here in a heartbeat, but the staff need a little coaching.
It’s always consistent in every location I have been to one. Great as always.
Excellent service; the staff were very polite and the food was well handled.
The dishes and the services are fine. But I felt the spaghetti with clam sauce had some grains of sand and I fell sick after heading home. Should have taken the receipt tho.
I was craving spaghetti with meatballs earlier this week so I decided to come to the old spaghetti factory to have some. It was my first time there and had a very positive experience today. My server Nigel was very polite and professional. I will come back
Friendly staff the food is great I never had a problem with them it's one of my favorite places to go to
I prefer the Gastown location. Decor is same but food seems a little tastier.
Delicious classic restaurant with big portions. It always feels like the comfort of home!
We were in a group of 19 and this place turned out to be awesome. It's near the new Westminster subway station so access is easy. We enjoyed the all included meal which was delicious and also worth the money. For a decent price it includes initial bread and garlic butter, soup, any one dish (I took Hunter's chicken which I would recommend), tea, and icecream at the end. You cannot ask for more fulfilling experience in a group outing. Liquor is also served. Seats and the atmosphere is good. The ambience also adds to the fun. We had some old Canadian book digest collection behind us on the walls which looked nice. Service was a plus. Don't know her name but she raised the bar while performing her duties. We'd love to go there next time but might not as there are many other places in Surrey which I'm yet to explore. For others, do go here.
At first you think "holy expensive" which it is a restaurant, but then you are pleasantly surprised to find out that you get a soup/salad and even ice cream at the end. Final bill for two is around $30, so keep that in mind...but a 3 course meal does soften the impact. The food its self is good and some of the pasta is handmade, I was disappointed to find out not all of it is due to how expensive it is. The service was quality, I had Olga as a server, she gave great recommendations and ensured our cups were full. I even tested her memory to see if she would remember the bread I wanted with the food and she did. Breads free too so that's great because bread is an amazing side to pasta. Went through three loaves between the two of us. In the end, good experience, the only downfall is that the pasta isn't homemade even though the restaraunt boasts about homemade ingredients which is ironic.
I went here for my birthday lunch and I am so satisfied the food was delicious and the server was professional and even laughed at a bad joke I was telling i am defenitly coming back
Foot and service excellent. Street parking challenging. Need a smart phone and s credit card.
Been waiting for 30 min at my table and have not received a single waiter. Many empty tables and a not so crowded room. Customer service is a defiantly a zero. Going to leave since I'm not getting any food anyways.
Good reliable and hearty food. Such reasonable prices. Will definitely return!!
Amazing food with even more amazing service from Kevin. Was very pleased to be served by him????Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
Service was good and the price was reasonable
The food was superb! The waiters are very nice and hard-working!
Fantastic place to go to lunch or dinner with family or friends. Very friendly and personable staff. Highly recommend the pasta with spicy meat sauce.
I love this place. Always busy but service is great. Good food at a great price.
not bad, bread was hard as a rock but good value and decent food otherwise. service was prompt and food was cooked properly and to order.
Service here was great. The waitress was very friendly. The food was okay not amazing. You’re getting what you pay for which is cheap pasta you could easily make yourself from grocery store jarred sauce. But overall it was a good. Prices made sense and they have a small selection of wine at a good price. Definitely don’t order their house wine though it smells like vinegar and you can tell it’s very cheap.
I love the spaghetti factory. It is always busy but if you make a reservation your fine
Food tasted okay, but the portions didn't really match the prices. Staff were super friendly, bathrooms were clean, ambience was nice too.
Menu is pretty affordable and it comes as a 3 course meal which is great! Good service and cozy interior with vintage decorations. Feels historical and upper class at the same time. Food tastes great and it was very filling. Didn't have to make any reservations if you go early. Starts to fill up after 6pm. Would visit again.
My husband and I went here for a date. It's a very clean location. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the meals were great, if a bit small. Still, we enjoyed ourselves. Also, they do not do all you can eat here like they do in the States.
Mediocre quality of food that is not very cheap. Staff is nice and trying to hide poor quality with some free fresh bread and nice setting. Might be good for someone who doesnt know what good food is. Sorry not coming back
I am visiting New West. This is the best valued restaurant that I have found.
