Food and service are really good. The food is mild but you can add more chilli's at the table. Has no sticky rice on the menu. Would come back and would recommend.

Ok but it was weak as far as thai food goes. I had a curry and there wasn’t much flavour and no spice at all. Also was filed with veggies that are not usually in thai curry so it wasn’t my favourite.

ALL OF THE STARS!!! Best seafood stirfry I've ever had! The atmosphere is beautiful, and the service is incredible, the waitress was so sweet! I love this place! She even gave me a coconut milk thai tea because i can't have dairy, it was amazing!!

Busaba's is a wonderful place to eat. I have been to Thailand and have had many dishes from various regions and Busaba's still ranks one of the best for myself and my family. It is not uncommon to find myself hungry for pad thai and green curry, which usually hits me on a Friday! The restaurant is welcoming to families and is also a beautiful place to eat for your anniversary or romantic date. It is owned by a wonderful young couple that truly make the place special! We are so lucky to have them our little town! Don't delay...eat there tonight!

Their new location is awesome!! Khao Soi is my favourite. So yummy, but the food is always great there, no matter what I order. They've got a cool cocktail list now and a good wine selection. Would definitely recommend. Service is always great!

Pad Thai was good, portions are big. Curry dishes are flavored well. They also have a few options for adding spice to your dish. The bubble tea (Mango and passion fruit) was not very good made with powder and it was well mixed well or dissolved. I'd pass on that one next time.

Late Friday lunch. Restaurant quite crowded, with a mix of locals and tourists. High quality preparation. Excellent flavors in the curry and visual presentation on the plate, especially the accompanying side salad. You can tell the chef/owners care about providing an authentic dining experience. Food on par with the best Thai places in Vancouver, San Francisco and London. Very clean. Attentive service. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

O my gosh what a great restaurant. Came here for my first year anniversary and was not disappointed at all. I ordered the bangkok curry, w/ jasmine rice, partner ordered a noodle bowl. We started with thier fish cakes ( a bit small but so good ), and of course there hot sauses... well omg it was soo good and would come back in a heart beat. Prices are good, and the service was pheonominal ( got peanuts added to my curry, cause the waitress saw I loved them ). Definitely check this gem out, so good.

Pad Thai was ok, yellow curry was meh, and the rice was terrible. Around $60 for two of us to dine with one glass of wine and an iced tea, I found this to be steep for what we had. Service on the other hand was rather good. We probably won't be going back which is a shame because the choices for good food in Nelson is already limited.

Very spacious - would be ideal for big groups or a birthday party. Food was decent however it came out really really slowly. We were also hungry so that may have been why it felt so slow :). Great for whenever you are craving something Asian!

Inconsistent: we had friends bring us for our first time on a Saturday. Place was bustling and service was good: food was AMAZING! Outstanding! We were so excited to come back. We couldn't wait and arrived on that same Thursday after work and ordered the exact meals. To our disappointment the food was bland and under seasoned. I had to ask the manager serving us if it was a different cook or recipe and she said yes it was a different cook. Apologized and we paid and moved on. We haven't been back since but have heard inconsistencies in their food recipes are common. Would love to make this our regular date night choice !

Boring food. Thai food should be spicy and vibrant. The red curry tasted like coconut milk. The beef basil was bland. I had to ask for red chili ???? peppers to give the dish some heat and flavour. If this restaurant had competition it would not last very long.

Very good food! Appetizers are really good! Curries are fantastic! Kudos to the Chef and staff! Service really good! It was busy but our waitress was excellent!! Truly Grace under fire as it was very busy and she handled it all so well! I would say her name but didn't get it. Highly recommended! A must visit when in Nelson. We are repeat visitors from out of town and look forward to our visits. Thanks so much for the splendid time!!

We had a very pleasant meal at Busaba! The small patio was full so we ate inside and were happy we did! The restaurant was exceptionally clean and our server was pleasant and attentive. After sharing the fresh and delicious spring rolls as a starter, both myself and my girlfriend ordered the Pad Thai - hers with shrimp and mine with chicken. Both were very, very good! Large enough that we were both full AND able to have some for lunch at home the next day. Prices are reasonable also. Happy to have found them and will definitely return!.

Ok nothing amazing about this place.. doesn't seem authentic and I none of the people working there were thai that I saw. Got pad med mamuang overall not very flavorful and pretty dry. If you think this is good thai food you haven't had real thai food (come to Calgary try thai sa on or thai bistro). Also menu is small and half of it they ran out of. Service was good though otherwise.