Very nice place to dine. GREAT prices, food and service. Friendly staff to make you feel welcomed and good food to give you a well satisfaction.
I recently had dinner there and was really satisfied about the quality of the food, remembering me the smell and taste i'm used too in Europe.
Very cool place, decor is really neat lots to look at. Had to wait 5-10 mins for two people & it looked empty but that doesn't really bother me. Facility is clean and has a friendly vibe, staff are super nice! Now for the food! I had baked French onion soup was soooooooooo good, definitely recommend the soup. I found the food to be very on par to expensive pasta places so no complaints there. All in all think it was pretty good, lots of flavours & the price is fair. Only thing I wouldn't recommend getting is the long island ice tea, tasted off... Maybe pre made mix... Not sure, but other then that fantastic place to take friends & family.
The restaurant has a fake trolley in the middle of the dinner room. If you go with kids, ask for seating in the trolley.
Went for dinner with my family. Service was amazing! I think our server was Vanessa, she was so sweet, and very patient, even though they were quite busy. Food was good, and inexpensive. Would definitely recommend
The food.. the service.. Everything was top top top quality… The server Misa and Manager Jamie.. these guys made it worth to come at this place !! Must visit if you love Italian food !!!
Excellent service for what you pay. Busy Sunday night. Told me 30 wait and it was less. Service with a smile and for 20$ I got soup and ice cream.
11 of us when for Grandson's 6th Birthday, great food, service & atomosphete.
Decent for mass produced quasi-Italian food. Sercive was okay, and the ice cream at the end is always a nice touch.
The menu was simple and the environment relaxing. Food was also good and worth going back to in the future. ????????
Food is very good for the price you pay for it. There's a good variety of drinks and the Bellini is fantastic!
Beautiful experience, good company and good food
Good services. Nothing to complain for the all inclusive meals with that prices.
I've been here plenty of times, always great service!! We've had lots of birthday dinners here too, even my kids (7&9) love coming to the old spaghetti factory!!!
Service
You cant go wrong with bread, soup or salad, entree, ice cream, and coffee for $15. Service was slow but the restaurant is always packed with people. Today was no exception.
Yum....great bread sticks.....staff always helpful and friendly...prices are okay because the coffee /tea and pop come with meal..and you get their best ice cream ever, made with the meal
At the Old spaghetti factory "it's all included" means a complete meal at one low price. All entrees include Italian sourdough bread with whipped garlic and plain butter. Minestrone soup or crisp green salad, spumoni ice cream, and hot tea or the own blend of coffee. Dressing choices include ranch, 1000 island, blue cheese, house Italian or low-fat basil balsamic. Or you can substitute small ceaser salad or spinach salad for + C$2,00. substitute clam chowder or baked french onion soup for+ C$2,50.
Their lunch special cost less than $15 including tips. Food includes bread, main dish, salad or soup, icecream and coffee or tea.
We love eating at Old Spaghetti, it has never disappointed any of us and we're a big family. We were just there for dine out for lunch today and the choices were really well picked. We were expecting the portions to be smaller due to the prices but it was perfect especially when they brought out the cheesecake.
Always good. Excellent quality and always fresh. I'm so glad this chain is still up and going strong. I'll support it till I'm dead.☺️ Keep it up guys
Favorite restaurant of all time. Best pastas ive ever had. However my boyfriend ordered a steak once and it was inedible. (80% fat and overcooked) but hey, its steak from a spaghetti factory.
Really slow service, but we were in w big group. It took over 2 hours to complete our dinner.
It's the Spaghetti factory. I'd give it a 3 star because SFactory is generally bleh but I liked the trolley car inside the restaurant. Call me whimsical.
Always a excellent choice! The food is wonderful and the attendees are great!
We had old bread that felt like it had been refrigerated/frozen for a few days, old salad that was visibly left out for a long time, and the icecream at the end of the meal was completely melted. The only decent food we received was our actual meal, which was not worth it for the price. I was surprised at the poor quality of food, although service was good, since this was my first time going to the Old Spaghetti Factory in two years. When I asked for a take out box since I didn't enjoy my food that much, I got a wet box handed to me. My friend woke up with a stomachache this morning from eating their food yesterday. I don't recommend coming here during the current time, since their food seemed to be quite old. There is much better food in the area at the same price point, such as the sushi place next door.
OSF never disappoints, the service is quick, the staff is really friendly and welcoming, the food comes comes in fair portions. Italian lovers don't miss this place.
My husband and I got banned for life for complaining about the quality of the food. We ordered the Bam Bam Shrimp and Crispy Mozzarella Triangles which tasted like they had come out of a frozen package. After taking two bites, we complained to the manager about the quality of the food in disgust. This is when we were told that we were banned for life from the establishment. When asked for the reason why, we were told point blank that the reason we were being banned was because we had complained about the food. Even after offering to pay for the bread we had eaten (which was delicious and plentiful) we were told that our money would not be accepted and to leave immediately. Talk about unacceptably petty behaviour. Both my husband and I present in an alternative fashion and the feeling of being judged for it was palpable and part of the motivation for banning is was almost certainly the fact that we are 'undesirable clientele'. To speak of the positives of the experience, not only was the bread very good but our waiter was incredibly helpful and got the manager for us immediately. Our complaint is, specifically, with the manager and the food quality. Even were we not banned for life, my husband and I would never eat at this place again. We were treated poorly, the food was terrible and apparently if you complain you run the risk of being banned for life. The worst restaurant experience I have ever had.
Food is always served up hot. Older restaurant that is a little dark and rough location. The servers are friendly and lots of items on the menu.
The hostess was friendly and seated us in about 5 minutes. The waiter came over and brought over fresh bread and took our drink order and later took our food order when he brought our drinks. The service and food were good.
It’s been awhile since the last time at this place and we certainly did not enjoy our experience for our weekend dinner. Place was busy but welcoming but because of that lobby with small waiting area, it got very crowded quickly. Now this person (named Datina if I remember) helped us to get the sit. Place we were about to sit was not prepared but had that big tray on the table. She casually removed but utensils got messed up and papers sheets got wet. I asked “Is that clean?” She replied “yeah it’s clean but i can get you different sets.” First picture shows how they use those tray. They put it on the used dirty tables and it was on our table that we were just about to sit We didn’t like it already but decided to sit there. She brings new set of utensils and started putting them but on the half way she asks “would you like me to leave these ones for you?” Now I have been to many restaurants and no other restaurants gave me this kind of service. If she started doing it, she should have finished it professionally but since I got disappointed, I told her just leave it. I see the menu emphasizing how it comes with the complete meal - salad, main, dessert as ice cream & Tea, Coffee. I can appreciate it if the quality is good but from what I tasted, I can probably have nicer experience with better food at the other place. Took all pictures when it arrived and we were speechless. 1. How hard is it go prep a plate of salad like that. You could have put extra 3 seconds to make it pretty? 2. That french onion soup....well I let you decided from the picture I take. You can’t call that french onion soup....and yes it was very salty (I know it should be salty but not like that salty) 3. Calamari - the way they treated those deep-fried calamaris is a bit rushed from the look of it. 4. Spaghetti (no pic) ordered two different kinds but one was salty but acceptable Servers seemed too busy taking care of groups but not for smaller tables. Your server was too busy to think what conversation we were having. He asked me how the food was and I said “it’s ok” then he replied “that’s great” Now I understand it was Friday night evening but if you are planning to go there for smaller group size (2-4), this place would be the last place I would choose. We used our giftcard that we won but I’m not so sure if this was giftcard or messupcard. Sorry but only thing that I would like about this place would be your general manager’s gentleness, and your garlic butter.
How can you call this Italian food? I come from Toronto and there are plenty of great restaurants that serve Italian food, but here? The spaghetti tastes like store bought spaghetti, half the waiters and waitresses walk too fast and crash into each other making you feel like you are eating next to a side walk in Manhattan... Their most basic recipe of spaghetti is the most disrespect I have ever tasted. What a shame.
Decent food and I enjoy the staff, I do find the food can be inconsistent with quality but for the price I do not feel the need to complain! You guys do an excellent job with hiring as I have never had a bad experience with staff!!
For the price, the "all included" entree options are a great bargain! I can get my soup, bread, spaghetti, tea and icecream and it won't break my wallet. Comfortable seating great spot for casual conversation and the staff are usually quite friendly. One of my favourite go-to spots for dinner.
Just ordered food here. The server who helped me over the phone was very polite and helpful. However, I am extremely disappointed with the food. I ordered just an alfredo pasta and it was worse than the frozen ones you can buy at the store. There was barely any sauce in it. It was so dry. The portion was that of a kid's meal. The bread was stale. For the price I paid, I was extremely unhappy. I usually don't write reviews but this one I had to because I am that disappointed.
The server was quite Knowlegeable about the menu. Attentive and friendly to the customers. Helped to make our time their enjoyable.
Minestrone Soup, Chicken Parmigiano with Spaghetti, with Spumoni Ice Cream for dessert. Yummers.
Front staff was really friendly and accomodating. Perfect place for dine in at new west.
I know I’m going to sound like a Karen, but hear me out. I hope this reaches upper management. First time experience. Have heard of OSF for a while now and was happy to give their food a try since I was craving pasta. Everything from the get go was great until the uncooked chicken which I didn’t have a problem with because kitchen mishaps are understandable but it was the manager Alan who really dragged down the overall standard of the restaurant (and franchise) for me. Saying “the red part of the chicken is NOT uncooked and is normal because it is just a chicken vein they see once a month” and when I asked if it would have been okay for me to eat the chicken he nodded yes. Look, I’m no chicken expert but that sounds like low level bs. Having worked as a cook and server in the industry myself for over 4 years, I have never heard of a “chicken vein” but even if I did, I would never explain raw chicken as normal to eat even after I gave him a chance to explain he stuck with it and basically told me I could’ve eaten the raw chicken. Shocking considering the fact that our server (who was lovely) was startled and immediately apologetic after she saw the raw center. In the end, him and I agreed that it would not be okay for a restaurant like Cactus to use that excuse so when I asked him why it’s okay for him to use that excuse he said “because Cactus is above us” which put the nail in the coffin for me. Good luck OSF.
Great food. I had the seafood fettuccine alfredo and it was delicious. There were plenty of shrimp and scallops. The meal came with ice cream and it was great - chocolate, vanilla and pistachio. The bread tasted a bit stale but we were told the batch from supplier wasn't good.
Always enjoy the food and service. Great child friendly menu.
I came here twice, first with my husband and second time with my parents in law who were from Europe. We've had wonderful experience here. Food quality is high and consistent, service is top notch, very friendly staffs, price is reasonable, decorations is very unique and remind us of Europe. They also have great gluten free menu and decaf coffee. We came for dinner and stayed till closing hour, next morning I realized that I've left my purse and bag in the restaurant so I went back to try retrieving in. It was 7am when I arrived. Both the cleaning staffs and a kitchen staff named Joseph were extremely helpful, they let me in and wait while they looked for my missing belongings. I got my purse back in the end and am extremely pleased. Thanks so much, I will definitely come back again. If you love Italian food, here's the place to go.
The quality of food can be better but my waiter was quite nice so I would still go back there again.
Only been here once. My bestie goes all the time and suggested it. Also we both love Bellini's and they have a couple different kinds. However it was the special drink of the day, so they were out of the peach or kiwi one. Can't remember which flavor exactly, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Restaurant itself is beautiful and the service is good. I'll definitely go back.
Rather wonderful. Excellent *gluten-free* food, adequate portions, very good service, very nice ambience. I love to come here on semi-special occasions like friends visiting from out of town.
This was my first time at this place. Food was so good. On top of that, my server Brooke was so kind. She made sure that I was having good time there. I will recommend this place to all people who love Italian food.
Price point it's great for a 3 course meal. Depending on day and time it can be pretty busy to get in.
delicious food, spaghetti is al dente Theo clam chow is HEAVEN
I’ve only eaten at the Gastown location, so it was my first time at the New West location and I was very impressed! We got there just before 5:00pm and luckily we beat the rush. The floor manager took our drink orders and he was very friendly! Our server Lorenz was EXCEPTIONAL, he was pleasant and very nice to chat with. The food is always delicious ???? I will definitely be back at the New West location!
